Then, considering some environmental factors influencing on leaf photosynthesis, three numerical sensitivity experiments were carried out. We simulated the sing le leaf net CO2 assimilation, which acts as a function of different light, carbo n dioxide and temperature conditions. The relationships between leaf net photosy nthetic rate of C3 and C4 plant with CO2 concentration intercellular, leaf tempe rature, and photosynthetic active radiation (PAR) were presented, respectively. The results show the numerical experiment may indicate the main characteristic o f plant photosynthesis in C3 and C4 plant, and further can be used to integrate with the regional climate model and act as land surface process scheme, and bett er understand the interaction between vegetation and atmosphere. 展开更多

A model to predict photosynthetic carbon assimilation rate(A)with high accuracy is important for forecasting crop yield and productivity.Long short-term memory(LSTM),a neural network suitable for time-series data,enables prediction with high accuracy but requires mesophyll variables.In addition,for practical use,it is desirable to have a technique that can predict A from easily available information.In this study,we propose a BLSTM augmented LSTM(BALSTM)model,which utilizes bi-directional LSTM(BLSTM)to indirectly reproduce the mesophyll variables required for LSTM.The most significant feature of the proposed model is that its hybrid architecture uses only three relatively easy-to-collect external environmental variables—photosynthetic photon flux density(Q_(in)),ambient CO_(2) concentration(C_(a)),and temperature(T_(air))—to generate mesophyll CO_(2) concentration(C_(i))and stomatal conductance to water vapor(g_(sw))as intermediate outputs.Then,A is predicted by applying the obtained intermediate outputs to the learning model.Accordingly,in this study,1)BALSTM(Q_(in),C_(a),T_(air))had a significantly higher A prediction accuracy than LSTM(Q_(in),C_(a),T_(air))in case of using only Q_(in),C_(a),and T_(air);2)BALSTMC_(i),g_(sw),which had C_(i) and g_(sw) as intermediate products,had the highest A prediction accuracy compared with other candidates;and 3)for samples where LSTM(Q_(in),C_(a),T_(air))had poor prediction accuracy,BALSTMC_(i),g_(sw)(Q_(in),C_(a),T_(air))clearly improved the results.However,it was found that incorrect predictions may be formed when certain factors are not reflected in the data(e.g.,timing,cultivar,and growth stage)or when the training data distribution that accounts for these factors differs from the predicted data distribution.Therefore,a robust model should be constructed in the future to improve the prediction accuracy of A by conducting gasexchange measurements(including a wide range of external environmental values)and by increasing the number of training data samples. 展开更多

硼镁铁精粉的烧结性能试验及工业应用

为了拓展可用铁矿资源的来源途径,本文对一种含硼、镁的铁矿资源(丹东硼镁铁精粉)的烧结性能进行试验研究,并开展相关工业应用试验。结果表明:硼镁铁精粉的同化性能与杨迪粉接近,液相流动性能与PB粉接近;在现有烧结原料和工艺条件下,硼... 为了拓展可用铁矿资源的来源途径,本文对一种含硼、镁的铁矿资源(丹东硼镁铁精粉)的烧结性能进行试验研究,并开展相关工业应用试验。结果表明:硼镁铁精粉的同化性能与杨迪粉接近,液相流动性能与PB粉接近;在现有烧结原料和工艺条件下,硼镁铁精粉等比例替代地方磁精粉,有利于提高烧结矿的成品率,降低固体燃料消耗,改善烧结矿的低温还原粉化性能。该铁精粉配比低于10%对提高烧结机利用系数和烧结矿转鼓强度有利,高于10%对上述两个指标有负面影响。工业应用试验结果表明,配加3%的硼镁铁精粉后,烧结矿的全铁品位略有降低,烧结矿中B_(2)O_(3)质量分数增加,达到0.56%;烧结矿的粒度组成得到优化,(5,10)mm和≤5 mm的粒级占比分别降低0.79%和1.29%,>40 mm的粒级占比增加3.01%;烧结机利用系数由1.60 t/(m^(2)·h)提高到1.62 t/(m^(2)·h),烧结矿转鼓强度提高2.22个百分点,低温还原粉化指数(>3.15 mm)由58.80%上升至60.29%,烧结矿产、质量指标均有明显改善。 展开更多

