This article first presents an analysis of the necessity and superiority of such mode, then explains its meaning and analyzes the working routes. Finally, it proposes the business modes as follows: low price pumping water electricity plus nuclear power in the near term;nuclear power shifted to pumped storage power participating in market competition in the middle term;and, in the long term, nuclear power shifted to pumped storage power as primary and serving as an electric power system when needed.展开更多

The method is based on the integration of complementary through, the extension theory of matter-element model and neural network theory combine to overcome a neural network to learn shelters, and other defects. The purpose of this paper is to provide the better running and commissioning experience for the similar emergency generator unit.展开更多

A new approach has been proposed by the authors to deal with the classification of HIs. The modification of T0.5 by PSFs coefficients has been discussed. In addition, it is emphasized that T0. 5 and SD(σ) of response times can be used as a scale to predict and evaluate the reliability of crew/operator behavior. These processings provide improvement and refinement to HCR model and its practical application. The experiment for operator response time of Chinese NPP using a lull-scale simulator has proved the above-mentioned processings and presented the quantitative results of operator reliability in Chinese NPP.展开更多

Dedicated and qualified for harsh environment instrumentation has to be in place for this purpose. Experience of the Fukushima Dai-ichi plant and the lessons learned from the European stress tests demonstrated that alternative and divers tools and methods are needed for the identification of reactor condition in extreme situations. In the paper the feasibility of development of an alternative accident monitoring via well-known noise diagnostics methods is proposed and demonstrated. The possibility of identification of reactor accident conditions using temperature and pressure fluctuations, noise of the neutron and gamma field is considered on the basis of research achievements in reactor noise. As an example the use of pressure fluctuations for accident monitoring is presented.展开更多
