Clinical Observation on the Prevention and Treatment of Juvenile Mild Myopia with Traditional Chinese Medicine Comprehensive Therapy

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the prevention and treatment ofjuvenile mild myopia.Methods:One hundred and twenty cases of juvenile mild myopia were randomly divided into six groups,with 20 cases in each group:western medicine group,ultrasonic group,acupuncture group,auricular point group,traditional Chinese oral decoction group,and traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy group.The therapeutic effects of the treatment administered to the six groups were compared.Result:In the post-treatment and follow-up stages,the visual acuity of the traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy group significantly improved along with reduced diopter compared to the other groups(p<0.05).However,the axial length of the six groups had no significant change compared with that before treatment(p>0.05).There were no adverse reactions in any of the patients.Conclusion:In the treatment of juvenile mild myopia,traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy has good therapeutic effect without any adverse reactions;thus,it is worthy of clinical promotion.

A Review of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the Treatment of Depression

Depression is a common mental illness with symptoms such as loss of interest.At present,It is mainly treated with antidepressants,which are effective in a short time,but it is highly addictive and has a high probability of adverse reactions.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of depression has the advantages of high feasibility,good tolerance,obvious effect,and small side effects.In addition,TCM has great potential for the treatment of depression with the overall concept of the unity of nature and man as its guiding ideology and rich clinical experience.This review mainly expounds on the research progress of TCM treatment of depression from two aspects of TCM non-drug therapy and TCM drug therapy,to provide a reference for clinical treatment of depression.

Research progress in the treatment of diabetic foot with traditional Chinese medicine

Diabetic foot is one of the chronic complications of diabetes,which is serious and expensive to treat.As an effective method for treating diabetic foot,Chinese medicine plays an important role in improving the clinical symptoms and reducing the suffering of diabetic foot patients.The methods of traditional Chinese medicine to treat diabetic foot include internal treatment method,external treatment method and comprehensive therapy.This article reviews the research results of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic foot in order to provide reference for the treatment of diabetic foot.

Research progress of external therapies of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a common chronic liver disease characterized by diffuse hepatic steatosis.With the improvement of people's living standard,the incidence rate of NAFLD has been increasing,which has become one of the global health problems in 21st Century.However,there is no specific drug or standard treatment for NAFLD,which brings challenges to treatment.Acupuncture,moxibustion,massage and other external therapies based on the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine have obvious curative effect in the clinical treatment of NAFLD,but the mechanism has not been systematically explained,which makes the clinical promotion evidence insufficient.This paper aims to summarize the researches on the treatment of NAFLD by external therapies of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,and analyze its possible mechanism,so as to provide a scientific theoretical basis for future basic experiments and clinical research,and form a set of standardized clinical diagnosis and treatment scheme with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.

Therapeutic strategy in colorectal cancer based on Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine: from the lipid metabolism perspective

Colorectal cancer(CRC)is a major cause of morbidity and mortality and is closely associated with lipid metabolism,of which fatty acid metabolism,the release of fat factors and the abnormal level of blood lipids are all important pathogenic mechanisms.With the increasing awareness of lipid metabolism,advances in lipid-regulating therapy have made it possible for anti-tumor effect in CRC.However,there are still many research gaps and limitations.Given the complexity and uncertainty of targeted lipid-regulating therapy for CRC,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)may have a leg up when it comes to the theory of“holistic concept”and“treatment based on syndrome differentiation”.Meanwhile,proper dietary direction,healthy lifestyles,and normal serum lipid levels contribute directly to the prognosis of CRC patients.

考试焦虑障碍临床诊疗中国专家共识

考试焦虑障碍是一组与考试等评价性刺激相关的综合征,是考试带来的较为严重的心理问题之一。长期的考试焦虑容易引起紧张、恐惧、烦躁、抑郁等负性情绪,损害个体的工作记忆、注意等认知能力,严重的甚至会导致个体出现自杀意念。为进一步规范考试焦虑障碍的临床诊疗,在中华医学会心身医学分会考试焦虑协作组的组织下,由13名专家组成专家组,包括精神科医师和心理学专家,基于国内外文献和临床诊疗经验等制定本专家共识,以期从流行病学、病因、临床表现、评估、治疗等方面为临床医生提供科学、全面的指导。

失眠认知行为治疗结合中医治疗对老年冠心病合并睡眠障碍患者的临床疗效分析

目的观察失眠认知行为治疗(CBT-I)结合中医治疗在老年冠心病合并睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选择2021年6月至2023年9月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院收治的400例老年冠心病合并睡眠障碍患者,随机分成研究组和对照组各200例,对照组采取常规治疗,研究组以CBT-I疗法结合中医治疗进行治疗。以匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、生活质量量表(SF-36)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)以及西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评价两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠质量、催眠药物、日间功能、睡眠障碍评分均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者在生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康、健康变化评分均较治疗前升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者SAS、SDS评分均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的身体活动受限程度、心绞痛稳定状态、心绞痛发作情况、治疗满意程度、疾病认知程度评分均较治疗前上升(P<0.05),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论失眠认知行为治疗结合中医治疗可有效提高老年冠心病睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量,改善生活质量,促进冠心病功能状态稳定并降低其焦虑抑郁程度。

自拟除痤汤辨治痤疮

自拟除痤汤由桑白皮、枇杷叶、白花蛇舌草、虎杖、薏苡仁组成,具有配伍简单、药少力专的特点,诸药合用,可起到清肺泻脾、凉血解毒、除湿消痤之功效。临证加减治疗痤疮,具有较好的临床效果。附新病痤疮(邪实为主,肺经风热)、久病痤疮(邪实为主,热毒内蕴;邪正俱盛,热毒内蕴,痰湿瘀阻;正衰邪恋,热毒内蕴,气血不和)验案4则。

