非小细胞肺癌中Naked1的表达及意义

目的探讨Naked1(NKD1)蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)组织中的表达与预后的关系。方法采用RT-PCR、Western blot法对35例新鲜肺癌组织进行检测;采用免疫组化SP法对100例NSCLC石蜡标本进行检测。结果在79%的新鲜肺癌标本中,NKD1的蛋白水平明显低于相对应的癌旁正常肺组织,而mRNA水平明显高于正常肺组织(P<0.01)。在78%的NSCLC免疫组化标本中,NKD1的表达明显低于正常肺组织(P<0.01)。在肺鳞癌中NKD1的表达低于腺癌,并与分化程度呈正相关(P<0.01),与淋巴结转移(P<0.05)和TNM分期(P<0.01)呈负相关,NKD1低表达者的术后生存时间明显低于正常表达者(P=0.01)。结论在NSCLC中,NKD1 mRNA上调,而蛋白水平下调,其蛋白的下调程度与临床病理因素和不良预后相关。

Pirh2和Naked2在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

目的:分析乳腺癌组织中Pirh2和Naked2的表达情况及其临床意义。方法:随机选取在2011年1月—2013年12月期间收治的96例乳腺癌标本作为观察组,同时选取癌旁组织作为对照组,应用免疫组织化学方法对Pirh2和Naked2表达情况进行检测,分析Pirh2和Naked2表达与乳腺癌病理分级的关系及Pirh2和Naked2两者的相关性。结果:Pirh2在乳腺癌组织中高表达,癌旁组织中低表达,Naked2在乳腺癌组织中低表达,癌旁组织中高表达(P<0.05);年龄、肿瘤大小与癌中Pirh2和Naked2的表达无关(P>0.05);肿瘤病理分级和淋巴结转移与Pirh2和Naked2的表达相关(P<0.05);Pirh2和Naked2的表达呈负相关。结论:Pirh2和Naked2对乳腺癌的生物学行为的判断及预后有一定的提示作用。

Analysis of the application and practice of PDCA cycle in management of the naked medicine dispensing——the quality and safety of the drug

Objective:To explore the application of plan–do–check–action(PDCA)cycle in the management of the naked medicine dispensing about the automatic package and to analyze the practice improved in the quality of naked medicine dispensing medicine management.Methods:The PDCA theory was used to analyze the data,to find out the causes of the problem,and to formulate the corresponding countermeasures to intervene.The data of the naked medicine/adverse drug events satisfaction degree of the inpatients in 18 inpatient departments given for the adoption of PDCA cycle in January 2017 were set as the observation group.The number of the naked medicine/adverse drug events satisfaction degree of patients in 18 inpatient departments before adoption of PDCA cycle in December 2016 was set as the control group.The number of the naked medicine/adverse drug events satisfaction degree of patients in 18 inpatient departments before and after adoption of PDCA cycle was observed and analyzed.Results:The number of the naked medicine/adverse drug events after implementing the method of PDCA cycle management rate was significantly lower than before the implementation method of PDCA cycle management,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the inpatients after implementing the method of PDCA cycle management rate was significantly higher than that before the implementation method of PDCA cycle management,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of PDCA cycle in the management of the naked medicine dispensing about the automatic package can help to reduce the adverse drug events,to improve the safety of drug treatment,and to increase the patients’satisfaction degree.

The effects of steaming and roasting treatments on lipase activity and nutritional components of “oat rice” (OR): the peeled naked oat (Avena nuda) kernels

Peeled naked oat kernels, named “oat rice” (OR) by Chinese food scientists and processors, are novel oat products in China. This study exam-ined the effects of steaming and roasting treat-ments on the enzyme activities, nutritional con-tents, and flour pasting properties of OR kernels. Results showed that a peeling time of 20 s caused 16.13% β-glucan loss, while a peeling time 25 s caused 34.29% β-glucan loss in the kernels. OR kernels with a 20 s peeling treatment demonstrated significantly higher starch levels and kernel whiteness compared with normal oat kernels (P<0.01). It was also found that normal pressure steaming, autoclaved steaming and infrared roasting treatments could exterminate lipase activities in the OR kernels, and provide the OR kernels with significantly lower final viscosities and setback values than normal kernels (P<0.01).

Effects of Peeling with Flexible Alloy Blade on Naked Oats

This research reported the effect of peeling naked oats with a peeling machine equipped with the flexible alloy blade.Results showed that the flexible alloy blade could achieve the same effect as traditional abrasive rolls. Furthermore, the new peeling method had hardly damage to the oat kernels. The result of scanning electron microscopy indicated the surface of peeled naked oats by the flexible alloy blade is homogeneous. The gap between the flexible alloy blade and the slotted screen could change the particle sizes of the flours obtained, which differed from traditional peeling machines. In addition, peeling for 15 seconds significantly reduced the microbial contaminants. The removal of outer layer decreased the lipase activity. The technological parameters were optimized by orthogonal L_9(3~4) test, the results showed a 30 s peeling time and 2% second-addition of water contributed to the peeling rate. The texture analysis demonstrate that the hardness of cooked groats decreases obviously after peeling treatments.

