Landscape Effect Assessment of the Greening Mode around Overpasses in the Urban Area of Kunming City

Based on investigating the present greening situation of 18 overpasses in the urban area of Kunming City,4 typical plant furnishing modes for overpass were concluded,that is,Type Ⅰ,which was the multi-layered plant disposition pattern composed of all arbor,shrub and herbaceous plant species;TypeⅡ,which was mainly composed of shrub and herbaceous species with a 2-layered structure;Type Ⅲ was the turf grass pattern with sparsely disposed trees;Type Ⅳ,which was the simple groundcover greening pattern.1 or 2 typical overpasses from each type were sampled separately for evaluating the landscape effects of the typical green space around each type of overpass by adopting AHP model,and the results showed that the evaluated landscape effect of Type Ⅰ was 'good',that of Type Ⅱ was 'moderate',that of Type Ⅲ was 'moderate to good',and that of Type Ⅳ was 'poor'.

Risk assessment of the emergency processes： Healthcare failure mode and effect analysis

BACKGROUND: Ensuring about the patient's safety is the f irst vital step in improving the quality of care and the emergency ward is known as a high-risk area in treatment health care. The present study was conducted to evaluate the selected risk processes of emergency surgery department of a treatment-educational Qaem center in Mashhad by using analysis method of the conditions and failure effects in health care.METHODS: In this study, in combination(qualitative action research and quantitative crosssectional), failure modes and effects of 5 high-risk procedures of the emergency surgery department were identified and analyzed according to Healthcare Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(HFMEA). To classify the failure modes from the "nursing errors in clinical management model(NECM)", the classification of the effective causes of error from "Eindhoven model" and determination of the strategies to improve from the "theory of solving problem by an inventive method" were used. To analyze the quantitative data of descriptive statistics(total points) and to analyze the qualitative data, content analysis and agreement of comments of the members were used.RESULTS: In 5 selected processes by "voting method using rating", 23 steps, 61 sub-processes and 217 potential failure modes were identifi ed by HFMEA. 25(11.5%) failure modes as the high risk errors were detected and transferred to the decision tree. The most and the least failure modes were placed in the categories of care errors(54.7%) and knowledge and skill(9.5%), respectively. Also, 29.4% of preventive measures were in the category of human resource management strategy.CONCLUSION: "Revision and re-engineering of processes", "continuous monitoring of the works", "preparation and revision of operating procedures and policies", "developing the criteria for evaluating the performance of the personnel", "designing a suitable educational content for needs of employee", "training patients", "reducing the workload and power shortage", "improving team communication" and "preventive management of equipment's" were on the agenda as the guidelines.

Constructing a Teaching Evaluation Model for the Course of Beijing World Cultural Heritage Based on Dynamic Assessment Theory

The rapid development of international tourism has led to an increasing demand for English professionals. In order to meet this demand, universities have placed greater emphasis on the quality and level of teaching in the courses of tourism English. This paper proposes a dynamic evaluation model for tourism English courses, based on the principles of dynamic assessment theory, such as process-orientation, evaluation-teaching integration, and multiple interactions. Taking the course of Beijing World Cultural Heritage as an example, the model is instantiated to demonstrate the feasibility of applying dynamic assessment theory to tourism English courses and this model helps to provide a reference for the evaluation methods of English courses.

Assessment of bearing performance degradation via extension and EEMD combined approach

As a key component in rotating machinery, the operating reliability of bearing influences the performance and service life of the equipment directly. In order to describe bearing performance degradation(BPD) process effectively, an assessment approach combining extension and ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD) was proposed. First, the extension was utilized to construct the matter-element of bearing operating state, and the energy moment of intrinsic mode functions(IMFs) was used as characteristic parameter of the matter-element. Then, to determine classical domains of characteristic parameters, the mathematical statistics method was adopted. Finally, the BPD was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively according to the comprehensive correlation degree of bearing current operating state related to its healthy state. The analytic results of bearing test-rig show that the proposed method indicates the incipient fault approximately occurring in the 81 st hour, and the method also quantitatively presents the degree of BPD. By contrast, the BPD assessment based on time-domain features extraction method could not achieve the above two results effectively.

Health status assessment of axial piston pump under variable speed

The axial piston pump usually works under variable speed conditions.It is important to evaluate the health status of the axial piston pump under the variable speed condition.Aiming at the characteristic signals obtained under different wear levels of the port plate,a feature signal extraction method under variable speed conditions is proposed.Firstly,the combination of complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise(CEEMDAN)energy spectrum and fast spectral kurtosis principle is used to accurately extract the intrinsic mode function(IMF)component containing the sensitive information of the degraded feature.Then,the aspect ratio analysis method of the angle domain variational mode decomposition(VMD)is used to process the feature index containing the sensitive information of the degraded feature.In order to evaluate the health status of the axial piston pump under variable speed,the vibration reliability analysis method for axial piston pump based on Weibull proportional failure rate model is proposed.The experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately evaluate the health status of the axial piston pump.

