P^(73)和P^(63)基因表达与病理诊断结合判定神经上皮性肿瘤的恶性程度及预后

Objective To discuss the relation between the expression of p73 and p63 gene and pathological diagnosis of neuro-epithelial tumor on the malignant degree and prognosis. Methods The bio-marking method and S-P immunohistochemical method were used to detected the p73 and p63. PBS was instead of 1 antibody as negative control. Results The difference positive expression in astrocytoma and 5 kinds of neuro-epithelial tumors. The positive rate was related with the malignant degree. Conclusion The p73 and p63 genes combined with pathological diagnosis could supply the certain diagnosis and assistant for the prognosis.

P^(63)和P^(73)基因在神经胶质瘤中的表达

目的探讨p53家族新成员p63及p73在脑胶质瘤中的表达情况,以及在不同病理分级的表达变化。方法采用免疫组化S-P方法检测66例不同病理分级胶质瘤p63及p73蛋白的表达情况,与置换一抗的蛋白对照组比较,并同时进行组间对照。结果 p63及p73在66例脑胶质瘤病人中明显表达,p63表达阳性率为42.42％,P73表达阳性率为31.82％。组间对照:p63组Ⅱ～Ⅳ级与Ⅰ～Ⅱ级比较P<0.01;p73组Ⅲ～Ⅳ级与Ⅰ～Ⅱ级比较P<0.05,Ⅱ～Ⅲ级与Ⅰ～Ⅱ级比较X^2=2.268,P>0.05。结论 p63及p73作为p53家族的新成员可能是候选的抑癌基因。
