Exact Solution of Fractional Diffusion Model with Source Term used in Study of Concentration of Fission Product in Uranium Dioxide Particle

The exact solution of fractional diffusion model with a location-independent source term used in the study of the concentration of fission product in spherical uranium dioxide （U02） particle is built. The adsorption effect of the fission product on the surface of the U02 particle and the delayed decay effect are also considered. The solution is given in terms of Mittag-Leffler function with finite Hankel integral transformation and Laplace transformation. At last, the reduced forms of the solution under some special physical conditions, which is used in nuclear engineering, are obtained and corresponding remarks are given to provide significant exact results to the concentration analysis of nuclear fission products in nuclear reactor.

Alzheimer＇s disease（AD）redefined：For the past century,AD has been defined as a disease of progressive cognitive decline paired with a burden of amyloid-β（Aβ）plaques and pathologic tau tangles in the hippocampus and forebrain.However,a recent Framework paper jointly sponsored by the National Institute on Aging and the Alzheimer＇s Association（Jack et al.,2018）proposes new classification guidelines for AD,which,if adopted,will have profoundconsequences for the future management of AD.

Cultural Context and Appreciation to Obama's Verbal Humor

This paper aims to explain the restraint exerted by the deep structure of culture,such as history,religion,social convention and family,in understanding and appreciating foreign verbal humor,especially foreign statesman's verbal humor;whereby the significance of the deep structure of culture is revealed.In this paper,Herbert Paul Grice's Conversational Implicature Theory,i.e.the violation of cooperative principle,is taken as the theoretic base;the deep structure of culture is the analytical background and some of Obama's remarks and speeches given informal occasions are taken as analyzed examples,from which the essential role of the deep structure of culture is emphasized and focused in cross-cultural communication.

2023年山东平原M_(S)5.5地震前重力变化

2023年8月6日山东平原发生M_(S)5.5地震,此次地震是山东地区40a以来发生的最大地震。震前山东省地震局在震中附近开展了每年2期的流动重力观测,观测到了震前4a的重力场时空变化。文中利用流动重力观测资料,系统分析了2019年9月以来的区域重力场变化特征,并结合形变场、震源机制解、动力环境等探讨了震前重力变化与发震机理。结果表明:1)2022-05—2023-04震中南部重力正值变化>50μGal,区域直径>160km,震中两侧正负差异变化>70μGal;震中重力变化平稳,处于“闭锁”状态。2)区域重力场变化与水平形变场、震源机制解、同震位移场的空间分布具有对应性——震源机制解的压缩区和同震位移场的流入区、沉降区对应了震前的面压缩区与重力下降区;震源机制解的膨胀区和同震位移场的流出区、隆升区,对应了震前的面膨胀区与重力上升区。3)此次地震前重力变化异常的主要原因是深部流体物质迁移,次要原因是上地壳形变产生的重力效应。

Long-term radiofrequency electromagnetic fields exposure attenuates cognitive dysfunction in 5×FAD mice by regulating microglial function

We have previously found that long-term effects of exposure to radiofrequency electromagnetic fields in 5xFAD mice with severe late-stage Alzheimer’s disease reduced both amyloid-βdeposition and glial activation,including microglia.To examine whether this therapeutic effect is due to the regulation of activated microglia,we analyzed mic roglial gene expression profiles and the existence of microglia in the brain in this study.5xFAD mice at the age of 1.5 months were assigned to sham-and radiofrequency electromagnetic fields-exposed groups and then animals were exposed to 1950 MHz radiofrequency electromagnetic fields at a specific absorption rate of 5 W/kg for 2 hours/day and 5 days/week for 6 months.We conducted behavioral tests including the object recognition and Y-maze tests and molecular and histopathological analysis of amyloid precursor protein/a myloid-beta metabolism in brain tissue.We confirmed that radiofrequency electromagnetic field exposure for 6 months ameliorated cognitive impairment and amyloid-βdeposition.The expression levels of Iba1(pan-microglial marker)and colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor(CSF1R;regulates microglial prolife ration)in the hippocampus in 5xFAD mice treated with radiofrequency electromagnetic fields were significantly reduced compared with those of the sham-exposed group.Subsequently,we analyzed the expression levels of genes related to mic rogliosis and microglial function in the radiofrequency electromagnetic fields-exposed group compared to those of a CSF1R inhibitor(PLX3397)-treated group.Both radiofrequency electromagnetic fields and PLX3397 suppressed the levels of genes related to microgliosis(Csf1r,CD68,and Ccl6)and pro-inflammatory cytokine interleukin-1β.N otably,the expression levels of genes related to mic roglial function,including Trem2,Fcgr1α,Ctss,and Spi1,were decreased after long-term radiofrequency electromagnetic field exposure,which was also observed in response to microglial suppression by PLX3397.These results showed that radiofrequency electromagnetic fields ameliorated amyloid-βpathology and cognitive impairment by suppressing amyloid-βdeposition-induced microgliosis and their key regulator,CSF1R.

