New Characteristics of the Dust Weather in Northern Shaanxi in Recent 10 Years

[Objective] The research aimed to study new characteristics of the dust weather in northern Shaanxi in recent 10 years and correlation between dust weather and meteorological factor. [ Method] Based on observation data of 3 national basic meteorological stations （Yuyang District, Dingbian and Yan＇an） during 2001 -2010, the newest fact characteristics of temporal-spatial evolution for sand storm, sand blowing and floating dust in northern Shaanxi during 2001 -2010 were illustrated. Correlation between dust weather and meteorological factor （gale, precipitation and temperature） was analyzed. [Result] Compared with the 1990s, dust days in northern Shaanxi during 2001 -2010 still continued to decrease. There was no sand storm in Yan＇an. Sand storm days in northem region of north Shaanxi in most years was 1.0 -2.0 d. Sand blowing was main characteristics of the dust weather in northern Shaanxi, and proportion of the sand blowing days to dust days was 80% -90%. Dust days in Dingbi- an had good correlation with gale days, but gale days was smaller than dust days. That is to say, smaller wind force could induce dust weather. Decrease of the dust days presented inverse correlations with precipitaion and temperature. Precipitation increase and temperature rise could inhibit occurrence of the dust weather. Although total dust days decreased, sand storm in Yuyang District had increase tendency. [ Conclusion] The research had scientific, objective and practical significance for prediction of the climate change tendency in northern Shaanxi.

REE Characteristics of a New Uranium Mineral from the Xianshi Uranium Deposit, South China

Objective Galuskin et al. （2011） firstly discovered that vorlanite （CaU^6＋/4＋）04 is a rare Ca-rich mineral with a fluorite-type structure, which is isostructural with uraninite （U^4＋O2）. Previous studies of the Xianshi granite-related uranium deposit reported that uraninite and pyrite are the major ore minerals whereas galena, clausthalite （PbSe）, and pyrite are minor phases in the ores. A more detailed petrographic and geochronological study of the uranium minerals from the Xianshi deposit showed that there are three distinct types of uraninite-bearing assemblages which formed at three mineralization episodes （Fig. la; Luo et al., 2015）.

Twenty-seven oxadiazolino[5,4-d][1,5]benzodiheteropine derivatives have been synthesized by the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of benzodiheteropines with nitrile oxide 1,3-dipoles,their conformations and the characteristics of the newly formed oxadiazoline fused on them have been studied.It has also been found that the mass spectra show characteristic fragmentation patterns.

New Activity of the Tanlu Fault Zone in the South of Huaihe to the Nvshanhu Segment since the Late Quaternary

Taking the Huaihe to the Nvshanhu segment of the Tanlu( Tancheng-Lujiang) fault zone as the main research target to explore whether there has been new activity since the late Quaternary,and based on the interpretation of remote sensing images and repeated surface investigations,we excavated trenches at the sections where the tectonic landform is significant,identified and recorded the deformation patterns of the fault and analyzed the activity behavior. Samples of new activity and deformation were collected and oriented slices were ground based on the samples ' original state to make the micro structural analysis and demonstration. All of the above research shows very clear linear tectonic geomorphology along the fault,three trenches across the fault zone all revealed new deformation traces since late Quaternary. The latest stratum dislocated by the fault is the late Quaternary and Holocene. The main slip mode is stick slip,as represented typically by fault scarps,wedge accumulation,the faults and the filled cracks and so on. In general,it shows the characteristics of brittle high-speed deformation and belongs to the prehistoric earthquake ruins. The above understanding was confirmed partially by microscopic analysis. In addition,the similarities and differences and the possible reasons for the characteristics of the latest activities of the Tancheng-Lujiang fault zone in the north and south of the Huaihe River regions are also discussed in this paper.

Overview of the Symposium on Human Rights Cause in China in the New Era

The symposium on the "Progress of Human Rights Development in the New Era in China" was jointly hosted by the China Society for Human Rights Studies and the Publicity Department of the Guangdong Provincial Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and organized by Guangzhou University Institute for Human Rights in Guangzhou on 19 December 2017. Static recording characteristics of new type super-resolution near-field structure

A novel super-resolution near-field optical structure （super-RENS） with bismuth （Bi） mask layer is proposed in this paper. Static optical recording tests with and without super-RENS are carried out using a 650-nm semiconductor laser at recording powers of 14 and 7 mW with pulse duration of 100 ns. The recording marks are observed by high-resolution optical microscopy with a charge-coupled device （CCD） camera. The results show that the Bi mask layer can also concentrate energy into the center of a laser beam at low laser power similar to the traditional Sb mask layer. The results above are further confirmed by another Ar;laser system. The third-order nonlinear response induced by the plasma oscillation at the Bi/SiN interface during laser irradiation can be used to explain the phenomenon. The calculation results are basically consistent with our experimental results.
