This article studies the fault detection filtering design problem for Roesser type two-dimensional(2-D)nonlinear systems described by uncertain 2-D Takagi-Sugeno(T-S)fuzzy models.Firstly,fuzzy Lyapunov functions are constructed and the 2-D Fourier transform is exploited,based on which a finite frequency fault detection filtering design method is proposed such that a residual signal is generated with robustness to external disturbances and sensitivity to faults.It has been shown that the utilization of available frequency spectrum information of faults and disturbances makes the proposed filtering design method more general and less conservative compared with a conventional nonfrequency based filtering design approach.Then,with the proposed evaluation function and its threshold,a novel mixed finite frequency H_(∞)/H_(-)fault detection algorithm is developed,based on which the fault can be immediately detected once the evaluation function exceeds the threshold.Finally,it is verified with simulation studies that the proposed method is effective and less conservative than conventional non-frequency and/or common Lyapunov function based filtering design methods. 展开更多

血清miR-98-5p、LncRNA XIST在急性呼吸窘迫综合征患儿中与疾病严重程度、预后的关系

目的:检测急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患儿血清中微小RNA(miR)-98-5p、长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)X染色体失活特异性转录因子(XIST)表达情况,并探究二者与疾病严重程度、预后的关系。方法:收集86例ARDS患儿为研究对象(研究组),同期健康体检儿... 目的:检测急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患儿血清中微小RNA(miR)-98-5p、长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)X染色体失活特异性转录因子(XIST)表达情况,并探究二者与疾病严重程度、预后的关系。方法:收集86例ARDS患儿为研究对象(研究组),同期健康体检儿童90名设为对照(对照组),参考柏林(2012年)ARDS病情严重程度诊断标准中动脉血氧分压/吸入氧浓度将ARDS患儿分为轻度组、中度组、重度组;另根据ARDS患儿28 d生存状况分为存活组和死亡组。实时荧光定量PCR(RT-PCR)法检测血清miR-98-5p、LncRNA XIST水平,绘制受试者工作特性(ROC)曲线分析血清中miR-98-5p、LncRNA XIST水平对ARDS患儿预后不良的预测价值;Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析血清miR-98-5p、LncRNA XIST水平与ARDS患儿预后的关系;Pearson分析ARDS患儿血清中miR-98-5p与LncRNA XIST的相关性。结果:与对照组相比,研究组血清中miR-98-5p水平降低(P<0.01),LncRNA XIST水平升高(P<0.01)。与轻度组相比,中度组、重度组血清中miR-98-5p水平降低(P<0.05),LncRNA XIST水平升高(P<0.05);与中度组相比,重度组血清中miR-98-5p水平降低(P<0.05),LncRNA XIST水平升高(P<0.05)。与存活组相比,死亡组血清中miR-98-5p水平降低(P<0.01),LncRNA XIST水平升高(P<0.01)。ROC曲线显示,血清中miR-98-5p、LncRNA XIST水平预测ARDS患儿预后不良的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.771、0.764,截断值分别为0.54、1.97,其敏感性分别为76.1%、86.9%,特异性分别为73.7%、52.6%;血清中miR-98-5p联合LncRNA XIST预测ARDS患儿预后不良的ROC曲线下面积为0.888,其敏感性为77.6%、特异性为94.7%。miR-98-5p高表达者存活率35.14%高于低表达者12.24%(P<0.05),LncRNA XIST高表达存活率12.73%低于低表达者38.71%(P<0.01)。Pearson分析发现ARDS患儿血清中miR-98-5p与LncRNA XIST呈负相关关系(r=-0.411,P<0.05)。Starbase3.0预测发现LncRNA XIST与miR-98-5p存在结合位点。结论:ARDS患儿血清中miR-98-5p水平降低、LncRNA XIST水平升高,二者均与疾病严重程度、预后关系密切,且二者呈显著负相关,有望用于评估ARDS疾病严重程度、预后。 展开更多

