In this paper,an integrated substrate gap waveguide(ISGW)filtering antenna is proposed at millimeter wave band,whose surface wave and spurious modes are simultaneously suppressed.A secondorder filtering response is obtained through a coupling feeding scheme using one uniform impedance resonator(UIR)and two stepped-impedance resonators(SIRs).To increase the stopband width of the antenna,the spurious modes are suppressed by selecting the appropriate sizes of the ISGW unit cell.Furthermore,the ISGW is implemented to improve the radiation performance of the antenna by alleviating the propagation of surface wave.And an equivalent circuit is investigated to reveal the working principle of ISGW.To demonstrate this methodology,an ISGW filtering antenna operating at a center frequency of 25 GHz is designed,fabricated,and measured.The results show that the antenna achieves a stopband width of 1.6f0(center frequency),an out-of-band suppression level of 21 dB,and a peak realized gain of 8.5 dBi. 展开更多

Perforation of tympanic membrane is one of the main reasons for both deafness and dyssaudia.We could improve and restore audition by restoring or replacing the tympanic membrane.So,whether you can make the spurious tympanic membrane successfully is one of the keys to a successful operation.Utilizing CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) measurement equipment, we measured tympanic membrane model precisely and digitally.We also analysed the measured data by point to surface and we have successfully reconstructed the CAD model of the spurious tympanic membrane.Using the model we have got,we schemed out the mold of spurious tympanic membrane.In addition,we utilized MasterCAM compiling CNC (Computerized Numerical Con- trol) code and simulating the course of working.Ultimately,we obtained the mold of spurious tympanic membrane.Our research in this article has great significance to the success of spurious tympanic membrane grafting operation. 展开更多

An S-band frequency synthesizer for a stepped-frequency radar is presented. This frequen- cy synthesizer is based on a direct digital synthesizer ( DDS ) -driven wideband phase-locked loop (PLL) architecture which can achieve low spurious noise and rapid frequency hopping simultaneous- ly. The mechanism of introducing high level spurs by the images of DDS digital to analog convertor (DAC) output is analyzed. A novel DDS frequency planning method is proposed to ensure low col- ored noise within the entire bandwidth. The designed output frequency range is 3. 765 -4. 085 GHz, and the step size is 5 MHz with frequency agility of less than 1 μs. Measured results demonstrate that the average spurious free dynamic range (SFDR) is about 64 dBc in a 320 MHz bandwidth. 展开更多

Two methods have been given to extract target from overlapped high-resolution range profile and analyzed to show how spurious peaks appear. This paper provides a reverse-count algorithm to resolve the problem of spurious peaks for moving target. This proposed method selects the peak with maximum amplitude as the extracted target and gets its position by using the number of samples prceding before the present sample position and the number of high-resolution range cell of the target. This proposed method is compared with the already given method and the result shows the ability of the proposed method to remove spurious peaks, it provides the foundation for high-resolution range profile. 展开更多

Spurious signals in direct digital frequency synthesizers (DDFSs) are partly caused by amplitude quantization and phase truncation, which affect their application to many wireless telecommunication systems. These signals are deterministic and periodic in the time domain, so they appear as line spectra in the frequency domain. Two types of spurious signals due to amplitude quantization are exactly formulated and compared in the time and frequency domains respectively. Then the frequency spectra and power levels of the spurious signals due to amplitude quantization in the absence of phase-accumulator truncation are emphatically analyzed, and the effects of the DDFS parameter variations on the spurious signals are thoroughly studied by computer simulation. And several important conclusions are derived which can provide theoretical support for parameter choice and spurious performance evaluation in the application of DDFSs. 展开更多

We present a systematic investigation of calculating quantum dots (QDs) energy levels using finite element method in the frame of eight-band k · p method. Numerical results including piezoelectricity, electron and hole levels, as well as wave functions are achieved. In the calculation of energy levels, we do observe spurious solutions (SSs) no matter Burt Foreman or symmetrized Hamiltonians are used. Different theories are used to analyse the SSs, we find that the ellipticity theory can give a better explanation for the origin of SSs and symmetrized Hamiltonian is easier to lead to SSs. The energy levels simulated with the two Hamiltonians are compared to each other after eliminating SSs, different Hamiltonians cause a larger difference on electron energy levels than that on hole energy levels and this difference decreases with the increase of QD size. 展开更多

Recently, it has been advanced that this phenomenon is due to a mistreatment of short-range autocorrelation in the residuals of the regression when at least one of the variables in a bivariate regression is stationary. HAC errors, feasible GLS and Cochrane-Orcutt-type procedures are then proposed to draw correct inference. Such a proposal should be cautiously considered, since nonsense inference might also be due to deterministic trend mechanisms, structural breaks, and long range dependence. In these cases, standard autocorrelation correction procedures would not solve the problem of spurious regression. We aim to make the later argument clear. 展开更多

