In order to investigate the feasibility of sequential removal NO and SO2 using non-thermal plasma and adsorbent simultaneously, the removal of NO and SO2 from dry gas stream (NO/SO2/N2/O2) with very little O2 using non-thermal plasma was investigated using a coaxial dielectric barrier discharge. Comparative experiments were carried out in the dry gas stream with and without Ar respectively at O2 concentration of 0.1%. The results showed that NO could be removed remarkably and it would be enhanced in the presence of Ar in the dry gas stream. It seems that SO2 could not be removed unless there is Ar in the dry gas stream. The mechanism of removal of NO and SO2 in the dry gas stream was discussed. 展开更多

针对现有村镇污水处理技术与装备的不足,开发出适用于村镇污水处理的新型一体化厌氧-变级数缺氧/好氧循环流(A-(AO)_n)同步脱氮除磷、沉淀分离技术与装备,以长沙某污水提升泵站沉砂池的出水作为处理对象开展中试实验。对好氧区不同溶解... 针对现有村镇污水处理技术与装备的不足,开发出适用于村镇污水处理的新型一体化厌氧-变级数缺氧/好氧循环流(A-(AO)_n)同步脱氮除磷、沉淀分离技术与装备,以长沙某污水提升泵站沉砂池的出水作为处理对象开展中试实验。对好氧区不同溶解氧、填料填充比和分区进水条件下装置污水处理效能的变化进行研究,结果表明:当好氧区溶解氧控制在1.5~2.0 mg/L,好氧区填料填充比为30%时,装置的脱氮除磷效果最佳。在不外加碳源且不投加化学除磷药剂的条件下,出水水质优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准。高通量测序结果显示,好氧区投加悬浮球填料后,系统中微生物总量和多样性明显提高,为系统中发生同步硝化反硝化(SND)现象创造了条件。 展开更多

赤泥-钢渣基免烧陶粒的制备及除磷特性研究

针对传统烧结陶粒制备过程中成本高、能耗大的缺点,以赤泥和钢渣为主要原料,通过免烧工艺制备出了具有磷吸附性能的陶粒。以解体率为其力学性能指标,通过正交实验确定了陶粒的最佳质量配比(赤泥、钢渣质量比4:3、稻壳灰添加量10%、石膏... 针对传统烧结陶粒制备过程中成本高、能耗大的缺点,以赤泥和钢渣为主要原料,通过免烧工艺制备出了具有磷吸附性能的陶粒。以解体率为其力学性能指标,通过正交实验确定了陶粒的最佳质量配比(赤泥、钢渣质量比4:3、稻壳灰添加量10%、石膏添加量4%、水泥添加量10%),最佳制备工况下的陶粒解体率为3.90%;所制作陶粒无重金属浸出风险,属于环境友好型材料。陶粒对水中磷的吸附特性实验结果表明,陶粒在酸性溶液中具有最佳的除磷效果;对于初始磷浓度为20 mg/L的溶液,设置30 g/L的陶粒投加量,除磷率可达96.40%;陶粒吸附过程遵循准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温吸附模型,最大理论吸附量为0.99 mg/g;磷与陶粒表面的CO_(3)^(2-)、Ca^(2+)、Fe^(3+)、Al^(3+)发生离子交换和磷酸盐共沉淀反应,是水中的磷去除的机理,沉淀物质主要由Ca_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)、FePO_(4)、AlPO_(4)组成。 展开更多

It is novel to apply the magnetic field in removing SO2 as discussed in this paper. The mechanisms of removing sulfur dioxide by non-thermal plasma along with the application of the magnetic field are analyzed, and the related factors affecting the removal efficiency, such as the magnitude of pulsed voltage, the polarity of the pulse, the layout of the discharge electrode, especially the magnetic field are experimentally investigated. Quantifying and mapping heavy metals’ concentrations in the soil are important in monitoring and managing heavy metal pollution in the mining areas. However, the cover on the soil acts as a balk when retrieving information from soil. In order to retrieve heavy metal pollution precisely and quickly from hyperspectral images, this study presents a new method to remove non-soil information based NDVI from hyper-spectral and multi-spectral images. The method assumed that the mixed objects in each pixel of remote sensing images are composed only of soil and vegetation-based non-soil end-generational endmembers, then, the soil information of each pixel can be compensated with the non-soil information removed based on its NDVI. Thus, the soil DN value can be corrected to retrieve soil information more precisely. The method has been used on the Hyperion image in June 8, 2002 and the Gaofen-2 (GF-2) image in February 14, 2016 to retrieve the heavy metals’ contents in Bai-ma and De-sheng mining areas, Miyi County, Sichuan Province. From the non-soil information removed images, the R2 and RMSE of the models of estimating Cr, Ag, Cu and Ba in soil are 0.68, 0.724, 0.71, 0.695 and 75.96, 0.03, 52.88, 284.70 respectively. From the original images, the R2 and RMSE of the models of estimating Cr, Ag, Cu and Ba in soil are 0.67, 0.385, 0.425, 0.406 and 80.11, 0.18, 53.43, 396.49 respectively. The retrieval results show that the non-soil information removed images are superior to original images in soil heavy metals’ contents retrieval. This indicates that this method is feasible, and it can be used in soil information retrieval. 展开更多

