The joint development of teachers and young children is the basis for promoting the development of high-quality preschool education in the new era,and encouraging early childhood teachers to make playthings according to local conditions is both the fine tradition of China's early childhood education and the direct orientation of China's preschool education policy.Homemade play and teaching aids are some of the methods often used in kindergartens,which skillfully combine young children's daily life objects with toys and early childhood teaching,not only enriching the collective activities of young children but also cultivating children's abilities in various aspects.Kindergarten homemade"play and teaching aids"for early childhood teachers and children have their special educational significance and value,therefore,this paper is based on the children and teachers double subject basis,discussing the homemade"play and teaching aids"for children and teachers of the double subject meanings,and puts forward the realization of the This paper discusses the double-subjective meaning of homemade teaching aids for children and teachers on the basis of the double-subjective foundation of children and teachers,and puts forward specific suggestions for realizing the double-subjectivity of kindergarten homemade teaching aids to enrich the theoretical value and practical significance of homemade teaching aids,to provide theoretical references and support for the relevant staff.

Acute Coronary Syndrome of Young Subjects at the Luxembourg Mother-Child University Hospital in Bamako

Introduction: Acute coronary syndrome is often the first event of coronary disease of young subjects. Objective: To study sociodemographic, clinical, paraclinical, therapeutic and evolutionary aspects of acute coronary syndrome of young subjects. Patients and Methods: Descriptive cross-sectional study with prospective recruitment from October 01, 2020 to March 31, 2022. Were included all patients admitted for acute coronary syndrome whose age was less or equal to 45 years and who had undergone coronary angiography at the Mother-Child University Hospital on Luxembourg from Bamako. Results: During the study period, we collected 60 patient files out of 198. These 60 patient files met our inclusion criteria. Hospital frequency was 30.30%. Average age of patients was 40.43 ± 3.9 years. Sex ratio M/F was 5.3. Main cardiovascular risk factor was smoking tobacco (23.42%), followed by dyslipidemia (13.92%). Functional signs were dominated by angina 62% followed by dyspnea 25.3%. Persistent ST-segment elevation on electrocardiogram was present in 76.4%. Left ventricular systolic dysfunction was present in 26.5%. Time to first medical contact was more than 12 hours in 62.7% of cases. Radial approach was adopted in 94% of cases. Coronary angiography was pathological in 85% (n = 51) of cases. Lesions were single-vessel disease in 47.1% and culprit artery was anterior interventricular in 51% of cases. Dual anti-platelet aggregation was aspirin and ticagrelor in 91.8% of cases. Angioplasty was performed in all patients who had significant abnormalities at coronary angiography. In-hospital mortality was 3.9%. Conclusion: Acute coronary syndromes exist in young Africans with a male predominance. Main cardiovascular risk factor is smoking tobacco. Coronary lesions are single vessel disease in the majority of case. Most of patients meet medical team after 12 hours. Time to first medical contact is a main challenge in our country.

Relationship Between Individuals’Epidemic Risk Perception Within Living Space and Subjective Well-Being:Empirical Evidence from China after the First Wave of COVID-19

It is common to observe the epidemic risk perception(ERP)and a decline in subjective well-being(SWB)in the context of public health events,such as Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19).However,there have been few studies exploring the impact of individuals’ERP within living space on their SWB,especially from a geographical and daily activity perspective after the resumption of work and other activities following a wave of the pandemic.In this paper,we conducted a study with 789 participants in urban China,measuring their ERP within living space and examining its influence on their SWB using path analysis.The results indicated that individuals’ERP within their living space had a significant negative effect on their SWB.The density of certain types of facilities within their living space,such as bus stops,subway stations,restaurants,fast food shops,convenience shops,hospitals,and public toilets,had a significantly negative impact on their SWB,mediated by their ERP within living space.Additionally,participation in out-of-home work and other activities not only increased individuals’ERP within living space,but also strengthened its negative effect on their SWB.

