Bas...The online car-hailing industry, which provides the right of use, has a certain impact on the traditional automobile market, but there is no unified theory on whether it has a positive impact or a negative impact. Based on 362 consumer questionnaire data, this study builds a structural equation model to discuss the driving factors of residents’ choice of online car-hailing and whether the development of online car-hailing will have a certain substitution impact on the sales of private cars. From the perspective of consumers’ purchase intention, the research results show that consumers’ price consciousness, convenience consciousness, environmental protection consciousness and possession tendency will affect their choice of travel mode, and the use of online car-hailing is positively correlated with consumers’ willingness to replace private car ownership with online car-hailing.展开更多
With the rise and development of major types of platforms,the competition for resources has become extremely fierce,and the market share of C2C platforms has been seriously threatened by the loss of resources.Therefor...With the rise and development of major types of platforms,the competition for resources has become extremely fierce,and the market share of C2C platforms has been seriously threatened by the loss of resources.Therefore,building and maintaining buyers’satisfaction and loyalty to C2C platforms is critical to the survival and sustainability of C2C platforms in China.However,the current knowledge on how platform satisfaction and loyalty are constructed in the C2C e-commerce environment is incomplete.In this study,seller-based satisfaction and platform-based satisfaction are constructed separately.We further distinguish seller-based transaction satisfaction into economic and social satisfaction and explore their antecedents and consequences.To test our research hypotheses,we conduct a survey and collect data from a real online market(Taobao website).The results show that seller-based transaction satisfaction positively affects platform-based overall satisfaction and loyalty,and that perceived product quality,perceived assurance,and perceived price fairness all have a significant effect on economic satisfaction,whereas perceived relationship quality and perceived empathy significantly influence social satisfaction.These findings help us understand the literature related to customer satisfaction in the context of C2C in China and provide inspiration for online sellers and platforms.展开更多

In this study, we aim to understand the characteristics of online group-buying consumers and to investigate salient factors which influence the continuance intention of online group-buying platforms (OGBP) to bridge...In this study, we aim to understand the characteristics of online group-buying consumers and to investigate salient factors which influence the continuance intention of online group-buying platforms (OGBP) to bridge this knowledge gap. An expectation-confirmation model of information systems (IS) continuance is adapted to construct a research model in online group-buying contexts. A total of 289 complete and valid responses were collected. Our findings contribute to academics and practitioners in two ways: Firstly, our respondents show that they are young (93% of the respondents' ages range between 19 and 28 years old), female (88% of the respondents), and thrifty (82% of the respondents' transaction amounts are below US$16). Secondly, based on our results, price performance expectations have a direct impact on confirmation. In addition, in contrast to the IS continuance model (Bhattacherjee, 2001), the effect of perceived usefulness on satisfaction is not supported. Thus, in online group-buying settings, confirmation is the key antecedent of satisfaction. Satisfaction and perceived usefulness are significantly associated with OGBP continuance intention. Consequently, in addition to offering a wide assortment of merchandise and a convenient online shopping experience to enhance customers' perceived usefulness of OGBP, OGBP managers should aim low-price marketing strategies at this female, young, thrifty and price-sensitive segment to transcend consumers' price expectations and attract consumers' continued intention to visit OGBP.展开更多
Business model innovation faces multiple tests of legitimacy.Most extant research in this area has been conducted from institutional and strategic perspectives while paying insufficient attention to the perspective of...Business model innovation faces multiple tests of legitimacy.Most extant research in this area has been conducted from institutional and strategic perspectives while paying insufficient attention to the perspective of evaluators.Based on the institutionalization of China's online car-hailing industry from 2012 to 2018,this paper analyzes the legitimacy judgment of the stakeholders from the perspective of evaluator categorization and explores the legitimation mechanism of business model innovation.It finds that evaluators judge the legitimacy of business models based on category cognition.Therefore,to achieve the bridging,spillover,and accumulation effects of legitimacy,the legitimation strategy of online car-hailing platforms should dynamically adapt to different evaluators,judgment models,and categorization standards.Ultimately,as quantitative changes lead to qualitative changes,the legitimation of innovative business models is achieved in this way.In this process,stakeholders categorize and evaluate online car-hailing based on prototypes and value goals,and establish a two-way interactive mechanism,which is from behavior guided by cognition to cognition given feedback by behavior.This paper combines the legitimacy judgment with category theory to explain how individual cognition drives the emergence of new categories and identifies a series of legitimacy strategies based on categorization,thus providing theoretical support and practical inspiration for exploring the legitimation of business model innovation.展开更多