胃腺癌组织Naked1和MMP-9表达及其相关性研究

目的:观察胃腺癌组织Naked1和MMP-9蛋白表达特征,探讨两者的关系及临床价值。方法:选择97例胃腺癌术后留取的蜡块作为胃癌组,选择62例正常胃黏膜组织作为正常对照组,应用免疫组织化学技术检测两组中Naked1和MMP-9蛋白表达,观察Naked1和MMP-9表达与临床病理特征的相关性。结果:胃癌组Naked1蛋白表达阳性率明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),MMP-9蛋白表达阳性率明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。胃癌组Naked1和MMP-9蛋白表达与肿瘤的临床分期、淋巴结转移、浸润深度、Ki67表达密切相关(P<0.05或P<0.01);Naked1和MMP-9表达具有负相关性(P<0.05),生存分析显示Naked1低表达、MMP-9高表达患者预后差。结论:胃腺癌组织Naked1和MMP-9呈异常表达,两者对病变的进展具有重要作用,术后检测Naked1和MMP-9表达可能对判断预后有一定价值。

Assessment of Stress on Serum Estradiol and Cortisol Levels in Female Subordinate Naked Mole Rats Following Isolation from Natal Colony

This study investigated the effects of isolation of subordinate naked mole rats from natal colonies on their reproductive success. Naked mole rat is one of the known mammals that exhibit eusociality. It has been noted that naked mole rats have their reproduction restricted to one queen and less than three males;the rest of the animals within the colony remain sterile. The study aimed at establishing whether the reproductive suppression in subordinate naked mole rats is the outcome of social stress exerted by breeding female in the colony or other unknown environmental factors within the colony set-up. Experimental period was 20 weeks and it involved two stages, acclimatization and isolation. Before acclimation, 2 female subordinate naked mole rats were sacrificed. Blood samples were collected and appropriately preserved for later analysis. On the 2nd, 4th and 6th weeks of acclimatization, 2 female mole rats were sacrificed at each stage and blood samples were harvested for analysis. On week 7, eighteen subordinate females were isolated and randomly assigned into two groups of 9 animals each in two separate cages for 14 weeks. One week 8, 2 subordinate females from each group were randomly selected, sacrificed and blood samples collected for analysis. The same procedure was repeated on week 12 and 20 of study. Hormonal analysis was done using ELISA technique. The Statistical analysis done using student t-test at 95% confidence level and significance level was set at P < 0.05. Results showed increase in cortisol levels only in singly isolated females which were the greatest on week 8 (from 35.5 ng/ml to 123.4 ng/ml). Mean estradiol in singly isolated females was 18 ± 2.52 pg/ml while females paired with males had 19.0 ± 3.0 pg/ml hence no significant difference (paired t = -1.73, P = 0.23). Conclusively, the observed reproductive suppression among subordinate naked mole rats in natal colonies is probably due to presence of queen or other reproductive aspects that may not be directly related to stress.

Improving Transportation and Transplanting Efficiency of Flue-cured Tobacco by Transportation of Naked Seedlings

[Objective] The aim was to resolve the problem of low transportation efficiency of seedlings,vulnerability of seedling trays and difficulty of recycling.[Method]Naked seedlings were transported with trays and frames to improve transportation and transplanting efficiency.[Result] The transportation of naked seedlings would effectively reduce transportation cost and improve transportation and transplanting efficiency of tobacco seedlings.[Conclusion] The transportation of naked seedlings is suitable to be applied in the region with professional transplanting.

基于系统变形的E-Bike中置传动模组降噪方法及验证

研究了E-Bike中置传动模组降噪方法。在MASTA软件中对中置传动模组建模,将壳体刚度缩聚后加入模型,考虑轴承刚度和轴变形,对齿轮进行齿形齿向修形,计算所需传递误差,将传递误差降到最低,以便实现模拟NVH计算结果最优。结合设计方案试制样机,验证降噪方法的可行性。经测试验证,仿真与试验结果吻合。

基于载荷谱的E-Bike中置传动模组等幅疲劳载荷计算

基于电助力自行车自身特点,结合不同路况,计算其中置传动模组输出扭矩载荷谱。将交变应力的载荷谱通过齿轮材料T-N曲线求出当量载荷,并基于疲劳强度和弯曲强度计算等幅疲劳载荷,计算结果可为后续加速疲劳,载荷试验提供理论依据。

Snake模型初始轮廓选取的研究

针对Snake模型处理复杂背景图像时的初始轮廓自动选取问题,该文采用分水岭算法先对图像进行分割,并将得到的边界作为Snake模型的初始边缘轮廓。由于分水岭算法具有将目标物体从复杂背景中分割开来的优点,使得在应用Snake模型对复杂图像进行分割时减少了人工的干预。经过实验对比,采用分水岭算法对玉米秸秆图像进行边缘轮廓的提取能达到较好的效果,为自动进行Snake模型的计算提供了一种较好的初始轮廓处理方法。

