Riemann-Hilbert approach of the complex Sharma-Tasso-Olver equation and its N-soliton solutions

We study the complex Sharma-Tasso-Olver equation using the Riemann-Hilbert approach.The associated Riemann-Hilbert problem for this integrable equation can be naturally constructed by considering the spectral problem of the Lax pair.Subsequently,in the case that the Riemann-Hilbert problem is irregular,the N-soliton solutions of the equation can be deduced.In addition,the three-dimensional graphic of the soliton solutions and wave propagation image are graphically depicted and further discussed.

N-soliton Solution for Hirota-Satsuma Equation

In this work,using the Hirota bilinear method,N-soliton solution is obtained for Hirota-Satsuma nonlinear evolution equation:u_t - u_(xxt) - 3u_xu_t + u_x = 0.

N-soliton solutions for the nonlocal two-wave interaction system via the Riemann–Hilbert method

In this paper, a nonlocal two-wave interaction system from the Manakov hierarchy is investigated via the Riemann–Hilbert approach. Based on the spectral analysis of the Lax pair, a Riemann–Hilbert problem for the nonlocal two-wave interaction system is constructed. By discussing the solutions of this Riemann–Hilbert problem in both the regular and nonregular cases, we explicitly present the N-soliton solution formula of the nonlocal two-wave interaction system. Moreover,the dynamical behaviour of the single-soliton solution is shown graphically.

N-soliton Solution for Two Multidimensional Analogues of the m-KdV Equation

Using the Hirota's bilinear method,some new N-soliton solution are presented for two multidimensional analogues of the m-KdV equation wt+wxxx-6w 2 wx+3 2( w x -1 wy+w-x -1 wz)x=0 and wt+wxxx?6w 2 wx+3 2( wwy+wx-x-1 wy)=0 in view of a different treatment.

Bright-Dark Mixed N-Soliton Solution of the Two-Dimensional Maccari System

The general bright-dark mixed N-soliton solution of the two-dimensional Maccari system is obtained with the KP hierarchy reduction method. The dynamics of single and two solitons are discussed in detail. Asymptotic analysis shows that two solitons undergo elastic collision accompanied by a position shift. Furthermore, our analysis on mixed soliton bound states shows that arbitrary higher-order soliton bound states can take place.

A Unified and Explicit Construction of N-Soliton Solutions for the Nonlinear Schrfdinger Equation

An explicit N-fold Darboux transformation with multiparameters for nonlinear Schrodinger equation is constructed with the help of its Lax pairs and a reduction technique. According to this Darboux transformation, the solutions of the nonlinear Schrfdinger equation are reduced to solving a linear algebraic system, from which a unified and explicit formulation of N-soliton solutions with multiparameters for the nonlinear Schrfdinger equation is given.

N-soliton solutions of an integrable equation studied by Qiao

In this paper, we studied N-soliton solutions of a new integrable equation studied by Qiao [J. Math. Phys. 48 082701 （2007）]. Firstly, we employed the Darboux matrix method to construct a Darboux transformation for the modified Korteweg-de Vries equation. Then we use the Darboux transformation and a transformation, introduced by Sakovich [J. Math. Phys. 52 023509 （2011）], to derive N-soliton solutions of the new integrable equation from the seed solution. In particular, the multiple soliton solutions are explicitly obtained and shown through some figures.

The Rational Solutions and the Interactions of the N-Soliton Solutions for Boiti-Leon-Manna-Pempinelli-Like Equation

These rational solutions which can be described a kind of algebraic solitary waves which have great potential in applied value in atmosphere and ocean. It has attracted more and more attention recently. In this paper, the generalized bilinear method instead of the Hirota bilinear method is used to obtain the rational solutions to the (2 + 1)-dimensional Boiti-Leon-Manna-Pempinelli-like equation (hereinafter referred to as BLMP equation). Meanwhile, the (2 + 1)-dimensional BLMP-like equation is derived on the basis of the generalized bilinear operators D3,x D3,y and D3,t. And the rational solutions to the (2 + 1)-dimensional BLMP-like equation are obtained successively. Finally, with the help of the N-soliton solutions of the (2 + 1)-dimensional BLMP equation, the interactions of the N-soliton solutions can be derived. The results show that the two soliton still maintained the original waveform after happened collision.

N-soliton solution of a coupled integrable dispersionless equation

A new coupled integrable dispersionless equation is presented by considering a spectral problem. A Darboux transformation for the resulting coupled integrable dispersionless equation is constructed with the help of spectral problems. As an application, the N-soliton solution of the coupled integrable dispersionless equation is explicitly given.

N-SOLITON SOLUTION OF THE KUNDU-TYPE EQUATION VIA RIEMANN-HILBERT APPROACH

In this article, we focus on investigating the Kundu-type equation with zero boundary condition at infinity. Based on the analytical and symmetric properties of eigenfunctions and spectral matrix of its Lax pair, a Riemann-Hilbert problem for the initial value problem of the Kundu-type equation is constructed. Further through solving the regular and nonregular Riemann-Hilbert problem, a kind of general N-soliton solution of the Kundu-type equation are presented. As special cases of this result, the N-soliton solution of the Kaup-Newell equation, Chen-Lee-Liu equation, and Gerjikov-Ivanov equation can be obtained respectively by choosing different parameters.