BACKGROUND Anti-programmed death therapy has thrust immunotherapy into the spotlight.However,such therapy has a modest response in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Epigenetic immunomodulation is a suggestive combinatorial therapy with immune checkpoint blockade.Non-coding ribonucleic acid(ncRNA)driven regulation is a major mechanism of epigenetic modulation.Given the wide range of ncRNAs that co-opt in programmed cell-death protein 1(PD-1)/programmed death ligand 1(PD-L1)regulation,and based on the literature,we hypothesized that miR-155-5p,miR-194-5p and long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)X-inactive specific transcript(XIST)and MALAT-1 are involved in a regulatory upstream pathway for PD-1/PD-L1.Recently,nutraceutical therapeutics in cancers have received increasing attention.Thus,it is interesting to study the impact of oleuropein on the respective study key players.AIM To explore potential upstream regulatory ncRNAs for the immune checkpoint PD-1/PD-L1.METHODS Bioinformatics tools including microrna.org and lnCeDB software were adopted to detect targeting of miR-155-5p,miR-194-5p and lncRNAs XIST and MALAT-1 to PD-L1 mRNA,respectively.In addition,Diana tool was used to predict targeting of both aforementioned miRNAs to lncRNAs XIST and MALAT-1.HCC and normal tissue samples were collected for scanning of PD-L1,XIST and MALAT-1 expression.To study the interaction among miR-155-5p,miR-194-5p,lncRNAs XIST and MALAT-1,as well as PD-L1 mRNA,a series of transfections of the Huh-7 cell line was carried out.RESULTS Bioinformatics software predicted that miR-155-5p and miR-194-5p can target PDL1,MALAT-1 and XIST.MALAT-1 and XIST were predicted to target PD-L1 mRNA.PD-L1 and XIST were significantly upregulated in 23 HCC biopsies compared to healthy controls;however,MALAT-1 was barely detected.MiR-194 induced expression elevated the expression of PD-L1,XIST and MALAT-1.However,overexpression of miR-155-5p induced the upregulation of PD-L1 and XIST,while it had a negative impact on MALAT-1 expression.Knockdown of XIST did have an impact on PD-L1 expression;however,following knockdown of the negative regulator of X-inactive specific transcript(TSIX),PD-L1 expression was elevated,and abolished MALAT-1 activity.Upon co-transfection of miR-194-5p with siMALAT-1,PD-L1 expression was elevated.Co-transfection of miR-194-5p with siXIST did not have an impact on PD-L1 expression.Upon co-transfection of miR-194 with siTSIX,PD-L1 expression was upregulated.Interestingly,the same PD-L1 expression pattern was observed following miR-155-5p cotransfections.Oleuropein treatment of Huh-7 cells reduced the expression profile of PD-L1,XIST,and miR-155-5p,upregulated the expression of miR-194-5p and had no significant impact on the MALAT-1 expression profile.CONCLUSION This study reported a novel finding revealing that opposing acting miRNAs in HCC,have the same impact on PD-1/PD-L1 immune checkpoint by sharing a common signaling pathway. 展开更多

BACKGROUND: There is a growing evidence that matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-2 and MMP-9 (gelatinases) play an important role in the pathogenesis of numerous disorders, especially with inflammatory etiology and extracellular matrix (ECM) remodeling. Despite the fact that gelatinases involve in liver cirrhosis is provided in the literature, their role in the pathogenesis of chronic pancreatitis and non-specific inflammatory bowel diseases is still under investigation. DATA SOURCES: We carried out a PubMed search of Englishlanguage articles relevant to the involvement of gelatinases in the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis, pancreatitis, and non-specific inflammatory bowel diseases. RESULTS: The decreased activity of gelatinases, especially MMP-2, is related to the development of liver fibrosis, probably due to the decrease of capability for ECM remodeling. Similar situation can be found in chronic pancreatitis; however, reports on this matter are rare. The presence of non-specific inflammatory bowel diseases results in MMP-9 activity elevation. CONCLUSION: The fluctuation of gelatinases activity during liver fibrosis, chronic pancreatitis and non-specific inflammatory bowel diseases is observed, but the exact role of these enzymes demands further studies. 展开更多