Spurious Dianeutral Mixing in a Global Ocean Model Using Spherical Centroidal Voronoi Tessellations

In order to quantitatively evaluate the spurious dianeutral mixing in a global ocean model MPAS-Ocean (Model for Prediction Across Scales) using a spherical centroidal voronoi tessellations developed jointly by the National Center for Atmospheric Research and the Los Alamos National Laboratory in the United States, we choose z* vertical coordinate system in MPAS-Ocean, in which all physical mixing processes, such as convection adjustment and explicit diffusion parameter schemes, are omitted, using a linear equation of state. By calculating the Reference Potential Energy (RPE), front revolution position, time rate of RPE change, probability density function distribution and dimensionless parameter 2", from the perspectives of resolution, viscosity, Horizontal Grid Reynolds Number (HGRN), Rea, and momentum transmission scheme, using two ideal cases, overflow and baroclinic eddy channel, we qualitatively analyze the simulation results by comparison with the three non-isopycnal models in Ilicak et al. (2012), i.e., MITocM, MOM, and ROMS. The results show that the spurious dianeutral mixing in the MPAS-Ocean increases over time. The spurious dianeutral transport is proportional to the HGRN directly and is reduced by increasing the lateral viscosity or using a finer resolution to control HGRN. When the HGRN is less than 10, spurious transport is reduced significantly. When using the proper viscosity closure, MPAS-Ocean performs better than MIT6c and MOM, closely to ROMS, in the 2D case without rotation, and much better than the above-mentioned three ocean models under the condition of 3D space with rotation due to the cell area difference between the hexa- gon cell and the quadrilateral cell with the same resolution. Both the Zalesak (1979) flux corrected transport scheme and Leith closure in MPAS-Ocean play an excellent role in reducing spurious dianeutral mixing. The performance of Leith scheme is preferable to the condition of three-dimensional baroclinic eddy. 展开更多

采用常规的瑞利声表面波设计低插损、大带宽的高频声表滤波器,难以满足设计要求。该文设计了一种基于多层膜结构的漏纵波(LLSAW)的高频宽带低损耗声表面波(SAW)滤波器。确定了激发LLSAW的波导结构,建立器件的二维理论模型;研究了电极各... 采用常规的瑞利声表面波设计低插损、大带宽的高频声表滤波器,难以满足设计要求。该文设计了一种基于多层膜结构的漏纵波(LLSAW)的高频宽带低损耗声表面波(SAW)滤波器。确定了激发LLSAW的波导结构,建立器件的二维理论模型;研究了电极各项参数对杂散的影响,在此基础上对电极参数进行了优化设计。研究发现,将串联谐振器的反射栅对数设置为6时,可有效抑制通带内的杂散。设计了镜像T型及镜像π型LLSAW结构滤波器,并进行性能比较分析。结果表明,镜像T型结构更能抑制杂散响应,设计的镜像T型结构LLSAW滤波器的中心频率为3545 MHz,插入损耗为-1.416 dB,-3 dB带宽为274 MHz,带外抑制大于-30 dB。 展开更多

【目的】具有可调谐能力的高频微波载波(GHz)在第五代移动通信技术(5G)/第六代移动通信技术(6G)无线网络、雷达系统和卫星通信领域中有着广泛的应用。由于比较简单的系统结构、大带宽和低损耗的优点,基于光子技术生成高频可调谐微波载... 【目的】具有可调谐能力的高频微波载波(GHz)在第五代移动通信技术(5G)/第六代移动通信技术(6G)无线网络、雷达系统和卫星通信领域中有着广泛的应用。由于比较简单的系统结构、大带宽和低损耗的优点,基于光子技术生成高频可调谐微波载波的技术方案吸引了国内外研究团队的广泛关注。由于目前C波段有着成熟的商用器件,因此目前光生微波实验多在C波段进行。随着波分复用(WDM)—光载射频(ROF)技术借助WDM系统在光频域的合/分波来灵活实现微波频段的合/分波,利用ROF系统采用光生微波技术来简化基站配置,使得C波段的有限带宽资源(35 nm, 1 530~1 565 nm)越来越紧张。因此,光生微波技术的研究有着向更宽光谱范围扩展的驱动力。U波段可以提供宽至50 nm(1 625~1 675 nm)的信道带宽来缓解C波段的信道利用压力。在U波段,标准单模光纤已实现低至0.195 dB/km(@1 625 nm)的光功率损耗,特别是,掺铥光纤放大器在U波段也可实现达到18.7 dB(@1 655 nm)的大带宽增益。因此,基于标准单模光纤的WDM系统可向U波段扩展,从而促使WDM-ROF技术向这一波段延伸,进而带动光生微波技术向U波段拓展。文章研究了U波段的光生微波技术。【方法】从数学模型上看,现有光生微波技术对所应用的光载波波段是透明的,只需选择对应工作波段的光子学器件就可在任意波段使用这些方法来产生微波载波。从原理上看,C波段的光子学器件(如偏振控制器、相位调制器(PM)和光纤移相器(FPS)等)可以工作在U波段,这些器件的工艺技术成熟并易于购置。因此,文章采用C波段的PM、FPS和光耦合器等光子学器件,基于U波段光载波搭建了光生微波载波系统。【结果】最终基于该系统产生了调谐范围覆盖7.5~12.0 GHz、杂散抑制比达29.6~35.2 dB的可调谐微波载波。【结论】文章通过公式原理分析和实验验证,实现了将光生微波载波技术的工作波段扩展至U波段。 展开更多

