Yet existing technologies do not take full advantage of this information. In order to take object recognition further than existing algorithms in the above application, an object recognition method that fuses temporal sequence with scene priori information is proposed. This method first employs YOLOv3 as the basic algorithm to recognize objects in single-frame images, then the DeepSort algorithm to establish association among potential objects recognized in images of different moments, and finally the confidence fusion method and temporal boundary processing method designed herein to fuse, at the decision level, temporal sequence information with scene priori information. Experiments using public datasets and self-built industrial scene datasets show that due to the expansion of information sources, the quality of single-frame images has less impact on the recognition results, whereby the object recognition is greatly improved. Studies have shown that discrepancies can occur between subjective data regarding sleep disturbances and the impact of insomnia and objective assays, and surrogate markers of sleep and sleep disturbances. Both objective and subjective measures should be incorporated into clinic studies. It seems likely that sleep quality is represented by a combination of more than one subjective sleep parameter. Objective and subjective assessments of sleep quality may relate to different parameters. Future studies incorporated both subjective and objective measures could help to address the sleep disorders.展开更多

文摘Bayesian Hierarchical models has been widely used in modern statistical application. To deal with the data having complex structures,we propose a generalized hierarchical normal linear(GHNL)model which accommodates arbitrarily many levels, usual design matrices and'vanilla'covari-ance matrices. Objective hyperpriors can be employed for the GHNL model to express ignorance or match frequentist properties, yet the common objective Bayesian approaches are infeasible or fraught with danger in hierarchical modelling. To tackle this issue,[Berger,J,Sun,D.&Song,C.(2020b).An objective prior for hyperparameters in normal hierarchical models.Journal of Multi-variate Analysis,178,104606.https://doi.org/10.1016/jmva.2020.104606]proposed a particular objective prior and investigated its properties comprehensively.Posterior propriety is important for the choice of priors to guarantee the convergence of MCMC samplers.James Berger conjec-tured that the resulting posterior is proper for a hierarchical normal model with arbitrarily many levels,a rigorous proof of which was not given, however. In this paper,we complete this story and provide an user friendly guidance. One main contribution of this paper is to propose a new technique for deriving an elaborate upper bound on the integrated likelihood but also one uni-fied approach to checking the posterior propriety for linear models. An eficient Gibbs sampling method is also introduced and outperforms other sampling approaches considerably.

文摘Agriculture plays a vital role in the food production process that occupies nearly one-third of the total surface of the earth.Rice is propagated from the seeds of paddy and it is a stable food almost used byfifty percent of the total world population. The extensive growth of the human population alarms us to ensure food security and the country should take proper food steps to improve the yield of food grains. This paper concentrates on improving the yield of paddy by predicting the factors that influence the growth of paddy with the help of Evolutionary Computation Techniques. Most of the researchers used to relay on historical records of meteorological parameters to predict the yield of paddy. There is a lack in analyzing the day to day impact of meteorological parameters such as direction of wind, relative humidity,Instant Wind Speed in paddy cultivation. The real time meteorological data collected and analysis the impact of weather parameters from the day of paddy sowing to till the last day of paddy harvesting with regular time series.A Robust Optimized Artificial Neural Network(ROANN)Algorithm with Genetic Algorithm(GA)and Multi Objective Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm(MOPSO)proposed to predict the factors that to be concentrated by farmers to improve the paddy yield in cultivation.A real time paddy data collected from farmers of Tamilnadu and the meteorological parameters were matched with the cropping pattern of the farmers to construct the database. The input parameters were optimized either by using GA or MOPSO optimization algorithms to reconstruct the database.Reconstructed database optimized by using Artificial Neural Network Back Propagation Algorithm. The reason for improving the growth of paddy was identified using the output of the Neural Network.Performance metrics such as Accuracy,Error Rate etc were used to measure the performance of the proposed algorithm.Comparative analysis made between ANN with GA and ANN with MOPSO to identify the recommendations for improving the paddy yield.

文摘The integrity and fineness characterization of non-connected regions and contours is a major challenge for existing salient object detection. The key to address is how to make full use of the subjective and objective structural information obtained in different steps. Therefore,by simulating the human visual mechanism, this paper proposes a novel multi-decoder matching correction network and subjective structural loss.Specifically, the loss pays different attentions to the foreground, boundary, and background of ground truth map in a top-down structure. And the perceived saliency is mapped to the corresponding objective structure of the prediction map, which is extracted in a bottom-up manner.Thus,multi-level salient features can be effectively detected with the loss as constraint. And then, through the mapping of improved binary cross entropy loss, the differences between salient regions and objects are checked to pay attention to the error prone region to achieve excellent error sensitivity. Finally, through tracking the identifying feature horizontally and vertically, the subjective and objective interaction is maximized.Extensive experiments on five benchmark datasets demonstrate that compared with 12 state-of-the-art methods, the algorithm has higher recall and precision, less error and strong robustness and generalization ability, and can predict complete and refined saliency maps.