Real-Time Assessment and Diagnosis of Process Operating Performance

Over time, the performance of processes may deviate from the initial design due to process variations anduncertainties, making it necessary to develop systematic methods for online optimality assessment basedon routine operating process data. Some processes have multiple operating modes caused by the set pointchange of the critical process variables to achieve different product specifications. On the other hand, theoperating region in each operating mode can alter, due to uncertainties. In this paper, we will establish anoptimality assessment framework for processes that typically have multi-mode, multi-region operations,as well as transitions between different modes. The kernel density approach for mode detection is adopt-ed and improved for operating mode detection. For online mode detection, the model-based clusteringdiscriminant analysis （MclustDA） approach is incorporated with some a priori knowledge of the system. Inaddition, multi-modal behavior of steady-state modes is tackled utilizing the mixture probabilistic principalcomponent regression （MPPCR） method, and dynamic principal component regression （DPCR） is used toinvestigate transitions between different modes. Moreover, a probabilistic causality detection method basedon the sequential forward floating search （SFFS） method is introduced for diagnosing poor or non-optimumbehavior. Finally, the proposed method is tested on the Tennessee Eastman （TE） benchmark simulation pro-cess in order to evaluate its performance.

Full Wavefield Analysis for Damage Assessment in Composite Materials

In this paper damage assessment based on guided elastic wave propagation phenomenon is presented.Guided waves are generated by piezoelectric transducer and registered by scanning laser doppler vibrometer(SLDV).Signal processing is based on the analysis of full wavefield measurements gathered from dense mesh of measurement points spanned over area of investigated samples.Full wavefield measurement approach allows creation of animations presenting the guided wave propagation in the structure.Moreover such approach is suitable for analysis of interaction of guided waves with discontinuities located in structure.In the research attention is paid especially on analysis of phenomenon of S0/A0′guided wave mode conversion due to interaction with investigated discontinuities-teflon inserts and impact damage.The presented work is related to glass fibre reinforced polymer(GFRP)samples.In the research,auxiliary non-destructive testing(NDT)method is also utilized.The aim of this method is to indicate the depth of discontinuity,and to prove that delamination was created in the case of impact damage.Auxiliary method is based on terahertz spectroscopy(THz)where the analysis of propagation of electromagnetic waves in the terahertz band is conducted.THz spectroscopy method can be utilized for damage assessment in the dielectric materials like GFRP.

A new approach to classroom-based language assessment

If one considers the number of language learners that are worldwide,the number of classroom-based language assessments(CBLAs)that are given each year,and the number of decisions that are made on the basis of these,it is obvious that in terms of sheer numbers,more students are affected by CBLAs per year than by those based on large-scale language assessments.Because of this,it is essential that classroom teachers have the knowledge,skills,and tools to enable them to develop and use CBLAs that they can justify to stakeholders,e.g.,students,parents,and school authorities.In this paper we describe the approach to CBLAs that we have developed.First,we discuss the role of assessment in teaching and learning,the kinds of decisions that classroom teachers need to make,and the different modes of CBLAs.We then describe the process of using CBLAs to help teachers make decisions that will have beneficial consequences.Next,we discuss fairness and accountability in assessment and the process of assessment justification,including an assessment use argument.Finally,we discuss the process of developing CBLAs,using an example of a classroom-based language assessment to illustrate this.

In the background of the design and construction of Smart Grid Operation Supporting System for District Power Networks, this paper established the weighted fault probability model of the overhead line which is based on equipment operating status, utility theory and fuzzy theory. In this model, the proper membership function is adopted to describe the influence of lightning, wind speed, line ice and temperature, and the outage rate of overhead line, derived from historical statistics, is amended. Based on this model, the power supply risk analysis software is developed to calculate the online risk indicators of district grid, and provide real-time decision support information based on risk theory for scheduling operations personnel.

Sale-leaseback is paid special focus on for its great application in China in recent years.By giving a detailed analysis,an analysis of the features of sale-leaseback and a study of the risks of it are given in this paper.Then a quantitative analysis of commercial real estate sale-leaseback is carried out.The scientific theoretical analysis is provided in this paper for risk assessment in commercial real estate sale-leaseback mode in China.An effective approach is put forward for sale-leaseback project evaluation and prevention of risk.A useful means is given to supervise commerciai real estate sale-leaseback mode for relevant departments and a certain contribution is made to a further sound development of commercial real estate sale-leaseback mode.