目的:以非定点标记的方法构建^(68)Ga标记的靶向CLDN18.2的正电子发射体层成像(positron emission tomography,PET)探针^(68)Ga-NOTA-376,并评价其体内外性质。方法:以p-SCN-Bn-NOTA为螯合剂,非定点偶联靶向CLDN18.2的纳米抗体376,得到... 目的:以非定点标记的方法构建^(68)Ga标记的靶向CLDN18.2的正电子发射体层成像(positron emission tomography,PET)探针^(68)Ga-NOTA-376,并评价其体内外性质。方法:以p-SCN-Bn-NOTA为螯合剂,非定点偶联靶向CLDN18.2的纳米抗体376,得到前体NOTA-376,对偶联后的前体进行^(68)Ga放射性标记。通过放射性薄层色谱法(Radio thin layer chromatography,Raio-TLC)测定探针的标记率、放射化学纯度及体外稳定性,并进行探针在人胃腺癌小鼠模型的micro-PET/计算机体层成像(computed tomography,CT)显像实验。结果:^(68)Ga-NOTA-376显示出高标记率(89.98±0.07)%、高放射化学纯度(97.67±0.02)%以及较高的比活度(16.69±6.60)GBq/μmol,并且在5%人血清白蛋白(human serum albumin,HSA)和磷酸盐缓冲溶液(phosphate buffered saline,PBS)中保持稳定。Micro-PET/CT结果表明探针在CLDN18.2阳性肿瘤中的最大标准摄取值(maximum standard uptake value,SUVmax)显著高于CLDN18.2阴性肿瘤,4.0 h时CLDN18.2阳性肿瘤及CLDN18.2阴性肿瘤的SUVmax分别为9.08±0.33及1.92±0.32。结论:本研究以非定点标记的方法成功构建了靶向CLDN18.2探针^(68)Ga-NOTA-376,标记率高,具有良好的稳定性及靶向性,是一种有潜力的PET探针,可用于CLDN18.2蛋白表达水平的检测。 展开更多

Influences of immersion bathing in Bacillus velezensis DY-6 on growth performance,non-specific immune enzyme activities and gut microbiota of Apostichopus japonicus 被引量:3

In this study, the influences of immersion bathing in different concentrations of Bacillus velezensis DY-6 on the body weight gain rate and non-specific immune enzyme activities of the coelom fluid of sea cucumber (Apostichopus japonicus) were determined in order to obtain the optimum bacterial concentration. The gut microbiota change in A. japonicus was then analyzed through high-throughput sequencing during the immersion bathing in B. velezensis DY-6 at the optimum concentration for 49 d. The results illustrate that the body weight growth rate of all bathing groups was higher than that of the control. The highest growth rate (25.3%) was achieved when the bacterial concentration was 1×10^3 CFU/mL. The activities of non-specific immune enzymes (ACP, AKP, SOD and LZM) of all bathing groups increased, and the activities of the enzymes of groups bathed with the bacterium at 1×10^3 and 1×10^4 CFU/mL reached the highest on day 21 and day 28. Taking the growth rate and economic cost into consideration, the optimum concentration of B. velezensis DY-6 was 1×10^3 CFU/mL. The influences of immersion bathing in B. velezensis DY-6 at 1×10^3 CFU/mL on the gut microbiota of A. japonicus were then evaluated through 16S rDNA sequencing analysis. Results showed that the gut microbiota changed with the addition of B. velezensis DY-6, and the richness and diversity of the gut microbiota peaked twice on day 14 and day 21, respectively. In association with the non-specific immune enzyme activities and if day 28 was selected as the dividing point, the community structure of the gut microbiota could be obviously divided into two types. The correlation analysis revealed that the non-specific immune enzyme activities were correlated significantly to some gut bacteria (in the phyla Firmicutes, Proteobacteria, and Bacteroidetes) after immersion bathing in B. velezensis DY-6. Our findings will provide the theoretical foundation for probiotic application in sea cucumber farming. 展开更多