文摘Road traffic monitoring is an imperative topic widely discussed among researchers.Systems used to monitor traffic frequently rely on cameras mounted on bridges or roadsides. However, aerial images provide the flexibility to use mobile platforms to detect the location and motion of the vehicle over a larger area.To this end, different models have shown the ability to recognize and track vehicles. However, these methods are not mature enough to produce accurate results in complex road scenes. Therefore, this paper presents an algorithm that combines state-of-the-art techniques for identifying and tracking vehicles in conjunction with image bursts. The extracted frames were converted to grayscale, followed by the application of a georeferencing algorithm to embed coordinate information into the images. The masking technique eliminated irrelevant data and reduced the computational cost of the overall monitoring system.Next,Sobel edge detection combined with Canny edge detection and Hough line transform has been applied for noise reduction. After preprocessing, the blob detection algorithm helped detect the vehicles.Vehicles of varying sizes have been detected by implementing a dynamic thresholding scheme.Detection was done on the first image of every burst. Then,to track vehicles, the model of each vehicle was made to find its matches in the succeeding images using the template matching algorithm. To further improve the tracking accuracy by incorporating motion information,Scale Invariant Feature Transform(SIFT)features have been used to find the best possible match among multiple matches. An accuracy rate of 87%for detection and 80%accuracy for tracking in the A1 Motorway Netherland dataset has been achieved. For the Vehicle Aerial Imaging from Drone(VAID)dataset,an accuracy rate of 86%for detection and 78%accuracy for tracking has been achieved.

文摘BACKGROUND Deep learning provides an efficient automatic image recognition method for small bowel(SB)capsule endoscopy(CE)that can assist physicians in diagnosis. However, the existing deep learning models present some unresolved challenges.AIM To propose a novel and effective classification and detection model to automatically identify various SB lesions and their bleeding risks, and label the lesions accurately so as to enhance the diagnostic efficiency of physicians and the ability to identify high-risk bleeding groups.METHODS The proposed model represents a two-stage method that combined image classification with object detection.First,we utilized the improved ResNet-50 classification model to classify endoscopic images into SB lesion images, normal SB mucosa images, and invalid images. Then, the improved YOLO-V5 detection model was utilized to detect the type of lesion and its risk of bleeding, and the location of the lesion was marked. We constructed training and testing sets and compared model-assisted reading with physician reading.RESULTS The accuracy of the model constructed in this study reached 98.96%,which was higher than the accuracy of other systems using only a single module. The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of the model-assisted reading detection of all images were 99.17%,99.92%,and 99.86%,which were significantly higher than those of the endoscopists’diagnoses. The image processing time of the model was 48 ms/image,and the image processing time of the physicians was 0.40±0.24 s/image(P<0.001).CONCLUSION The deep learning model of image classification combined with object detection exhibits a satisfactory diagnostic effect on a variety of SB lesions and their bleeding risks in CE images, which enhances the diagnostic efficiency of physicians and improves the ability of physicians to identify high-risk bleeding groups.

文摘For underwater robots in the process of performing target detection tasks, the color distortion and the uneven quality of underwater images lead to great difficulties in the feature extraction process of the model, which is prone to issues like error detection, omission detection, and poor accuracy. Therefore, this paper proposed the CER-YOLOv7(CBAM-EIOU-RepVGG-YOLOv7)underwater target detection algorithm. To improve the algorithm’s capability to retain valid features from both spatial and channel perspectives during the feature extraction phase,we have added a Convolutional Block Attention Module(CBAM)to the backbone network. The Reparameterization Visual Geometry Group(RepVGG)module is inserted into the backbone to improve the training and inference capabilities. The Efficient Intersection over Union(EIoU)loss is also used as the localization loss function, which reduces the error detection rate and missed detection rate of the algorithm. The experimental results of the CER-YOLOv7 algorithm on the UPRC(Underwater Robot Prototype Competition)dataset show that the mAP(mean Average Precision)score of the algorithm is 86.1%,which is a 2.2%improvement compared to the YOLOv7.The feasibility and validity of the CER-YOLOv7 are proved through ablation and comparison experiments, and it is more suitable for underwater target detection.

文摘Transformer-based models have facilitated significant advances in object detection. However, their extensive computational consumption and suboptimal detection of dense small objects curtail their applicability in unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)imagery.Addressing these limitations,we propose a hybrid transformer-based detector,H-DETR,and enhance it for dense small objects, leading to an accurate and efficient model.Firstly,we introduce a hybrid transformer encoder, which integrates a convolutional neural network-based cross-scale fusion module with the original encoder to handle multi-scale feature sequences more efficiently.Furthermore,we propose two novel strategies to enhance detection performance without incurring additional inference computation.Query filter is designed to cope with the dense clustering inherent in drone-captured images by counteracting similar queries with a training-aware non-maximum suppression.Adversarial denoising learning is a novel enhancement method inspired by adversarial learning, which improves the detection of numerous small targets by counteracting the effects of artificial spatial and semantic noise.Extensive experiments on the VisDrone and UAVDT datasets substantiate the effectiveness of our approach, achieving a significant improvement in accuracy with a reduction in computational complexity. Our method achieves 31.9%and 21.1%AP on the VisDrone and UAVDT datasets, respectively, and has a faster inference speed, making it a competitive model in UAV image object detection.
文摘Subjective and objective measures of sleep structure or quality could help to characterize the chronic sleep disturbances, with relation to patients' risk factor profiles and co-morbidities. Future studies incorporated both subjective and objective measures could help to address the sleep disorders.
