Research on the One-Stop Information Service Model for University Library

Following the advent of and continuous progress of technology,computer network and information management have gradually being incorporated into the daily operation and management of university libraries all around the world.The service system of university libraries has also transformed from the conventional reference consulting model into a knowledge-based service model.This transformation has improved the professionalism and individualism of university libraries.Therefore,establishing a competent one-stop information service model has significant and important values.In this work,we analyzed the basic functionalities and the feasibility of one-stop information service model for university libraries.We also discussed in details the construction methodology for different modes,for reference only.

The college students' response to customized information services based on Library2.0 technologies at universities in Nanjing

Through a questionnaire survey of students’ response from 6 universities in Nanjing, this paper aims to determine their varying degrees of satisfaction about the customized information service based on Library2.0 technologies. In so doing, the authors carefully examined the data collected from the returned questionnaires about such key issues as the students’ perceptions about the customized information service via a Library2.0platform, self-initiated use experience of such a mechanism, their achieved information searching results vis-à-vis their expectations, etc. In addition, the authors also made a comparative study between information providers(i.e. librarians) and information consumers(i.e. students) at Chinese and American academic libraries.

New Measures of Chinese University Library Knowledge Service under the Cloudization Background

This article mainly explores and analyzes the application of network broadcast in the lecture service of university library under the cloudization background. By using the online survey method to investigate the lectures in some universities, it introduces the classification and characteristics of the network broadcast and obtains the advantage of network broadcast applied to lecture training through making contrast between the means of network multimedia. The result shows that the introduction of network broadcast can realize more customized, virtual and specialized lecture services, and facilitate the transformation of university library services in the digital era.

Activity-Based Costing of Library Services in Universities——A Case Study of a Private University

An organization’s costing system is a system that helps the management with the strategy planning while the system plays an important role in providing accurate cost information about the products and customers.In other words,the costing management system is important to provide timely and quality information to help managers in their decision-making process.Producing quality graduates is the main objective of any university and the cost of quality or the cost of poor quality is one that is often difficult to measure in higher education.This can be partly attributed to the fact that most accounting systems are not structured to capture important cost-of-quality information.In order to succeed,many organizations tend to shift from conventional or traditional costing system to Activity-based costing(ABC).ABC provides both higher education administrators and policymakers with better information on which to base decisions.The use of multiple cost pools and drivers under ABC leads to more detailed and accurate product costing than that provided by traditional cost systems.This paper attempts to investigate the possibilities and limitations of implementing ABC in universities.More specifically the study makes use of the case study method to illustrate the implementation of activity-based costing of library services in a private university in the Kingdom of Bahrain.The research methodology of the case study is a combination of both descriptive and quantitative analyses.The study identified six categories of cost pools which are related to the activities of the library as well as 17 relevant cost drivers.Accordingly,ABC should lead to a better understanding of what drives costs and,by extension,what changes are necessary to reduce costs.Unnecessary activities that do not add value to services can be identified and eliminated.Further ABC is feasible in an academic library and that much can be gained from the process of analyzing activities.However,more work needs to be done in terms of designing accounting and other information systems to capture cost and activity transaction data in a more routine and disaggregated form for ABC analysis.

Information Security Management Measures for College Archives Under the Network Environment

The construction of archives in colleges and universities in China is in the process of development and improvement.With the development information technology,the informatization of college archives has been accelerated.Network technology is developing rapidly in our country,and the number of network users has increased significantly.The use of network technology in university archives management can improve the management efficiency and quality of archives,but the safety factor has dropped significantly.For example,the archival system may face many problems such as virus infection,system paralysis,or cyberattacks,which affects the security of the university archives.Therefore,this paper presents an analysis of these problems in detail,and proposes corresponding solutions,so as to optimize and improve the information security management of college archives.