Online Food Delivery Platforms(OFDPs)has witnessed phenomenal growth in the past few years,especially this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.This Pandemic has forced many governments across the world to give momentum ...Online Food Delivery Platforms(OFDPs)has witnessed phenomenal growth in the past few years,especially this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.This Pandemic has forced many governments across the world to give momentum to OFD services and make their presence among the customers.The Presence of several multinational and national companies in this sector has enhanced the competition and companies are trying to adapt various marketing strategies and exploring the brand experience(BEX)dimension that helps in enhancing the brand equity(BE)of OFDPs.BEXs are critical for building brand loyalty(BL)and making companies profitable.Customers can experience different kinds of brand experiences through feeling,emotions,affection,behavior,and intellect.The present research work is taken up to analyze the factors affecting BEX and its impact on BL and BE of the OFDPs and analyze the mediating role of BL in the relationship between BEX and BE of the OFDPs in the Indian context.A survey of 457 Indian customers was carried out.A questionnaire was used for data collection and a mediation study was used to test hypothesized relationships.Our computational analysis reveals that BEX influences the BL and BE of OFDPs.The study further indicates that BL mediates the relationship between BEX and BE of OFDPs.The effective marketing and relationship management practices will help company to enhance BEX that will enable in enhancing BL and raising BE of their product.It therefore provides a more thorough analysis of BEX constructs and their consequences than previous research.Some of the managerial implication,limitations,and scope of future research are also presented in the study.展开更多

Methods: 120 breast cancer patients treated by dual-targeted therapy with macromolecular monoclonal antibodies were managed by a cloud platform from March to November 2019. Comprehensive online management included consultation about drugs and side effects and frequently asked questions in the dual-targeted therapy with macromolecular monoclonal antibodies. Results: In the consultation about drugs and side effects, there were five patients with fever, neutrophil, cough, and fatigue;24 with diarrhea;25 with nausea;11 with oral mucosal inflammation;10 with rashes and dry skin;8 with insomnia;and 1 with palpitation. Moreover, 110 patients with anxiety about the missed or delayed treatment were properly handled. Conclusion: The comprehensive online management of dual-targeted therapy with macromolecular monoclonal antibodies based on the cloud platform is helpful to satisfy the at-home breast cancer patients’ needs, ensure the continuity of dual-targeted therapy with macromolecular monoclonal antibodies for breast cancer patients, prevent misinformation, alleviate patients’ negative psychological emotions, and reduce patients’ economic losses. This paper examines the optimal forecast-sharing strategy in a hybrid-format online platform supply chain where a supplier sells a product through agency format and reselling format provided by a platform retailer who...This paper examines the optimal forecast-sharing strategy in a hybrid-format online platform supply chain where a supplier sells a product through agency format and reselling format provided by a platform retailer who possesses demand forecasts from two channels.Forecast asymmetry and co-opetitive relationship arise between the platform retailer and the supplier,which affect their operational decisions and the supply chain’s performance.To improve supply chain efficiency,we compare different forecast-sharing strategies(i.e.,no forecast sharing,sharing a single forecast,and sharing two forecasts),and analyze the effects of co-opetitive parameters on the optimal forecast-sharing strategy.Our analysis shows that forecast sharing is always beneficial to the supplier,and sharing two forecasts is more beneficial than sharing a single forecast.Whereas for the platform retailer and the whole supply chain,forecast sharing is beneficial only under certain conditions,depending on the co-opetitive parameters.The optimal forecast-sharing strategy is the result of a combination of the negative effect of double marginalization in reselling channel and the positive effect of responding pricing to demand uncertainty in agency channel.We illustrate the parameter regions of the platform retailer’s voluntary sharing,contract sharing,and no sharing,and also find that higher channel competition intensity,higher market share of agency channel,and higher commission rate can promote the platform retailer’s voluntary sharing.Our study extends the research scope of demand forecast-sharing and sheds light on the decision-making processes for managing a hybrid-format online platform supply chain.展开更多

