As the core of the Yangtze River Delta cultural and creative industrial cluster, Shanghai regards the development of cultural and creative industrial clusters as an important measure for promoting a new round of econo...As the core of the Yangtze River Delta cultural and creative industrial cluster, Shanghai regards the development of cultural and creative industrial clusters as an important measure for promoting a new round of economic development and building advanced culture. With its long-standing cultural heritage and forward-looking development vision, Shanghai has created a lot of cultural and creative parks. At present, these industrial clusters have begun to take shape, forming a certain concentration of creative design. In this investigation, we focused on the investigation of the creative industrial park in the Pudong New Area. We found several typical cases of good development in Beijing, Hangzhou and other old districts in Pudong New Area. Through these successful and typical investigations, we will gain effective experience in property fights protection, institutional design, government supervision, service enhancement, etc., in addition to providing advice on intellectual property rights for the three-in-one bureaus that are exploring ways of working, and also related to The management department provided suggestions from other relevant parties and worked together to contribute to the creation of the Shanghai ＂International Creative Industry Center＂ program.展开更多

Questionnaires and interviews were employed to collect data from tho...This paper presents an investigation on attitudes towards old and new buildings in Mount Emei that is a significant cultural national park in China. Questionnaires and interviews were employed to collect data from those whose careers and lives are affected, and were affected, by the buildings. The investigation reveals that people show significantly different attitudes towards the two types of buildings and place more value on old buildings. People particularise their liking for old buildings associated with traditional values, aesthetic quality and conformity to surroundings whereas indicates their disliking for new ones with changed values from tradition to modernity, unsound administrative management and poor respect for surroundings. It is concluded that traditional ideology tends to be well expressed by the old buildings but poorly by new ones. It is accordingly suggested that ideology should be taken more into account in new building projects in Mount Emei.展开更多

In 2009 Afghan cabinet approved developing New Capital to fulfill the requirement of growing population. For sustainable development, it has been planned to have a green belt and central park about 1298 hectares within the city. It is having positive impact on human health along with the economic, social and environmental benefits. Hence, for sustaining the urban parks, their proper maintenance is a foremost problem. The solid waste management is duly considered in planning stage of development, otherwise, it would encounter major challenges during operation and maintenance of Park. The projected waste generation in KNC park area is required to be assessed, therefore, surveys of Bagh-e-Babur in existing Kabul are carried out for the visitors’ projection and solid waste generation. The highest visitors and waste were estimated in declining order of summer, spring, fall, and winter. Kabul New City Central Park results speculate that the total visitors’ projection is going to be 6,745,313 per year generating about 337 metric tons wastes/year (0.05 kg/visitor/day). 10 Vehicles of capacity 8 m<sup>3</sup> are required to collect waste from central park towards the Transfer Station while 4 vehicles of 23 m<sup>3</sup> are required for collection of waste from TS to Landfill. Moreover, 700 containers of 240 liters are required in the park. Furthermore, different sites were indicated in map for composting area where after the development it would be considered.展开更多

文摘2023年4月21日,在湖南南山国家公园开展野生动物多样性调查过程中,于白云湖(26°18′36.23″N,110°20′05.43″E;海拔606 m)采集到2号蛙类标本(1雌1雄),经初步形态鉴定,其与桂北琴蛙(Nidirana guibeiensis)特征相似。对采集标本的线粒体16S r RNA进行PCR扩增测序后,构建琴蛙属(Nidirana)部分物种贝叶斯系统发育树,结果显示该蛙类标本与桂北琴蛙聚为一支,且具有较高的支持率(1.00);基于Kimura双参数模型估算,该标本与广西兴安县采集的桂北琴蛙标本间的遗传距离为0,远小于琴蛙属不同种间的遗传距离(3.2%~8.7%)。经形态特征鉴定和系统发育分析,确定该蛙类标本为无尾目(Anura)蛙科(Ranidae)琴蛙属(Nidirana)桂北琴蛙,为湖南省两栖动物新记录种。