互补格雷码双N步相移法因其具有鲁棒性好、检测精度高等特点在条纹投影轮廓术领域成为研究热点。然而,传统互补格雷码双N步相移法存在检测效率低以及未消除周期性毛刺相位误差的问题。针对这些问题,本文对传统互补格雷码双N步相移法进... 互补格雷码双N步相移法因其具有鲁棒性好、检测精度高等特点在条纹投影轮廓术领域成为研究热点。然而,传统互补格雷码双N步相移法存在检测效率低以及未消除周期性毛刺相位误差的问题。针对这些问题,本文对传统互补格雷码双N步相移法进行改进消除周期性毛刺相位误差,首先通过相机捕获形变条纹图像并计算出两组截断相位,然后利用两组截断相位的相关性消除检测数据中的相位差、周期性毛刺相位误差,再对两组截断相位进行融合,最后通过互补格雷码相位展开法对融合后的截断相位进行相位展开。实验得出本文方法在检测效率不变的情况下,能有效消除周期性毛刺相位误差,得到高精度展开相位,相比于未消除周期性毛刺相位误差的互补格雷码双N步相移法,本文检测方法精度提高了约24.57%,相比于互补格雷码N步相移法,本文检测方法精度提高了约6.29%。 展开更多

针对高速电流舵数模转换器(Digital-to-Analog Conversion,DAC)中电流源阵列不匹配问题,提出了一种基于随机结合的分组译码动态元素匹配(Dynamic-Element Matching,DEM)结构以提升DAC的转换性能。所提结构是一种基于随机旋转(Random Rot... 针对高速电流舵数模转换器(Digital-to-Analog Conversion,DAC)中电流源阵列不匹配问题,提出了一种基于随机结合的分组译码动态元素匹配(Dynamic-Element Matching,DEM)结构以提升DAC的转换性能。所提结构是一种基于随机旋转(Random Rotation-based Binary-weighted Selection,RRBS)的改进结构。该结构首先将输入数据分成高位数据与低位数据,接着将低位数据经过RRBS结构处理所得的结果逐位与高位数据结合进行第二次处理并得到最终输出。该结构在输入数据为3位与输入数据大于3位这两种情况下存在差异。使用MATLAB对提出结构的无杂散动态范围(Spurious Free Dynamic Range,SFDR)进行了仿真。首先给出该结构在不同分段方式与不同误差情况下的SFDR对比图,接着将不同DEM结构在不同误差下进行对比,最后对该结构在不同输入频率与误差的情况进行仿真对比。同时,给出了该结构在tsmc65工艺下的综合结果。在相同的系统周期下,该结构所占用的面积相比于RRBS结构的更小。通过仿真与综合结果可以看出,提出的DEM结构电路减小了电路面积;相比于未使用DEM的14位DAC,本结构可以使SFDR提高15 dB以上。 展开更多

A novel dual-band ISGW cavity filter with enhanced frequency selectivity is proposed in this paper by utilizing a multi-mode coupling topology.Its cavity is designed to control the number of modes,and then the ports are determined by analyzing the coupling relationship between these selected modes.By synthesizing the coupling matrix of the filter,a nonresonating node(NRN)structure is introduced to flexibly tune the frequency of modes,which gets a dualband and quad-band filtering response from a tri-band filter no the NRN.Furthermore,a frequency selective surface(FSS)has been newly designed as the upper surface of the cavity,which significantly improves the bad out-of-band suppression and frequency selectivity that often exists in most traditional cavity filter designs and measurements.The results show that its two center frequencies are f01=27.50 GHz and f02=32.92GHz,respectively.Compared with the dual-band filter that there is no the FSS metasurface,the out-of-band suppression level is improved from measured 5 dB to18 dB,and its finite transmission zero(FTZ)numbers is increased from measured 1 to 4 between the two designed bands.Compared with the tri-band and quadband filter,its passband bandwidth is expanded from measured 1.17%,1.14%,and 1.13% or 1.31%,1.50%,0.56%,and 0.57% to 1.71% and 1.87%.In addition,the filter has compact,small,and lightweight characteristics. 展开更多