背景:目前运动疗法是非药物治疗腰痛的有效方法,运动疗法可通过骨骼和肌肉之间的机械-化学偶联维持腰椎的稳定,但目前尚无关于运动疗法通过机械-化学偶联缓解慢性非特异性下背痛之间研究进展及最佳治疗方案的明确阐述。目的:综述运动疗... 背景:目前运动疗法是非药物治疗腰痛的有效方法,运动疗法可通过骨骼和肌肉之间的机械-化学偶联维持腰椎的稳定,但目前尚无关于运动疗法通过机械-化学偶联缓解慢性非特异性下背痛之间研究进展及最佳治疗方案的明确阐述。目的:综述运动疗法时椎旁肌通过机械-化学偶联影响腰椎稳定性进而缓解慢性非特异性下背痛的相关研究进展,以及目前运动疗法治疗慢性非特异性下背痛的最佳方案。方法:在万方数据库、中国知网、维普、Web of Science和PubMed数据库进行文献检索,以“慢性非特异性下背痛,腰椎稳定,椎旁肌,运动疗法”为中文检索词,以“chronic nonspecific low back pain,lumbar stabilization,paravertebral muscle,exercise therapy”为英文检索词,检索各数据库建库至2024年1月发表的相关文献,最终纳入93篇文献进行归纳总结。结果与结论:运动疗法可以通过适当的机械刺激作用于椎旁肌和骨骼并使其产生相应的变化。运动疗法主要通过机械-化学偶联方式来提高椎旁肌的质量,进而维持腰椎稳定,从而更好地缓解慢性非特异性下背痛,是慢性非特异性下背痛的重要干预措施。但是,对于运动疗法通过腰椎稳定来治疗慢性非特异性下背痛的确切有效方案尚无明确报道。个体化运动方案的制定对于慢性非特异性下背痛的治疗和预后尤为重要。同一个体的肌肉质量与骨骼质量是密切相关的,影像学评估椎旁肌的质量和体积对于疾病的发现和干预具有重要意义。 展开更多

Exogenous alanyl-glutamine(Aln-Gln) was evaluated for its effects on growth performance, intestinal structure and function, antioxidant status and non-specific immunity of young carp(Cyprinus carpio L.). Six diets supplemented with 0, 2.5, 5.0, 7.5, 10.0, or 15.0 g · kg-1 of Aln-Gln were fed to fish for 12 weeks. Supplementation with 7.5, 10.0, or 15.0 g · kg-1 of Aln-Gln significantly increased weight gain rate(WGR), protein efficiency ratio(PER), but feed conservation rate(FCR) and survival were not affected(P〉0.05). The intestinal fold height and number, digestive enzyme, Na+, K+-ATPase activities was found to be significantly high(P〈0.05) with increasing dietary Aln-Gln supplementation up to 7.5 g · kg-1, but there were no significant differences for Aln-Gln supplementation from 7.5 to 15.0 g · kg-1. The glutathione peroxidase(GPX) activity, glutathione(GSH), superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity increased and malondialdehyde(MDA) levels decreased significantly(P〈0.05) in the intestine, hepatopancreas, plasma and muscles. The plasma complement-3(C3) and complement-4(C4) levels were significantly(P〈0.05) improved at 5.0 g · kg-1 level and decreased when over 7.5 g · kg-1. The plasma lysozyme(LSZ) activity increased significantly(P〈0.05) at 7.5, 10.0, or 15.0 g · kg-1 level. In summary, the results showed that Aln-Gln improved growth performance, development and function of the intestine, the activity of the antioxidant defense system and the plasma non-specific immunity of the carps. The optimal Aln-Gln level was 8.24 g · kg-1 diet for WGR based on broken-line regression model analysis. 展开更多