高校知识产权信息服务体系的探索与实践——以北京邮电大学为例

文章聚焦高校知识产权信息服务体系建设,通过明确高校知识产权信息服务工作目标,提出高校知识产权信息服务高质量发展策略,即以服务体系建设目标为导向,加强知识产权信息基础服务内容规划、形成区域联盟、优化知识产权信息服务团队结构、夯实高校知识产权意识、统一高校知识产权职能机构等。并以北京邮电大学推进服务内容纵深发展、协同校内外多元主体、注重知识产权信息服务团队建设、提高知识产权意识与服务能力、构建三位一体服务格局的实践为例,探讨高校知识产权信息服务体系建设成效。

高校图书馆专利法律状态相关信息服务模式研究

专利法律状态数据内容丰富,是专利价值评估、市场竞争分析和专利战略制定的重要参考依据。在对国内外高校及其图书馆开展的专利法律状态相关信息服务现状进行调研分析的基础上,构建包括服务支持、服务方式和服务内容3个层次的高校图书馆专利法律状态相关信息服务模式,并重点对专利法律状态的数据加工处理、主要应用场景和运用意识提升等方面进行深入研究,以期为高校图书馆开展深层次的知识产权信息服务提供参考。

湖南省高校应用移动图书馆信息服务平台的现状调查与思考

文章以湖南省省内32所高校图书馆为样本,从服务源端调查了各高校图书馆采用移动图书馆信息服务平台的情况,从服务终端调查了用户对移动图书馆服务的接受情况。调查结果发现:利用超星公司的移动图书馆平台和图书馆微信公众号平台开展读者服务的图书馆较多,微信公众号服务栏目设置随意。对调查数据进行分析,指出了高校移动图书馆信息服务八个方面的不足之处,提出了普及高校移动图书馆信息服务的策略。

面向区域创新的高校知识产权信息公共服务营销策略研究

优质的知识产权信息公共服务供给将有效发挥知识产权对区域经济社会发展的支撑作用。作为区域网点机构,高校知识产权信息公共服务营销策略对于知识产权信息公共服务推广与实践,满足社会公众信息服务的可及性、便利性需求,具有理论价值和现实意义。本文对30家高校国家知识产权信息服务中心营销效果现状展开调研,结合实践经验进行问题分析,并从区域创新需求视角出发构建面向区域创新的高校知识产权信息公共服务营销框架,从而提出相应策略。研究策略为高校知识产权信息公共服务提供了针对性较强的参考。

高校知识产权信息服务助力地方经济发展研究——以井冈山大学知识产权信息服务中心为例

【目的】探索新时代地方高校知识产权信息服务助力地方经济发展的现状及建议,以期对相关领域工作提供一些借鉴。【方法】以井冈山大学知识产权信息服务中心为例,通过图书馆知识产权信息服务实施情况,从内容概要、区域分布、服务模式、定位分析4个维度,明晰图书馆知识产权信息服务内容建设的关键所在。【结果】提出夯实基础,持续发力;提前谋划,强化队伍;依托学科,转型拓展;合作共享,协调发展等加强高校图书馆知识产权信息服务的建议。【结论】在知识产权信息服务能力薄弱的中西部地方高校,应该走一条兼顾高校科研、国家战略和区域经济发展的创新之路:梳理高校知识产权信息服务体系,突出知识产权信息服务高校科技创新和成果转化的目标,发挥知识产权信息服务在知识产权全链条中的作用和效能。

“双一流”高校图书馆专利信息服务路径及优化策略研究

该研究以42所“双一流”高校图书馆为研究对象,运用文献调研法、网络调研法、电话访谈法、案例研究法等方法,对“双一流”高校图书馆专利信息服务进行调研,调研内容包括专利信息服务结构、链接路径、栏目设置、服务内容、团队设置、资源支撑、案例分析、宣传推广等。通过分析指出现阶段高校图书馆专利信息服务存在服务栏目设置不规范、专业人才队伍建设需加强、服务内容需深化、服务体系不够完善、服务水平馆际差距较大等问题,提出重视专利信息的规范化建设、优化服务体系、优化资源建设、加强馆际合作等优化策略,以期推动“双一流”高校图书馆专利信息服务的进一步发展。

