New Data of Daomanite and Hongshiite

In 1974 the author preliminarily reported two new platinum group minerals—daomanite and hongshiite. The two minerals were accepted by the Commission on New Minerals and Minerals Names of the International Mineralogical Association in 1976 and 1982 respectively. Because of the conditions at that time, the work was preliminary, for example, there were only reflectance values of four wave bands. Recently the author again made measurements of reflectances, corrected cell parameters by the four-circle diffractometer and electron diffraction and supplemented their new occurrences and nomenclature.

“Street Portraits” of Old City Streets in the New Data Environment: A Case Study on the Old City of Beijing

As China's economic development turns into the "New Normal," the focus of urban development and construction have transformed from "physical expansion" to "built-up area improvement." Street, as the most fundamental component of public space, is of great significance to be interpreted and studied. This study attempts to quantify all the composing elements in urban streets to create "Street Portraits" which can clearly describe the characteristics of the street. Taking Beijing as an example, this study aims to make a comprehensive and objective evaluation of the streets in the Old City of Beijing. Methodologically, the properties of a street are identified and categorized into three aspects: street function, street vitality, and street quality, which further helps establish an evaluation indicator system for the "Street Portraits." In result, various "Street Portraits" of the Old City of Beijing are presented by data visualization, by using the Nightingale Rose diagram tool to integrate all the indicators of individual streets and thus describing the distinctive "Street Portraits." In the end, the paper discusses how the finding can influence the street space improvement and design in the future.

Data-driven Discovery: A New Era of Exploiting the Literature and Data

In the current data-intensive era, the traditional hands-on method of conducting scientific research by exploring related publications to generate a testable hypothesis is well on its way of becoming obsolete within just a year or two. Analyzing the literature and data to automatically generate a hypothesis might become the de facto approach to inform the core research efforts of those trying to master the exponentially rapid expansion of publications and datasets. Here, viewpoints are provided and discussed to help the understanding of challenges of data-driven discovery.

Design and Building of the New Countryside Construction Database Based on ArcSDE and SQL Server

Building the new countryside construction database plays an important role in improving the construction efficiency,and enhancing the level of major project management.On the basis of detailed analysis of features of the new countryside construction data,we give an overview of the database design based on ArcSDE and SQL Server,and elaborate the association between data classification organization,database conceptual design,logical design,spatial data,and thematic attribute data.Finally,taking the provincial new countryside demonstration zone in Yanjiang District of Sichuan Province for example,we build the new countryside construction database.

A new compound K6FeNb15O42 was prepared for the first time by solid state reaction in K2O-Fe2O3-Nb2O5 ternary system. The X-ray powder diffraction data of the title compound was measured. K6FeNb15 O42 crystallizes in the hexagonal system with unit cell parameters, a = 9. 1320(4) A ,c = 12. 0670(9) A , and space group P63/mcm (193) , z = 1. The calculated and measured densities are 4. 489 g/cm3 and 4. 485 g. cm3, respectively.

DataX工具在新冠肺炎数据上报中的应用

新型电力系统数据跨域流通泛安全边界防护技术

新型电力系统建设涉及多业务系统、多部门、多方主体间进行海量、异构数据的交互和共享,电力数据的内外部网络环境与安全形势日趋复杂化,数据流通的脆弱性风险加剧。首先,分析新型电力系统下数据流的类型与特性,概括电力数据流通安全防护面临的新形势;其次,基于专用数据处理器(DPU)的高性能流量编排和多功能安全网关能力,构建面向电力数据跨域流通安全增强的泛安全边界,凭借数据面可编程技术沟通网络安全与数据安全双维度安全能力,提出基于DPU的数据跨域流通协同防护技术应用方案;最后,阐释DPU在不同电力通信网络层次的部署方式、价值与关键技术,分析现阶段DPU在电力领域应用存在的挑战。

数据要素、新型基础设施与产业结构调整路径

数据要素和新型基础设施在各个产业发挥日益重要的作用。不同产业对数据要素和新型基础设施的应用方式和利用效率存在差异,影响产业结构调整路径。文章构建包含两个生产部门的动态一般均衡模型,用于代表不同产业或同一产业内的不同企业。每个部门将数据作为新生产要素、将新型基础设施作为数据扩展型技术,与传统生产要素结合形成新的生产函数。不同部门的数据产出弹性、数据和传统要素的替代弹性存在差异,这是影响产业结构调整路径的重要因素。通过理论模型推导和数值模拟研究,文章发现:在不同产业之间,由于产品替代弹性较低,提高数据要素和新型基础设施的数量会导致数据产出弹性较高、数据和传统要素的替代弹性较高的产业产出提高,但其产品价格和名义产出降低,促使资本和劳动力流向数据利用效率低的产业。这一过程将改变资本和劳动力的价格,影响劳动收入份额。在同一产业内部,由于不同企业间的产品替代弹性较高,数据要素和新型基础设施导致资本和劳动力流向数据利用效率高的企业,优化生产要素配置,推动整个产业的数字化转型。新型基础设施建设对产业结构调整的推动作用受到数据要素的调节,且最终的影响方向和路径与数据要素一致,可以通过调整需求结构引导更具针对性和长效的产业结构调整。最后,文章提出数据要素、新型基础设施建设的相关政策建议,并对产业结构调整可能导致的问题提出对策。

Conception and Exploration of Using Data as a Service in Tunnel Construction with the NATM

The New Austrian Tunneling Method （NATM） has been widely used in the construction of mountain tun- nels, urban metro lines, underground storage tanks, underground power houses, mining roadways, and so on, The variation patterns of advance geological prediction data, stress-strain data of supporting struc- tures, and deformation data of the surrounding rock are vitally important in assessing the rationality and reliability of construction schemes, and provide essential information to ensure the safety and scheduling of tunnel construction, However, as the quantity of these data increases significantly, the uncertainty and discreteness of the mass data make it extremely difficult to produce a reasonable con- struction scheme; they also reduce the forecast accuracy of accidents and dangerous situations, creating huge challenges in tunnel construction safety, In order to solve this problem, a novel data service system is proposed that uses data-association technology and the NATM, with the support of a big data environ- ment, This system can integrate data resources from distributed monitoring sensors during the construc- tion process, and then identify associations and build relations among data resources under the same construction conditions, These data associations and relations are then stored in a data pool, With the development and supplementation of the data pool, similar relations can then he used under similar con- ditions, in order to provide data references for construction schematic designs and resource allocation, The proposed data service system also provides valuable guidance for the construction of similar projects.