The Effects of Childhood Trauma on College Students’Depressive Symptoms:The Mediation Role of Subjective Well-Being and the Moderation Role of Resilience

Background:The enduring and detrimental impact of childhood trauma on later health and well-being is now well established.However,research on the relationship between childhood trauma and depressive symptoms,along with the potential risk and protective factors,is insufficient in the context of Chinese college student population.Methods:Data on childhood trauma,depressive symptoms,resilience,and subjective well-being were collected through surveys conducted with 367 Chinese university students.The data collected in this study were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and PROCESS 3.5.Results:The results revealed that subjective well-being mediated the relationship between childhood trauma and depressive symptoms among college students,with direct and indirect effects accounting for 59.46%and 40.54%of the total effect,respectively.The pathway process between subjective well-being and depressive symptoms was moderated by resilience,whereby an increase in resilience levels corresponded to a gradual escalation in the predictive power of subjective well-being on depressive symptoms.Conclusion:The study indicates that childhood trauma significantly and positively predicts depressive symptoms among college students,and it can also directly predict depressive symptoms through the mediating effect of subjective well-being.Elevating levels of psychological resilience and subjective well-being among college students can mitigate depression and promote psychological well-being.From the perspective of positive psychology,the present study provides a new perspective for the prevention and intervention of depressive symptoms among college students.

Web-based cognitive interventions on subjective cognitive impairment in cancer survivors:A systemic review

Objective:Cancer survivors have experienced subjective cognitive impairment(SCI)when they received cancer diagnoses or treatments.Their psychosocial and emotional statuses were also impacted.With the advancement of web technologies,web-based cognitive interventions have been implemented in the management and the alleviation of the SCI,the psychosocial distress,and the emotional distress in cancer survivors.This review aimed to summarize the intervention contents of web-based cognitive interventions for SCI,and to explore the effects of the interventions on SCI,psychosocial status,and emotional health.Methods:Six databases(CINAHL Plus,Cochrane Library,Embase,APA PsycInfo,PubMed and CNKI)were searched from the establishment of databases up to December 2023.Literature references were also manually searched for related articles.Results:This review contained 21 studies that covered the contents of web-based cognitive interventions,such as computer-assisted cognitive training,online cognitive rehabilitation,cognitive behavior therapy with the Internet,telehealth physical exercise,and web-based mindfulness interventions.The effects of web-based cognitive interventions positively impacted SCI for cancer survivors.Also,these interventions showed varying degrees of effectiveness in alleviating psychosocial and emotional distresses.Conclusion:By summarizingfive types of cognitive intervention contents delivered via web technology,this review demonstrated that web-based cognitive interventions optimized SCI and overall psychosocial and emotional statuses for the cancer survivors.It is recommended that future research focus on the development of customized web-based cognitive interventions for individuals with SCI,along with their psychosocial and emotional statuses.

Virginia Woolf’s essay“Street Haunting:A London Adventure”highlights the complex relationships between things and the subject.On the individual’s level,indoor things construct and limit the subject’s identity,while outdoor things allow fluid identities;these things reveal Woolf’s dual identity as both a rebel against and a ruler of the hierarchical system.On the intersubjective level,subjects are linked through common aesthetic experience mediated by things,which enjoys a high degree of arbitrariness.With the help of things,subjects form an“imagined community”.Concerning the relationship between things and the mind,things also endow order in the fragmented reality,yet in this sense they are abstract,metaphysical and universal rather than specific in Virginia Woolf’s thoughts.They are the withdrawn things expressed by sensual qualities.These sensual aspects,however,are tools to reveal the essence and meaning of life,secondary to the mind.

