Methods: From June 2021 to December 2021, 78 patients who underwent gastric cancer surgery in our hospital were selected for research. Combined with the random number table method, they were divided into the control group (providing routine nursing care in operating room) and the observation group (providing nursing intervention in operating room) with 39 patients in each group respectively. The body temperature of the two groups during operation, during abdominal closure and after operation, the time of leaving anesthesia room, extubation, postoperative wakefulness and hospitalization, degree of satisfaction with nursing work was compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the body temperature in the observation group tended to be more normal during operation, during abdominal closure and after operation (P 0.05). The time of leaving anesthesia room, extubation, postoperative wakefulness and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P 0.05). The satisfaction degree of the observation group with nursing work was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention in operating room is effective for gastric cancer patients in anesthesia recovery period, which can maintain their perioperative temperature stability, promote their postoperative recovery and enhance their satisfaction with nursing work. It is worth adopting.展开更多

文摘BACKGROUND Large abdominal wall defect(LAWD)measures>20 cm in width.LAWD can easily lead to intestinal necrosis, peritonitis, other complications, and even mul-tiple organ dysfunction syndrome.Multiple intestinal fistulas are high-flow fis-tulas that can cause severe water–electrolyte imbalance and malnutrition,as well as inflammation, high metabolic status, and chronic intestinal failure caused by intestinal fluid corrosion in tissues around the orifice fistulas.CASE SUMMARY This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with sigmoid carci-noma who has LAWD with multiple intestinal fistula due to repeated operations for postoperative complications. The key points of care:Scientific assessment of nutritional status, dynamic adjustment of nutritional support programmes,com-prehensive adoption of enteral nutrition, parenteral nutrition and combined nut-rition of enteral and parenteral;taking good care of abdominal wall defects and intestinal fistulas;continuous flushing of the abdominal drainage tube and low negative pressure drainage;prevention of venous thrombosis;strengthening of physical exercise;implementation of positive psychological interventions.CONCLUSION After more than 7 months of careful care, the patient's physical fitness has been well recovered, local inflammation is well controlled, which wins the opportunity for the operation, and the postoperative recovery is good.
文摘Objective:To explore the effects of perioperative clinical pathway of accelerated rehabilitation surgery strategy in patients undergoing cholangiopancreatography(ERCP).Methods:Randomly selected 40 patients undergoing ERCP from our hospital which is People's Hospital,Jingjiang City, for research, and divided the patients into two groups. The 20 patients who were given conventional education methods were set as the reference group, and the 20 patients who were given perioperative clinical pathway care with accelerated rehabilitation surgery strategies were the research group, where the clinical nursing effect of the two groups was statistically compared. Results:According to clinical observation and statistics, the study group's postoperative time to eat for the first time, time to get out of bed, hospitalization time, and surgical blood loss were better than those of the reference group,P<0.05;the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than those after nursing in the reference group,P<0.05;the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group, and patient satisfaction was higher than that in the reference group, where both P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of perioperative clinical pathway care based on the strategy of accelerated rehabilitation surgery can achieve significant results in ERCP patients, which can effectively improve the surgical indicators of patients and reduce the risk of complications.

文摘Objective:To evaluate the perioperative nursing of total knee arthroplasty for patients with valgus deformity of the knee.Methods:Seventy-six patients who underwent surgical treatment were enrolled in the study from March 2014 to March 2018.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing. The experimental group was treated not only with routine nursing but also with health education, psychological care, family social support, and other nursing intervention.Hospital for special surgery and Pittsburgh sleep quality index were used to evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on patients after operation. Results:All the index scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the function of the diseased limb and the patient's sleep status improved significantly after the intervention. Conclusions:Individualized nursing can improve the recovery of limb function and improve the patients'quality of life.It is very effective for nurses to implement individualized nursing measures for patients after surgery.
