血清HMGA2、P-gp与老年进展性脑梗死患者预后相关研究

目的探讨血清高迁移率族蛋白A2(HMGA2)、P-糖蛋白(P-gp)在老年进展性脑梗死患者中的表达水平及其与预后的关系。方法收集2020年2月—2023年2月大连市中心医院神经内科收治老年进展性脑梗死患者67例为进展组,老年非进展性脑梗死患者79例为非进展组;进展组根据治疗后3个月神经功能恢复情况分为预后良好亚组(n=39,mRS评分0~2分)和预后不良亚组(n=28,mRS评分3~6分)。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清HMGA2、P-gp水平,Pearson积矩相关分析血清HMGA2、P-gp与NIHSS评分的关系,Logistic回归分析进展性脑梗死患者预后不良的影响因素,受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)评估血清HMGA2、P-gp对预后不良的预测价值。结果进展组血清HMGA2、P-gp水平及NIHSS评分高于非进展组(t/P=13.672/<0.001,8.095/<0.001,8.226/<0.001)。进展性脑梗死患者血清HMGA2、P-gp与NIHSS评分均呈正相关(r/P=0.732/<0.001、0.708/<0.001);预后不良亚组患者年龄大于预后良好亚组,血清HMGA2、P-gp水平及NIHSS评分高于预后良好亚组(t/P=5.092/<0.001、5.103/<0.001、4.449/<0.001、2.357/0.021)。多因素Logistic回归结果显示,高龄和血清HMGA2、P-gp水平及NIHSS评分升高是进展性脑梗死患者预后不良独立危险因素[OR(95%CI)=1.429(1.093~1.869),1.288(1.082~1.533),1.586(1.161~2.165),1.483(1.120~1.963)];血清HMGA2、P-gp及二者联合预测进展性脑梗死患者预后不良的AUC分别为0.738、0.740、0.895,二者联合优于各自单独预测效能(Z/P=2.031/0.002、2.006/0.003)。结论血清HMGA2、P-gp在老年进展性脑梗死患者中异常升高,并与病情严重程度以及预后不良有关,早期联合检测两项指标可预测患者预后不良风险发生。

ON F-z-SUPPLEMENTED SUBGROUPS OF FINITE GROUPS

A subgroup H of a group G is called F-z-supplemented in G if there exists a subgroup K of G, such that G = HK and H∩K≤ Z∞F（G）, where Z∞F（G） is the F-hypercenter of G. We obtain some results about the F-z-supplemented subgroups and use them to determine the structure of some groups.

Periodic Bifurcations in Descendant Trees of Finite <i>p</i>-Groups

Theoretical background and an implementation of the p-group generation algorithm by Newman and O’Brien are used to provide computational evidence of a new type of periodically repeating patterns in pruned descendant trees of finite p-groups.

The Orders of the Automorphism Groups of all Groups of Order p^5

In this paper by techniques of group we give some formulae for solving the general quadratic equations of two variables over a finite field,completely calculate and uniformly deal with the orders of automorphism groups of all p-groups of orders less than p6 under the P Hall's concept of isoclinism,also make a number of corrections for orders of automorphism groups offered for a mistake or fault before.

Uniquely Strongly Clean Group Rings

A ring R is called clean if every element is the sum of an idempotent and a unit, and R is called uniquely strongly clean （USC for short） if every element is uniquely the sum of an idempotent and a unit that commute. In this article, some conditions on a ring R and a group G such that RG is clean are given. It is also shown that if G is a locally finite group, then the group ring RG is USC if and only if R is USC, and G is a 2-group. The left uniquely exchange group ring, as a middle ring of the uniquely clean ring and the USC ring, does not possess this property, and so does the uniquely exchange group ring.