Operation optimization strategy of existing residential building energy-saving renovation market:From the perspective of subject behavior

The energy-saving renovation of existing residential buildings is a crucial measure to achieve the strategic goal of energy conservation and emission reduction in China and build ecologically livable cities.This article focuses on the perspective of subject behavior,starting from analyzing the current situation and difficulties of the operation of the energy-saving renovation market for existing residential buildings in China,drawing on the practical experience of the operation of the existing residential building energy-saving renovation market abroad.Based on principles such as systematicity,humanization,feasibility,and sustainability,the article constructs an operation optimization system of the existing residential building energy-saving renovation market from the perspective of subject behavior.In order to provide a reference for the healthy and orderly operation of the existing residential building energy-saving renovation market,this paper proposes implementation strategies for optimizing the operation of the existing residential building energy-saving renovation market.Suggestions are proposed from four aspects:optimizing the market environment,innovating the financing model,building the information sharing platform,and utilizing the synergies of the main subjects.

From the Subjectivity of Human Rights to the Universality of Human Rights——A Preliminary Interpretation of the Theory on the Subjectivity of Human Rights

Universality is one of the essential characteristics of human rights, but there is a substantive difference between idealism and realism in understanding the concept of universality of human rights. The concepts of radical universality and strong universality based on the concept of natural human rights are too idealistic and thus have a high risk of being alienated into a tool of international re-pression in practice. On the contrary, the theory on the subjectivity of human rights can effectively defuse this risk brought about by radical universality and strong universality. Advocating a transition from the universality of human rights to the subjectivity of human rights not only keeps in line with the actual construction process of international human rights, but can also effectively interpret the practical difficul-ties in the realization process of international human rights. Therefore, it can be used as another alternative theory on human rights beyond the theory of natural human rights.

Training and Implementation of Subjective Questions Scoring System Based on the Baidu Qianfan Model Platform

Leveraging the Baidu Qianfan model platform,this paper designs and implements a highly efficient and accurate scoring system for subjective questions,focusing primarily on questions in the field of computer network technology.The system enhances the foundational model by utilizing Qianfan’s training tools and integrating advanced techniques,such as supervised fine-tuning.In the data preparation phase,a comprehensive collection of subjective data related to computer network technology is gathered,cleaned,and labeled.During model training and evaluation,optimal hyperparameters and tuning strategies are applied,resulting in a model capable of scoring with high accuracy.Evaluation results demonstrate that the proposed model performs well across multiple dimensions-content,expression,and development scores-yielding results comparable to those of manual scoring.

A Novel Method for Cross-Subject Human Activity Recognition with Wearable Sensors

Human Activity Recognition (HAR) is an important way for lower limb exoskeleton robots to implement human-computer collaboration with users. Most of the existing methods in this field focus on a simple scenario recognizing activities for specific users, which does not consider the individual differences among users and cannot adapt to new users. In order to improve the generalization ability of HAR model, this paper proposes a novel method that combines the theories in transfer learning and active learning to mitigate the cross-subject issue, so that it can enable lower limb exoskeleton robots being used in more complex scenarios. First, a neural network based on convolutional neural networks (CNN) is designed, which can extract temporal and spatial features from sensor signals collected from different parts of human body. It can recognize human activities with high accuracy after trained by labeled data. Second, in order to improve the cross-subject adaptation ability of the pre-trained model, we design a cross-subject HAR algorithm based on sparse interrogation and label propagation. Through leave-one-subject-out validation on two widely-used public datasets with existing methods, our method achieves average accuracies of 91.77% on DSAD and 80.97% on PAMAP2, respectively. The experimental results demonstrate the potential of implementing cross-subject HAR for lower limb exoskeleton robots.

