An Investigation on the Application of Online and Offline Hybrid Teaching in Local Anatomy Course of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Specialty

The purpose of this paper is to explore the application of online and offline blended teaching in local anatomy courses of acupuncture specialty.It introduces the concept and characteristics of blended teaching mode and analyzes the respective advantages of online and offline teaching as well as the advantages and application prospects of blended teaching mode.The teaching status quo of local anatomy courses in acupuncture and moxibustion is analyzed,pointing out the problems of the traditional teaching mode and the application prospect of the blended teaching mode.In the practical part,the preparation and design of online teaching resources,the design of offline practical teaching sessions,and the evaluation methods of teaching effect are introduced in detail.This study aims to provide new teaching modes and ideas for teaching acupuncture and moxibustion and promote the improvement of teaching quality.

OTO模式联合以问题为导向的管理模式对肝癌患者介入治疗围术期负性情绪的影响

目的 探讨OTO模式联合以问题为导向的管理模式纠正肝癌患者介入治疗围术期负性情绪的效果。方法 纳入2020至2022年首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院收治的介入治疗的肝癌患者200例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组采用常规干预措施,观察组采用OTO模式联合以问题为导向的管理模式进行干预,比较2组的健康信念、心理状态、疾病知识掌握情况和自我护理能力。结果 2组干预后的健康信念量表评分高于干预前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组干预后的焦虑、抑郁评分低于干预前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的疾病知识掌握率为97.00%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。2组干预后的自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分评分高于干预前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对行介入手术治疗的肝癌患者给予OTO模式联合以问题为导向的管理模式进行干预,能有效提升患者的疾病知识掌握率、自我护理能力和健康信念,改善患者的心理状态,效果显著。

Research on the Blended Online and Offline Teaching Mode of Ideological and Political Courses in Universities

Online and Offline Integrated Teaching of Histology and Embryology Based on Concept of "Golden Course"

Taking construction of the online and offline integrated first-class undergraduate curriculum teaching modes of Histology and Embryology in Guangxi as an opportunity,under the guidance of student-centered teaching concept,efforts were made to innovate online and offline integrated teaching mode to overcome the shortcomings and dilemma of traditional Histology and Embryology teaching,with attention paid to the competence education in students including schematic knowledge,professional techniques,analytical thinking,and ideological and political theories,which would be of great significance for the cultivation of high-quality professionals specialized in traditional Chinese medicine.

On the “Online and Offline Blended Teaching” Mode for Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Universities—A Case of “Introduction to Basic Principles of Marxism”

With the deepening development of educational informatization, online and offline blended teaching, as a new teaching mode, is increasingly receiving widespread attention from educators [1]. At present, the reform of the “online and offline blended teaching” of ideological and political education courses directly affects the quality of talent cultivation in universities. The article takes the course “Introduction to Basic Principles of Marxism” as an example to explore the reform mode of “online and offline blended teaching” in ideological and political theory courses in universities from the aspects of reasonable allocation of class hours, design of online teaching activities, how to deepen classroom teaching offline, and diversified assessment modes. Furthermore, the article summarizes the experience of mode reform and promotes the deep development of the people-oriented education concept in ideological and political courses in universities, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of moral education in ideological and political education in universities.

An Empirical Study on the Online + Offline Flipped Classroom Teaching Model for Photoshop in the Age of Internet

This paper mainly investigates the research status of online+offline flipped classroom teaching mode for Photoshop,studies the theoretical basis of flipped classroom,and summarizes the research direction of online+offline flipped classroom.In addition,the Photoshop flipped classroom teaching was carried out.The empirical research mainly studies the application of the flipped classroom from the aspects of preliminary preparation and teaching design.Lastly,the effect of the flipped classroom is studied in order to provide data and basis for follow-up research.