Research on the CPA Audit Independence Risk Assessment Based on the Rough Set Theory

The assessment mode of the CPA audit independence risk based on the Rough Set Theory is a risk assessment method and using the Analytical Hierarchy Process, whose aim is to solve the bid management in the process of the Financial Statement Insurance. Firstly, according to the general instance of the accountant office, the experts grade the risk elements to establish the decision-making table; secondly, construct the judgment matrix using the attribution dependence degree of Variable Precision Rough Set to obtain relative importance, and further get the general importance for all of risk elements; Finally, establish the general assessment mode of the audit independence risk.

Analysis of the Application Value of Virtual Reality Combined with Flipped Classroom Teaching Mode in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Teaching

Objective:To analyze the value of using virtual reality combined with the flipped classroom teaching model in teaching cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR).Methods:Two classes of our nursing program were randomly selected for the study from September 2022 to September 2023,Class A(52 students,conventional teaching method)and Class B(52 students,virtual reality combined with flipped classroom teaching mode).The assessment scores and independent learning ability scores of the students in the two classes were compared.Results:CPR theory and operation scores,passing rate,and independent learning ability scores of Class B were higher than those of Class A(P<0.05).Conclusion:the use of virtual reality combined with the flipped classroom teaching mode in CPR teaching is conducive to the improvement of students’assessment scores and independent learning ability.

A Fuzzy Probabilistic Influence Diagram Method to Assess Marine Configuration Risk

A risk assessment method for marine configuration based on Fuzzy Probability Influence Diagram （FPID） and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis （FMEA） is established in this paper. Considering the fuzzy characteristic of the two key inputs such as event happening probability and relation probability, the method induces fuzzy probability into the PID risk assessment for marine configuration, where defuzzification is performed using the centroid method to determine the risk at a given grade of a probabilistic item. FMEA as a traditional qualitative analysis method is used to determine the effect factor structure. An application of the presented method for the offshore jacket platform is implemented. The method can be widely applicable although only offshore platform is analyzed here.

MODES系统对贵州月气温、降水预测初步评估

通过对2013年1月—2015年6月(MODES)发布的最优月预测产品在贵州省月平均气温距平和降水距平百分率的预测检验评估,发现MODES对全省平均气温有较好的预报,分析时段内预测与实况的相关系数为0.24,距平同号率为65.5%,且对气温偏高预测的可参考性高于其对气温偏低的预测。相比于气温,MODES对降水预测能力较弱,参考性也相对较低,其中对贵州全省平均降水偏多趋势的预测技巧要优于对全省平均偏少趋势的预报技巧。逐站分析显示,MODES对贵州气温预测效果较好的地区在西部、北部和东部,对降水偏多的预测效果较好的地区位于除西北部和北部边缘地区外的其余大部地区。通过对MODES与预报员综合预报的结果评估发现,MODES月预测总体效果较预报员好,且稳定性高于预报员,可为预报员提供参考信息。

基于K-modes的北京传统村落价值评估及其保护策略研究

在中国历史文化发展所形成的文化区划背景下,北京传统村落逐渐显露出典型的地域特征和特殊的文化底蕴,其包含的价值存在于多个维度,对其价值体系、价值构成要素及典型特征的综合判断与研究,是立足地域优势实施“乡村振兴”和实现传统村落文脉传承与传统风貌延续的首要前提。研究基于传统村落价值特征的实地调研,尝试运用K-modes聚类方法,对北京44个传统村落样本进行聚类研究和校核分析,拟划分为综合服务型、生态农业型、休闲度假型、文化遗产型及特色民俗型五种类型,并依据分类型属性及实际发展诉求,提出可持续保护与利用的策略。

Observation on the Application of“Online+Offline”Mixed Teaching Mode in Clinical Nursing Teaching

Objective:To observe the application effect of“online+offline”mixed teaching mode in clinical nursing teaching.Methods:A total of 72 clinical nursing workers,who work in PLA General Hospital and participated in the experiment from March 2019 to March 2021,were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the odd numbers assigned to the participants’names,the participants were divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group,with 36 cases in each group.The experimental group received“online+offline”hybrid teaching,whereas the control group received traditional offline teaching.In order to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the two groups of nursing workers,their assessment scores,teaching satisfaction scores,and teaching evaluation indicators were observed.Results:The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in terms of assessment scores,teaching satisfaction scores,and teaching evaluation indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical nursing teaching,the“online+offline”mixed teaching mode plays a unique role in improving students’scores and teaching quality;thus,it should be promoted.
