Huaiyin Institute of Technology is taken as the research object.The content of horticulture curriculum system under the background of new agricultural science is constructed and elaborated,including theoretical curriculum system of"three platforms and seven curriculum groups"and practice system of"two platforms,three levels and four modules".Moreover,the quality assurance strategy of the curriculum system is discussed from three angles of enhancing professional emotion,enhancing professional practice and strengthening innovation ability,to reach the training objective of outstanding applied horticultural talents under the background of new agricultural science.

Optimization of Rural Governance Structure under the Development of New Agricultural Management Entities

The positive impact of the development of new agricultural business entities and their institutional systems on the optimization of rural governance structures can be examined from various perspectives,including the state,market,rural society,urban-rural relations,and grassroots governance structure in rural communities.The development of these new agricultural business entities has not only redefined but also restructured the power distribution and governance patterns in rural developing countries,markets,and villages.The rural social order has evolved into a ternary mutual structure governance pattern,often referred to as the“state market rural”model.This transformation has prompted adjustments in the national economic and social policy structure and management systems at both macro and micro levels.It has led to the reshaping of power dynamics,benefit distribution,and governance structures in both urban and rural areas,resulting in significant changes to the economic and social fabric of rural regions.Furthermore,the grassroots governance structure in rural society,characterized by“township governance and village governance,”is undergoing continuous development and improvement.This transition is marked by a shift towards a collaborative governance structure that encourages diverse participation.Building upon the aforementioned optimizations,the rural governance structure now exhibits new characteristics.These include a more extensive and diverse range of rural governance mechanisms,increased openness in governance processes,and a heightened synergy among various governance mechanisms.This dynamic evolution reflects a richer,more diverse,and more open approach to rural governance,fostering a stronger collaborative effort in the pursuit of effective governance.

Analysis on Function Orientation and Development Countermeasures of New Agricultural Business Entities

Along with the rapid advance of industrialization and urbanization process, fostering new agricultural business entities become inevitable for agricultural transformation and the construction of agricultural modernization in China. The status of the new agricultural business entities determines the level of modern agricultural development. In recent years, new agricultural business entities have grew rapidly. However, there are still many problems including the difficulties in financing loans, inadequate agricultural insurance system, bad implementation of agricultural subsidies, jagged agricultural talents and so on. In order to foster new agricultural business entities, countermeasures should be carried out to ensure financial support, perfect the agricultural insurance, strengthen the level of agricultural subsidies, strive to develop the degree of specialization agricultural operators and so on.

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China( CPC),with the help of state policies,the new types of agricultural businesses have been flourishing. As one of the important forces of new types of agricultural businesses,the farmer's specialized cooperatives grow up rapidly in the development of the rural economy because of their characteristics which are consistent with the current rural economy. financial management is the core of the operation of farmer cooperatives,which directly affects the long-term sustainable development of cooperatives. Through the survey and analysis of the financial management of many farmers' cooperatives in Wei County,Hebei Province,this paper puts forward the deficiencies in the existing financial management of cooperatives. It also brings some reasonable suggestions to regulate and improve the financial management of cooperatives,in order to enhance the market competitiveness of farmers' cooperatives and realize better sustainable development of farmers' cooperatives.

Professional Cognitive Education Model for Agricultural Water Conservancy Engineering under the Background of New Agricultural Science

Hydrogen agronomy:research progress and prospects

Agriculture is the foundation of social development.Under the pressure of population growth,natural disasters,environmental pollution,climate change,and food safety,the interdisciplinary"new agriculture"is becoming an important trend of modern agriculture.In fact,new agriculture is not only the foundation of great health and new energy sources,but is also the cornerstone of national food security,energy security,and biosafety.Hydrogen agronomy focuses mainly on the mechanism of hydrogen gas(H2)biology effects in agriculture,and provides a theoretical foundation for the practice of hydrogen agriculture,a component of the new agriculture.Previous research on the biological effects of H2 focused chiefly on medicine.The mechanism of selective antioxidant is the main theoretical basis of hydrogen medicine.Subsequent experiments have demonstrated that H2 can regulate the growth and development of plant crops,edible fungus,and livestock,and enhance the tolerance of these agriculturally important organisms against abiotic and biotic stresses.Even more importantly,H2 can regulate the growth and development of crops by changing the soil microbial community composition and structure.Use of H2 can also improve the nutritional value and postharvest quality of agricultural products.Researchers have also shown that the biological functions of molecular hydrogen are mediated by modulating reactive oxygen species(ROS),nitric oxide(NO),and carbon monoxide(CO)signaling cascades in plants and microbes.This review summarizes and clarifies the history of hydrogen agronomy and describes recent progress in the field.We also argue that emerging hydrogen agriculture will be an important direction in the new agriculture.Further,we discuss several scientific problems in hydrogen agronomy,and suggest that the future of hydrogen agronomy depends on contributions by multiple disciplines.Important future research directions of hydrogen agronomy include hydrogen agriculture in special environments,such as islands,reefs,aircraft,and outer space.
