This article aims to explore effective ways to enhance the affinity of ideological and political course teachers in universities.By analyzing the connotation of affinity,the factors that affect the affinity of ideological and political course teachers are analyzed,and corresponding improvement strategies are proposed.Research suggests that strengthening the construction of teacher ethics and conduct,improving teaching skills,enhancing emotional engagement,and enhancing practical training are key paths to enhance the affinity of ideological and political course teachers.The implementation of these paths will help improve the teaching quality and effectiveness of ideological and political courses,and promote the comprehensive development of students.

Research on Practical Education of Speciality Teachers in Vocational Colleges to Promote Curriculum-based Ideological and Political Education

Curriculum-based ideological and political education is the inevitable requirement of constructing the pattern of ideological and political education in the new era.As the main leader and implementer of curriculum-based ideological and political education in vocational colleges,speciality teachers should take the fundamental task of moral education as the guidance,focus on it through curriculum,promote the organic unity of knowledge teaching,skill improvement and value guidance in the teaching process,and finally form a new ideological and political work mode in line with the requirements of“high-level vocational college and speciality”construction.At present,speciality teachers in vocational colleges have some problems in curriculum-based ideological and political education,which is mainly reflected in some speciality teachers’weak self-consciousness,poor understanding and integration ability.In order to effectively solve the problem,they have to establish the curriculum-based ideological and political education promotion mechanism led by the college Party committee,consolidate the institutional guarantee for speciality teachers in moral education,strengthen their consciousness and awareness,innovate and improve the assessment and evaluation mechanism of their dedicated education.

Exploring the Body Politics of Female Teachers from the Perspective of Intersectionality and Agency in Education Locale

This paper explores how the body discourses constructed by patriarchal culture influence individual＇s body viewpoint and form teachers＇ body image in educational fields in gender perspectives of feminisms and the concepts of power and discourse from Foucanlt. At the same time I will also demonstrate that the body politics of women teachers in secondary education do not represent the stable and rigid hierarchy of traditional teacher-student relationship but shape the subjectivity which are deployed and suffused as a capillary action by the disciplines and power relations interwoven by gender, sexuality, class and age throughout the individual＇s cognition and behavior, thus produce self-monitoring in the meantime monitoring others for social function. Finally, I will argue that how the subjectivity under the social structure and cultural norms generates an individual＇s agency of resistance and subversion to existing gender structures through reflectivity in the cracks produced by the collision, fragmentation, consultation within different discourses, and then finds the temporary strategic and political positioning and identity.

Politeness Strategies of Teachers' Feedback in Higher Vocational English Class

Based on the research of teachers' feedback and politeness strategies, this study adopts the natural research method-classroom observation, and analyzes ten typical politeness strategies teachers widely use in giving feedback to demonstrate how teachers improve the efficiency of classroom interaction by these strategies based on the collected data, aiming at giving inspiration to the use of teachers' politeness strategies to further improve English teaching and to develop students' competence in using English.

医学院校附属医院教师网络思想政治教育现状调查及分析

为了解医学院校附属医院教师网络思想政治(简称思政)教育现状,采用问卷调查法,选取广西医科大学第二附属医院符合标准的451名教师,进行网络思政教育情况调查。研究显示,医学院校附属医院教师对开展网络思政教育前景持乐观态度,但其课程思政育人意识需加强,需进一步提高网络思政教育能力。建议医学院校附属医院完善网络思政教育评价及激励机制,通过综合培训提升教师网络思政素质,建立多样化网络思政教育平台,以推动高等医学院校网络思政教育的开展。
