In the construction and maintenance of particle accelerators,all the accelerator elements should be installed in the same coordinate system,only in this way could the devices in the actual world be consistent with the...In the construction and maintenance of particle accelerators,all the accelerator elements should be installed in the same coordinate system,only in this way could the devices in the actual world be consistent with the design drawings.However,with the occurrence of the movements of the reinforced concrete cover plates at short notice or building deformations in the long term,the control points upon the engineering structure will be displaced,and the fitness between the subnetwork and the global control network may be irresponsible.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the deformations of the 3D alignment control network.Different from the extant investigations,in this paper,to characterize the deformations of the control network,all of the congruent models between the points measured in different epochs have been identified,and the congruence model with the most control points is considered as the primary or fundamental model,the remaining models are recognized as the additional ones.Furthermore,the discrepancies between the primary S-transformation parameters and the additional S-transformation parameters can reflect the relative movements of the additional congruence models.Both the iterative GCT method and the iterative combinatorial theory are proposed to detect multiple congruence models in the control network.Considering the actual work of the alignment,it is essential to identify the competitive models in the monitoring network,which can provide us a hint that,even the fitness between the subnetwork and the global control network is good,there are still deformations which may be ignored.The numerical experiments show that the suggested approaches can describe the deformation of the 3D alignment control network roundly.展开更多

Considering symmetrical untransposed three-phase lines, an actual symmetrical three-phase line on untransposed conditions is associated with Clarke’s matrix for error and frequency scan analyses in this paper. Error analyses are calculated for the eigenvalue diagonal elements obtained from Clarke’s matrix. The eigenvalue off-diagonal elements from the Clarke’s matrix application are compared to the correspondent exact eigenvalues. Based on the characteristic impedance and propagation function values, the frequency scan analyses show that there are great differences between the Clarke’s matrix results and the exact ones, considering frequency values from 10 kHz to 1 MHz. A correction procedure is applied obtaining two new transformation matrices. These matrices lead to good approximated results when compared to the exact ones. With the correction procedure applied to Clarke’s matrix, the relative values of the eigenvalue matrix off-diagonal element obtained from Clarke’s matrix are decreased while the frequency scan results are improved. The steps of correction procedure application are detailed, investigating the influence of each step on the obtained two new phase-mode transformation matrices.展开更多
为了更全面、准确地分析天然气站场的系统整体可靠性,提出采用跨领域的网络流理论来分析天然气站场系统的整体可靠性,并对网络流理论做了归纳创新与适应性分析,通过最小路集与不交化算法计算出站场系统在正常工艺状态下的失效概率,然后...为了更全面、准确地分析天然气站场的系统整体可靠性,提出采用跨领域的网络流理论来分析天然气站场系统的整体可靠性,并对网络流理论做了归纳创新与适应性分析,通过最小路集与不交化算法计算出站场系统在正常工艺状态下的失效概率,然后创新性地提出基于危险与可操作性分析(hazard and operability analysis,HAZOP)确定站场系统在工艺参数偏差状态下的失效概率,分析偏差状态对于站场系统可靠性的影响,将其与正常工艺状态下的站场系统失效概率对比,从而更加全面地分析天然气站场系统的整体可靠性。结果表明:所提出的网络流分步法比网络流整体法分析站场系统的可靠性适应性更强,网络流分步法不存在必要通路不在最小路集内的问题,既能保证连通性又能保证满足工艺要求;正常工艺状态下该站的系统失效概率为4.9869×10^(-2),工艺参数偏差状态下该站的系统失效概率为5.8036×10^(-2),较正常工艺状态增大16.38%,两种状态下各子系统的失效概率数量级没有改变,大小排序也没有改变,因此该工艺参数偏差状态下建议各子系统排序不变,但对于各子系统中的设备需按各自失效概率增大的程度进行重点关注的调整,这对于天然气站场的实际生产运行与安全运行管理具有一定的指导意义。展开更多
It has been extensively recognized that the engineering structures are becoming increasingly precise and complex,which makes the requirements of design and analysis more and more rigorous.Therefore the uncertainty eff...It has been extensively recognized that the engineering structures are becoming increasingly precise and complex,which makes the requirements of design and analysis more and more rigorous.Therefore the uncertainty effects are indispensable during the process of product development.Besides,iterative calculations,which are usually unaffordable in calculative efforts,are unavoidable if we want to achieve the best design.Taking uncertainty effects into consideration,matrix perturbation methodpermits quick sensitivity analysis and structural dynamic re-analysis,it can also overcome the difficulties in computational costs.Owing to the situations above,matrix perturbation method has been investigated by researchers worldwide recently.However,in the existing matrix perturbation methods,correlation coefficient matrix of random structural parameters,which is barely achievable in engineering practice,has to be given or to be assumed during the computational process.This has become the bottleneck of application for matrix perturbation method.In this paper,we aim to develop an executable approach,which contributes to the application of matrix perturbation method.In the present research,the first-order perturbation of structural vibration eigenvalues and eigenvectors is derived on the basis of the matrix perturbation theory when structural parameters such as stiffness and mass have changed.Combining the first-order perturbation of structural vibration eigenvalues and eigenvectors with the probability theory,the variance of structural random eigenvalue is derived from the perturbation of stiffness matrix,the perturbation of mass matrix and the eigenvector of baseline-structure directly.Hence the Direct-VarianceAnalysis(DVA)method is developed to assess the variation range of the structural random eigenvalues without correlation coefficient matrix being involved.The feasibility of the DVA method is verified with two numerical examples(one is trusssystem and the other is wing structure of MA700 commercial aircraft),in which the DVA method also shows superiority in computational efficiency when compared to the Monte-Carlo method.展开更多
