耐盐性不同的野大豆种子和幼苗对等渗水分和NaCl胁迫的响应 被引量:21

用等渗(-0.53 MPa)PEG-6000、NaC l、Na+-盐和C l--盐溶液分别处理野大豆种群BB52(耐盐性较强)和N23232(耐盐性较弱)的种子和幼苗。结果表明:除PEG处理对两种群种子发芽无明显影响外,其余各等渗盐处理下其相对发芽率均显著下降,其中Na+... 用等渗(-0.53 MPa)PEG-6000、NaC l、Na+-盐和C l--盐溶液分别处理野大豆种群BB52(耐盐性较强)和N23232(耐盐性较弱)的种子和幼苗。结果表明:除PEG处理对两种群种子发芽无明显影响外,其余各等渗盐处理下其相对发芽率均显著下降,其中Na+-盐处理下降最明显;两种群所有处理幼苗的叶片相对电解质渗漏率和丙二醛(MDA)含量显著增加,叶绿素含量和叶绿素荧光参数值(PSⅡ最大光化学效率,Fv/Fm;光合电子传递速率,ETR)显著下降。这些处理对N23232的影响大于BB52,其中Na+-盐的影响最大,PEG影响最小。可见,NaC l胁迫对野大豆造成的伤害中,离子毒害较渗透胁迫重,其中又以Na+毒害大于C l-毒害。 展开更多

Protective Effects of Glycinebetaine on Brassica chinensis Under Salt Stress 被引量:31

Brassica chinensis L. were foliarly applied with glycinebetaine (GB), as this species is unable to synthesis GB and sensitive to osmotic stress such as salt. The exogenous GB was easily absorbed and transported by the leaf of B. chinensis . Its application (0-20 mmol/L) enhanced the plant tolerance to salt stress. The treatment of 15 mmol/L GB significantly decreased the Na + accumulation in leaf and root under NaCl stress. This difference in accumulating Na + and K + is caused by higher selectivity of root absorption. Furthermore, GB increased H +_ATPase activity of root plasma membrane evidently. This result strongly suggested that in root the decreased Na + accumulation was caused by the GB accumulation that enhanced the extrusion of Na + from the cell in some way through plasma membrane transporter, e.g. Na +/H + antiport driven by H +_ATPase. The GB application was also found to stabilize the plasma membrane, to decrease the loss of chlorophyll, and to stimulate the osmosis induced proline response under salt stress. 展开更多

A pot experiment was carried out on a marine saline soil to study the effect of initial soluble Na/Ca ratio of saline soil on the salinity tolerance of barley plant.The results showed that (1) the Na/Ca ratio affected significantly the dry weight of the plant at an earlier stage of growth,the critical values of initial Na/Ca ratio at which the plant could grow normally on soils containing salts of 2.5,3.5 and 4.5g kg^-1 were 30,20 and 15,respectively;(2)smaller Na/Ca ratio resulted in a considerable decrease in Na accumulation but a great increase in K accumulation in the barley plant;and (3) the plasmallema of barley leaf were badly injured when the Na/Ca ratio was more than 30 and the increase of Na content of plant caused an exudation of K from the leaf cells.Some critical indexes were suggested for the cultivation of barley plant on marine saline soils and could be used as reference in the biological reclamation of marine saline soils. 展开更多
