配体辅助Ni(Ⅱ)离子印迹材料的制备及性能

采用沉淀聚合法,以Ni(Ⅱ)离子为模板离子,邻氨基吡啶为配体,丙烯酰胺为功能单体,系统优化印迹条件,制备一系列Ni(Ⅱ)离子印迹聚合物Ni(Ⅱ)-IIP_(1-20)及相应的非印迹聚合物Ni(Ⅱ)-NIP_(1-20)。采用SEM(扫描电镜)、FT-IR(红外光谱)等对... 采用沉淀聚合法,以Ni(Ⅱ)离子为模板离子,邻氨基吡啶为配体,丙烯酰胺为功能单体,系统优化印迹条件,制备一系列Ni(Ⅱ)离子印迹聚合物Ni(Ⅱ)-IIP_(1-20)及相应的非印迹聚合物Ni(Ⅱ)-NIP_(1-20)。采用SEM(扫描电镜)、FT-IR(红外光谱)等对较优条件下制备的Ni(Ⅱ)-IIP_(3)及Ni(Ⅱ)-NIP_3进行结构表征,通过动力学吸附实验和等温吸附实验等进一步探究其吸附行为。结果表明:Ni(Ⅱ)-IIP_3对Ni(Ⅱ)离子的平衡吸附量达109.48 mg/g,印迹因子为3.70,是典型的介孔材料。其表面存在吸附Ni(Ⅱ)离子的特异性印迹孔穴,吸附行为更符合准二级动力学模型和Freundlich等温吸附模型。此外,在“竞争离子”Co(Ⅱ)离子存在的条件下,Ni(Ⅱ)-IIP_3对Ni(Ⅱ)离子仍具有较强的吸附能力和良好的吸附选择性,是一种性能优异的新型吸附材料。 展开更多

基于双功能单体的Ni(Ⅱ)离子印迹复合膜的制备及性能研究

采用沉淀聚合法,以Ni(Ⅱ)离子为模板离子,α-甲基丙烯酸和N-异丙基丙烯酰胺为双功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,通过正交试验设计,对制备Ni(Ⅱ)离子印迹复合膜的实验条件进行系统优化,制备了16种Ni(Ⅱ)离... 采用沉淀聚合法,以Ni(Ⅱ)离子为模板离子,α-甲基丙烯酸和N-异丙基丙烯酰胺为双功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,通过正交试验设计,对制备Ni(Ⅱ)离子印迹复合膜的实验条件进行系统优化,制备了16种Ni(Ⅱ)离子印迹复合膜[Ni(Ⅱ)-IICMs]和相应的非印迹复合膜(NICMs),得出制备Ni(Ⅱ)-IICMs的较优实验条件。采用平衡吸附实验对Ni(Ⅱ)-IICMs和NICMs进行吸附量和印迹因子评价,结果表明:在较优实验条件下制备的Ni(Ⅱ)-IICM_(8),平衡吸附量为1.286mmol/g,印迹因子为1.737。采用红外光谱、扫描电镜、氮气吸附/脱附等手段对Ni(Ⅱ)-IICM_(8)和相应NICM_(8)的内部结构及表面形貌进行表征。使用动力学吸附和等温吸附实验对Ni(Ⅱ)-IICM_(8)和NICM_(8)的吸附行为进行研究,结果表明:Ni(Ⅱ)-IICM_(8)对Ni(Ⅱ)离子的吸附,在较短时间内即可快速达到吸附平衡,且在不同浓度的溶液中都有较好的吸附效果。在不同温度下,探究Ni(Ⅱ)-IICM_(8)的吸附行为,结果表明Ni(Ⅱ)-IICM_(8)具有良好的“温度响应性”。综上所述,说明实验研究制备的Ni(Ⅱ)-IICM_(8),有望用于实际样品中Ni(Ⅱ)离子的分离和去除。 展开更多

利用三氰基铁酸盐(Bu_(4)N)[FeⅢ(Tp)(CN)_(3)](Tp=氢化三(1-吡唑基)硼酸)与配体2,9-二吡唑基-1,10-菲咯啉(dpzpen)以及高氯酸镍反应合成了一例氰根桥联的Fe^(Ⅲ)_(4)Ni^(Ⅱ)_(2)六核配合物[Fe_(4)Ni_(2)(Tp)_(4)(CN)_(12)(dpzpen)_(2)]... 利用三氰基铁酸盐(Bu_(4)N)[FeⅢ(Tp)(CN)_(3)](Tp=氢化三(1-吡唑基)硼酸)与配体2,9-二吡唑基-1,10-菲咯啉(dpzpen)以及高氯酸镍反应合成了一例氰根桥联的Fe^(Ⅲ)_(4)Ni^(Ⅱ)_(2)六核配合物[Fe_(4)Ni_(2)(Tp)_(4)(CN)_(12)(dpzpen)_(2)]·12H_(2)O·3CH_(3)OH (1)。结构研究表明配合物1具有近似菱形的Fe^(Ⅲ)_(2)Ni^(Ⅱ)_(2)骨架结构,另外2个Fe则通过氰根延伸在菱形的外侧。磁性研究表明在配合物1中氰根桥联的Fe和Ni表现出铁磁相互作用。更为重要的是,基于配合物1的结构模型,对它的变温磁化率数据进行拟合得到了不同Fe-Ni之间的磁耦合常数,得到的最佳磁耦合常数J3d(15.73 cm^(-1))>J2d(3.53 cm^(-1))≈J1d(3.50 cm^(-1))与Ni-N键的键长以及Ni-N≡C键角的变化趋势有关(J3d:0.206 5 nm,169.8°;J2d:0.206 2 nm,163.1°;J1d:0.198 7 nm,161.6°)。以上结果表明Ni-N键长越短,Ni-N≡C键角越大,Fe与Ni之间的铁磁耦合越强。 展开更多