Understanding the relationship between the timing of N fertilizer applications and crop primary production is crucial for achieving high yield and N use efifciency in agriculture. This study investigated the effects of starting-N plus topdressing N applications (as compared to the common practice of all basal application) on soybean photosynthetic capacity under different planting densities. A ifeld experiment was conducted in two growing seasons (2011 and 2012), and the soybean (Glycine max L. Merrill) cultivar was Dongnong 52, three planting densities (20, 25 and 30 plants m-2), and four N fertilizer application patterns (all N fertilizer of 6 g N m-2 as basal fertilizer, all N fertilizer as topdressing at beginning pod stage (R3), 1.8 g N m-2 as basal fertilizer and 4.2 g N m-2 as topdressing at stage R3 and full pod stage (R4), respectively). The results indicated that under the same planting density, compared to applying all N as basal fertilizer, the application of starter-N plus topdressing N substantially reduced the rate of pod abscission, and enhanced leaf area index (LAI) signiifcantly at beginning seed stage (R5) (P〈0.05), net assimilation rate (NAR) during stages R4-full seed stage (R6) (P〈0.05), contribution rate of post-seed iflling assimilate to seed (CPA) (P〈0.05), and yield (P〈0.05). Applying topdressing N at stage R4 resulted in higher net primary production and yield than applying topdressing N at stage R3. When applying starter-N plus topdressing N at planting density of 25 plants m-2, LAI after stage R5 and NAR after stage R4 were increased by 5.92-16.3%(P〈0.05) and 13.7-26.6%(P〈0.05) with the planting density of 20 plants m-2, respectively, and yield was 8.46-14.0%(P〈0.05) higher than that under 20 plants m-2. When planting density increased to 30 plants m-2, only LAI during stages R4-R5 and NAR during stages R4-R5 increased by applying starter-N plus topdressing N, while the other indexes declined. Overall, results of this study demonstrated that applying starter-N plus topdressing N could signiifcantly enhance soybean photosynthetic capacity after stage R5 at planting density of 25 plants m-2. 展开更多

Physiological Performances of Temperate Vegetables with Response to Chronic and Acute Heat Stress 被引量:1

In face of climate change catastrophes, understanding the thermal limits and optimal physiological thermal window food crop is of particular urgency. This research aims to evaluate: 1) how physiological performances of plant will change with increasing chronic and acute heat stress;2) if the examined parameters form a hierarchy in terms of thermal tolerance;and 3) the optimal thermal window and critical temperatures of the examined plants with response to chronic and acute heat stress. Six temperate vegetables were subjected to chronic and acute heat stress and a suite of physiological parameters were evaluated. Dose responses were observed in shoot fresh weight, photosynthetic gas exchange, photosynthetic oxygen evolution, electron transfer rate, photo- and non-photochemical quenching with significant drop in performance as early as 28&deg;C for selected species. Conversely, ratio of variable to maximum fluorescence (F<sub>v</sub>/F<sub>m</sub>) was not affected by heat stress until 46&deg;C in chronic heat stress. Examining the temperature at which a measured parameter’s performance dropped by 50% compared to control (LT<sub>50</sub>), a distinct hierarchy of the indices was observed for Canasta, recombinant inbred line 141, Lactuca serriola and Lactuca sativa (L. “Salinas”): shoot fresh weight, representing the highest integrated level of photosynthesis was the most sensitive to thermal stress (28&deg;C - 30&deg;C), followed by oxygen evolution (35&deg;C - 45&deg;C) while non-photochemical and photochemical quenching which is subcellular function of stress alleviation had a much higher capacity failure temperature (47&deg;C - 60&deg;C). It is expected that F<sub>v</sub>/F<sub>m</sub> ratio, a measurement of sub-cellular structural integrity, will approach that of non-photochemical and photochemical quenching, if not exceeding it. By examining the photosynthetic parameters via their hierarchy of biological organization, it can be inferred that plants like Arugula and recombinant inbred line 192 are already operating near their thermal limit and have less energetic investment into heat stress mediation whereas L. serriola prioritizes thermal tolerance at the expense of photosynthesis efficiency. 展开更多

For the VDA problems with global observational data, the initial conditions and parameters for the model are revisited and the model itself is modified. The estimates of both error and convergence rate are theoretically made and the vahdity of the method is proved. For VDA problem with local observation data, the conventional VDA method are out of use due to the ill-posedness of the problem. In order to overcome the difficulties caused by the ill-posedness, the initial conditions and parameters of the model are modified by using the improved VDA method, and the estimates of both error and convergence rate are also made. Finally, the validity of the improved VDA method is proved through theoretical analysis and illustrated with an example, and a theoretical criterion of the regularization parameters is proposed. 展开更多

