Up to now, each order of diffracted light in Raman–Nath diffraction was still considered simply to be just frequency-shifted and to be a plane wave. However, we find that the phase and frequency shifts occur simultaneously and individually in Raman–Nath diffraction. The findings demonstrate that, in addition to the frequency shift, the optical phase of each order of diffracted light is also shifted by the sound wave and fluctuates with the sound wave and is related to the location in the acoustic field from which the diffracted light originates. As a result, the wavefront of each order of diffracted light is modulated to fluctuate spatially and temporally with the sound wave. Obviously, these findings are significant for applications of Raman–Nath diffraction in acousto–optic effect because the optical phase plays an important role in optical coherence technology.展开更多

It is theoretically proved that the delay effect consists of both fiber delay and servo delay. The delay effect confines the servo bandwidth within 1/8 and induces a residual fiber phase noise after noise compensation. Ultrathin silver can reduce the deadzone effect compared with graphene and PH1000, and leads to a factor of 1.07 enhancement for an electrical field in a metal microcavity. The enhancement is considered to be the fact that strong exciton-photon coupling occurs in the microcavity due to ultrathin Ag. The samples are irradiated at three different doses 5 × 10^12 ions/cm2, 1 ×10^13 ions/cm2 and 5 × 10^13 ions/em2 at room temperature. The XRD analysis shows that the tetragonal phase of Sn02 NWs remains stable after Cu ion irradiation, but with increasing irradiation dose level the crystal size increases due to ion beam induced coalescence of NWs. The FTIR spectra of pristine Sn02 NWs exhibit the chemical composition of SnO2 while the Cn-O bond is also observed in the FTIR spectra after Cu ion beam irradiation. The presence of Cu impurity in SnO2 is further confirmed by calculating the stopping range of Cu ions by using TRM/SRIM code. Optical properties of SnO2 NWs are studied before and after Cu ion irradiation. Band gap analysis reveMs that the band gap of irradiated samples is found to decrease compared with the pristine sample. Therefore, ion beam irradiation is a promising technology for nanoengineering and band gap tailoring.展开更多

文摘The 0.8 Me V copper ( Cu) ion beam irradiation-induced effects on structural, morphological and optical properties of tin dioxide nanowires (Sn02 NWs) are investigated. Therefore, ion beam irradiation is a promising technology for nanoengineering and band gap tailoring.

We nanocrystalline films with is realized that there is a need to consider all sides of aluminum-doped zinc oxide zinc oxide (IZO) thin films with their optical, luminescence and surface properties establish an assessment to carry out further information to summarize AZO and IZO impact of the layer number.
文摘The title compound (γ-CH3C5H4N)2Zn(S2C2 (CN )2 ) crystallizes in theorthorhombic system, space group C2221, with a= 10. 069 (2), b= 14. 629 (4), c=11. 923(4) A, V= 1756. 2(3) A3, Dc= 1. 48g/cm3, Z=4, Mr= 391.81. λ(MoKa)= 0. 71069 A, μ= 16. 6 cm--l, F(000) = 800, final R= 0. 055 and Rw= 0. 066 for.1481 observed reflections with I≥3σ(I). In the (γ-CH3C5H4N)2Zn(S2C2(CN)2 ) complex, Zn2+ is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from two 4--methylpyridine ligands andtwo sulfur atoms from maleonitriledithiol ligand. The powder tests show a frequencydoubling effect 2. 4 times as great as KH2PO4, which is in consistency with theoreticalcalculations

文摘We propose a core rotation-sensing element for improving the sensitivity of the micro-optical gyroscope using the large nonreciprocal effect with a photonic crystal. The sharp transmission peak of electromagnetically induced transparency in photonic crystal generated from a periodic distribution of cold atoms is sensitive to the rotation. Our numerical results show that the sensitivity of relative rotation is about 50 times higher and the sensitivity of absolute rotation is more than two orders higher than that of the traditional resonant optical gyroscope. Also, the sensitivity of the gyroscope can be manipulated by varying the atomic density, modulation frequency, probe pulse width, and photonic crystal length, etc.

文摘A pocket coherent population trapping(CPT) atomic magnetometer scheme that uses a vertical cavity surface emitting laser as a light source is proposed and experimentally investigated.Using the differential detecting magneto–optic rotation effect,a CPT spectrum with the background canceled and a high signal-to-noise ratio is obtained. The experimental results reveal that the sensitivity of the proposed scheme can be improved by half an order, and the ability to detect weak magnetic fields is extended one-fold.Therefore,the proposed scheme is suited to realize a pocket-size CPT magnetometer.