Phylogeography and Cryptic Species Diversity of Paramesotriton caudopunctatus Species Group(Salamandridae: Paramesotriton) in Guizhou, China

The Paramesotriton caudopunctatus species group is mainly distributed in the karst mountain ecosystems of Guizhou, China. Although some species have been included in previous phylogenetic studies, the evolutionary relationships and divergence-time of members of this species group as a whole remain unexplored. In this study, we report the sequencing of one protein coding mitochondrial gene fragment(ND2) and one nuclear gene(POMC), and use a combination of phylogenetic analyses and coalescent simulations to explore the cryptic diversity and evolutionary history of the P. caudopunctatus species group. Phylogenetic relationships revealed that the P. caudopunctatus species group is composed of two major groups, i. e., East Clade and Western-South Clade. The divergence-time and ancestral area estimation suggested that the P. caudopunctatus species group likely originated in the Doupeng Mountains in Guizhou, China at 12.34 Ma(95% HPD: 8.30–14.73), and intraspecific divergence began at about 2.17 Ma(95% HPD: 1.39–2.97). This timing coincides with the orogenesis of the Miaoling Mountains during the Late Miocene to early Pleistocene. The delimitation of species in the P. caudopunctatus species group supports the existence of the currently identified species, and consensus was confirmed across methods for the existence of least to two cryptic species within what has been traditionally considered to be P. caudopunctatus species group. This study is of significance for understanding the species formation, dispersal, and diversity of the tailed amphibians in the karst mountains ecosystem of Guizhou and the role of the Miaoling Mountains as a geographical barrier to species dispersal.

Orders of Automorphism Groups of the p^6 Groups of Family Φ_(24)

Using the metabelian property, regularity, p-commutativity and some properties of congruence, this paper gave the orders of automorphism groups of family Ф24, which are the groups of order p^6 determined by Rodney James, where p denotes an odd prime.

FINITE GROUPS WHOSE MINIMAL SUBGROUPS ARE WEAKLY H-SUBGROUPS

Let G be a finite group. A subgroup H of G is called an H-subgroup in G if NG（H）∩ H^g ≤ H for all g C G. A subgroup H of G is called a weakly H-subgroup in G if there exists a normal subgroup K of G such that G = HK and H N K is an H-subgroup in G. In this paper, we investigate the structure of the finite group G under the assumption that every subgroup of G of prime order or of order 4 is a weakly H-subgroup in G. Our results improve and generalize several recent results in the literature.

The Transfer Ideal under the Action of a Nonmetacyclic Group in the Modular Case

Let Fq be a finite field of characteristic p (p ≠2) and V4 a four-dimensional Fq-vector space. In this paper, we mainly determine the structure of the transfer ideal for the ring of polynomials Fq[V4] under the action of a nonmetacyclic p-group P in the modular case. We prove that the height of the transfer ideal is 1 using the fixed point sets of the elements of order p in P and that the transfer ideal is a principal ideal.

Factorization Numbers of a Class of Finite p-groups

Let p be a prime number and f_2(G) be the number of factorizations G = AB of the group G, where A, B are subgroups of G. Let G be a class of finite p-groups as follows,G = a, b | a^(p^n)= b^(p^m)= 1, a^b= a^(p^(n-1)+1), where n > m ≥ 1. In this article, the factorization number f_2(G) of G is computed, improving the results of Saeedi and Farrokhi in [5].

On the Structure of the Augmentation Quotient Group for Some Non-abelian p-groups

In this paper, we study the basis of augmentation ideals and the quotient groups of finite non-abelian p-group which has a cyclic subgroup of index p, where p is an odd prime, and k is greater than or equal to 3. A concrete basis for the augmentation ideal is obtained and then the structure of its quotient groups can be determined.

极大类p群的非线性非忠实不可约特征标个数

利用极大类p群的性质以及有限群的特征标理论探究了极大类p群G的非线性非忠实不可约特征标的个数.证明了p^(n)阶的极大类p群G的非线性非忠实不可约特征标的个数等于p^(n-1)阶的极大类p群G/Z(G)的非线性不可约特征标的个数.特别地,分析了只有3个非线性非忠实不可约特征标的有限p群的性质.

