Seeking new relaying resources in the deep and the border of the deposit becomes more and more important. The ore body, ore and geochemistry characteristics of the concealed Cu-rich ore body are researched. Through spatial analysis and comparison with the neighboring II1 main ore body, the mineralization rule of the concealed Cu-rich ore body is summed up. It is also implied that Cu-rich magma may exist between Nirich magma and ore pulp during liquation differentiation in deep-stage chambers, which derives from deep-mantle Hi-MgO basalt magma. It is concluded that the type of ore body has features of both magmatic liquation and late reconstruction action. It has experienced three stages: deep liquation and pulsatory injection of the Cu- and PPGE-rich magma, concentration of tectonic activation, and the later magma hydrothermal superimposition. In addition, the Pb and S isotopes indicate the magma of I6 concealed Cu-rich ore body originates predominantly from mantle; however, it is interfused by minute crust material. Finally, it is inferred that the genesis of the Cu-Ni sulfide deposit is complex and diverse, and the prospect of seeking new deep ore bodies within similar deposits is promising, especially Cu-rich ore bodies.展开更多

Taking the Daquekou section of the Qiantang River as an observation target, four conventional fusion methods widely accepted in satellite image processing, including pan sharpening(PS), principal component analysis(PCA), Gram-Schmidt(GS), and wavelet fusion(WF), are utilized to fuse MS and PAN images of GF-1.The results of subjective and objective evaluation methods application indicate that GS performs the best, followed by the PCA, the WF and the PS in the order of descending. The existence of a large area of the water body is a dominant factor impacting the fusion performance. Meanwhile, the ability of retaining spatial and spectral informations is an important factor affecting the fusion performance of different fusion methods. The fundamental difference of reflectivity information acquisition between water and land is the reason for the failure of conventional fusion methods for land observation such as the PS to be used in the presence of the large water body. It is suggested that the adoption of the conventional fusion methods in the observing water body as the main target should be taken with caution. The performances of the fusion methods need re-assessment when the large-scale water body is present in the remote sensing image or when the research aims for the water body observation.展开更多

Eradication of Helicobacterpylori (H pylon) was shown to be associated with increase of the body weight. On the other hand, Hpylori infection evokes the release of gastric IL-1β. The present study was designed to investigate the involvement of the gastric IL-1 signal in the ghrelin dynamics in Hpyloricolonized mice.METHODS: Twelve-week-old female IL-l-receptor type 1-homozygous-knockout mice (IL-1R1^-/-) and their wild-type littermates (WT) were orally inoculated with H pylori (Hp group), while other cohorts received oral inoculation of culture medium (Cont group). Thirteen weeks after the inoculation, the mice were examined. The plasma and stomach ghrelin levels and the gastric preproghrelin mRNA were measured.RESULTS: Although the WT mice with Hpyloriinfection showed a significantly decreased body weight as compared with that of the animals without HpyloriinfecUon,Hpyloriinfection did not influence the body weight of the IL-1Rl-knockout (IL-1R1^-/-) mice. In the Hpylori-infected IL-1R1+ mice, the total and active ghrelin levels in the plasma were significantly increased, and the gastric ghrelin level was decreased. No significant differences were noted in the gastric preproghrelin mRNA expression.CONCLUSION: Ghrelin secretion triggered by H pylori infection might be suppressed by IL-1β, the release of which is also induced by the infection, resulting in the body weight loss of mice with Hpyloriinfection.展开更多

Rats were divided into 3 groups in terms of different surgical protocol: SG-JIB (n=12), SG (n=12), JIB (n=12) and sham surgery groups (n-10). In SG-JIB group, rats was subjected to sleeve gastrectomy and end to side anastomosis of part of the jejunum (25 cm from the ligament of Treitz) to the ileum 25 cm proximal to the cecum. The body weight and food intake were evaluated during 10 consecutive weeks postoperatively. The levels of active GLP-1 and total ghrelin in the plasma of the rats were measured by ELISA assay. The results showed that the SG-JIB treated rats relative to SG- or JIB-treated ones produced a sustained reduction in food intake and weight gain. The level of active GLP-1 was elevated and total ghrelin level decreased in SG-JIB-treated rats as compared with SG- or JIB-treated ones. It was concluded that SG-JIB could efficiently reduce the body weight and food intake, alter obesity-related hormone levels of the rats, indicating that SG-JIB may be potentially used for the treatment of obesity.展开更多

Using immunofluorescence techniques, NANOS1 was localized in the cytoplasm and discrete granules of spermatocytes and spermatids. The staining intensity of NANOS1 signal varied depending upon the stage of the cycle of seminiferous epithelium. Double immunofluorescence staining with antibodies against NANOS1 and DDX4 showed that several DDX4-positive compartments of nuage were also stained for NONOS1. Immunoelectron microscopy revealed that the major subcellular localization sites for NANOS1 were the chromatoid body (CB) and satellite body (SB), and the minor sites were the rest of the nuage compartments, including the irregularly-shaped perinuclear granules (ISPG), and intermitochondrial cement (IMC). Non-nuage structures such as mitochondria-associated granules (MAG), granulated body (GB), and reticulated body (RB) were also labeled by theNANOS1 antibody. In addition, NANOS1 was found in the outer dense fibers of flagella of spermatids at steps 12-19, and in the head cap of late spermatids after step 15. These results suggest that NANOS1 is one of the nuage proteins and functions mainly in the CBs as well as in the cytoplasm. NANOS1 may also have additional functions in non-nuage structures such as MAGs, GBs and RBs.展开更多

Six (6) previously reported SNP (G21234C, C22424T and C22481T, T22939C, C23329T and T23458G) were found on the </span><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">SMO</span></i><span> </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">while </span><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">LMF</span></i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">1</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> was monomorphic at the expected (T > C) exon 4 mutation site. Association analysis revealed that polymorphism on G21234C, C22424T, T22939C and T23458G loci significantly affected BMTs (P < 0.05 or 0.01) in both cattle breeds. The outcome of this study showed that </span><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">SMO</span></i><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> gene could be a useful </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">candidate gene to facilitate marker assisted selection for body size while </span><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">LMF</span></i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">1</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> is monomorphic in the cattle breeds.</span>
文摘Expression and localization of NANOS1 in the spermatogenic cells of rat testis were studied by immunofluorescence and immunoelectron microscopy. NANOS1 may also have additional functions in non-nuage structures such as MAGs, GBs and RBs.
文摘By the study of metallogenetic conditions and ore-controlling factors, the metallogenetic indicators in geology, geochemistry and geophysics about Wulaga gold deposit have been obtained. Using the indicators the blind ore bodies have been forecasted in Zhangcaigou area. By drilling check, a gold-bearing ore body with 3 m thickness in an average tenor of 20.4×10 -6 at the depth of 70 m has been found in the forecast area. It shows that the forecast method should be effective.
