Comparative investigation of microstructure and high-temperature oxidation resistance of high-velocity oxy-fuel sprayed CoNiCrAlY/nano-Al_(2)O_(3) composite coatings using satellited powders 被引量:1

Satellited CoNiCrAlY–Al_(2)O_(3)feedstocks with 2wt%, 4wt%, and 6wt% oxide nanoparticles and pure CoNiCrAlY powder were deposited by the high-velocity oxy fuel process on an Inconel738 superalloy substrate. The oxidation test was performed at 1050℃ for 5, 50, 100,150, 200, and 400 h. The microstructure and phase composition of powders and coatings were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction, respectively. The bonding strength of the coatings was also evaluated. The results proved that with the increase in the percentage of nanoparticles(from 2wt% to 6wt%), the amount of porosity(from 1vol% to 4.7vol%), unmelted particles, and roughness of the coatings(from 4.8 to 8.8 μm) increased, and the bonding strength decreased from 71 to 48 MPa. The thicknesses of the thermally grown oxide layer of pure and composite coatings(2wt%, 4wt%, and 6wt%) after 400 h oxidation were measured as 6.5, 5.5, 7.6, and 8.1 μm, respectively.The CoNiCrAlY–2wt% Al_(2)O_(3)coating showed the highest oxidation resistance due to the diffusion barrier effect of well-dispersed nanoparticles. The CoNiCrAlY–6wt% Al_(2)O_(3)coating had the lowest oxidation resistance due to its rough surface morphology and porous microstructure. 展开更多

In this work,flexible photothermal PVA/Ti_(2)O_(3) composite films with different amount(0 wt%,5 wt%,10 wt%,15 wt%)of Ti_(2)O_(3) particles modified by steric acid were prepared by a simple solution casting method.The microstructures,XRD patterns,FTIR spectra,UV-Vis-NIR spectra thermo-conductivity,thermo-stability and photothermal effects of these composite films were all characterized.These results indicated that Ti_(2)O_(3) particles were well dispersed throughout the polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)matrix in the PVA/Ti_(2)O_(3) composite films.And Ti_(2)O_(3) particles could also effectively improve the photothermal properties of the composite films which exhibited high light absorption and generated a high temperature(about 57.4℃for film with 15 wt%Ti_(2)O_(3) amount)on the surface when it was irradiated by a simulated sunlight source(1 kW/m^(2)). 展开更多

用超声-喷射电沉积方法研究了超声波功率对连杆轴瓦表面Ni-Al_(2)O_(3)镀层耐磨性的影响。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、高分辨率电子显微镜(TEM)对Ni-Al_(2)O_(3)镀层的表面形貌、物相组成、组织结构进... 用超声-喷射电沉积方法研究了超声波功率对连杆轴瓦表面Ni-Al_(2)O_(3)镀层耐磨性的影响。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、高分辨率电子显微镜(TEM)对Ni-Al_(2)O_(3)镀层的表面形貌、物相组成、组织结构进行分析,用摩擦磨损试验机及纳米显微硬度计对镀层的显微硬度及耐磨性能进行研究。结果表明:超声波功率通过空化效应及微射流作用搅拌镀液,可使Al_(2)O_(3)纳米粒子更好的悬浮在镀液中,从而影响镀层耐磨性。当超声波功率为200 W时,Ni-Al_(2)O_(3)镀层中Ni峰低且宽,镀层晶粒细小,结构致密,显微硬度达到639.2HV,摩擦因数和磨损质量损失分别为0.53和0.27 mg。涂覆Ni-Al_(2)O_(3)镀层的连杆轴瓦磨损量仅为0.31 mg,耐磨性高于未涂覆Ni-Al_(2)O_(3)镀层的连杆轴瓦。 展开更多

Cu-Mn_(3)O_(4)composite coating was prepared on the SUS 430 ferritic stainless steel by electrodeposition and then exposed in air at 800℃corresponding to the cathode atmosphere of solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC).A dual-layer oxide structure mainly comprising an external layer of CuO followed by(Cu,Mn,Fe)_(3)O_(4)spinel and an internal layer of Cr-rich oxide was thermally developed on the coated steel.The scale area-specific resistances(ASRs)of the coated steels were lower than the scale ASR of the uncoated steel after identical thermal exposure.The external layer of CuO/(Cu,Mn,Fe)_(3)O_(4)spinel not only served as a barrier to reduce the growth rate of Cr-rich oxide internal layer and to suppress the outward diffusion of Cr,but also lowered the surface scale ASRs considerably. 展开更多

