Usefulness of new live 3D ultrasound probe during radiofrequency ablation in a case of hepatocellular carcinoma

We report a case of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection, suc-cessfully treated with percutaneous radiofrequency ablation (RFA) under new Live trhree-dimensional (3D) echo guidance for hearts probe before [1], but ,at the time, perform RFA with a new Live3D probe de- veloped flants. A 61 year-old Japanese man had a 3.5 cm in diameter HCC nodule in the liver S3 region. We applied the Live 3D ultrasonography during RFA therapy with a cool-tip needle electrode. The echo guidance facilitated an accurate approach for the needle puncture. The guidance was also useful for confirming, whether an adequate safety marging for the nodule had been obtained. Thus new Live 3D ul-trasonography echo technique appears to provide safe guidance of RFA needles via accurate targeting of HCC nodules, thereby allowing real-time visualize- tion when combined with echo contrast.

New Geiger-Nuttall law of odd-Z nuclei and long-lived island beyond the stable line

Recently,we analyze the α-decay data of even-Z nuclei and propose the new Geiger-Nuttall law where the effects of the quantum numbers of α-core relative motion are naturally embedded in the law [Physical Review C 85,044608(2012)].In this paper,we firstly test whether the new law without any change of parameters can be applied to the α-decays of odd-Z nuclei which are more complicated than those of even-even nuclei.Then the nuclear shell effect around N=126 is analyzed for very proton-rich nuclei with Z=85-92 based on the data of α-decay energies and half-lives.A long-lived island beyond the stable line is proposed where the half-lives of nuclei on this island are abnormally long.The mechanism of the appearance of the island and its significance to other mass ranges are discussed.

Two new free-living nematode species (Comesomatidae) from the mangrove wetlands in Fujian Province, China

Two new free-living marine nematode species from the mangrove wetlands of Fujian Province, China are identified and illustrated. Sabatieria conicoseta sp. nov. is characterized by its short conical somatic setae. There are 12-15 tubular pre-cloacal supplements and 12-15/Jm long straight gubernacular apophyses. Dorylaimopsis papilla sp. nov. is characterized by spicules which are 1.5-1.8 a. b. d, long with media cuticularized strip along entire spicules, and have a cephalated proximal end with small hooked. There are 16-18 small papillate precloacal supplements and 37-40 μm long dorso-caudal gubernacular apophyses.

One new species and two new records of free-living marine nematodes from the Huanghai Sea

One new species of free-living marine nematode of the genus Curvolaimus, Curvolaimus filiformis sp. nov. from the Huanghai Sea is described and illustrated. This new species is characterized by the buccal cavity teeth, large amphids and two ventral seta at the conical part of tail. Meanwhile, two new records of genus Halalaimus, Halalaimus longicaudatus and H. isaitshikovi are fast reported in China. Types are deposited in the College of Marine Life Sciences, Ocean University of China.

A new free-living nematode, Actinonemafalciforme sp. nov. (Nematoda： Chromadoridae), from the continental shelf of the East China Sea

Actinonemafalciforrne sp. nov. was discovered from the continental-shelf sediments of the East China Sea. It is characterized by six outer labial setae and four cephalic setae in one circle, complex and heterogeneous cuticular ornamentation with lateral differentiation, large and conspicuous amphideal fovea which is transversely ovalshaped, a single anterior testis, two opposed reflexed ovaries, falciform telamon （lateral pieces of gubernaculum）, and the lack of spicule and gubernaculum. Within the genus Actinonema, only A. longicaudatum and the new species possess telamon and lack spicule and gubernaculum. Actinonemafalciforme sp. nov. can be easily differentiated from A. longicaudatum by its much shorter body length, the peculiar shape of the telamon and a shorter tail.

基于新质生产力的理论视角,选取典型农村直播电商案例,通过深度访谈、文本分析与案例比较,系统探究农村直播电商创业生态系统构成及其赋能农村创业的作用机理。研究发现,农村直播电商创业生态是一个包含核心行动者、关联参与者和外部创业环境的复杂系统;区别于传统农村电商,直播电商主要通过技术嵌入、市场链接、资源整合以及价值创造四条路径赋能农村创业,将创业生态系统的各构成要素组合为一个互动协同体,有效解决了供销信息不对称、信任缺失等问题,激发了农村创业的活力与潜力,带动了乡村产业发展。基于此,提出了加强数字技能培训、增强乡土创业文化培育、构建完善的利益分配体系、提升配套基础设施建设等策略,为农村直播电商的健康发展与乡村振兴提供理论指导与实践参考。

网络新媒介能否提升个人投资者业绩:来自基金直播的证据

党的二十大报告明确提出“多渠道增加城乡居民财产性收入”的目标。本文基于个人投资者微观调查数据从基金直播的视角探讨了网络新媒介对个人投资业绩的影响及其作用机理。研究发现,观看直播购买基金让投资者更易在基金市场中盈利。机制分析表明,基金直播通过增进金融知识、提高投资分散化程度、形成止盈止损习惯、抑制追逐热点等路径提升个人投资业绩。异质性分析发现,基金直播对业绩的提升作用在老年群体、低月收入、缺乏投资经验以及落后数字金融发展地区等群体中更显著。拓展探讨发现,利用基金直播进行投资应避免过度娱乐化,关注直播内容质量和学习金融知识才是重中之重。本文对引导个人投资者科学化投资,发挥资本市场投资者的财富效应提供了参考依据。

伴随新媒体网络平台的发展和数字技术的下沉,农产品直播电商成为农业现代化及数字化转型过程中解决农户参与市场困境的重要手段。在数字资本视域下,通过考察新型农业经营主体的适度规模经营与农产品直播经营的适配逻辑,发现新型农业经营主体通过生活性的发掘与再造生产数字资本,以流量变现的方式实现数字资本的可兑换性,以代销为辅的经营策略弥合直播经营过程中数字资本持续性与农产品单一性之间的矛盾。数字资本生成是资本转化的基础,流量变现为农产品经营提供渠道,流量维持成为持续经营的关键。代销转向在实现流量再生产的同时增加了农产品经营风险,其中的品控不确定性容易导致数字资本信誉受损,进而危及以数字资本为桥梁资本的数字化生计模式。代销转向旨在为农产品直播经营保持流量,是对平台规模经济的妥协与适配。在农产品直播经营过程中,新型农业经营主体是追求利润者、维持生计者和受剥削的数字劳动者的综合体。在平台增殖逻辑及社会注意力流动属性的双重作用下,经营者尝试由家庭化经营转向团队化运作、由新农人转型为职业主播。但在数字资本流失风险、乡村伦理逻辑以及与农户共生关系等多重因素的约束下,经营者形成了以注重农产品品质及消费者购物体验为主、以代销为辅的经营模式,创造了数字优势者与数字弱势者、生产者与消费者合作互惠的市场空间,并以新型农业经营主体与农户的利益联结为基础实现了数字道义。
