目的:观察真武汤加减治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病阳虚水泛证的疗效。方法:将60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期阳虚水泛证的患者,采用自身对照的方法,在基础治疗上加用真武汤加减,2个月为1疗程。观察并比较治疗前后症状、体征疗效及临床总疗...目的:观察真武汤加减治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病阳虚水泛证的疗效。方法:将60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期阳虚水泛证的患者,采用自身对照的方法,在基础治疗上加用真武汤加减,2个月为1疗程。观察并比较治疗前后症状、体征疗效及临床总疗效。测定治疗前后肺功能,包括第1秒用力呼气容积(the Forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)和FEV1与用力肺活量(Forced vital capacity,FVC)比值(FEV1/FVC),肺活量(VC),及中医症候症状积分等指标。结果:FEV1、FEV1%均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),治疗后症状体征总分下降;喘息、咳嗽、咯痰、心悸及胸膈满闷等症状及体征均有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗前后症状体征总分差异均有显著意义(P<0.01),总有效率为88.33%。结论:真武汤加减可更好的改善稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病阳虚水泛证患者的临床症状和肺功能。展开更多