The abrasive wear characteristics of Al_2O_3/PA1010 composite coatings on thesurface of quenched and low-temperature temper steel 45 were tested on the template abrasive weartesting machine and the same uncoated steel 45 was used as a reference material. Experimentalresults showed that the abrasive wear resistance of Al_2O_3/PA1010 composite coatings has a goodlinear relationship with the volume fraction of Al_2O_3 particles in Al_2O_3/PA1010 compositecoatings, and the linear correlative coefficient is 0.979. Under the experimental conditions, thesize of Al_2O_3 particles (40.5-161.0 μm) has little influence on the abrasive wear resistance ofAl_2O_3/PA1010 composite coatings. By treating the surface of Al_2O_3 particles with a suitablebonding agent, the distribution of Al_2O_3 particles in matrix PA1010 is more homogeneous and thebonding state between Al_2O_3 particles and matrix PA1010 is better. Therefore, the Al_2O_3particles in Al_2O_3/PA1010 composite coatings make the Al_2O_3/PA1010 composite coatings havebetter abrasive wear resistance than PA1010 coatings. TiB2 and Dy2O3 were used as codeposited particles in the preparation of Ni-TiB2-Dy2O3 composite coatings to improve its performance. Ni-TiB2-Dy2O3 composite coatings were prepared by electrodeposition method with a nickel cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and hexadecylpyridinium bromide solution containing TiB2 and Dy2O3 particles. The content of codeposited TiB2 and Dy2O3 in the composite coatings was controlled by adding TiB2 and Dy2O3 particles of different concentrations into the solution, respectively. The effects of TiB2 and Dy2O3 content on microhardness, wear mass loss and friction coefficients of composite coatings were investigated. The composite coatings were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometer (ICP-AES) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques. Ni-TiBE-Dy2O3 composite coatings showed higher microhardness, lower wear mass loss and friction coefficient compared with those of the pure Ni coating and Ni-TiB2 composite coatings. The wear mass loss of Ni-TiB2-Dy2O3 composite coatings was 9 and 1.57 times lower than that of the pure Ni coating and Ni-TiB2 composite coatings, respectively. The friction coefficient of pure Ni coating, Ni-TiB2 and Ni-TiB2-Dy2O3 composite coatings were 0.723, 0.815 and 0.619, respectively. Ni-TiBE-Dy2O3 composite coatings displayed the least friction coefficient among the three coatings. Dy2O3 particles in composite coatings might serve as a solid lubricant between contact surfaces to decrease the friction coefficient and abate the wear of the composite coatings. The loading-bearing capacity and the wear-reducing effect of the Dy2O3 particles were closely related to the content of Dy2O3 particles in the composite coatings. 展开更多

Metal and nano-ceramic nanocomposite coatings were prepared on the gray cast iron surface by the electrodeposition method. The Ni-Co was used as the metal matrix,and nano-Al2O3 was chosen as the second-phase particulates. To avoid poor inter-face bonding and stress distribution,the gradient structure of biology materials was found as the model and therefore the gradient composite coating was prepared. The morphology of the composite coatings was flatter and the microstructure was denser than that of pure Ni-Co coatings. The composite coatings were prepared by different current densities,and the 2-D and 3-D morphologies of the surface coatings were observed. The result indicated that the 2-D structure became rougher and the 3-D surface density of apices became less when the current density was increased. The content of nanoparticulates reached a maximum value at the current density of 40mA·cm^-2,at the same time the properties including microhardness and wear-resistance were analyzed. The microhardness reached a maximum value and the wear volume was also less at the current density of 40mA·cm^-2. The reason was that nano-Al2O3 particles caused dispersive strengthening and grain refining. 展开更多

To improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of magnesium alloys, a 5 kW continuous wave CO2 laser was used to investigate the laser surface cladding on AZ31 B magnesium alloys with Al-Si/Al2O3-TiO2 composite powders. A detailed microstructure, chemical composition, and phase analysis of the composite coatings were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The laser cladding shows good metallurgical bonding with the substrate. The composite coatings are composed of Mgl7Al12, Al3Mg2, Mg2Si, Al2O3, and TiO2 phases. Compared to the average microhardness (50HV0.05) of the AZ3 1 B substrate, that of the composite coatings (230HV0.05) is improved significantly. The wear resistances of the surface layers were evaluated in detail. The results demonstrate that the wear resistances of the laser surface-modified samples are considerably improved compared to the substrate. It also show that the composite coatings exhibit better corrosion resistance than that of the substrate in 3.5wt% NaCI solution. 展开更多

SiC composite ceramics for solar absorber and storage integration are new concentrating solar power materials.SiC composite ceramics for solar absorber and storage integration were fabricated using SiC,black corundum and kaolin as the raw materials,Co_(2)O_(3)as the additive via pressureless graphite-buried sintering method in this study.Influences of Co_(2)O_(3)on the microstructure and properties of SiC composite ceramics for solar absorber and storage integration were studied.The results indicate that sample D2(5wt%Co_(2)O_(3))sintered at 1480℃exhibits optimal performances for 119.91 MPa bending strength,93%solar absorption,981.5 kJ/kg(25-800℃)thermal storage density.The weight gain ratio is 12.58 mg/cm2after 100 h oxidation at 1000℃.The Co_(2)O_(3)can decrease the liquid phase formation temperature and reduce the viscosity of liquid phase during sintering.The liquid with low viscosity not only promotes the elimination of pores to achieve densification,but also increases bending strength,solar absorption,thermal storage density and oxidation resistance.A dense SiO_(2) layer was formed on the surface of SiC after 100 h oxidation at 1000℃,which protects the sample from further oxidation.However,excessive Co_(2)O_(3)will make the microstructure loose,which is disadvantageous to the performances of samples. 展开更多

The potential difference between positive and negative ions was utilized to improve the homogenized dispersion of nanoscale Al_(2)O_(3) whiskers in Mg matrix composites.The Mg powders were decorated with sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(C_(18)H_(29)NaO_(3)S,SDBS)and were introduced to the cathode group on their surface.The Al_(2)O_(3) whiskers were modified by the cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(C_(19)H_(42)BrN,CTAB)and were featured in the anode group.The suitable contents of CTAB and SDBS,the application atmosphere,and the type of solvents were investigated.Dispersion results showed that adding 2wt%SDBS into Mg powders and adding 2wt%CTAB into Al_(2)O_(3) whiskers pro-moted the formation of more uniformly mixed composite powders,compared to those of conventional ball milling via scanning electron micro-scopy(SEM)analysis.Meanwhile,the calculated results derived from first-principle calculations also demonstrated the stronger cohesion between Al_(2)O_(3) whisker reinforcements and Mg matrix than undecorated composite powders.After preparation by powder metallurgy,the mor-phology,grain size,hardness,and standard deviation coefficient of composites were analyzed to evaluate the dispersed efficiency.The results indicated that the modification of homogenized dispersed Al_(2)O_(3) whiskers in composites contributed to the refinement of 26%in grain size and the improvement of 20%in hardness compared with pure Mg,and the reduction of 32.5%in the standard deviation coefficient of hardness compared with the ball-milling sample. 展开更多

The morphology and corrosion behavior of Ni/Al2O3 composite coatings prepared using double-pulsed electrodepositing technique after oxidized under 800 ℃ NaCl deposit in air environment were analyzed by scanning electrical microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and energy dispersive spectrum(EDS). The results showed that the corrosion of all composite coatings was accelerated under NaCl deposits, and the corrosion products were rather porous with poor adherence to the matrix. Al2O3 particles in the coatings can refine the grain size and improve the high temperature corrosion resistance of the coatings. Within the test scope, the more Al2O3 particles in the coatings, the lower corrosion rates could be obtained, and the corrosion mechanism was also discussed. 展开更多