Dynamical interactions between higher-order rogue waves and various forms ofn-soliton solutions(n→∞)of the(2+1)-dimensional ANNV equation

We present new lemmas,theorem and corollaries to construct interactions among higher-order rogue waves,n-periodic waves and n-solitons solutions(n→∞)to the(2+1)-dimensional asymmetric Nizhnik-Novikov-Veselov(ANNV)equation.Several examples for theories are given by choosing definite interactions of the wave solutions for the model.In particular,we exhibit dynamical interactions between a rogue and a cross bright-dark bell wave,a rogue and a cross-bright bell wave,a rogue and a one-,two-,three-,four-periodic wave.In addition,we also present multi-types interactions between a rogue and a periodic cross-bright bell wave,a rogue and a periodic cross-bright-bark bell wave.Finally,we physically explain such interaction solutions of the model in the 3D and density plots.

N-Soliton Solutions of Modified KdV Equation under Bargmann Constraint

By means of Hirota method,N-soliton solutions of the modified KdV equation under the Bargmannconstraint are obtained through solving the Bargmann constraint and the related Lax pair and conjugate Lax pair ofthe modified KdV equation.

N-Soliton Solutions of(2+1)-Dimensional Non-isospectral AKNS System

Riemann-Hilbert problems and N-soliton solutions of the nonlocal reverse space-time Chen-Lee-Liu equation

In this paper,the N-soliton solutions to the nonlocal reverse space-time Chen-Lee-Liu equation have been derived.Under the nonlocal symmetry reduction to the matrix spectral problem,the nonlocal reverse space-time Chen-Lee-Liu equation can be obtained.Based on the spectral problem,the specific matrix Riemann-Hilbert problem is constructed for this nonlocal equation.Through solving this associated Riemann-Hilbert problem,the N-soliton solutions to this nonlocal equation can be obtained in the case of the jump matrix as an identity matrix.

GLOBAL SOLUTIONS TO 1D COMPRESSIBLE NAVIER-STOKES/ALLEN-CAHN SYSTEM WITH DENSITY-DEPENDENT VISCOSITY AND FREE-BOUNDARY

This paper is concerned with the Navier-Stokes/Allen-Cahn system,which is used to model the dynamics of immiscible two-phase flows.We consider a 1D free boundary problem and assume that the viscosity coefficient depends on the density in the form ofη(ρ)=ρ^(α).The existence of unique global H^(2m)-solutions(m∈N)to the free boundary problem is proven for when 0<α<1/4.Furthermore,we obtain the global C^(∞)-solutions if the initial data is smooth.

Localized wave solutions and interactions of the (2+1)-dimensional Hirota-Satsuma-Ito equation

This paper studies the(2+1)-dimensional Hirota-Satsuma-Ito equation.Based on an associated Hirota bilinear form,lump-type solution,two types of interaction solutions,and breather wave solution of the(2+1)-dimensional Hirota-Satsuma-Ito equation are obtained,which are all related to the seed solution of the equation.It is interesting that the rogue wave is aroused by the interaction between one-lump soliton and a pair of resonance stripe solitons,and the fusion and fission phenomena are also found in the interaction between lump solitons and one-stripe soliton.Furthermore,the breather wave solution is also obtained by reducing the two-soliton solutions.The trajectory and period of the one-order breather wave are analyzed.The corresponding dynamical characteristics are demonstrated by the graphs.

THE LIMITING PROFILE OF SOLUTIONS FOR SEMILINEAR ELLIPTIC SYSTEMS WITH A SHRINKING SELF-FOCUSING CORE

In this paper,we consider the semilinear elliptic equation systems{△u+u=αQ_(n)(x)|u|^(α-2)|v|^(β)u in R^(N),-△v+v=βQ(x)|u|^(α)|v|^(β-2)v in R^(N),where N≥3,α,β>1,α+β<2^(*),2^(*)=2N/N-2 and Q_(n) are bounded given functions whose self-focusing cores{x∈R^(N)|Q_(n)(x)>0} shrink to a set with finitely many points as n→∞.Motivated by the work of Fang and Wang[13],we use variational methods to study the limiting profile of ground state solutions which are concentrated at one point of the set with finitely many points,and we build the localized concentrated bound state solutions for the above equation systems.

GLOBAL WEAK SOLUTIONS FOR AN ATTRACTION-REPULSION CHEMOTAXIS SYSTEM WITH p-LAPLACIAN DIFFUSION AND LOGISTIC SOURCE

This paper is concerned with the following attraction-repulsion chemotaxis system with p-Laplacian diffusion and logistic source:■The system here is under a homogenous Neumann boundary condition in a bounded domainΩ ■ R^(n)(n≥2),with χ,ξ,α,β,γ,δ,k_(1),k_(2)> 0,p> 2.In addition,the function f is smooth and satisfies that f(s)≤κ-μs~l for all s≥0,with κ ∈ R,μ> 0,l> 1.It is shown that(ⅰ)if l> max{2k_(1),(2k_(1)n)/(2+n)+1/(p-1)},then system possesses a global bounded weak solution and(ⅱ)if k_(2)> max{2k_(1)-1,(2k_(1)n)/(2+n)+(2-p)/(p-1)} with l> 2,then system possesses a global bounded weak solution.

Hamiltonian system for the inhomogeneous plane elasticity of dodecagonal quasicrystal plates and its analytical solutions

A Hamiltonian system is derived for the plane elasticity problem of two-dimensional dodecagonal quasicrystals by introducing the simple state function. By using symplectic elasticity approach, the analytic solutions of the phonon and phason displacements are obtained further for the quasicrystal plates. In addition, the effectiveness of the approach is verified by comparison with the data of the finite integral transformation method.
