This paper studies the characteristics of this device by theoretical analysis and particle-in-cell simulation method. Results indicate that tunable coherent S-P radiation with a high output peak power at millimeter wavelengths can be generated by adjusting the length of the grating period, or adjusting the voltage of the electron beam. The present scheme has the following advantages: the semi-elliptical resonator can reflect all radiation with the emission angle {? and random azimuthal angles, back onto the electron beam with same-phase and causes the electrons to be modulated, so the output power and efficiency are improved.展开更多

The SRO was pumped by a CW single-frequency Nd:YVO4 laser at 1.06μm. The 1.02 W of CW single-frequency signal laser at 1.5 μm was obtained at pump power of 6 W. At the output power of around 0.75 W, the power stability was better than ±l.5% and no mode-hopping was observed in 30 min and frequency stability was better than 8.5 MHz in 1 min. The real and imaginary parts of the pump noise are assumed to be cross-correlation. The effect of cross- correlation of noise and amplitude modulation of signal on laser statistical properties is studied by using the linearized approximation. The analytic expression of signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is calculated. It is found that the phenomena of stochastic resonance (SR) respectively exist in the curves of the SNR versus the noise cross-correlation coefficient λ and the SNR versus the pump parameter a, as well as the SNR versus the signal frequency ω in our model. It is shown that there are three different typies of SR in the model: the conventional form of SR, the SR in the broad sense, and the bona fide SR.展开更多

Then, the mode characteristics of CV mode selected resonator depending on the Fresnel number, geometry parameters, and polarization parameters were simulated. When the difference in reflection coefficient between radial and azimuthal polarization is greater than 0.021 for spherical semi-confocal cavity, the radially polarized TM01*mode most probably appears in the resonator due to its lowest loss, which is consistent with an azimuthal polarization-selective resonant cavity. Moreover, the appropriate phase shift factor contributes to suppress non-rotationally symmetrical modes, which promotes the selection of CV modes. The Fresnel number between 2 and 2.5 are the appropriate range of values when the value of geometry parameters g2 is 0.5, both of which decide the effective Fresnel number.展开更多

The spectral filter effect provided by a passive fiber with low-stress birefringence facilitates the establishment of multi-wavelength operation. Through appropriate control of the cavity parameters,a multi-wavelength DSR pulse can be generated in single-and dual-waveband regions. When the multi-wavelength DSR works in the 1038 nm waveband, the pulse duration can broaden from 2 ns to 37.7 ns. The maximum intra-cavity pulse energy is 152.7 nJ. When the DSR works in the 1038 nm and 1080 nm wavebands, the pulse duration can be tuned from2.3 ns to 10.5 ns with rising pump power. The emergence of the 1080 nm waveband is attributed to the stimulated Raman scattering(SRS) effect. Our work might help a deeper insight to be gained into DSR pulses in all-normal-dispersion YDFLs.展开更多

Laser Doppler techniques are utilized and the relation between DETF vibration velocity and output current of photodetector is obtained. Resonator vibration equation is also analyzed and its driving power only depends on the direct current bias voltage and the amplitude of alternative voltage. Furthermore, a special resonator driving control circuit based on measurement is designed. The amplitude and frequency of circuit is controlled by a computer so that highly stable and strong driving signal can be output. Experiments on driving and measuring double-ended tuning fork have been done, The frequency of driving signal is 8 kHz and the peak-to-peak value of driving voltage is 140 V. Experimental results indicate resonator can be drived stably by driving control circuit and dynamic characteristics of DETF may be measured in real time.展开更多

Both the fragmentations of 1t203+ and H204+ reveal the concerted pathway of dissociation. The length of the OH bond prior to the Coulomb explosion of both molecular ions is sensitive to the laser pulse duration and laser intensity. However, the bending angle of H-O-H is less sensitive to the pulse duration and laser intensity. We introduce the mechanism of charge resonance enhanced double ionization to elucidate the triple (or quadruple) dissociative ionization dynamics of H20, in which two electrons are non-adiabatically localized at the protons of the precursor ion H2O^+ (or H2O^2+) and are released simultaneously due to the over barrier ionization in the combined laser field and molecular ionic potential. Such charge resonance enhanced multiple ionization is not suppressed in few-cycle laser fields and elliptically polarized laser fields.展开更多

Experimental results indicate resonator can be drived stably by driving control circuit and dynamic characteristics of DETF may be measured in real time.

文摘We perform a kinetically complete measurement on the fragmentation of Coulomb explosion of 1-120 molecules in intense few-cycle linearly and circularly polarized laser fields. Such charge resonance enhanced multiple ionization is not suppressed in few-cycle laser fields and elliptically polarized laser fields.
文摘Transparent thin layer indium tin oxide was coated on polyethylene tetraphetalate (PET) substrate by means of spin coating process and its opto-electronic properties have been investigated. The surface treated by pulse Nd-YAG laser. Pulse frequency, duration and energy were, 1000 Hz, 0.2 to 20 ms and 25 to 40 J respectively. The effect of treatment on crystallization, optical properties and bonding processes of the thin layer was investigated. The results show that ITO coated on flexible PET substrates is conductive and transparent. The sheet transparency for a 350 nm thickness in the visible range is more than 83.6%. Using Nd-YAG laser increased conductivity by a factor of 100 times and causes higher bonding performances.
文摘The correlation of the inhomogeneous broadening of the resonance transition at different time intervals and the efficiency of long-lived photon echo response locking by the action of standing waves of non-resonant laser pulses are considered. It is shown that the long-lived photon echo response locking effect may be observed even at the angles of the relative orientation of the non-resonant standing wave laser pulses of less than one degree, due to the change in the correlation coefficient of inhomogeneous broadening at time intervals between the first and the second and after the third resonant laser pulses.
文摘Objective: To study the effect of mitomycin (MMC) combined with Nd-YAG laser on cell proliferation and invasion as well as MEK/ERK signaling pathway in obstructive lacrimal duct model. Methods: New Zealand rabbits were selected as experimental animals and divided into model group, laser group and MMC + laser group;obstructive lacrimal duct model was established, then laser group were given Nd-YAG laser intervention, and MMC + laser group were given Nd-YAG laser combined with mitomycin intervention. 2 months after intervention, the expression of proliferation molecules, invasion molecules and MEK-ERK signaling molecules in lacrimal duct tissue were measured. Results: TGF-β, CTGF, PCNA, Ki-67, Col-I, Col-III, MEK, ERK1/2, MMP2 and MMP9 protein levels in lacrimal duct tissue of laser group were significantly higher than those of model group while TSG-6, Cthrc1 and TIMP1 protein levels were significantly lower than those of model group;TGF-β, CTGF, PCNA, Ki-67, Col-I, Col-III, MEK, ERK1/2, MMP2 and MMP9 protein levels in lacrimal duct tissue of MMC + laser group were significantly lower than those of laser group while TSG-6, Cthrc1 and TIMP1 protein levels were significantly higher than those of laser group. Conclusion:Mitomycin can inhibit cell proliferation and invasion as well as MEK/ERK signaling pathway activation in obstructive lacrimal duct model after Nd-YAG laser treatment.