It is important to identify and remove the wastes not only from manufacturing process, but also from nonmanufacturing process. In the last several decades, significant research achievements and practice benefits have been achieved about removing wastes from manufacturing process. Since the1990 s, some researchers and lean practitioners have paid more attention to removing waste from non-manufacturing process.Based on the authors' research work and industrial practice, the paper introduces a kind of lean approach for removing waste from non-manufacturing process. In its case study, the order handling process in a value chain is described with respect to a factory and its downstream distribution centers(DCs). The paper proposes a lean approach solution for creating the improved order handling process, and analyze how great improvements in performance can be achieved. As a result, the significant achievement has created a win-win scenario for both the nonmanufacturing process in a factory and non-manufacturing facilities(like DCs) across the value chain. It demonstrates that improvements have been made by removing waste from the non-manufacturing process that takes place within a factory as well as with external participants through the whole value chain. Likewise, the proposed lean approach has helped the case companies to achieve greater levels of efficiency and more benefits. Finally, some conclusions are drawn. 展开更多

目的:了解non-HDL-C和remnant cholesterol与肥胖儿童亚临床动脉粥样硬化(AS)的关系。方法:根据甘油三酯(TG)水平将65例肥胖儿童(肥胖组)分为I组(TG≥2.3 mmol/L)32例,II组(TG<2.3 mmol/L)33例,与肥胖组儿童性别年龄相匹配的正常体... 目的:了解non-HDL-C和remnant cholesterol与肥胖儿童亚临床动脉粥样硬化(AS)的关系。方法:根据甘油三酯(TG)水平将65例肥胖儿童(肥胖组)分为I组(TG≥2.3 mmol/L)32例,II组(TG<2.3 mmol/L)33例,与肥胖组儿童性别年龄相匹配的正常体质量儿童30例为III组(对照组)。比较3组儿童血脂指标,对肥胖组各项血脂指标与血浆致动脉粥样硬化指数(AIP)进行相关性分析,肥胖患儿体质指数、血脂指标与颈动脉内径、内膜-中层厚度(c-IMT)、血流参数进行相关性分析。结果:I组、II组的TG、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、non-HDL-C、remnant cholesterol、AIP均较对照组升高,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)较对照组降低,且I组的remnant cholesterol、AIP均较II组升高。肥胖组儿童AIP与TG、non-HDL-C、remnant cholesterol呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关。37例行颈动脉超声检查的肥胖儿童的c-IMT较正常儿童的增厚。结论:non-HDL-C、remnant cholesterol在肥胖儿童亚临床AS中有重要作用,在肥胖儿童血脂异常的治疗中应关注non-HDL-C、remnant cholesterol的变化。 展开更多

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with gemcitabine plus cisplatin(GP) in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: we performed a systematicsearch in the electronic databases such as Cochrane Library, Pubmed, Embase, Chinese Journal Full-text Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Full-text Database andWanfang Database up to 30 January 2017. Randomized controlled trials (RCT) of Shenqi Fuzheng Injectioncombined with GP chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced NSCLC were searched, and all the RCTs wereconducted on methodological quality assessment. Data extraction and data analysis were according to standards ofCochrane systematic review. Results: Eight trials were included including a total of 701 patients. Meta-analysisresults: Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with GP chemotherapy could significantly improve the functionalstatus of patients with NSCLC (OR = 3.44, 95% CI [2.26, 5.25], P 〈 0.0001) and clinical treatment efficacy (OR =(OR = 0.31, 95%CI [0.20, 0.47], P 〈 0.0001. The rate of leukopenia (OR = .31, 95%CI [0.20,0.47], P 〈 0.0001),thrombocytopenia (OR = 0.58, 95%CI [0.37, 0.91], P = 0.020), hemoglobin decline ((OR = 0.31, 95%CI [0.16,0.59], P = 0.0004) and incidence of gastrointestinal reactions (OR = 0.58,P 〈 0.05) could be reduced. Conclusion:Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with GP chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced NSCLC obtainedsignificantly clinical efficacy. In this work, non-thermal plasma has been applied to treat polyacrylamide(PAM) wastewater.We have investigated the influence of the rule of PAM wastewater initial pH, solution concentration and discharge time, discharge voltage on chemical oxygen demand(COD)degradation rate. At the same time, the effect of pH and discharge time on the viscosity removal rate of PAM solution was also studied. Then, the effect of pH on the viscosity removal rate of1.0 gl-1 PAM solution was studied separately. Through orthogonal test, the factors affecting the COD degradation rate of PAM wastewater were determined as follows: discharge time > discharge voltage > solution concentration > wastewater initial pH. The COD highest removal rate of PAM wastewater reached 85.74%, when the optimal conditions are as follows:discharge voltage 40 k V, discharge time 5 h, solution concentration 1.0 gl-1, pH 1.5. This research provides some basic data and new theoretical basis for PAM wastewater purification. 展开更多

