The rapid development of big data,artificial intelligence(AI),and blockchain technology makes the digital intelligence transformation of an enterprise possible.Based on the case study of Haier Group,this paper attempt...The rapid development of big data,artificial intelligence(AI),and blockchain technology makes the digital intelligence transformation of an enterprise possible.Based on the case study of Haier Group,this paper attempts to address the rationales behind building up the capability of digital intelligence transformation of enterprises by means of the traditional Chinese idiom,“knowledge-action oneness.”The result indicates that the learning process is an important factor for an enterprise to form its digital intelligence transformation capability.It is a process of mutual coupling between digital knowledge and digital actions.As a result of such a unity,different learning subjects form their corresponding digital intelligence transformation capability through their own learning process of mutual coupling of knowledge and action:Leaders form digital strategic capabilities through the mutual coupling of strategic knowledge and actions;employees form digital absorption capabilities through the mutual coupling of scenario-based knowledge and actions;teams form digital integration capabilities through the mutual coupling of integrated knowledge and actions;and the whole organization forms digital,eco-systemic capabilities through the mutual coupling of institutionalized knowledge and autonomous actions.Such a multi-level digital intelligence transformation system requires efforts from everyone in the enterprise.展开更多

To identify advantages and disadvantages of these 3 views, Carl G. Jung' theory of mythological prototype criticism and Sir James George Frazer's anthropological study were borrowed to prove that Fengshui Woods originated from ancient Chinese worship of the god of land, and such worship gradually evolved into practices of planting Fengshui Woods for their propitious signs. Hence, the paper proposed that modern residential landscape design should be integrated with Chinese landscape painting factors, and the concept of "human-nature oneness" should be demonstrated to create garden landscapes suitable for appreciating, sightseeing, living and enjoying, and also living spaces with picturesque scenery. Only single trans-isomers were obtained when 1-substituted-phenyl-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediols (1) reacted with POCl3. But the stereoselectivity of cyclization reaction between (1) and PSCl3 depended greatly upon the reaction condition. The configurational assignments and the ratio of cis-/trans- diastereoisomers of the products were performed on the basis of (HNMR)-H-1, (PNMR)-P-31 and IR spectra and confirmed by X-ray diffraction analyses.展开更多

We consider GROUP CONTROL BY ADDING INDIVIDUALS(GCAI)in the setting of group identification for two procedural rules-the consensus-start-respecting rule and the liberal-start-respecting rule.It is known that GCAI for ...We consider GROUP CONTROL BY ADDING INDIVIDUALS(GCAI)in the setting of group identification for two procedural rules-the consensus-start-respecting rule and the liberal-start-respecting rule.It is known that GCAI for both rules are NP-hard,but whether they are fixed-parameter tractable with respect to the number of distinguished individuals remained open.We resolve both open problems in the affirmative.In addition,we strengthen the NP-hardness of GCAI by showing that,with respect to the natural parameter the number of added individuals,GCAI for both rules are W[2]-hard.Notably,the W[2]-hardness for the liberal-startrespecting rule holds even when restricted to a very special case where the qualifications of individuals satisfy the so-called consecutive ones property.However,for the consensus-startrespecting rule,the problem becomes polynomial-time solvable in this special case.We also study a dual restriction where the disqualifications of individuals fulfill the consecutive ones property,and show that under this restriction GCAI for both rules turn out to be polynomial-time solvable.Our reductions for showing W[2]-hardness also imply several algorithmic lowerbounds.展开更多