Translation of Address Terms in Hongloumeng Through Relevance Theory

Translation of address terms is a very significant part in the translation of literary works.Yet the agreement on how to do their translation has not been settled.This thesis will make a detailed comparison of the translation of address terms in the extracted examples from Hongloumeng from the perspective of relevance theory(RT).It is believed that address terms are closely context-and culture-bounded,so there is no settled results for the translation of a particular address term.But the there are general rules to direct their translation from the perspective of RT by focusing on the context and the writer’s intention.

基于BiLSTM-Attention的F_(10.7)指数预测模型与中国自主数据集的应用

F_(10.7)指数是太阳活动的重要指标,准确预测F_(10.7)指数有助于预防和缓解太阳活动对无线电通信、导航和卫星通信等领域的影响.基于F_(10.7)射电流量的特性,在双向长短时记忆网络(Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory Network,BiLSTM)基础上融入注意力机制(Attention),提出了一种基于BiLSTM-Attention的F_(10.7)预报模型.在加拿大DRAO数据集上其平均绝对误差(MAE)为5.38,平均绝对百分比误差(MAPE)控制在5%以内,相关系数(R)高达0.987,与其他RNN模型相比拥有优越的预测性能.针对中国廊坊L&S望远镜观测的F_(10.7)数据集,提出了一种转换平均校准(Conversion Average Calibration,CAC)方法进行数据预处理,处理后的数据与DRAO数据集具有较高的相关性.基于该数据集对比分析了RNN系列模型的预报效果,实验结果表明,BiLSTM-Attention和BiLSTM两种模型在预测F_(10.7)指数方面具有较好的优势,表现出较好的预测性能和稳定性.

A Linguistic and Stylistic Analysis of the Chinese Translation of Obama's Speech at the First Meeting of the Strategic and Economic Dialogue between the United States and China——Through the Lens of Reiss' s Text Type Theory

According to Reiss’s Text Type theory,a key part of the functionalist approach in translation studies,the source text can be assigned to a text type and to a genre.In making this assignment,the translator can decide on the hierarchy of postulates which has to be observed during target-text production(Mona,2005).This essay intends to conduct a linguistic and stylistic analysis of the Chinese translation of Obama’s speech to explore the general approach of the translator(if there is one),by comparing the respective results of the two analyses from the perspective of Katharina Reiss’s Text Type theory.In doing so,critical judgments will accordingly be made as to whether such an approach is justifiable or not.

Huu S. TIEU Request for FDA to Establish Regenerating Human Cells as Law on December 13, 2016 President Barack H. Obama Signed the 21st Century CURES Act into FDA Regulation and Law