CYFRA 21-1 as an early predictor of first line chemotherapy response in advanced non small cell lung cancer

Objective: In an era of ever evolving, promising new therapies for advanced non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), early predictors of response to therapy, are needed. We evaluated early variations in CYFRA 21-1 serum levels of patients with advanced NSCLC receiving first line chemotherapy and correlated the results with objective tumor response. Methods: 29 consecutive, previously untreated, patients of advanced non small cell lung cancer, with measurable disease on CT scan were evaluated. All patients were treated with conventional systemic chemotherapy, although the choice of chemotherapy was left to the discretion of the treating physicians. Serum samples were obtained immediately before the start of 1st and 2nd cycles of chemotherapy. CYFRA 21-1 was measured with an electrochemiluminescense immunoassay on an automatic analyzer (Elecsys 2000; Roche Diagnostics). Response was evaluated using Response evaluation criteria in solid tumors (RECIST) criteria. Results: 10 patients had partial response, 9 patients had stable disease and 9 had progressive disease. None of the patients had complete response. 21/29 (72%) patients had an elevated baseline value of CYFRA 21-1.62% patients (18/29) had a decrease in CYFRA 21-1 after 1 cycle of chemotherapy. The average reduction in the 2nd reading was irrespective of whether baseline value was normal or not. The average reduction was statistically significant (P = 0.002; 95% CI, from 0.8369 to 3.49464; t test). 8 out of 10 (80%) patients with partial response had a reduction in their 2nd reading of. CYFRA (P = 0.019; 95% CI, from 0.81965 to 7.20035; t test) which was significant. We also observed that 6/9 (66%) patients whose disease remains stable also had a decrease in their subsequent reading (P = 0.0106; 95% CI, from -0.44942 to 3.82720; t test), though it was not significant statistically. Although 5 out of 9 (55%) patients, who had an increase in their CYFRA 21-1 level, had progressive disease, but it was not statistically significant (P = 0.537; 95% CI, from -1.20021 to 2.13354; ttest). 14 out of 19 (73%) who either had partial response or had stable disease, had a reduction in their 2nd value of CYFRA 21-1 and was significant statistically (P = 0.004; 95% CI, from 0.74792 to 3.50208; t test). We also observed that except for 1 patient, all patients who had a decrease of 42% or more in their subsequent CYFRA 21-1 level, were those who had either responded to chemotherapy or had stable disease (P = 0.001), which was statistically significant. Conclusion: We can conclude that monitoring of serum marker CYFRA 21-1, early dudng first-line chemotherapy may be a useful prognostic tool for evaluation of early tumor response in patients with advanced NSCLC. 展开更多

Isolation and Identification of Phosphate-accumulating Strain PAO3-1 and Its Phosphorus Removal Characteristics

A phosphate-accumulating bacteria strain PAO3-1 was isolated from biological phosphorus removal sludge supplied with sodium acetate as carbon source under stable performance. This strain has good enhanced biological phosphorus removal effect on normal activated sludge system. Phosphorus removal ratio was raised form 44% with no added strain to more than 82% with strain strengthening biological phosphorus removal. It is identified to be Alcaligenes sp. according to its morphology, biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. The cell of strain PAO3-1 is straight bacilli form, 0.4×1.1μm, no flagellum, gram negative and special aerobiotic. The optimal temperature and pH for growth are 32℃-37℃ and 5.5-9.5, respectively. The shape of slant clone is feathery. The phosphate accumulating rate of strain PAO3-1 was 8.1mgP/g cell·h, and 14.3 mgP/g cell·h when in phosphate-starving situation, which was 76.5% higher than that in non-starving situation. Its phosphate release rate of log course in anaerobic phase and in culture without phosphorus was 7.6mgP/g cell·h, while in stable course the rate was 6.1mgP/g cell·h. The rate in stable course was 19.7% lower than that in log course. 展开更多

Increasing evidence indicates that aberrant expressions of some microRNAs are associated with cancer progression.However,the roles and biological mechanisms of miRNA-16-5p in human non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)are not to be well studied.Here,we validated that the expression of miR-16-5p was decreased significantly in NSCLC samples and cell lines.The correlation between the clinicopathological features of NSCLC and the miR-16-5p expression showed that the expression of miR-16-5p in non-small cell lung cancer was linked with the advanced TNM stage,positive lymph node metastasis,with short overall survival(OS).Also,a negative correlation between miR-16-5p and Fermitin family member 2(FERMT2)was observed,implying there may be a potential link about their regulation.The hypothesis was further confirmed by in-silico analysis and dual-luciferase reporter assay.Moreover,we demonstrated that the transfections of miR-16-5p mimics could alter some biological characteristics of NSCLC cells remarkably accomplished by the expression variance of FERMT2 in vitro and in vivo assays.Summarily,this study demonstrated that miR-16-5p,as a tumor suppression factor in NSCLC by targeting FERMT2,could serve as one promising biomarker in the prediction for NSCLC patients. 展开更多
