Balancing family obligations and personal aspirations is crucial for college students in making life decisions.This critical review examined empirical studies on the effects of filial piety on college students’vocati...Balancing family obligations and personal aspirations is crucial for college students in making life decisions.This critical review examined empirical studies on the effects of filial piety on college students’vocational identity and agency.According to identity capital theory,college students need a sense of agency to construct identity consciously and adapt to adulthood.Filial piety may profoundly influence this process as the core value and internalized social structure for the role of being an adult child in a Chinese family.However,no studies have been conducted from the identity capital perspective.This review found that filial piety had direct effects on college students'vocational identity and also indirect effects by shaping specific agency competencies.The impact of filial piety on the agency was more likely to occur through providing normative guidance about adult roles,influencing how college students view family as a supportive resource,and perpetuating parenting experiences.Based on these findings,this article suggested further examining the mediating role of agency between filial piety and identity development,as well as the effects of filial piety on the psychological foundation of agency development.This review suggested enhancing the agency of college students and encouraging reflections on filial piety in career education.展开更多

Objective:To explore and analyze the work process-based practical training teaching model for basic nursing skills in vocational colleges and its implementation effects.Methods:A total of 82 nursing students from our ...Objective:To explore and analyze the work process-based practical training teaching model for basic nursing skills in vocational colleges and its implementation effects.Methods:A total of 82 nursing students from our school were selected for the study,which was conducted from April 2023 to April 2024.Using a random number table method,the students were divided into an observation group and a control group,each with 41 students.The control group received conventional practical training teaching,while the observation group followed the work process-based practical training model for basic nursing skills.The assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The comparison of assessment scores showed that the observation group performed significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of teaching satisfaction also indicated that the observation group had significantly higher satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The work process-based practical training teaching model for basic nursing skills in vocational colleges can improve students’assessment scores and enhance teaching satisfaction,demonstrating its value for wider application.展开更多

文摘Based on Bloom’s“effective teaching theory,”this paper proposes pre-class activities to improve students’enthusiasm and autonomy in English learning.These include sentence construction,situational dubbing,famous quotes,English songs,English games,Chinese stories,regional cultures,and theme debates,which combine life,interest,and inspiration as the main characteristics.The activities can enhance the sense of participation and achievement of all students to achieve the purpose of effective teaching.

文摘This paper addresses the challenges in the teaching of electrical and electronic technology in higher vocational colleges and proposes specific countermeasures to improve teaching quality and effectiveness.The countermeasures include optimizing teaching content,emphasizing practical application and innovation,innovating teaching methods,introducing modern instructional approaches,strengthening the teaching team,enhancing teacher quality and practical expertise,upgrading experimental equipment and facilities,enriching curriculum resources,and incorporating digital teaching materials.These measures aim to cultivate high-quality skilled talents,promote social and economic development,and enhance national competitiveness.By adjusting the course structure,incorporating real-world industry cases,and fostering collaboration with enterprises,students can better understand and apply electrical and electronic technology.The introduction of project-based teaching,flipped classrooms,and multimedia technology can enhance student engagement and facilitate independent learning.Furthermore,the improvement of experimental resources and the establishment of online teaching platforms can enhance students’practical skills and provide a variety of learning resources.These measures contribute to the overall improvement of electrical and electronic technology teaching in higher vocational colleges.

文摘To further enhance the effectiveness of talent cultivation for interior design in vocational colleges,it is necessary to vigorously promote the construction of an industry-education integration model.Through this model,the roles of both enterprises and schools can be leveraged to jointly facilitate the continuous improvement of students’professional abilities and practical skills,providing a steady stream of high-quality talents for the development of the interior design field.Therefore,this paper analyzes the current issues in interior design talent cultivation in vocational colleges from the perspective of industry-education integration and proposes corresponding improvement measures.
文摘In this study,the questionnaire“Influencing Factors of Classroom Quality in Higher Vocational Education”was self-compiled.By using the questionnaire survey method,the research conclusion was drawn that the main factors affecting the classroom teaching quality in higher vocational education were teaching and student factors,teacher factors,and classroom factors based on 2,683 samples.According to the research results,the measures to improve the quality of classroom teaching are put forward,in order to provide guidance for improving the quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges.
文摘Reinforcement theory is a behavioral psychology theory proposed by Skinner,which has been widely applied in various fields such as management and education.Positive reinforcement and negative reinforcement are the two types of reinforcement.By adopting these two different reinforcement methods appropriately,human behavior can develop in a positive direction.In the review stage of English teaching and learning in Chinese higher vocational and technical colleges,the use of different reinforcement methods based on various classes,individuals,conditions,and environments can effectively promote or change the behavior of teachers and students,thereby improving the effectiveness of the review.
文摘Objective:To explore and analyze the work process-based practical training teaching model for basic nursing skills in vocational colleges and its implementation effects.Methods:A total of 82 nursing students from our school were selected for the study,which was conducted from April 2023 to April 2024.Using a random number table method,the students were divided into an observation group and a control group,each with 41 students.The control group received conventional practical training teaching,while the observation group followed the work process-based practical training model for basic nursing skills.The assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The comparison of assessment scores showed that the observation group performed significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of teaching satisfaction also indicated that the observation group had significantly higher satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The work process-based practical training teaching model for basic nursing skills in vocational colleges can improve students’assessment scores and enhance teaching satisfaction,demonstrating its value for wider application.