Background and Aims: On November 24, 2009, Huu S. TIEU and Golden Sunrise Pharmaceutical, Inc. (Golden Sunrise) applied for the Technology and Innovation to be reviewed and evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). In the review and evaluation, it was requested by Golden Sunrise designated the new indications for this application under Serious or Life-threatening conditions or diseases. Discussions followed with the FDA, Huu S. TIEU, and Golden Sunrise for FDA approval on new products and new indications on existing new Medical Technology and Innovation. It was agreed in Year-2015 that the FDA would take the request for new indications to the United States Congress to establish into FDA regulation and law. At that time the following was the FDA Guidance—“Emergency Use of a Test Article” is exempt from prior Institutional Review Board or Advisory Committee evaluation and approval, provided that such emergency use is reported to the Institutional Review Board within five working days after use. Expedited Institutional Review Board or Advisory Committee approval is not permitted in emergency use. There has been no funding to the authors for the writing or publication of this article. Methods: It was requested by Huu S. TIEU and Golden Sunrise in documents given to the FDA to have Serious or Life-threatening conditions or diseases indication be recognized by law. On August 08, 2015, the FDA responding to this request took the documentation produced by Golden Sunrise to the United States Congress on behalf of Golden Sunrise and Huu S. TIEU. This article encompasses the FDA regulatory method as well as the discussion and results of the establishment of the FDA and the 21st Century Cures Act. Results: On December 13, 2016, H.R.34—114th United States Congress (2015-2016) 21st Century CURES Act was signed into law by President Barack H. Obama which included the Serious or Life-threatening indication to be written into the CURES Act. In summary, the 21st Century Cures Act is a landmark piece of legislation that enjoyed broad bipartisan support in United States Congress. The main goals of the Act are impactful and should transform future cancer, neurologic, and precision medicine or drug research as well as aid individuals with mental health is intended to facilitate the prompt approval of new agents and devices, clinicians should be aware of the types of data behind an approval and take this into consideration when developing illnesses and opioid dependence. A Comparative Study on Obama's Speeches from the Perspective of Interpersonal Function

This paper attempts to conduct a comparative study on Obama’s two speeches—his second inaugural address and his commencement speech in The Ohio State University in 2013 based on Halliday’s theory of Interpersonal Function.The author finds that mood,modality and personal pronouns are the major language means used to realize the interpersonal function;in his two speeches,Obama makes different choices of those resources,and different choices indicate different attitudes and intentions.

基于深度学习和广义S变换协同的风速预测

针对实测风速的非平稳性特点,提出一种基于深度学习和时频分析的风速混合预测方法。首先,采用经验模态分解(EMD)将风速分解为若干子层,由此得到趋势分量和脉动分量以降低风速的非线性。根据2个分量的时频特性,采用长短时记忆(LSTM)处理趋势分量,极限学习机(ELM)处理脉动分量。其次,引入广义S变换(GST)来获得预测过程中的时频特性。同时,采用改进的灰狼算法(IGWO)对GST、LSTM和ELM的参数进行优化。最后,以内蒙古某风场实测风速对所提模型进行验证,结果表明该模型具有较高的精度。

基于去偏置项SoftMax和紧致度量损失函数的牛脸识别方法

为了实现精准畜牧业生产及畜牧业保险理赔中牛只身份的准确识别,试验提出了基于去偏置项SoftMax和紧致度量损失函数的牛脸识别方法,即采用深度卷积神经网络(deep convolutional neural networks,DCNNs)模型提取特征,利用去偏置项SoftMax损失函数优化特征空间中的特征分布,提高特征线性可分辨性,解决特征归一化后在投影超平面上的重叠问题;采用紧致度量损失函数结合去偏置项SoftMax损失函数联合监督模型训练,使同类特征与类内特征的平均距离最小化,提高特征聚类的紧凑性和可辨识性,同时兼顾了类内样本分布的多样性;最后试验将本算法(去偏置项SoftMax和紧致度量损失函数联合监督算法)与ArcFace损失函数、标准SoftMax损失函数、去偏置项SoftMax损失函数、标准SoftMax损失函数结合紧致度量损失函数进行了性能对分分析。结果表明:本算法的识别准确率在所有模型中最高,为97.61%;且能对高相似度牛脸正确识别。说明基于去偏置项SoftMax和紧致度量损失函数的牛脸识别方法可满足牧场牛只身份识别要求。

Circular Scale of Time Applied in Classifying the Quantum-Mechanical Energy Terms Entering the Framework of the Schrodinger Perturbation Theory

The paper applies a one-to-one correspondence which exists between individual Schr?dinger perturbation terms and the diagrams obtained on a circular scale of time to whole sets of the Schr?dinger terms belonging to a definite perturbation order. In effect the diagram properties allowed us to derive the recurrence formulae giving the number of higher perturbative terms from the number of lower order terms. This recurrence formalism is based on a complementary property that any perturbation order N can be composed of two positive integer components Na , Nb combined into N in all possible ways. Another result concerns the degeneracy of the perturbative terms. This degeneracy is shown to be only twofold and the terms having it are easily detectable on the basis of a circular scale. An analysis of this type demonstrates that the degeneracy of the perturbative terms does not exist for very low perturbative orders. But when the perturbative order exceeds five, the number of degenerate terms predominates heavily over that of nondegenerate terms.