目的探究掺杂不同质量分数Y_(2)O_(3)对Al_(2)O_(3)-Y_(2)O_(3)复合涂层微观结构及其力学性能的影响。方法采用大气等离子喷涂制备Al_(2)O_(3)涂层,以及Y_(2)O_(3)质量分数分别为10%、20%、30%、40%的Al_(2)O_(3)-Y_(2)O_(3)复合涂层。... 目的探究掺杂不同质量分数Y_(2)O_(3)对Al_(2)O_(3)-Y_(2)O_(3)复合涂层微观结构及其力学性能的影响。方法采用大气等离子喷涂制备Al_(2)O_(3)涂层,以及Y_(2)O_(3)质量分数分别为10%、20%、30%、40%的Al_(2)O_(3)-Y_(2)O_(3)复合涂层。利用SEM、EDS对粉末以及不同涂层的形貌、组织结构、元素分布进行分析。使用XRD表征粉末和涂层的物相。使用显微硬度仪、纳米压痕测试仪和电子万能试验机对涂层的显微硬度、弹性模量以及断裂韧性等力学性能进行测试分析。结果Al_(2)O_(3)喷涂粉末的物相由α-Al_(2)O_(3)组成,而喷涂得到的Al_(2)O_(3)涂层则由α-Al_(2)O_(3)、γ-Al_(2)O_(3)组成。加入Y_(2)O_(3)后,对复合涂层中γ-Al_(2)O_(3)的生成有一定的抑制作用。随着喷涂粉末中Y_(2)O_(3)含量的增多,Al_(2)O_(3)-Y_(2)O_(3)复合涂层表面未充分熔融的颗粒逐渐增加,复合涂层的孔隙率也越来越大,掺杂了10%Y_(2)O_(3)的Al_(2)O_(3)-Y_(2)O_(3)复合涂层的孔隙率最低,涂层最致密。Al_(2)O_(3)涂层具有最高的显微硬度值(1209HV0.3)和弹性模量(227 GPa)。随着Y_(2)O_(3)含量的增加,Al_(2)O_(3)-Y_(2)O_(3)复合涂层的显微硬度与弹性模量逐渐降低。Al_(2)O_(3)-10%Y_(2)O_(3)复合涂层的弹性恢复率高达48.3%,并且其断裂韧性及抗塑性变形的能力也最好。结论掺杂了10%Y_(2)O_(3)的Al_(2)O_(3)-Y_(2)O_(3)复合涂层具有最致密的微观组织结构,其综合力学性能最好。 展开更多

探索能够有效抵抗1300℃及以上温度钙镁铝硅酸盐(Calcium-Magnesium-Aluminum-Silicate,CMAS)腐蚀的新材料是近年来先进航空发动机用环境障涂层研究的重点任务。本工作围绕具有超强CMAS腐蚀抗力的YAG(Y_(3)Al_(5)O_(12))/Al_(2)O_(3)体... 探索能够有效抵抗1300℃及以上温度钙镁铝硅酸盐(Calcium-Magnesium-Aluminum-Silicate,CMAS)腐蚀的新材料是近年来先进航空发动机用环境障涂层研究的重点任务。本工作围绕具有超强CMAS腐蚀抗力的YAG(Y_(3)Al_(5)O_(12))/Al_(2)O_(3)体系,采用大气等离子喷涂(Atmospheric Plasma Spraying,APS)技术制备了具有共晶成分的YAG/Al_(2)O_(3)涂层。通过在1100、1300和1500℃对制备态涂层进行热处理,获得了具有不同微观结构的YAG/Al_(2)O_(3)涂层。利用不同表征手段研究了YAG/Al_(2)O_(3)涂层抵抗1300℃CMAS腐蚀的性能及微观结构对涂层腐蚀抗性的影响。研究结果发现,经不同温度热处理的YAG/Al_(2)O_(3)涂层与CMAS的反应产物均为石榴石结构固溶体、CaAl_(2)Si_(2)O_(8)和Ca_(2)MgSi_(2)O_(7)。腐蚀机制研究发现,1100℃热处理YAG/Al_(2)O_(3)涂层与CMAS反应界面的近连续分布石榴石固溶体层可有效阻隔CMAS腐蚀元素的扩散;1500℃热处理YAG/Al_(2)O_(3)涂层晶粒尺寸的增加及晶界数量的减少可降低涂层材料在CMAS中的溶解速率,二者均可通过影响腐蚀过程中的离子传输速率而影响各生成物的竞争析出,进而提升涂层的CMAS腐蚀抗力。本工作为YAG/Al_(2)O_(3)涂层热处理工艺优化提供了借鉴,并为通过微观结构优化调控YAG/Al_(2)O_(3)涂层的CMAS腐蚀抗力提供了新思路。 展开更多