FINITE p-GROUPS WHICH CONTAIN A SELF-CENTRALIZING CYCLIC NORMAL SUBGROUP

For any prime p, all finite noncyclic p-groups which contain a self-centralizing cyclic normal subgroup are determined by using cohomological techniques. Some applications are given, including a character theoretic description for such groups.

Periodic Sequences of p-Class Tower Groups

Recent examples of periodic bifurcations in descendant trees of finite p-groups with ?are used to show that the possible p-class tower groups G of certain multiquadratic fields K with p- class group of type (2,2,2) , resp. (3,3), form periodic sequences in the descendant tree of the elementary Abelian root , resp. . The particular vertex of the periodic sequence which occurs as the p-class tower group G of an assigned field K is determined uniquely by the p-class number of a quadratic, resp. cubic, auxiliary field k, associated unambiguously to K. Consequently, the hard problem of identifying the p-class tower group G is reduced to an easy computation of low degree arithmetical invariants.

Co-Periodicity Isomorphisms between Forests of Finite <I>p</I>-Groups

Based on a general theory of descendant trees of finite p-groups and the virtual periodicity isomorphisms between the branches of a coclass subtree, the behavior of algebraic invariants of the tree vertices and their automorphism groups under these isomorphisms is described with simple transformation laws. For the tree of finite 3-groups with elementary bicyclic commutator qu-otient, the information content of each coclass subtree with metabelian main-line is shown to be finite. As a striking novelty in this paper, evidence is provided of co-periodicity isomorphisms between coclass forests which reduce the information content of the entire metabelian skeleton and a significant part of non-metabelian vertices to a finite amount of data.

Index-<i>p</i>Abelianization Data of <i>p</i>-Class Tower Groups

Given a fixed prime number p, the multiplet of abelian type invariants of the p-class groups of all unramified cyclic degree p extensions of a number field K is called its IPAD (index-p abeliani- zation data). These invariants have proved to be a valuable information for determining the Galois group of the second Hilbert p-class field and the p-capitulation type of K. For p=3 and a number field K with elementary p-class group of rank two, all possible IPADs are given in the complete form of several infinite sequences. Iterated IPADs of second order are used to identify the group of the maximal unramified pro-p extension of K.

Deep Transfers of p-Class Tower Groups

Let p be a prime. For any finite p-group G, the deep transfers T H,G ' : H / H ' → G ' / G " from the maximal subgroups H of index (G:H) = p in G to the derived subgroup G ' are introduced as an innovative tool for identifying G uniquely by means of the family of kernels ùd(G) =(ker(T H,G ')) (G: H) = p. For all finite 3-groups G of coclass cc(G) = 1, the family ùd(G) is determined explicitly. The results are applied to the Galois groups G =Gal(F3 (∞)/ F) of the Hilbert 3-class towers of all real quadratic fields F = Q(√d) with fundamental discriminants d > 1, 3-class group Cl3(F) □ C3 × C3, and total 3-principalization in each of their four unramified cyclic cubic extensions E/F. A systematic statistical evaluation is given for the complete range 1 d 7, and a few exceptional cases are pointed out for 1 d 8.

The K_2-groups over Finaite Commutative Rings

The present note determines the structure of the K2-group and of its subgroup over a finite commutative ring R by considering relations between R andfinite commutative local ring Ri (1 < i < m), where R Ri and K2(R) =K2(Ri). We show that if charKi= p (Ki denotes the residual field of Ri), then K2(Ri) and its subgroups must be p-groups.

On Non-commuting Sets in a Finite p-group with Derived Subgroup of Prime Order

Let G be a finite group. A nonempty subset X of G is said to be noncommuting if xy≠yx for any x, y ∈ X with x≠y. If ｜X｜ ≥ ｜Y｜ for any other non-commuting set Y in G, then X is said to be a maximal non-commuting set. In this paper, we determine upper and lower bounds on the cardinality of a maximal non-commuting set in a finite p-group with derived subgroup of prime order.
