基于Lotus Domino/Notes的企业办公自动化系统应用研究

通过对企业办公自动化的需求分析 ,根据LotusDomino/Notes的产品功能特性 ,提出企业办公自动化系统的体系结构、功能结构图 ,最后给出了一个工作流实例的实现方法。

NOTES-经自然腔道(阴道)内镜下胆囊切除术31例

目的:探讨临床开展经自然腔道(阴道)内镜下胆囊切除术的可行性、安全性和优越性。方法:31例胆囊疾病患者行经阴道内镜下胆囊切除术。脐下缘做—5 mm切口,置入腹腔镜引导胃镜和NOTES操作器械经阴道后穹窿15 mm切口进入腹腔。胃镜获得稳定图像后,撤出脐部腹腔镜置入普通腹腔镜操作器械。在胃镜监视下,通过脐部和阴部两把操作器械完成胆囊切除术。结果:31例患者均顺页利完成经阴道内镜胆囊切除术。手术时间60～150 min,平均85 min。未放置引流,无出血、胆瘘等并发症发生。腹壁无明显瘢痕遗留,术后疼痛轻微,平均住院日缩短,医疗花费降低。结论:经阴道内镜下胆囊切除术技术可行,操作安全,相比传统腹腔镜手术有明显优越性,建议在有条件的医院逐步推广应用。

浅谈LOTUS NOTES邮件系统的使用技巧

LotusNotes邮件系统作为电子文件的传输系统，方便文档资料的传输，大大提高了办公效率和安全性。随着LotusNotes的普及和用户的增多，2000年总行下发的邮件服务器已不堪负荷。特别是由于用户使用水平的差异，有的用户长期保留过期文件不删除，特别是大容量的附件容易造成服务器资源浪费，导致日益增长的邮件用户与日益减少的服务器空间之间的矛盾。本文探讨了如何将邮箱里的邮件完整的保留而又不占用服务器的资源。

NOTES新术式:经气管内镜甲状腺切除术动物实验研究

目的:探讨一种全新的经自然腔道内镜手术(NOTES)——经气管内镜下甲状腺切除术的可行性、安全性和优越性。方法:采用3只巴马香猪和6只比格犬,利用自制带双通道的气管插管全身麻醉,置入内镜及器械,纵行切开甲状腺上方气管前壁软骨环。在内镜监视下行甲状腺部分或次全切除术。术毕连续或间断缝合气管前壁。结果:3只猪行经气管内镜下甲状腺部分切除术,6只狗行经气管内镜下甲状腺次全切除术,所有实验动物均顺利完成手术,无术中缺氧、窒息、气管梗阻及死亡。拔管后实验动物均自然苏醒,分别于2、4h后处死,观察气管切口缝合严密,无皮下气肿及血肿形成。结论:实验证实,经气管内镜甲状腺切除术是安全可行的。利用自然管腔(气管)作为甲状腺手术入路,保持了皮肤及颈前肌群的完整性,美观无疤痕,开拓了NOTES新领域。

本文介绍了一个基于ＬｏｔｕｓＮｏｔｅｓ的强大业务流功能开发的企业级办公自动化系统ＺＤＯＡＳ，并对ＬｏｔｕｓＮｏｔｅｓ的一些关键特性作了简要的概述。

改良NOTES及TUES在腹腔镜结直肠手术中的应用

目的:探讨经自然腔道内镜手术(natural orifice tragsluminal endoscopic surgery,NOTES)及经脐入路内镜手术(TUES)技术在腹腔镜腹部外科手术中的临床应用价值。方法:采用NOTES及TUES技术,自行设计了肛门转换器,标本切除后经此肛门转换器拖出,完成了5例免辅助切口腹腔镜乙状结肠癌根治术。采用TUES完成右半结肠及直肠癌各1例。结果:手术过程用时平均260min,术中平均失血量约为110mL,全组无手术死亡病例,无术后出血、吻合口漏等并发症,随访0.5～1年无腹壁穿刺孔或切口肿瘤复发,术后患者腹部切口未见明显瘢痕,美容效果良好。结论:经过我们加以改良,NOTES及TUES技术在腹腔镜腹部外科临床实际运用中操作更为简单、实用,改进后的技术对器械要求不高,既克服了单孔技术的操作难度大的问题,也改良了NOTES技术因入路带来的伦理、感染、内瘘等问题,同时仍然具备NOTES及TUES技术入路隐蔽、体表无创口或微小瘢痕、创伤小等特点,有临床实用价值及广泛的应用前景。