造核-包衣法制备Al_(2)O_(3)小球及其在丙烷直接脱氢反应中的应用研究

氧化铝(Al_(2)O_(3))载体是应用最广泛的催化剂的核心材料之一,而球形Al_(2)O_(3)载体取代条形Al_(2)O_(3)载体已成为大趋势,因此亟需发展绿色可行的制备球形Al_(2)O_(3)载体新方法。首先对滚球法进行了优化,以拟薄水铝石粉体为原料,硝... 氧化铝(Al_(2)O_(3))载体是应用最广泛的催化剂的核心材料之一,而球形Al_(2)O_(3)载体取代条形Al_(2)O_(3)载体已成为大趋势,因此亟需发展绿色可行的制备球形Al_(2)O_(3)载体新方法。首先对滚球法进行了优化,以拟薄水铝石粉体为原料,硝酸为胶溶剂,羟丙基甲基纤维素为粘结剂,采用造核-包衣法制备了球形度好、强度高且比表面积大的Al_(2)O_(3)小球。结合X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等表征手段考察了水粉比(质量比)、酸粉比(质量比)、粘结剂含量(质量分数)和抛丸时间对Al_(2)O_(3)小球的强度和孔结构的影响。结果表明,控制酸粉比为0.050、水粉比为0.88、粘结剂含量为3%(质量分数)和每次抛丸时间为5 min,能够制备出粒径均匀、成品率高且强度高达43.0 N的Al_(2)O_(3)小球。在此基础上,制备了球形和粉末PtSn/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂,并在温度为618℃、H_(2)和C_(3)H_(8)流量分别为3.6 mL/min和6.0 mL/min的条件下应用于丙烷直接脱氢反应,发现球形PtSn/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂表现出与粉末PtSn/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂接近的反应活性和选择性。造核-包衣法是一种绿色高效的制备球形Al_(2)O_(3)载体的方法,可为球形Al_(2)O_(3)载体国产化提供新的思路。 展开更多

目的研究不同石墨含量对超音速激光沉积Cu-Al_(2)O_(3)-石墨复合涂层的微观组织、显微硬度、耐磨损性能的影响。方法利用扫描电子显微镜、能量色谱仪、维氏硬度计、激光共聚焦扫描显微系统、X射线衍射仪、摩擦磨损测试对复合涂层的微观... 目的研究不同石墨含量对超音速激光沉积Cu-Al_(2)O_(3)-石墨复合涂层的微观组织、显微硬度、耐磨损性能的影响。方法利用扫描电子显微镜、能量色谱仪、维氏硬度计、激光共聚焦扫描显微系统、X射线衍射仪、摩擦磨损测试对复合涂层的微观组织、显微硬度、耐磨损性能及磨损机制进行分析。结果随着原始粉末中镀铜石墨质量占比的增加,Cu-Al_(2)O_(3)-石墨复合涂层的沉积效率逐渐降低。基于Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒的原位喷丸效应及激光辐照的加热软化效应,复合涂层具有致密的微观组织,且复合涂层与基体界面结合良好。单一添加Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒可以将Cu涂层的硬度从108.19HV0.2提高至121.82HV0.2。随着石墨含量的增大,涂层的显微硬度逐渐降低,镀铜石墨在原始粉末中的质量分数从5%增至15%,Cu-Al_(2)O_(3)-石墨复合涂层的硬度从116.09HV0.2降至94.17HV0.2。添加石墨能够在复合涂层表面形成固体润滑层,降低复合涂层的摩擦因数,提升涂层的耐磨损性能。CuAlGr10复合涂层具有最优的耐磨损性能,磨损率为0.7×10^(−4)mm^(3)/(N·m)。此外,由于激光辐照促进了复合涂层内部颗粒间的界面结合,均匀分散在石墨润滑相中的Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒作为负载支撑和耐磨相,可进一步降低复合涂层的磨损率。结论Cu-Al_(2)O_(3)-石墨复合涂层优异的耐磨性能是润滑相石墨颗粒和硬质增强相Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒共同作用的结果,石墨的添加能够降低复合涂层的摩擦因数,提升涂层的耐磨损性能,但过量的石墨颗粒会对涂层产生割裂作用,导致增强相Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒脱离涂层,从而加剧涂层的磨损。 展开更多