面向产品研发和转化阶段的知识产权信息服务模式研究

文章通过分析产品研发和转化不同阶段对知识产权信息服务的不同需求,探究我国高校图书馆知识产权信息服务模式。围绕产品研发和转化的4个阶段,即立项阶段、结项阶段、转化阶段、售后阶段,探讨构建知识产权信息服务模式。面向产品研发和转化阶段的知识产权信息服务模式,既能有效改善目前高校图书馆仅能提供专利检索报告的现状,又能推动图书馆信息服务模式的转型,为目前高校图书馆知识产权信息服务提供参考借鉴。

面向未来学习需求的高校图书馆大信息服务探索

面对教育数字化变革和未来学习的新需求,高校图书馆正在向“新型基层学习组织”转型。当前高校图书馆大信息服务应主要通过“大资源×大服务”模式开展。“大资源”聚焦学校人才培养、学科建设、文化传承和创新发展需求保障;“大服务”以支撑科技创新为目标,为创新人才培养创造条件和机会;利用信息技术,打通校内外各类学习系统平台并整合教育数据,支持跨学科融合研究与应用,构建可扩展可关联的信息化平台,提供互联互通的大信息服务。

协同创新背景下的高校图书馆知识产权信息服务体系构建——以西安电子科技大学图书馆为例

基于当前高校图书馆知识产权信息服务内容和模式浅显单一等问题,推出了三维模型,即由服务主体(知识产权信息服务中心)、创新流程和服务模式组成的三维有机整体;根据科研团队科研全流程的不同阶段、不同机构的职能和知识产权服务的要素构建了服务体系框架,梳理了各个机构的功能以及各个机构之间的协调关系;以西安电子科技大学图书馆为例,介绍了开展知识产权信息服务的实践,并提出了未来发展策略。

基于SNS的图书馆My Library个性化信息服务研究

个性化信息服务是图书馆信息服务体系的有机组成和发展方向,My Library则是图书馆个性化信息服务的最佳实践。基于My Library个性化信息服务现状及存在问题的分析,认为融入SNS构建的思想与元素,能更好地实践个性化信息服务理念、信息资源和服务的有机整合及用户间知识信息的有效交流和协作。文章提出了My Library个性化信息服务系统前台功能模块和后台保障条件。

图书馆镜像服务存在的法律风险及应对方案

随着互联网和大数据等现代信息技术的飞速发展,图书馆在资源馆藏及文献服务方面实现数字化转型是必然趋势。基于对司法判例的研究,梳理镜像服务给图书馆和数据库商带来的法律风险,并对法律风险涉及问题,从其成因、性质及司法判决的合理性等多角度进行分析,分别从完善相关立法、发挥司法体系的指引作用、图书馆加强自身管理、数据库商及出版机构从根源上完善授权等方面提出应对方案,以期为有效应对镜像服务法律风险提供指引。

我国高校图书馆进入了未来学习中心建设的改革阶段,需要高等学校在整体规划上统筹和协作。在协同共生与价值网络的理论基础上,文章以北美地区iCaucus院校馆社协同出版服务为研究对象,运用文献调研与网络调研的方法,从协同治理、价值创造和价值流动三个方面具体分析其实践情况。以此立足我国的基本国情,从制定高校馆社协同出版服务流程管理、注重高校馆社异质资源整合、共建多元协同平台链接模式三方面,构建我国高校馆社协同出版服务价值网络。

文章以轨道交通信号系统产业为例,构建了复盘与重构分析模型,探索高校图书馆开展专利密集型产业培育服务的思路。针对高校图书馆在专利密集型产业培育服务的现状及存在的问题,提出以下几点建议:“产、学、研、用”融合发展、推进项目化管理和复盘管理、服务内容普适性和灵活性结合、提升专利信息服务人员实践技能。