Three size groups of shrimp, i.e., the small size group [Gs, with an average body length (BL) of (3.04 ± 0.36) cm and body weight (BW) (0.412± 0.35) g], the large group [GL, with a BL of (4.29±0.55) cm and BW of (1.098 ±0.42) g], and the ungraded group [Gm, with a BL of (3.47±0.81) cm and BW of (0.611 ±0.79) g], were reared under the same conditions for 8 wk. Growth performance and non- specific immunity factors were measured. The results showed that BW gain, biomass gain and the specific growth rate of body length (SGRL) were significantly influenced by size grading (one-way ANOVA, P 〈 0.05). The peroxidase (POD) and antibacterial (Ua) activities of GL were lower than those of G. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lysozyme (U1) activities of Gm were lower than those of G. No significant difference (P = 0.121 〉 0.05) was found on phenoloxidase (PO) activity among the three size groups. Synthetically, size grading could enhance growth and rearing efficiency, and did not have a significant influence on the immunity of L. vannamei Boone. Therefore, graded fanning in L. vannamei Boone was feasible in the culture practice. 展开更多

目的探索血清泛素羧基末端水解酶-L1(UCH-L1)、组织非特异性碱性磷酸酶(TNAP)在老年脓毒症相关性脑病(SAE)患者中的表达及临床意义。方法选取2019年3月—2021年3月空军军医大学空军第986医院老年病科诊治老年脓毒症患者177例为研究对象... 目的探索血清泛素羧基末端水解酶-L1(UCH-L1)、组织非特异性碱性磷酸酶(TNAP)在老年脓毒症相关性脑病(SAE)患者中的表达及临床意义。方法选取2019年3月—2021年3月空军军医大学空军第986医院老年病科诊治老年脓毒症患者177例为研究对象,根据是否合并SAE分为SAE组(n=80)和非SAE组(n=97)。根据28 d内的生存情况,将SAE组分为生存亚组(n=48)和死亡亚组(n=32)。采用酶联免疫吸附实验检测血清UCH-L1、TNAP的表达;指标之间的相关性采用Pearson相关分析;多因素Logistic回归分析影响SAE患者死亡预后的因素;受试者工作特征曲线分析血清UCH-L1、TNAP及联合对SAE患者死亡预后的评估价值。结果SAE组血清UCH-L1、TNAP、C反应蛋白、降钙素原、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、SOFA评分、APACHEⅡ评分均高于非SAE组(t/P=14.268/<0.001,18.872/<0.001,4.607/<0.001,11.589/<0.001,7.689/<0.001,7.572/<0.001,8.177/<0.001)。SAE患者血清UCH-L1、TNAP水平与降钙素原、C反应蛋白、NSE、SOFA评分、APACHEⅡ评分呈明显正相关(r/P=0.547/<0.001,0.661/<0.001,0.602/<0.001,0.514/<0.001,0.498/<0.001;0.477/<0.001,0.529/<0.001,0.632/<0.001,0.607/<0.001,0.474/<0.001)。死亡亚组SAE患者血清降钙素原、C反应蛋白、NSE、UCH-L1、TNAP、APACHEⅡ评分、SOFA评分均高于生存亚组(t/P=7.586/<0.001,3.311/0.001,6.735/<0.001,13.569/<0.001,11.592/<0.001,5.205/<0.001,12.180/<0.001);血清NSE、UCH-L1、TNAP、APACHEⅡ评分及SOFA评分升高是影响SAE患者死亡预后的独立危险因素[OR(95%CI)=1.868(1.323~2.638),1.840(1.193~2.838),1.578(1.122~2.219),1.659(1.119~2.576),1.606(1.105~2.336)];血清UCH-L1、TNAP及二者联合评估SAE患者死亡预后的AUC分别为0.848、0.813、0.904,二者联合优于各自单独评估价值(Z/P=3.864/0.003、4.270/<0.001)。结论SAE患者血清UCH-L1、TNAP表达升高,两者与病情严重程度有关,血清UCH-L1、TNAP联合对老年SAE患者死亡预后具有较高的评估价值。 展开更多