Sulphate(SO_(4)^(2-))is a main component of PM_(2.5)in China.The chemical formation mechanisms of sulphate are complex,and many air quality models have been used to analyse these mechanisms.To improve the accuracy of Weather Research Forecast-Chemistry(WRF-Chem)on sulphate,an alternative method is proposed in this paper.Moreover,data assimilation is performed to adjust the chemical reaction rates of sulphate.Based on the original reactions,a new sulphate parameterisation scheme,which includes two hypothetical reactions and six undetermined parameters,was added.Based on the WRF-Chem/DART(Data Assistance Research Testbed)system,the near-ground concentrations of SO_(4)^(2-),SO_(2),NO_(2),O_(3)and particulate matter are assimilated to adjust the six parameters.After adjusting the parameters,the new scheme can effectively solve the underestimation of SO_(4)^(2-)and overestimation of SO_(2).The simulation of SO_(4)^(2-)improved as the mean bias changed from-13.1μg m^(-3)to 3.5μg m^(-3)while SO_(2)improved from 17.0μg m^(-3)to 6.3μg m^(-3).The temporal and spatial variation characteristics predicted by the new scheme are consistent with the theoretical research results,indicating that the complex mechanism of sulphate formation could be replaced by the temporal and spatial variation characteristics predicted by the new scheme and that the parameters can be adjusted by data assimilation.Furthermore,the reaction rates of the SO_(4)^(2-)parameterisation scheme of the WRF-Chem model are improved in this study,and a new method for improving the accuracy of the air quality model is provided. 展开更多

提高种植密度是玉米高产的重要措施之一,并且群体密度对冠层光合特性与产量有重要影响,为阐明不同基因型玉米品种的耐密性,本研究以先玉335、郑单958、吉单209为供试品种,设置60000株hm^(-2)、75000株hm^(-2)、90000株hm^(-2)、105000株... 提高种植密度是玉米高产的重要措施之一,并且群体密度对冠层光合特性与产量有重要影响,为阐明不同基因型玉米品种的耐密性,本研究以先玉335、郑单958、吉单209为供试品种,设置60000株hm^(-2)、75000株hm^(-2)、90000株hm^(-2)、105000株hm^(-2) 4种密度处理,测定并计算6个生育期的叶面积指数(LAI)、光合势(LAD)、净同化率(NAR)以及产量性能参数平均叶面积指数(MLAI)、平均净同化率(MNAR)、收获指数(HI)、单位面积穗数(EN)、单穗粒数(GN)、千粒重(GW),并结合产量性能参数的变化对各品种进行耐密性分析。结果表明,不同品种产量性能参数对密度胁迫的反应相同,MLAI、EN与密度呈显著正相关,MNAR、HI、GN、GW与密度呈显著负相关;各品种产量对密度的响应呈一元二次方程关系,并具有良好的相关性;在试验密度范围内,品种耐密性表现以先玉335最好、郑单958次之,吉单209较差,其中,先玉335的适宜密度范围为90000~105000株hm^(-2),郑单958与吉单209的适宜密度范围为75000~90000株hm^(-2)。 展开更多