云南及邻区M_(S)≥6.0强震中短临动态跟踪综合预测方案

选取云南1992年1月至2021年8月应震效果通过R信度检验的11条地下流体前兆指标及2条地震学指标。利用数学模型对单项异常指标进行综合处理,并建立了预测阈值,为云南M_(S)≥6.0强危险区预测提供参考。利用分级预警模式建立了中期(T≤6个月)和短临(T≤3个月)预测模型。通过研究1992年1月至2021年8月云南M_(S)≥6.0强震前小震空间活动特征,结果显示:M_(S)≥6.0强震危险区与强震前1~3年ML≥4.0地震有序活动区域相关,强震危险区位于或者邻近ML≥4.0地震有序活动区域;ML≥4.0地震有序活动呈现出围空、密集区和条带三种形式。

2024年新疆乌什7.1级地震和中国台湾花莲7.3级地震前的大震长期平静及中国内地强震危险性研究

对2024年新疆乌什7.1级地震和中国台湾花莲7.3级地震前出现的长期地震平静现象及其平静结束后的地震趋势进行了分析,进而对中国内地当前仍存在的2个大震长期地震平静区域及其危险性进行了分析和讨论。结果表明:①乌什7.1级地震结束了天山地震带长达31年的7级以上地震长期平静状态,可能预示着天山地震带将进入一个新的7级以上地震活跃时段;花莲7.3级地震结束了中国台湾地区长达17年的7级以上地震长期平静状态,可能预示着中国台湾地区将进入一个新的7级以上地震活跃时段。②南北地震带南段的云南地区自1996年丽江7.0级地震以来地震平静时间超过28年,南北地震带北段的甘肃-宁夏地区自1954年内蒙古阿拉善盟阿拉善左旗7.0级地震以来地震平静时间已超过70年,这2个区域当前或未来一个时期发生7级以上地震的风险较高,尤其是云南地震地区,应引起特别的关注和研究。

2011年腾冲M_(S)5.2地震前近场地球物理异常分析

2011年6月20日和8月9日,云南腾冲地区先后发生M_(S)5.2地震,构成腾冲M_(S)5.2双震。2次腾冲M_(S)5.2地震前,地震地球物理异常集中分布在震中100 km范围的近场区,对2次地震近场区内水位、形变(水平摆观测)、水氡、水温、流量等地球物理观测资料进行综合分析,分析发现:①大部分异常持续时间在3个月以上,部分异常始于2010年初,显著中期异常测项为腾冲滇19井水位和腾冲水平摆倾斜观测;②2次地震发震前2个月,龙陵邦腊掌水氡测项出现高值异常;③临震阶段,6月20日腾冲M_(S)5.2地震前,腾冲荷花塘、热海大滚锅出现明显宏观异常,震后异常强度和频率明显增强,对8月9日腾冲M_(S)5.2地震有明显指示意义。值得注意的是,在震中85 km范围内,2011年3月10日发生盈江M_(S)5.8地震,2次腾冲地震的中期异常成为此次盈江地震“共同的地震地球物理异常”,且震后部分异常持续,并出现新的异常,表现出异常时空演化过程与地震活动迁移相匹配的特征。

R/S分析在洪水变化趋势预测中的应用研究

基于分形理论,根据流量变化的历史和实测资料,利用 R/S分析的原理和方法,计算了 H指数,建立了R(i)/S(i)与 i的关系式,对丰水年进行了预测分析。经实例研究初步表明,该方法应用在水文中长期预报中是可行的、合理的,结果较好,有很好的预报精度和应用价值。