This study was to investigate the effects of aqueous decotion from three Chinese medicinal herb additives ( Cyrtomium fortunei, prescription I and prescription II) on non-specific immunity of 1 + age old Amur sturgeon (Acipenser schrencki Brandt) by oral perfusion. Cyrtomiumfortunei, prescription I and prescription II were orally given to 15 fishes for each experimental group once a day, with the concentration of 9,175 and 36 g/S0 kg body weight, respectively. The administration was lasted for 14 days. Meanwhile, distilled water was orally given as the control. After the experiment, some of the experimental fishes were stimulated with high temperature (30 ℃ ) for two hours. Sampling was performed from fishes treated at 22 ℃ and 30 ℃ for measuring the protein content in the serum, phagocytic activity of leucocytes and the activity of the lysozyme in six tissues. The results indicated that Cyrtomiumfortunei and prescription II could help to enhance the content of various proteins and the phagocytic activity of leucocytes. There was no significant change in the effects between these two additives at either the normal temperature or high temperature. Prescription I did not show an obvious effect on the immunity of fishes at the normal temperature, but it did in promo- ting high-efficiency response and improving immunoregulation of fish shocked by some stimuli. 展开更多

目的分析血清胃泌素释放肽前体(Pro-GRP)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)化疗前后的水平变化及临床意义。方法收集2020年2月—2022年2月本院收治的NSCLC患者126例为观察组,另选取同期于本院进行体检的健康体检者108... 目的分析血清胃泌素释放肽前体(Pro-GRP)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)化疗前后的水平变化及临床意义。方法收集2020年2月—2022年2月本院收治的NSCLC患者126例为观察组,另选取同期于本院进行体检的健康体检者108例为对照组。对比观察组与对照组患者Pro-GRP、NSE水平,分析观察组患者化疗前后Pro-GRP、NSE水平变化情况;分析影响NSCLC患者化疗效果的危险因素;分析Pro-GRP、NSE单独及联合检测对NSCLC患者化疗效果的预测价值。结果观察组患者化疗前Pro-GRP、NSE水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.584,P<0.001;t=4.951,P<0.001),且观察组化疗前Pro-GRP、NSE水平均高于化疗后,差异有统计学意义(t=5.901,P<0.001;t=2.633,P=0.008)。化疗后,有效组共有患者98例,无效组共有患者28例。2组患者吸烟史、慢性病史、远处转移情况、Pro-GRP水平及NSE水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示:有吸烟史、有慢性病史、有远处转移、Pro-GRP升高及NSE升高是影响NSCLC患者化疗效果的危险因素(P<0.05)。受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线结果显示,Pro-GRP+NSE预测NSCLC患者化疗效果的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.911,95%CI:0.861~0.962,敏感度为0.871,特异度为0.862。结论NSCLC患者化疗后血清Pro-GRP、NSE水平降低,而通过检测Pro-GRP、NSE水平可对患者化疗效果进行预测,且2个指标联合预测的价值更高。 展开更多

The juveniles of hybrid tilapia ( Oreochromis niloticus x Oreochromis areus) were exposed to ananonia-nitrogen (N) (0, 2.5, 5, 10 and 20 mg/L) for 0, 12, 24, 48 and 72 h to evaluate the effect of ammonia-N stress on their non-specific immunity. Results show that the activity of serum lysozyme decreased signifi- candy with extension of stress time (P 〈 0.05). The total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) and activity of antioxidase in liver were significantly affected. The activi- ty of T-AOC and total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) of fish exposed to ammonia-N were initially decreasing then increasing ( P 〈 0.05 ). Activities of catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were correlated with concentrations of ammonia-N. Fish exposed to lower concentrations (2.5 mg/L or 5 mg/L) showed decreased CAT activity within 24 h (P 〈 0.05 ), while those exposed to higher concentrations (10 mg/L or 20 mg/L) initially showed increased then decreased activity of CAT. Except for the highest concentration groups, fish exposed to ammonia-N showed inductive activity of GSH-Px ( P 〈 0.05 ). Under the ex- perimental conditions, non-specific immunity of tilapia was affected by ammonia-N stress, and the impact was increased with increased concentration and extension of time. 展开更多

