The Countermeasures and Researches on Improving Farmers' Incomes of Shaanxi Province in the New Period

Combining the relative agricultural statistics from 2000 to 2009, the paper selects 20 major variables to carry out the analyses of factors. Through the component matrix, 3 common factors can be gained. They are investment on agricultural production, development of the second and the third agricultural industries and policies. On the basis of these 3 common factors, the paper suggests on how to improve farmers' incomes. Such as improving farmers' agricultural management incomes, improving farmers' salary and strengthening the construction of policies and so on.

Review of Agricultural Insurance Development in the New Period in China

Agricultural insurance is a great support for agricultural modernization in the new period. It plays a role of " stabilizer" in consecutive increase of yield and constant increase of farmers' income. This paper elaborated current situation of agricultural insurance development in China in the new period,analyzed existing problems,and came up with pertinent recommendations.

Diversity of New Three-Wave Solutions and New Periodic Waves for the (3 + 1)-Dimensional Kadomtsev-Petviashvili-Boussinesq-Like Equation

Based on the generalized bilinear method, diversity of exact solutions of the (3 + 1)-dimensional Kadomtsev-Petviashvili-Boussinesq-like equation is successfully derived by using symbolic computation with Maple. These new solutions, named three-wave solutions and periodic wave have greatly enriched the existing literature. Via the three-dimensional images, density images and contour plots, the physical characteristics of these waves are well described. The new three-wave solutions and periodic solitary wave solutions obtained in this paper, will have a wide range of applications in the fields of physics and mechanics.

Causes of Corruption in China's Rural Areas in the New Period and Countermeasures

In the new period,corruption in China's rural areas is becoming increasingly prominent. There is frequent occurrence of violation of laws and disciplines,such as the use of power for personal gain,and corruption and bribery. Main causes for the corruption in China's rural areas include imperfect rural supervision mechanism,imperfect financial system,and low crime cost. How to deal with the increasingly serious corruption situation is a topic faced at present and in the future. It is required to continue to reinforce the democratic supervision and education of village cadres,improve the comprehensive quality of villagers,and increase the crackdown and punishment of corrupt practices,so as to guarantee healthy operation of rural authorities.

Palaeoclimatic Cycles, Global Environmental Changes and New Glacial Periods Induced by the Impact of Extraterrestrial Bodies

In terms of Earth\|Sun geometry, the Milankovitch theory has successfully explained most of the cyclic palaeoclimatic variations during the history of the Earth, especially in the Quaternary. In this paper, the authors suggest that the impact of extraterrestrial bodies on the Earth may be another mechanism to cause palaeoclimatic cycles, global environmental changes and new glacial periods. Based on geological and geochemical records in the boundary layers produced by six huge Cenozoic bolide\|impact events (65, 34, 15, 2.4, 1.1, 0.73 Ma B.P.), including those at 34, 15, 1.1 and 0.73 Ma B.P. which are represented by four famous tektite\|strewn fields, the process and mechanics of palaeoclimatic cycles and global environmental catastrophes induced by extraterrestrial impact are discussed in detail. Impact\|generated dust, soot and aerosol floating in the stratosphere could result in short\|term (<1 year), rapid drop in temperature immediately after impact. Through self\|regulation of the Earth’s climate system, the temperature at the surface slowly went up within 100a and maintained stable for a long time at 250K. If there were no other factors leading to the break\|down of the newly\|established equilibrium, a new glacial period would be initiated. Estimating from the thickness of \{δ\{\}\+\{13\}C\} and \{δ\{\}\+\{18\}O\} anomalies in sediments across the impact boundary layer and deposition rate, the duration of two stages of the palaeoclimate cycle in the form of cold weather—greenhouse effect—normal weather was 10\+4-10\+5a, respectively. The conclusion deduced from the above model is supported by palaeotemperature change recorded by oxygen isotope in sediments across the impact boundary layer.

A new type of internal solitary waves with a re-appearance period of 23 h observed in the South China Sea

The South China Sea （SCS）, in particular the northern SCS, is one of ocean areas where energetic internal solitary waves （ISWs）occur most frequently （Cai et al., 2012; Zheng, 2017）. Based on the re-appearance period （RP） at an observation station, Ramp et al.（2004） divided the ISWs into two types：Type-a and Type-b. Type-a ISWs arrive regularly at the same time every day, i.e., the RP is about 24 h, and Type-b ISWs arrive about one hour late every day, i.e., the RP is about 25 h.

当代东北地区的漫画与插画设计与研究

本文从东北地域文化下的漫画与插画入手,对东北地区的漫画与插画的发展历程进行探寻,从时间上探索把发展历程分为3个时期:萌芽出现时期、风格探索时期、稳定发展时期。从而得到东北地区的漫画与插画的风格特征与发展形势,并针对东北地区漫画与插画发展劣势做出解决对策,从根本上寻找问题并结合民族文化特征,推动漫画与插画的发展与民族文化的弘扬。