竹笋壳纤维对模拟水中Cr(Ⅵ)和Ni(Ⅱ)吸附性能的研究 被引量:1

竹笋壳是在竹笋加工过程中产生量最大的固体废弃物之一,若处理不当会造成资源浪费和环境污染问题。通过逐级利用方式,将提取棕色素和膳食纤维后的竹笋壳纤维作为吸附剂(BFs)吸附Cr(Ⅵ)和Ni(Ⅱ)。利用SEM和FT-IR对BFs表观形貌和表面官能... 竹笋壳是在竹笋加工过程中产生量最大的固体废弃物之一,若处理不当会造成资源浪费和环境污染问题。通过逐级利用方式,将提取棕色素和膳食纤维后的竹笋壳纤维作为吸附剂(BFs)吸附Cr(Ⅵ)和Ni(Ⅱ)。利用SEM和FT-IR对BFs表观形貌和表面官能团等理化性质进行分析;考察投加量和初始pH对吸附效果的影响,并结合吸附动力学、吸附等温线和热力学模型对吸附过程和吸附机理进行探讨。研究结果表明,BFs表面粗糙多孔且含有丰富的-OH、-SO-、C-O等官能团。在投加量分别为4.0、2.0 g/L时,BFs对Cr(Ⅵ)和Ni(Ⅱ)的去除率分别可达98.8%和96.8%。准二级动力学模型和Sips模型能够更好地拟合BFs对Cr(Ⅵ)和Ni(Ⅱ)的吸附过程,表明该吸附反应过程主要受化学作用主导,且Cr(Ⅵ)和Ni(Ⅱ)的最大理论吸附量分别为10.58、29.70 mg/g。热力学分析显示,吸附过程ΔG小于0、ΔH为正值,说明BFs对Cr(Ⅵ)和Ni(Ⅱ)的吸附为自发的吸热反应。吸附机理分析表明,静电力吸附作用和氧化还原吸附作用在BFs吸附Cr(Ⅵ)时扮演重要作用,而Ni(Ⅱ)的吸附主要基于静电吸附作用、化学沉淀作用和表面络合作用。该研究为实现竹笋壳的逐级资源化利用和水体重金属污染治理提供了思路。 展开更多

The complex crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 7.206(2), b = 10.337(4), c = 12.480(4) , α = 89.887(11), β = 77.033(9), γ = 78.349(6)o, V = 886.3(5) 3, Z = 1, C36H30Ni2N6O16, Mr = 920.08, Dc = 1.724 g cm-3, F(000) = 472, μ = 1.152 mm-1, the final R = 0.0458 and wR = 0.1163 for 3372 observed reflections with I 2σ(Ⅰ). The two Ni(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by two 4-nitrophthalates both in a bis-monodentate mode. The nickel complex {Ni(2,2-bipy)(H2O)3[C8H11O2(COO)]}(H2O)3 with bicycle-[2.2.1]-2-hepten-5,6-dicarboxylic acid [C7H8(COOH)2] and 2,2'-bipyridine (bipy) as ligands has been synthesized and characterized. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P , with a = 0.74975(3), b = 1.20309(4), c = 1.30593(4) nm, α = 109.861(2), β = 98.519(2), γ = 90.575(2)o, V = 1.09337(7) nm3, Dc = 1.552 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 524, the final GOOF = 1.064, R = 0.0397 and wR = 0.1171. The crystal structure shows that the nickel ion is coordinated with four oxygen atoms from one bicycle[2.2.1]-2-hepten-5,6-dicarboxylic acid molecule and three water molecules and two nitrogen atoms from the 2,2′-bipyridine molecule, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. 目的探讨主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)-Ⅱ联合MHC-Ⅰ免疫组化染色在特发性炎性肌病(IIM)诊断中的应用价值。方法收集2010年3月至2018年4月在首都医科大学宣武医院神经内科行肌肉活检患者的标本29份,并通过医院电子病历系统收集患者的临床... 目的探讨主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)-Ⅱ联合MHC-Ⅰ免疫组化染色在特发性炎性肌病(IIM)诊断中的应用价值。方法收集2010年3月至2018年4月在首都医科大学宣武医院神经内科行肌肉活检患者的标本29份,并通过医院电子病历系统收集患者的临床资料,包括4种IIM[皮肌炎(DM)5例,多发性肌炎(PM)5例,散发性包涵体肌炎(IBM)4例及坏死性自身免疫性肌病(NAM)5例]和2种非炎性肌病(NIM)[肌营养不良(MD)5例,dysferlinopathy肌病5例]。将标本进行苏木精-伊红(HE)染色及MHC-Ⅰ、MHC-Ⅱ免疫组化染色。结果免疫组化染色结果显示,PM、DM及IBM患者肌肉标本MHC-Ⅰ阳性率达100.0%,NAM和MD患者肌肉标本MHC-Ⅰ阳性率为80.0%,dysferlinopathy肌病患者肌肉标本MHC-Ⅰ阳性率为20.0%。PM和IBM患者肌肉标本MHC-Ⅱ阳性率分别为40.0%、50.0%,其余类型疾病患者肌肉标本的MHC-Ⅱ免疫组化染色均呈阴性。结论相较于MHC-Ⅰ免疫组化染色,MHC-Ⅱ免疫组化染色在鉴别IIM与NIM中有较高的特异性。MHC-Ⅱ联合MHC-Ⅰ免疫组化染色对不同肌病类型的诊断有较好的临床应用价值。 展开更多