OTO模式对社区老年2型糖尿病患者血糖控制水平及自我管理行为能力的影响

背景 近年来,信息化管理模式被广泛应用于慢性病患者健康管理。作为国内外常见的“互联网+”慢性病管理模式,整合线上与线下资源的OTO(online-to-offline)模式已由治疗向预防转移,且已被证明可为慢性病管理提供有效支撑。目前国内鲜有OTO模式在老年糖尿病患者中的应用研究。目的 探讨OTO模式对社区老年2型糖尿病患者血糖控制水平及自我管理行为能力的影响。方法 于2020年8—10月,采用便利抽样法,选取从沈阳市某三级甲等医院转介至本市5家社区的老年2型糖尿病患者110例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法按照1∶1的比例将其随机分为对照组(n=55)和干预组(n=55),对其进行为期12个月的干预。对照组给予常规健康管理干预,干预组给予OTO模式健康管理干预。比较两组患者干预前及干预第6个月和12个月的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h-PBG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA)水平;比较两组患者干预前后的中文版自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)总得分及各维度得分。结果 最终完成本次研究的患者共105例,其中干预组53例,对照组52例。干预前两组患者FBG、2 h-PBG、HbA水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预方法和时间对FBG、2 h-PBG、HbA水平有交互作用(P<0.05),干预方法和时间在FBG、2 h-PBG、HbA水平上主效应显著(P<0.05)。干预组患者干预第6个月和12个月的FBG、2 h-PBG、HbA水平均低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者干预第6个月和12个月的FBG、2 h-PBG水平低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者干预第12个月的FBG、2 h-PBG、HbA水平均低于干预第6个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者干预第12个月的2 h-PBG水平低于干预第6个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者干预第6个月和12个月FBG、2 h-PBG、HbA水平均低于对照组同期水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者SDSCA总得分及各维度得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,干预组患者SDSCA总得分及各维度得分高于同组干预前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,对照组患者SDSCA总得分及各维度得分与干预前相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 实施OTO模式健康管理有助于老年2型糖尿病患者有效控制血糖水平,提高其自我管理行为能力,有利于实现对糖尿病的长期有效管理。

基于Online to Offline的高职航海技术专业现代学徒制教学生态构建

以高职航海技术专业为例,分析现代学徒制培养模式下的瓶颈问题,探究引入O2O(Online to Offline)教学方式,在线上线下形成学生、学校和企业共同参与的工学结合、产教融合的教学生态,提高航海技术专业学徒制学生的自主学习能力、专业技能和综合素质,培养满足社会和航运企业需求的航海人才。

Construction Ideas of Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation First-class Undergraduate Course Based on Online and Offline Blended Teaching

In order to combine the advantages of online teaching and traditional offline classroom teaching,this paper optimizes the teaching design by taking Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation for undergraduates as the carrier,and reconstructs the course according to five parts:basic theory course,practical training course,standardized patient,case report,and course evaluation.Through analyzing the classroom quality and teaching effect,the innovation and practical effect of course reconstruction are explored.With students as the main body and goals as the guide,this model gives full play to the initiative and creativity of students,meets the individual needs of students at different levels,and provides reference ideas for improving the advanced,innovative and challenging creation of the course.

基于MOOC构建高职院校“Online To Offline”教学模式研究

文章对比了x MOOC和c MOOC两种MOOC形式,分析了讲授型、任务驱动式、支架式以及协作研究式四种信息化教学模式,结合"95后"高职院校学生的特点,提出了基于MOOC构建高职院校"Online To Offline"教学模式,并结合专业知识、专业技能和职业素质对O2O教学模式进行了介绍。

Exploration on the Construction of Online and Offline Blending Teaching Mode in the Introduction to Earth Science

The course“Introduction to earth science”is a basic general course integrating science and interest run by the School of Atmospheric Sciences in Chengdu University of Information Technology.It is also a public elective course for the cultivation of college students'scientific quality.With the development of Internet plus education and the promotion of information technology,the paper combines the traditional offline teaching mode with the online teaching mode adopted during the spring semester in 2020 because of the COVID-19,giving full play to the advantages of the two teaching modes.According to the school's teaching environment and teaching objectives,the online and offline blending teaching mode is constructed by introducing the recording of course video+MOOC+SPOC+online resources of high-quality open courses+Flipped Classroom+Rain Classroom+QQ group+WeChat+Tencent meeting,in order to improve the comprehensive teaching performance,and provide an important reference for the educational reform of similar courses in the post epidemic era.