中欧班列的创新提升效应及区域异质性研究

中欧班列如同“跨境钢铁驼队”,复兴了丝绸之路沿线国家和地区的经贸往来,提高了中国的对外开放水平和创新水平,促进了新质生产力发展。本文采用2001~2020年全国279个城市的面板数据,借助中欧班列开通的准自然实验,基于多期双重差分等方法实证分析了中欧班列对区域创新的影响。研究表明:(1)中欧班列显著提升了班列开行城市的技术创新水平,包括工具变量回归、排除政策干扰在内的系列稳健性检验都支持前述结论,并通过了平行趋势检验和安慰剂检验;(2)中欧班列的创新效应具有区域异质性,良好的经济、产业、开放、人力等区域发展基础都有利于增强班列的创新促进效应,适宜的政府与市场关系、开放政策等体制环境也有助于更好释放班列的创新效应,但地方政府过度偏重数量型增长等经济目标导向也将制约班列对区域创新的促进作用。基于本文的研究结论,国家层面应进一步推动中欧班列发展,并引导不同区域结合自身“生产力-生产关系”特点,因地制宜促进班列创新提升效应更充分释放,为新质生产力发展赋能。

新时期我国农业生产性服务业的创新路径与策略

近年来,我国农业生产性服务业在政策扶持下迅速发展,农业机械装备总量与作业水平持续提升,服务主体与业务范围日趋多元,服务形式不断创新,规模服务主体组织带动农户优势凸显,农业生产性服务的功能作用不断升级。然而,该领域仍面临诸多挑战,如产业仍处于辅助性地位、服务供给不足、机械化作业环节发展不均衡、服务组织数量和融合度不足以及服务短板突出。为应对这些挑战,提出新时期的发展策略:健全工作推进机制;建设公共服务平台,创新农业生产性服务主体合作方式;引导农业生产性服务业规范发展,推动各地建立服务标准;加大政策落实力度,创新农业生产性服务业支持方式;加快培育有实力的服务组织,创新服务供给形式;完善农业基础设施,加快补齐服务短板;切实发挥村集体在推进适度规模经营中“统”的作用。

乡村振兴本质上是乡村现代化的过程,也是现代科技、现代理念融入乡村建设的过程。乡村振兴战略的关键在于人才振兴与科技创新。从新时期到新时代,乡土小说中集中出现各种关于农业科技知识、乡土经验与现代知识的书写,体现了改革开放以来乡村现代化的内生动力与国家意识形态话语推进的同一与融合。其中农业科技知识的更新,构成乡村致富的内在驱动。乡土经验型知识的伦理化发展为市场化,体现了乡村传统的价值新变。各种现代学科知识发展为乡村致富的现代管理知识,体现了文学从知识呈现到真实表现“新山乡巨变”的发展事实。小说中知识书写在三个层面的发展变化,共同见证了人们从新时期到新时代寻求中国式乡村现代化的努力,又在美学层面拓宽了乡土小说的思维与视界。

新时期文论中的改笔现象及其学术史意义——兼谈文艺学的文献学问题

新时期我国文论中尚未引起充分关注的改笔现象,在改写理论日渐引发国际学界关注的今天值得专题探讨。较之于修辞改笔研究,文论改笔研究有基于其自身问题意识和思维逻辑的特殊性。可以从来源改笔、添补改笔、删减改笔、调序改笔、替换改笔、观点改笔与诉求改笔这七方面,对之展开具体的考察和分析。这一过程显示出文论改笔研究的三点学术史意义:使文论的建构性获得权力微观渗透的切片式证明;为文论的引用性注入超越本质主义的当代内涵;从差异与重复中合乎学理地逼迫出文论的独异性。文艺学由此既应顾及显性的静态面上文献,也应重视隐性的动态改笔文献,以求更好地深化和完善自身的文献学维度。

新入职护士过渡期不同阶段职场适应的真实体验

目的探索新入职护士在过渡期不同阶段职场适应的工作体验,了解其在护理岗位适应过程中面临的各种压力、情感体验及行为形成,进一步探索并优化新入职护士培训方案的相关内容。方法本研究采用现象学研究方法,于2023年3-6月在西安交通大学第一附属医院对20名新入职护士进行半结构式深入访谈,并使用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈内容进行整理分析。结果提炼得出4个主题和9个亚主题,分别为职业认知(入职1个月)(工作环境不熟悉、角色转化困难、职业认同困扰)、学习适应(2~3个月)(岗位能力不足、自我否定、)、融入环境(4~6个月)(缺乏专科知识、缺乏组织归属感、)、职业胜任(7~12个月)(预警和应对突发事件能力不足、岗位不确定性所致的焦虑)。结论新入职护士过渡期的规范化培训对其职业适应及职业发展至关重要,护理管理者可通过了解新护士过渡期不同阶段职场适应的工作体验,优化培训方案,增加新护士职业认同、心理健康的相关培训,帮助新护士尽早适应临床工作。

新时期文学批评的方法论变革问题研究

在新时期以来文学批评的发展进程中,20世纪80年代出现的方法论变革是一种重要的批评现象。1985年被称为“方法论年”,其形成是由多种力量推动的。其时,文学批评生态被改造,文学批评话语及话语体系有了新的建构。文学批评的方法论变革在根本意义上是新时期之初文学观念、文学批评理念变化的基本体现,它实现了批评方法从一元到多元的深刻变革,彰显出一种时代性的、难能可贵的理论品格,其与那个时代的文化精神协和一致,表现出鲜明的启蒙、主体性等现代性价值诉求。这一变革有力地冲击了当代中国文学批评的传统模式,开启了新时期文学批评创新发展的新篇章,并为当下文学批评理论探索包括文学批评主体性建设、批评话语与话语体系的建构及文学批评学科意识的持续增强等提供了丰富而宝贵的历史经验。