中医治疗对心肌梗死患者介入治疗后心肌再灌注和心功能的改善作用

目的:探究和分析心肌梗死患者介入治疗后应用中医治疗改善患者心功能和心肌再灌注的效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年5月湖南中医药大学附属垫江中医院收治的70例心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,采用单双号法进行分组,35例分到单号者纳入对照组,35例分到双号者纳入观察组。对照组采用西医(阿司匹林、氯吡格雷)治疗,观察组采用中医(益气通痹汤)治疗,比较两组治疗前后心肌功能(心肌肌钙蛋白、肌酸激酶同工酶)、心功能(每搏输出量、左室射血分数)、心肌再灌注率及不良反应发生率。结果:两组治疗前心肌功能、心功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后心肌肌钙蛋白、肌酸激酶同工酶低于对照组,每搏输出量、左室射血分数高于对照组,心肌再灌注率高于对照组,治疗期间不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心肌梗死患者介入治疗后应用中医治疗的效果良好,不仅能改善心功能,还能提高心肌再灌注率,且安全性高。

恶性肿瘤中西医结合治疗模式探索

恶性肿瘤是严重威胁人类健康的重大疾病,虽然目前中西医结合已成为我国恶性肿瘤治疗的专家共识,但尚未形成成熟的中西医结合治疗模式。通过探索构建恶性肿瘤中西医结合治疗模式,即中西医协同治疗、中医姑息治疗和中医防变治疗,覆盖恶性肿瘤不同阶段,以期在恶性肿瘤治疗过程中充分发挥中西医结合治疗的优势与特色。

活血化瘀方治疗子宫肌瘤临床观察

目的分析活血化瘀方辨证对子宫肌瘤的治疗效果及安全性。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月江西省乐安县人民医院收治的60例子宫肌瘤患者临床资料,分为对照组与治疗组,各30例。对比两组治疗3周后的临床效果、性激素水平[卵泡生成素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、孕激素(P)]、中医证候积分、不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),对照组为80.00%(24/30),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前两组性激素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组FSH、LH、E2、P均降低,且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组中医证候积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组经期异常、下腹胀痛、乳房胀痛、肛门下坠评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为6.67%(2/30),对照组为16.67%(5/30),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论活血化瘀方辨证对子宫肌瘤的治疗效果好,可改善患者临床症状及性激素水平,用药安全性高。

基于足三阴经筋理论的小针刀松解疗法联合桃红四物汤治疗早中期股骨头坏死研究

目的 研究在足三阴经筋理论指导下的闭合性小针刀松解疗法联合桃红四物汤治疗早中期股骨头坏死的临床效果。方法 选取2020年6月至2023年6月在该院就诊的72例早中期股骨头坏死患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。根据治疗方案不同将患者分为2组,其中38例接受足三阴经筋理论指导下的闭合性小针刀松解疗法联合桃红四物汤治疗(观察组),另34例接受常规闭合性松解术治疗(对照组)。比较2组治疗效果,以及治疗前后髋关节功能、疼痛程度及生活质量评分。结果 观察组患者整体疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3、6个月时,观察组患者Harris髋关节功能评分高于对照组,视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月时,观察组患者生理功能、躯体疼痛、活力、情感职能、社会功能、生理职能、精神健康及总体健康等简明健康状况调查问卷评分显著高于对照组,全血黏度高切、低切及血浆黏度水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于足三阴经筋理论指导下的小针刀松解术联合桃红四物汤治疗早中期股骨头坏死患者效果显著,有助于改善患者血液流变学,减轻躯体疼痛,提高患者生活质量。

高血压六经辨证论治思路与方法

基于六经辨证理论体系,探析高血压的六经辨治用药思路。高血压早期病在三阳,阳气尚足,病多属实;病变后期,病在三阴,阳气衰弱,病多属虚。高血压病在太阳,以解表祛邪为主;病在阳明,以清热通下为要;病在少阳,宜调畅气机;病在太阴,需温补脾胃;病在少阴,需调理心肾;病在厥阴,需调和寒热。

阿尔茨海默病不同治疗方式研究新进展

阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是一种复杂的、起病隐秘的、病因不明的、缺乏特异性诊断方式的神经退行性病变。面对与日俱增的患病率,却缺乏有效的治疗方式。中医药治疗方式具有多层次、多靶点、多通路的独特优势,中西医结合方式的互补,非药物疗法的辅助,干细胞疗法、新的分子药物、抗体及蛋白疫苗、γ感官刺激等新颖的实验阶段新疗法等方式治疗AD。本文综述近年来的不同治疗方式治疗AD研究新进展,旨在为临床上治疗AD提供新思路、新方法及参考价值。

发作性睡病的中医临床诊治现状

综述发作性睡病的中医临床诊治现状。发作性睡病是一种罕见的睡眠障碍性疾病,与中医学“嗜睡”“多寐”“嗜卧”“多卧”“善眠”“但欲寐”等症状相似。本病病位在心和脑,以虚证为主,主要有脾虚湿困型、心肾不足型、阳气虚弱型、髓海不足型;兼见实证,主要有肝胆郁热型、痰浊阻滞型、风邪阻络型、气滞血瘀型、心火亢盛型。对于发作性睡病的治疗,在辨证论治的同时,还需将辨病与辨证相结合,也可运用针灸疗法。