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, e-learning has begun to be widely used and applied in the teaching and learning processes. However, learning under technological circumstances has proven not always to be a proper solution in education. A highlight challenge, in this regard, is considered to be learning Mathematics online. While some support its positive impact, others greatly oppose it by arguing that neither teaching nor learning has proven successful. Thus, this study examines Kosovo selected universities to see the effectiveness of learning Mathematics online as a case study. Further, it compares the online and traditional learning methods and explores how teachers in higher education in Kosova Universities apply and integrate technology into learning mathematics. This study employed a methodology encompassing questionnaires for students. The results show that students are not overall satisfied with learning Mathematics online leading to the conclusion that online learning is not an effective educational method for learning Mathematics.展开更多

Although there a number of p...<span style="font-family:Verdana;">Students face difficulties in programming languages learning (PLL) which encourages many scholars to investigate the factors behind that. Although there a number of positive and negative factors found to be effective in PLL procedure, utilising online tools in PLL were recognized as a positive recommended means. This motivates many researchers to provide solutions and proposals which result in a number of choices and options. However, categorising those efforts and showing what has been done, would provide a better and clear image for future studies. Therefore, this paper aims to conduct a systematic literature review to show what studies have been done and then categorise them based on the type of online tools and the aims of the research. The study follows Kitchenham and Charters guidelines for writing SLR (Systematic Literature Review). The search result reached 1390 publications between 2013-09/2018. After the filtration which has been done through selected criteria, 160 publications were found to be adequate to answer the review questions. The main results of this systematic review are categorizing the aims of the studies in online PLL tools, classifying the tools and finding the current trends of the online PLL tools.</span>展开更多

Online Fundraising Platform is similar to the online United Way, relying on the advantages of the Internet and the united fundraising to build a ecosystem of public donation which has professional fundraising system, good charity atmosphere, excellent policy environment and crossover cooperation resources. And in which, many factors get improved in pubic donation influence factors system. For one thing, Charity atmosphere and policy environment can be shaped better. For another, the charities can transmit fundraising information in inexpensive and high-efficiency way, and must ensure the transparency of project and donation. Finally, it will be more convenient for donors to get charitable information, make donations and supervise the nonprofit organizations.
文摘Currently, online shopping has become an option in people's daily consumption, especially for large groups of college students. Based on the practical research of consumers groups of college students, this paper analyzes the affecting factors on consumers' satisfaction among groups of college students, and also tests the affecting factors. Thus, the authors give their proposals on how to build the consumer online platforms in colleges and universities, and the prospects forecast on the campus online market.