采用花前14C-同位素标记旗叶的方法,研究了盆栽条件下不同施氮量对两种穗型冬小麦品种光合产物转运及14C同化物积累、分配的影响。结果表明,冬小麦成熟期14C-同化物主要分配在茎鞘中,其分配率为44.31%-60.96%;其次在籽粒中,分配率为31.8... 采用花前14C-同位素标记旗叶的方法,研究了盆栽条件下不同施氮量对两种穗型冬小麦品种光合产物转运及14C同化物积累、分配的影响。结果表明,冬小麦成熟期14C-同化物主要分配在茎鞘中,其分配率为44.31%-60.96%;其次在籽粒中,分配率为31.81%-40.67%;其中大穗型品种兰考矮早八茎鞘、叶片中的分配率高于多穗型品种豫麦49-198,表明成熟时大穗型品种有更多的同化物滞留在茎鞘和叶片中。施氮量对14C-同化物分配率有影响,在施氮量36gm-2处理的茎鞘中分配率下降,而籽粒中的分配率增加,表明增施氮肥促进花前同化物向籽粒中分配。随着籽粒灌浆进程,光合产物在营养器官中的分配率逐渐下降,在籽粒中的分配率逐渐增加,表明营养器官的同化物逐渐向籽粒转运。小麦籽粒的同化物有34.94%来自花前贮藏物质的转运,65.06%来自开花后同化量,但不同品种、不同氮素水平处理之间有较大差异。施氮量36gm^-2处理的花前转运量、转运率、花前贮藏物质对籽粒贡献率均下降,但花后同化量、对籽粒贡献率以及单穗粒重均增加;其中兰考矮早八和豫麦49-198的花后贡献率分别为77.84%和56.29%,表明兰考矮早八花后同化量对籽粒的贡献大于豫麦49-198。两品种籽粒产量均表现为施氮量36gm-2处理高于18gm^-2处理,并且大穗型品种的增产幅度大于多穗型品种,表明增施氮肥对不同冬小麦品种的增产效应存在差异。 展开更多

1996~ 1999年在湖南省醴陵市白兔潭镇 ( N2 7°2 9′)进行了双季稻“旺壮重”栽培的定位试验 ( 6.67hm2 )和与传统栽培的对比试验。结果表明 :( 1)早稻 V4 0 2单产 7981.5~ 84 94 .5kg/ hm2 ,晚稻 V198为 84 81.5~ 8980 .5kg/ hm... 1996~ 1999年在湖南省醴陵市白兔潭镇 ( N2 7°2 9′)进行了双季稻“旺壮重”栽培的定位试验 ( 6.67hm2 )和与传统栽培的对比试验。结果表明 :( 1)早稻 V4 0 2单产 7981.5~ 84 94 .5kg/ hm2 ,晚稻 V198为 84 81.5~ 8980 .5kg/ hm2 ,分别比传统栽培增产 11.7%和 13.3% ;( 2 )高产水稻群体成穗率高 ( 71.3%~ 76.8% ) ,群体内透光好 ,净同化率高 ,干物质生产量大 ( 4年平均 V4 0 2为 13973.1kg/ hm2 ,V198为 15560 .6kg/ hm2 ) ,前期干物质生产量大的早发群体与中后期干物质生产量的比例顺调 ,但早稻前期干物质生产年间因气温不同有差异 (分蘖期占成熟期总干重的 10 .6%~ 17.5% ) ;( 3)根系生长量和吸收表面积随地上部植株生长迅速增加 ,齐穗期早稻接近最大值 ,晚稻仍缓慢增加 ,但在“旺壮重”栽培条件下 ,抽穗后仍具有较强的根系活力与吸收能力 ,吸收约占全生育期吸收总量 5%的 P素和约 10 %的 N素。 展开更多

研究波吉卵囊藻(Oocystis borgei)对Cu2+、Zn2+的吸附动力学及温度、光照度和盐度对Cu2+、Zn2+吸附效果的影响。结果表明,波吉卵囊藻对Cu2+、Zn2+的吸附经历了快速、中速和慢速3个吸附步骤,快速吸附在实验0.5 h内完成,中速吸附在实验8 ... 研究波吉卵囊藻(Oocystis borgei)对Cu2+、Zn2+的吸附动力学及温度、光照度和盐度对Cu2+、Zn2+吸附效果的影响。结果表明,波吉卵囊藻对Cu2+、Zn2+的吸附经历了快速、中速和慢速3个吸附步骤,快速吸附在实验0.5 h内完成,中速吸附在实验8 h内完成,8 h后为慢速吸附。温度为25~30℃时,波吉卵囊藻对Cu2+、Zn2+的吸附量分别为5.61 mg/g、6.92 mg/g。光照度大于或等于3000 lx时,藻细胞对Cu2+有较好的吸附效果;光照度大于或等于2 000 lx时,藻细胞对Zn2+有较好的吸附效果。盐度为25~30时,藻细胞对Cu2+吸附量为5.93 mg/g,盐度为20时,藻细胞对Zn2+吸附量为6.97 mg/g。因此,当温度为30℃,盐度低于25,光照度大于2000 lx时,波吉卵囊藻可以很好的消除对虾养殖水体中重金属离子污染,保持良好的养殖水环境。 展开更多