The final R = 0.0322 and wR = 0.0825 for 7038 observed reflections with I 2σ(I) and R = 0.0341 and wR = 0.0832 for all data. The title complex exhibits an infinite chain-like structure through bridging isonicotinate-N-oxide. Strong interchain hydrogen bonds between isonicotinate-N-oxide and H2biim result in the robust 3-D supramolecular architecture. Moreover, the complex shows strong photoluminescence with emission maximum at λ = 401 nm upon λex = 330 nm. 展开更多

The title nickel complex I and cobalt complex II were obtained separately from the direct reaction of D-(+)-leucinol with Ni(II) chloride and L-(-)-leucinol with Co(II) acetate tetra- hydrate in anhydrous methanol. The crystal structures of I and II were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and further characterized by elemental analysis and IR. For I: [Ni(C18H45N3O3)]Cl2, orthorhombic, P212121, a = 11.2807(9), b = 14.7115(11), c = 16.3580(13) A, V = 2714.7(4) A3, Z = 4, Pcalcd = 1.177 Mg/m3, the final R = 0.0407, and 16539 reflections observed with I 〉 2σ(/); For II: [Co(C45HI08N6015)], trigonal, R3:H, a = 23.981(3), b =23.981(3), c = 10.8925(15) A, γ = 120°, V = 5425.1(14) A3, Z = 3, Pcalcd = 1.002 Mg/m3, the final R = 0.0625 for 16556 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The complexes were then used to catalyze the Henry reaction and obtained good catalytic results. The catalytic activity of the complexes was determined by IH NMR. For HL: crystal structure determination indicates that there are two independent HLs with different conformations in one asymmetric unit. For complex 1: the Ni(Ⅱ) ion is six-coordinated by two carbonyl oxygen atoms from pyrazolone ring,two nitrogen atoms from different HL′ and two oxygen atoms from L-Leucine ethyl ester to form a distorted octahedral geometry. Two macrocyclic zinc(Ⅱ) complexes {[ZnL(VO3)2]·0.33H2O}n(1) and [ZnL(H2O)2][Ni(CN)4](2)(L = 5,5,7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane) have been obtained from the reactions of [ZnL](ClO4)2 with NH4VO3 and K2[Ni(CN)4], respectively, and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, XRPD, TG and X-ray diffraction. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses indicated that the Zn(Ⅱ) atom lies on an inversion center and is octahedrally coordinated by four nitrogen atoms of the tetradentate macrocyclic ligand in the equatorial plane and two oxygen atoms of [VO4] tetrahedra in the axial positions in 1, and two oxygen atoms of two water molecules in 2. Complex 1 shows a three-dimensional structure, which is constructed by the links of [VO3]nn- chains with [ZnL]2+, forming one-dimensional channels occupied by guest water molecules. The monomers of [ZnL(H2O)2]2+ and [Ni(CN)4]2- are connected through the intermolecular hydrogen bonds to form a two-dimensional sheet in complex 2. 展开更多

It crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 with a = 11.5769(7), b = 12.3115(7), c = 12.6431(7) A, α = 81.4860(10)o, β = 64.2830(10)o, γ = 63.7130(10)o, V = 1453.45(15) A^3, D_c = 1.604 g/cm^3, Z = 2, F(000) = 720, the final GOOF = 1.048, R = 0.0285 and wR = 0.0628. The crystal structure shows that the whole molecule consists of two nickel ions bridged by three μ_2-η~1:η~0-3-(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole anions. The coordination environment of Ni(Ⅱ) ion is NiO_2 N_4 and NiN_5, giving a distorted octahedral geometry and square pyramidal geometry respectively.