甲骨文词典传统编纂体例存在受众群体有限、蕴含殷商社会文化成分较少、不利于展开专题研究等问题,再结合主题分类词典从古至今的发展应用情况,不难发现甲骨文领域中仅赵诚的《甲骨文简明词典——卜辞分类读本》是按主题分类编排的,但其分类标准并不纯粹。因此,急需编纂一部词汇学意义上的、按主题分类编排的甲骨文词典。新时代的甲骨文词典的编纂,需在习近平文化思想指引下,从编纂体例、编纂方法、成果产出、数据库建设等四个方面坚持守正创新,推动中华优秀传统文化创造性转化与创新性发展,采用人机协同的方法深度解析甲骨刻辞;应注重多成果产出,在编纂词典的同时,系联出主题分类词表、类纂和同义词词典;建立智能图文检索数据库,解决现有数据库不支持图片检索的难题,实现语言学、计算机技术和甲骨文研究的跨学科高度融合。

当代文学史料中的版本问题研究

在中国当代文学史料的系统工程中,公开出版或发表的作品是“特定时代里社会影响最大的作品”,由此形成了丰富的版本现象。同时,现代发达的出版体系和传播技术的支撑使当代文学版本情况相对稳定,并为批评研究及文学史书写提供了基础史料。但随着史料工作的推进,因为政治体制、艺术完善、新媒介技术等的影响,当代文学版本谱系不断扩张,导致传统版本观念捉襟见肘、版本乱象和批评错位、电子版本的有限性及其与研究者主体性的复杂关系等问题,所以从版本观念、版本研究方法、技术与人的关系等三个层面探讨提升当代文学版本研究的方法,可以夯实文学史书写的基础。

考虑主观认知的自动驾驶汽车序贯博弈类人决策

非受控交叉路口是高动态性、强交互性的决策场景,在其中如何让自动驾驶汽车做出与熟练驾驶人类似的安全合理决策并顺利通过路口,是一项极具挑战性的任务。本文充分考虑认知与决策过程的本体主观属性,提出了一种基于序贯博弈的自动驾驶汽车交互式类人决策方法。首先,从通行时效、空间裕度、驾乘体验和行驶安全多个维度深度挖掘了多目标驾驶诱因,进而建立了个性化和类人化驾驶特质嵌入的博弈决策模型,并匹配不同驾驶模式类型的驾乘人员群组;在此基础上,提出了模仿人类逻辑的自视角决策方案和序贯优先度的概念,以实现滚动逐阶博弈决策的序贯模式自演化;最后,通过多组对比实验验证了所提方法的有效性。结果表明,本文提出的交互式类人决策方法能够以持续交互的方式化解潜在冲突并处理安全决策问题,同时提升了自动驾驶汽车个性决策的自然化和类人化效果。

中西医结合疗法治疗急性主观性耳鸣的临床观察

目的 观察中西医结合疗法治疗急性主观性耳鸣的疗效。方法 患者82例采取随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组各41例。对照组服用甲钴胺、盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊及醋酸泼尼松片,同时给予温针灸进行治疗。治疗组在对照组的基础上联合经验方进行治疗。观察耳鸣残疾量表(THI)评分分值、耳鸣评价量表(TEQ)评分分值和气导平均听阈水平,对治疗前后的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果 治疗后,对照治疗前,两组THI、TEQ评分有所下降,且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组气导平均听阈水平较治疗前均下降,治疗组气导平均听阈水平分值低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为90.24%,明显高于对照组的70.73%(P<0.05)。结论 中西医结合疗法干预急性主观性耳鸣疗效显著。

论行政主体不当得利返还请求权的确立及其实现

发放拆迁补偿款是行政主体基于公法义务作出的行政给付。我国土地征迁实践中的相对人重复领取补偿款追索纠纷多通过民事诉讼解决,但行政主体提起民事诉讼面临诉讼主体不适格的问题。理论上,给付行政中的相对人基于公法领域中欠缺法律依据的财产变动获利,致行政主体受损失,成立公法上行政主体的不当得利返还请求权。我国在立法上应当确立行政主体不当得利返还请求权,在相对人拒不返还不当得利时,行政主体可以提起行政诉讼要求返还。在行政诉讼模式下,行政主体不当得利返还请求权的实现还离不开行政诉讼相关制度的跟进,其内容涉及行政诉讼受案范围、法律参照适用、权利行使的限制等。
