Simulation Model of Mechanical Properties of Point - Bonded Nonwovens

A computer model for studying the mechanical properties of point - bonded nonwovens is established. The simulation tensile curve of a nonwoven fabric may be obtained based on relaxation procedure when the mechanical properties of fibers, the arrangement of bond points in the fibrous web and specimen size are inputted into the computer. Relaxation method and relevant algorithms of computer simulation are described in detail. The validity of the model is also demonstrated.

新型无纺布乳胶漆的制备

用丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯分别作为硬软单体合成树脂,三聚氰胺、甲醛在丙烯酸单体聚合过程中加入生成密胺作为交联剂,使合成的乳胶漆有更强的韧性与耐水性;通过一系列实验运用表观分析法确定最佳工艺参数;将合成的乳液涂在无纺布上形成涂膜,并对涂膜进行性能测定;实验表明该乳液形成的涂膜耐水性良好、附着力大且耐摩擦,符合环保要求。