针对国内航空传动系统翻修间隔时间短的不足,以硬质颗粒Al_(2)O_(3)和润滑材料PTFE作为微粒,采用电刷镀技术在旋翼轴常用过渡层金属材料T2紫铜片表面,制备Ni−Al_(2)O_(3),Ni−PTFE,Ni−Al_(2)O_(3)−PTFE复合镀层,采用扫描电镜、显微硬度... 针对国内航空传动系统翻修间隔时间短的不足,以硬质颗粒Al_(2)O_(3)和润滑材料PTFE作为微粒,采用电刷镀技术在旋翼轴常用过渡层金属材料T2紫铜片表面,制备Ni−Al_(2)O_(3),Ni−PTFE,Ni−Al_(2)O_(3)−PTFE复合镀层,采用扫描电镜、显微硬度仪表征分析镀层微观形貌、元素含量分布及硬度;采用自制的销盘式摩擦磨损试验机对镀层试样进行摩擦磨损试验,探究镀层摩擦学性能及其磨损机理。结果表明:随Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒含量的提高,Ni−Al_(2)O_(3)−PTFE复合镀层表面微晶单元尺寸减小,硬度提高,Ni−Al_(2)O_(3)−PTFE(3∶1)显微硬度最大为236 HV,相比于Ni−PTFE复合镀层提升约66%;Ni−Al_(2)O_(3)−PTFE复合镀层结合了Al_(2)O_(3)和PTFE两者的优势,在具有减摩的同时,还具有良好的耐磨性能,Ni−Al_(2)O_(3)−PTFE(1∶1)复合镀层的减摩性能最优,相比于Ni−Al_(2)O_(3)其摩擦系数降低约52%;Ni−Al_(2)O_(3)−PTFE(3∶1)复合镀层的耐磨性能最优,相比于Ni−PTFE其磨损率降低约85%;Ni−Al_(2)O_(3)−PTFE复合镀层的磨损形式主要是机械磨损,存在轻微的氧化磨损和黏着磨损,复合镀层表面微凸体的塑性变形可为摩擦表面提供润滑膜,其中PTFE是自润滑颗粒,Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒起到支撑与强化的作用,保护镀层免受磨损。 展开更多

首先采用共沉淀方法制备富锂锰基正极材料Li_(1.2)Mn_(0.54)Ni_(0.13)Co_(0.13)O_(2)原始样品(P-LRMO),然后通过简单的湿化学法以及低温煅烧方法对其进行不同含量Ga_(2)O_(3)原位包覆。透射电子显微镜(TEM)以及X射线光电子能谱(XPS)结... 首先采用共沉淀方法制备富锂锰基正极材料Li_(1.2)Mn_(0.54)Ni_(0.13)Co_(0.13)O_(2)原始样品(P-LRMO),然后通过简单的湿化学法以及低温煅烧方法对其进行不同含量Ga_(2)O_(3)原位包覆。透射电子显微镜(TEM)以及X射线光电子能谱(XPS)结果表明在P-LRMO表面成功合成了Ga_(2)O_(3)包覆层。电化学测试结果表明:含有3%Ga_(2)O_(3)的改性材料G3-LRMO具有最优的电化学性能,其在0.1C倍率(电流密度为25 mA·g^(-1))下首圈充放电比容量可以达到270.1 mAh·g^(-1),在5C倍率下容量仍能保持127.4 mAh·g^(-1),优于未改性材料的90.7 mAh·g^(-1),表现出优异的倍率性能。G3-LRMO在1C倍率下循环200圈后仍有190.7 mAh·g^(-1)的容量,容量保持率由未改性前的72.9%提升至85.6%,证明Ga_(2)O_(3)包覆改性能有效提升富锂锰基材料的循环稳定性。并且,G3-LRMO在1C倍率下循环100圈后,电荷转移阻抗(Rct)为107.7Ω,远低于未改性材料的251.5Ω,表明Ga_(2)O_(3)包覆层能提高材料的电子传输速率。 展开更多