基于区域信息的Snake模型医学图像分割

本文针对Snake模型应用于图像边缘检测时对于噪音过于敏感的不足和易于从弱边界溢出,提出了一种新的约束力。在新的约束力的作用下,Snake模型可以很好地减小噪音的干扰,防止曲线溢出弱边界,并使初始曲线具有更大的选择空间,使模型的分割性能更好。实验证明该模型可以分割出较好的目标边界。

Function Combined Method for Design Innovation of Children's Bike

As children mature, bike products for children in the market develop at the same time, and the conditions are frequently updated. Certain problems occur when using a bike, such as cycle overlapping, repeating function, and short life cycle, which go against the principles of energy conservation and the environmental protection intensive design concept. In this paper, a rational multi-function method of design through functional superposition, transformation, and technical implementation is proposed. An organic combination of frog-style scooter and children’s tricycle is developed using the multi-function method. From the ergonomic perspective, the paper elaborates on the body size of children aged 5 to 12 and effectively extracts data for a multi-function children’s bike, which can be used for gliding and riding. By inverting the body, parts can be interchanged between the handles and the pedals of the bike. Finally, the paper provides a detailed analysis of the components and structural design, body material, and processing technology of the bike. The study of Industrial Product Innovation Design provides an effective design method to solve the bicycle problems, extends the function problems, improves the product market situation, and enhances the energy saving feature while implementing intensive product development effectively at the same time.

Optimal Design and Dynamic Simulation of Mountain Bike with Rear Suspension

This paper investigates the dynamic design methodology of mountain bikes with rear suspension. Firstly, a multi-rigid body dynamic model of rider and mountain bike coupled system is constructed. The rider model includes 19 skeletons, 18 joints and 118 main muscles. Secondly, to validate the feasibility of the model, an experiment test is designed to reflect the real cycling status. Finally, aiming at enhancing the performance of the rider vibration comfort, the scale parameters of rear suspension are optimized with computer simulation and uniform design. The mathematical model in the vibration performance and the design variables is constructed with regression analysis. The result shows that when the length of side link is 90 mm, the length of connected rod is 336.115 1 mm and the included angle between absorber and side link is 60°, the mountain bike has better vibration comfort. This study and relevant conclusions are of practical importance to the design of the mountain bike＇s rear suspension system.

Using hybrid modeling for life cycle assessment of motor bike and electric bike

Life-cycle assessment (LCA) is environmental evaluation of products, materials, and processes over their life cycle. Truncation uncertainty and corresponding uncertainty are main problems occurred in process life cycle assessment (PLCA) modeling and economic input-output life cycle assessment (EIOLCA) modeling. Through combination of these two modelings in different life cycle stage and use of an uncertainty reduction strategy, a hybrid life cycle assessment modeling method was proposed in this study. Case studies were presented on gasoline-powered motorbikes (M-bike) and electricity-powered electric bike (E-bike). Web-based software was developed to analyze process environmental impacts. Results show that the largest part of life cycle energy (LCE) is consumed at use stage. Less energy is consumed in life cycle of E-bike than that of M-bike. GWP (Global Warming Potential), CO (Carbon Monoxide), PM10 (particulate matter) emission of M-bike are higher than that of E-bike, especially at use stage, AP (acidification Potential) emission of E-bike is higher than that of M-bike. Comprehensively, E-bike is energy efficient and less emitting, and better choice for urban private transportation.

Analysis of temporal and spatial usage patterns of dockless bike sharing system around rail transit station area

In order to study the spatiotemporal characteristics of the dockless bike sharing system(BSS)around urban rail transit stations,new normalized calculation methods are proposed to explore the temporal and spatial usage patterns of the dockless BSS around rail transit stations by using 5-weekday dockless bike sharing trip data in Nanjing,China.First,the rail transit station area(RTSA)is defined by extracting shared bike trips with trip ends falling into the area.Then,the temporal and spatial decomposition methods are developed and two criterions are calculated,namely,normalized dynamic variation of bikes(NDVB)and normalized spatial distribution of trips(NSDT).Furthermore,the temporal and spatial usage patterns are clustered and the corresponding geographical distributions of shared bikes are determined.The results show that four temporal usage patterns and two spatial patterns of dockless BSS are finally identified.Area type(urban center and suburb)has a great influence on temporal usage patterns.Spatial usage patterns are irregular and affected by limited directions,adjacent rail transit stations and street networks.The findings can help form a better understanding of dockless shared bike users behavior around rail transit stations,which will contribute to improving the service and efficiency of both rail transit and BSS.

Mode of travel and the decision to allow children to walk or bike to schools—The Abu Dhabi experience

The study investigates school travel to and from schools as perceived by parents in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Far fewer children are cycling or walking to school, and more and more are being driven to school by car. Traffic conditions, environmental factors, distance to school, road’s infrastructures, walking or biking with groups, schools efforts to educate children about active travel, and preferences of parents to accompany children to school were significantly perceived as important. The absence of active travel culture in the community was seen as a significant factor. Parent’s gender, child’s gender, child’s grade level, number of cars owned by the family, nationality and number of children were significantly associated with parents’ decisions to allow active travel to school. Results show that Abu Dhabi must establish aggressive strategic plans to promote active-commuting to school as the main mode of transportation. Current conditions in Abu Dhabi City are not conducive to active travel to school.