The balance equation between water vapor and airborne liquid water is derived. From the balance equation, a new formula of precipitate rate is got. The analysis shows that in the air stream with some upward vertical velocity ( ), the condensed liquid water can precipitate under the condition with (q is specific humidity) and? only, otherwise it is detained in the air and becomes airborne liquid water. Not only does precipitating liquid water contain condensed liquid water, but also contains converged and existing airborne liquid water. Beck, J. Metals, N. Y. 8, 265 (1959)] with Tc = 9K, are prepared by arc melting. The values of ac susceptibility and the low-temperature specific heat of these alloys are measured. It is found that there are two superconducting phases coexisting in the samples with Tc1 ≈ 9 K and Tc2 ≈ 7K, which are both non-centrosymmetric in structure as reported previously. By analysing the specific heat data measured in various magnetic fields down to a temperature of 1.8 K, we find that the absence of the inversion symmetry does not lead to an obvious deviation from an s-wave pairing symmetry in Re3W. 展开更多

腰痛患者抗阻训练的剂量-反应关系的Meta分析

目的:探讨抗阻训练(RT)治疗慢性非特异性腰痛(CNSLBP)的临床疗效,通过分析提供RT的剂量与腰部功能改善的关系,以及影响结果最显著的剂量区间。方法:计算机检索2022年12月前CNKI、维普数据库、万方数据库、PubMed、MEDLINE、Embase、Web ... 目的:探讨抗阻训练(RT)治疗慢性非特异性腰痛(CNSLBP)的临床疗效,通过分析提供RT的剂量与腰部功能改善的关系,以及影响结果最显著的剂量区间。方法:计算机检索2022年12月前CNKI、维普数据库、万方数据库、PubMed、MEDLINE、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane对照试验注册中心发表的RT治疗CNLBP的随机对照试验。对纳入文献进行筛选,资料提取,质量评价后,采用Stata 14软件进行Meta分析,Meta回归分析以及亚组分析。结果:共纳入13篇RCT,19项结果。RT对腰部功能改善有显著影响[SMD=-1.01,95%CI(-1.42,-0.60),P<0.01]。每组次数(P=0.026)对腰部功能改善影响显著。训练次数10~12个/组(SMD=-2.38),训练周期为9~12周(SMD=-1.68),训练频率1~2次/周(SMD=-1.08),训练组数为1组(SMD=-1.96),训练时长30~39min(SMD=-0.89),训练强度大于70%1RM(SMD=-2.12),组间休息0~30s(SMD=-0.92)对腰部功能改善更有效。结论:RT可以显著改善患者腰部功能受限。未来的研究应特别关注训练变量的详细描述,以便深入分析CNSLBP在RT后的剂量-反应关系。 展开更多