技能应用型课程的OTO混合教学模式研究

随着信息技术快速发展,线上线下(OTO)混合式教学模式综合了线上教学和线下教学的优势,对于印刷包装类等应用型新工科教学改革具有重要意义。本研究以技能应用型课程"印刷设备及操作"为例,分析了传统课程教学中的困境和OTO混合教学模式的实施必要性。结合课程特点,依托印刷媒体技术的网络教学资源库,提出了类似"驾照考核方式"的实践技能训练方式,构建了"理论知识模块—模拟操作模块—单项技能模块—综合操作模块"的OTO混合教学架构模式。对线上线下双导师制、"课前+课中+课后"衔接、实践技能水平递进方式、线上线下多元化考核形式等教学实施过程中的具体问题进行了分析讨论,并对学生的综合学习效果进行了反馈和优化。该教学模式的实施为技能应用型课程的教学改革探索提供一定的实践参考。

社区老年2型糖尿病患者基于OTO模式健康管理的效果观察

目的探讨基于OTO模式健康管理在社区老年2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法便利选取从沈阳市某医院转介至本市5家社区的老年2型糖尿病患者196例,给予基于OTO模式的健康管理,在干预前和干预1年末测评患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、自我管理行为能力和生存质量结局指标。结果干预1年末,患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白较干预前有明显下降(P<0.01)。自我管理行为量表总分及各维度得分均高于干预前(P<0.01)。生存质量总分及各维度得分均低于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于OTO模式健康管理能有效控制血糖水平,提高糖尿病患者自我管理行为能力,改善生存质量。

基于OTO的废品回收逆向物流模式分析

随着经济和人民生活水平的提高,产生大量的生活废旧用品,这些废品急需合理的回收和再利用,否则将会给环境和经济的可持续发展造成很大的威胁。然而目前废品回收并不乐观,回收率低,再利用低,难以实现预期的经济效益和社会效益。文中在先进信息技术使用的基础上,以有效回收和再利用为目标,提出一种OTO(online to offline)的废品回收模式,并对其逆向物流模式进行分析。

Teaching Model Integrating Online and Offline in Real Time ——An Exploration of New Teaching Mode for Regular Epidemic Prevention and Control

During epidemic,students in medium-risk or high-risk areas are unable to return to school on time.In response to this new challenge,there is an urgent need to create a new teaching mode to offer on-line courses to those absent from the offline classes,and we propose a model integrating online and offline teaching.It is based on“dual-camera”method,which allows off-campus students to virtually build up a physical classroom scenario on campus through computers and mobile phones.Using this model,students can participate in class remotely.In order to enhance the engagement of off-campus online students,emphasis is placed on interactive teaching.Teachers are required to design their teaching in advance and to work in collaboration with multiple departments,then using information technology and suitable teaching methods to enable students to participate in physical classroom teaching.This model has been tested in practice and has been successful in meeting the challenges.Finally,4 areas for improvement and refinement are identified.

基于“三位一体”的图书馆OTO服务模式的构建

伴随着信息技术的快速发展和智能终端的迅速普及,研究图书馆在新环境下Online To Offline服务特性、服务模式,对于图书馆的服务管理、资源建设和技术平台推广都有着重要的实践价值。研究构建图书馆以读者服务站和掌上图书馆两个平台为中心,以综合自助服务一体机和智能终端两种媒介为载体的"三位一体"的服务模式,其中包括座位管理系统、RFID、二维码、微信公众平台等现代技术在图书馆创新服务中的具体应用。
