The purpose of this paper is to construct and classify the common invariant solutions for those equations. For this aim, we have used the results concerning construction and classification of invariant solutions for the (1 + 3)-dimensional P(1,4)-invariant Eikonal equation, since this equation is the simplest among the equations under investigation. The direct checked allowed us to conclude that the majority of invariant solutions of the (1 + 3)-dimensional Eikonal equation, obtained on the base of low-dimensional (dimL ≤ 3) nonconjugate subalgebras of the Lie algebra of the Poincaré group P(1,4), satisfy all the equations under investigation. In this paper, we present obtained common invariant solutions of the equations under study as well as the classification of those invariant solutions.展开更多

Herein, we report an effective strategy to improve the performance of HTMs by introducing −CF_(3) groups via the rational decorative mode. Upon direct attachment or nonconjugated alkoxyl bridging of −CF_(3) groups on the terminal diphenylamines, the resulting molecular HTMs, i.e., 2,7-BCzA4CF_(3) and 2,7-BCzA4OCCF_(3), show distinct properties. Compared with 2,7-BCzA4CF_(3), the nonconjugated alkoxyl bridging −CF_(3) group-based 2,7-BCzA4OCCF_(3) exhibits better thermal stability, hydrophobicity, and a dramatically upgraded hole mobility by 135.7-fold of magnitude to 1.71 × 10^(−4) cm^(2) V^(−1) S^(−1). The PSCs with 2,7-BCzA4OCCF_(3) as HTM exhibit an PCE of up to 20.53% and excellent long-term stability, maintaining 92.57% of their performance for 30 days in air with humidity of 30% without encapsulation. This work provides beneficial guidelines for the design of new HTMs for efficient and stable PSCs.展开更多

However, conjugation of GnRH peptide to carrier protein has many drawbacks, hampering the further commercialization of GnRH vaccines. In this study, a new nonconjugated GnRH vaccine, D-Lys6-GnRH-tandem-dimer peptide (TDK), emulsified in Specol adjuvant was investigated for its immunocastration efficacy in young male rats. Prepubertal male rats were randomly allocated into three groups (n = 12): control (no treatment), surgically castrated or immunized against 100 μg TDK in Specol adjuvant at 6 weeks of age (with a booster 8 weeks later). Blood samples (for antibody titers and hormone concentrations) were collected at 2-week intervals until rats were killed (18 weeks of age). Compared to intact controls, active immunization against TDK reduced (P〈 0.05) serum concentrations of testosterone, inhibin B, LH and FSH, prevented the onset of spermatogenesis at puberty. Furthermore, mRNA expressions of GnRH receptor, LH-β and FSH-β in the pituitary, LH receptor, FSH receptor, inhibin α, βA and βB subunit in the testes were decreased in immunocastrated rats compared to intact controls (P 〈 0.05). These results demonstrate for the first time that GnRH-tandem-dimer peptide emulsified in Specol is a promising veterinary sterilization medicine.展开更多