文摘This paper examines the optimal forecast-sharing strategy in a hybrid-format online platform supply chain where a supplier sells a product through agency format and reselling format provided by a platform retailer who possesses demand forecasts from two channels.Forecast asymmetry and co-opetitive relationship arise between the platform retailer and the supplier,which affect their operational decisions and the supply chain’s performance.To improve supply chain efficiency,we compare different forecast-sharing strategies(i.e.,no forecast sharing,sharing a single forecast,and sharing two forecasts),and analyze the effects of co-opetitive parameters on the optimal forecast-sharing strategy.Our analysis shows that forecast sharing is always beneficial to the supplier,and sharing two forecasts is more beneficial than sharing a single forecast.Whereas for the platform retailer and the whole supply chain,forecast sharing is beneficial only under certain conditions,depending on the co-opetitive parameters.The optimal forecast-sharing strategy is the result of a combination of the negative effect of double marginalization in reselling channel and the positive effect of responding pricing to demand uncertainty in agency channel.We illustrate the parameter regions of the platform retailer’s voluntary sharing,contract sharing,and no sharing,and also find that higher channel competition intensity,higher market share of agency channel,and higher commission rate can promote the platform retailer’s voluntary sharing.Our study extends the research scope of demand forecast-sharing and sheds light on the decision-making processes for managing a hybrid-format online platform supply chain.
文摘The study investigates the impact of personalized learning path design on students’self-learning abilities(SLA)within online education platforms.Employing a mixed-methods approach,the research examines the effectiveness of personalized learning through quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with a diverse sample of online learners.The findings indicate that personalized learning path design significantly enhances students’self-efficacy,engagement,and satisfaction,leading to improved SLA.The study’s conceptual model and empirical data support the hypothesis that personalization in learning environments fosters self-directed learning skills.The discussion highlights the implications for educational practice,emphasizing the need for online platforms to prioritize personalization and for educators to adapt their teaching methods to support diverse learner needs.The research also acknowledges limitations and suggests future directions,including longitudinal studies and expanded participant demographics.The study concludes that personalized learning path design is a promising strategy for online education platforms to empower learners and promote lifelong learning skills.
文摘In order to improve the English online courses teaching scene adaptability, optimize the online English teaching mode, improve the quality of English teaching, an English online course teaching platform is proposed based on scene simulation. B/S client communication protocol is constructed in network transport layer, and the scene simulation model of English Online Course Teaching is established, online English teaching platform designed in this paper is constructed based on the sensing layer, network layer and application layer. A data processing center is constructed in the B/S structure and the network environment, Open Core kernel is used to realize the optimization of teaching model of English online courses, improve the teaching platform of online courses, and improve the scene adaptation ability. The test results show that the platform for online English teaching has better independent learning ability, the effectiveness of online English course teaching is better, test objects have higher satisfaction with English Online Course Teaching.
文摘The COVID-19 pandemic has brought significant challenges to higher education worldwide. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, e-learning has begun to be widely used and applied in the teaching and learning processes. However, learning under technological circumstances has proven not always to be a proper solution in education. A highlight challenge, in this regard, is considered to be learning Mathematics online. While some support its positive impact, others greatly oppose it by arguing that neither teaching nor learning has proven successful. Thus, this study examines Kosovo selected universities to see the effectiveness of learning Mathematics online as a case study. Further, it compares the online and traditional learning methods and explores how teachers in higher education in Kosova Universities apply and integrate technology into learning mathematics. This study employed a methodology encompassing questionnaires for students. The results show that students are not overall satisfied with learning Mathematics online leading to the conclusion that online learning is not an effective educational method for learning Mathematics.
文摘Web 2.0-based online communities and social networking platforms in particular enable users to create their own content, share this content with anyone they invite and organize connections with existing or new online contacts. The underlying processes are self-directed and represent a valuable source for creativity and innovation---especially outside firms' boundaries. The basis for the authors' research in progress is a framework which focuses on the relations between intrinsic motivation, creativity and Web 2.0-based online communities or social networking platforms. First results of the authors' exploratory empirical investigation of a specific social networking platform suggest that the authors' two propositions are valid.
文摘<span style="font-family:Verdana;">Students face difficulties in programming languages learning (PLL) which encourages many scholars to investigate the factors behind that. Although there a number of positive and negative factors found to be effective in PLL procedure, utilising online tools in PLL were recognized as a positive recommended means. This motivates many researchers to provide solutions and proposals which result in a number of choices and options. However, categorising those efforts and showing what has been done, would provide a better and clear image for future studies. Therefore, this paper aims to conduct a systematic literature review to show what studies have been done and then categorise them based on the type of online tools and the aims of the research. The study follows Kitchenham and Charters guidelines for writing SLR (Systematic Literature Review). The search result reached 1390 publications between 2013-09/2018. After the filtration which has been done through selected criteria, 160 publications were found to be adequate to answer the review questions. The main results of this systematic review are categorizing the aims of the studies in online PLL tools, classifying the tools and finding the current trends of the online PLL tools.</span>