对黄土高原森林草原区 6种不同植物的生理生态学特性进行了一个生长季的野外观测。测定了 2 0 0 2年生长季早、中、晚期植物叶片的光合、蒸腾速率及相应的微气象因子和土壤水分的含量。在此基础上 ,采用机理性生理生态学模型对黄土高原... 对黄土高原森林草原区 6种不同植物的生理生态学特性进行了一个生长季的野外观测。测定了 2 0 0 2年生长季早、中、晚期植物叶片的光合、蒸腾速率及相应的微气象因子和土壤水分的含量。在此基础上 ,采用机理性生理生态学模型对黄土高原森林草原区 6种植物净光合速率和气孔导度与环境因子的关系进行了分析 ,净光合速率模型和气孔导度模型分别能够解释 5 7%~ 79%和 4 0 %~ 5 9%生长季中净光合速率和气孔导度的日变化。在此基础上根据拟合得到的参数计算了典型 7月份天气的净光合速率的日变化。模拟的结果表明 :沙棘 (HippophaerhamnoidesL .subsp .sinensisRousi)的生物化学光合能力最强 ,茵陈蒿 (Artemisiacapillaris)的光呼吸速率最低 ,这两种植物的净光合速率高于其它植物种。刺槐 (Robiniapseudoacacia)、铁杆蒿 (Artemisiagmelinii)、茵陈蒿和沙棘在午后出现的净光合速率下降主要是由气孔导度减小引起的 ,而苹果 (Maluspumila)和柠条 (Caraganakorshinskii)午后净光合速率的降低与叶肉细胞酶的活性降低有关。 展开更多

以具代表性的5个籼型超级稻为材料,用汕优63作对照,比较研究了超级中籼杂交稻物质生产与分配的特性。超级稻具有显著的物质生产与积累优势,产量随成熟期物质积累量的增加而提高。超级稻的物质生产优势集中在中期和后期,产量与拔节前的... 以具代表性的5个籼型超级稻为材料,用汕优63作对照,比较研究了超级中籼杂交稻物质生产与分配的特性。超级稻具有显著的物质生产与积累优势,产量随成熟期物质积累量的增加而提高。超级稻的物质生产优势集中在中期和后期,产量与拔节前的干物质积累量相关不显著,与拔节至抽穗期的积累量呈显著正相关,与抽穗至成熟期的干物质积累量呈极显著正相关;超级稻抽穗期营养器官贮存了较多的结构物质但干物质表观输出量均低于对照,平均少148.5 kg/hm2,表观输出率也低,平均低2.5个百分点。超级稻的叶面积及光合势的显著提高促进了群体生产率的提高,大田期平均群体生产率比对照高4542(m2.d)/hm2。 展开更多

采用实验生态学方法研究了盐度对长江口缢蛏(Sinonovacula constricta)、河蚬(Corbicula fluminea)和光滑河蓝蛤(Potamocorbula laevis)滤水率、摄食率、同化率的影响。缢蛏组设6个盐度梯度(5,10,15,20,25,30),光滑河蓝蛤组设6个盐度梯... 采用实验生态学方法研究了盐度对长江口缢蛏(Sinonovacula constricta)、河蚬(Corbicula fluminea)和光滑河蓝蛤(Potamocorbula laevis)滤水率、摄食率、同化率的影响。缢蛏组设6个盐度梯度(5,10,15,20,25,30),光滑河蓝蛤组设6个盐度梯度(5,10,15,20,25,30),河蚬组设6个盐度梯度(0,5,10,15,20,25),并测定了此3种滤食性贝类的生物学参数。结果显示,3种滤食性贝类的滤水率、摄食率和同化率随着盐度的上升而增加,当上升到一定盐度时达到峰值,然后随着盐度的升高而降低。盐度20时,缢蛏滤水率、摄食率和同化率达到峰值,分别为0.57L/h、5.38mg POM/h和0.72%。盐度10时,光滑河蓝蛤滤水率和同化率达到峰值,分别为0.46L/h和0.53%,摄食率在盐度15时达到峰值3.80mg POM/h。盐度5时河蚬滤水率和摄食率都达到峰值,分别为0.39 L/h和2.48 mg POM/h,同化率在盐度0时已达到峰值0.51%,并随盐度上升而下降。上述结果表明,盐度对3种滤食性贝类的3个摄食生理指标均有显著影响。 展开更多