非特异性脂质转移蛋白(nsLTP,non-specific lipid transfer proteins)在植物脂质转运和分泌中发挥重要作用。本研究从薰衣草(Lavandula angustifolia)中克隆到2个II型nsLTP基因,命名为nsLTP2-1和nsLTP2-2,并对其进行功能分析。生信分析... 非特异性脂质转移蛋白(nsLTP,non-specific lipid transfer proteins)在植物脂质转运和分泌中发挥重要作用。本研究从薰衣草(Lavandula angustifolia)中克隆到2个II型nsLTP基因,命名为nsLTP2-1和nsLTP2-2,并对其进行功能分析。生信分析表明,nsLTP2-1和ns LTP2-2分别编码119个和117个氨基酸,具有脂转移蛋白(LTP,lipid transfer proteins)保守结构域和8个高度保守的半胱氨酸残基;系统进化分析显示它们处于两个分支,与同科的紫苏(Perilla frutescens)相似性最高。基因表达分析显示2个基因均在花蕾中高表达,在叶片、茎和花瓣中几乎不表达,在花萼中的表达存在差异,nsLTP2-1和nsLTP2-2分别在成熟花萼和幼嫩花萼中表达量更高;2个基因在花蕾和叶片中的表达均受到强光诱导,且在花蕾中的表达均受脱落酸诱导,而叶片中nsLTP2-1和nsLTP2-2的表达分别受茉莉酸甲酯和乙烯诱导。亚细胞定位显示2个nsLTPs均定位在细胞膜和细胞壁上,可能与次生代谢物的转运有关。过表达nsLTP2-1和nsLTP2-2烟草叶片经尼罗红染色后,经485~543 nm激发光激发,叶片腺毛头部的荧光显示多于野生型,说明本研究中的nsLTPs可能在脂类的合成和转运中起重要作用。这些结果为明确薰衣草脂转移蛋白在脂类及萜类转运中的功能研究提供了参考。 展开更多

目的探讨下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(LEASO)患者支架植入术后血清长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)-肺腺癌转移相关转录本1(MALAT1)、LncRNA-X失活特异性转录本(XIST)与1年内支架内再狭窄(ISR)的相关性。方法回顾性选取2018年1月—2022年12月在内蒙古医... 目的探讨下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(LEASO)患者支架植入术后血清长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)-肺腺癌转移相关转录本1(MALAT1)、LncRNA-X失活特异性转录本(XIST)与1年内支架内再狭窄(ISR)的相关性。方法回顾性选取2018年1月—2022年12月在内蒙古医科大学附属肿瘤医院血管外科行支架植入术的LEASO患者147例作为研究对象,根据1年内是否发生ISR分为ISR组41例和无ISR组106例,采用实时荧光定量PCR检测术后血清LncRNA-MALAT1、LncRNA-XIST水平;通过Pearson法分析LEASO患者血清LncRNA-MALAT1、LncRNA-XIST水平与管腔直径缩小率的相关性;多因素Logistic回归分析LEASO患者支架植入术后1年内ISR的影响因素;ROC曲线分析血清LncRNA-MALAT1、LncRNA-XIST水平对LEASO患者支架植入术后1年内ISR的预测价值。结果随访1年,147例LEASO患者支架植入术后ISR发生率为27.89%(41/147);与无ISR组比较,ISR组血清LncRNA-MALAT1、LncRNA-XIST水平升高(t/P=5.949/<0.001、5.927/<0.001);Pearson相关性分析显示,LEASO患者血清LncRNA-MALAT1、LncRNA-XIST水平与管腔直径缩小率呈正相关(r/P=0.596/<0.001、0.588/<0.001);多因素Logistic回归显示,糖尿病和C反应蛋白、LncRNA-MALAT1、LncRNA-XIST升高为LEASO患者支架植入术后1年内ISR的独立危险因素[OR(95%CI)=3.185(1.155~8.781)、1.187(1.003~1.404)、1.433(1.199~1.713)、1.575(1.242~1.998)];ROC曲线显示,血清LncRNA-MALAT1、LncRNA-XIST水平联合预测LEASO患者支架植入术后1年内ISR的曲线下面积为0.906,大于血清LncRNA-MALAT1、LncRNA-XIST水平单独预测的0.799、0.786(Z/P=3.176/0.002、3.513/<0.001)。结论LEASO患者支架植入术后血清LncRNA-MALAT1、LncRNA-XIST水平升高是1年内ISR的独立危险因素,血清LncRNA-MALAT1、LncRNA-XIST水平联合对LEASO患者支架植入术后1年内ISR有较高的预测价值。 展开更多
