Five novel heterodimers of cytochalasan and ergosterol,ergochaeglobosins A—E,were isolated from an endophytic fungus Chaetomium globosum P2-2-2.Ergochaeglobosin A(1) possesses an unprecedented 5/6/13/6/5/6/6/6 fused octacyclic ring system,and ergochaeglobosins B(2) and C(3) form a unique 5/6/13/6/6/6/6/5 fused octacyclic ring system,whereas ergochaeglobosins D(4) and F(5) are the first cytochalasan heterodimers formed via a N-1′/C-3′′single bond.Their structures with absolute configurations were established by extensive spectroscopic analyses,single-crystal X-ray diffraction,and ECD calculations.The plausible biogenetic pathway of 1—5 was postulated.Compound 1 exhibited inhibitory effects against ConA-induced T cells and LPS-induced B cells proliferation with IC50 values of 19.2 and 14.1μmol/L,respectively.Co-treatment of 3(20μmol/L)with TRAIL(150 ng/mL)could significantly decrease the cell viability of A549 by 24.9%comparing with monotherapy of 3(20μmol/L). 展开更多

通过醇盐不完全水解制备了含有有机基团(O-C_2H_5)的0.5Al_2O_3-0.5P_2O_5-100SiO_2凝胶,在氮气中加热到300~700℃使其中的有机基团炭化,得到镶嵌在凝胶玻璃中不同尺寸的碳纳米颗粒.利用高分辨电镜、X射线衍射和喇曼光谱研究了碳纳米... 通过醇盐不完全水解制备了含有有机基团(O-C_2H_5)的0.5Al_2O_3-0.5P_2O_5-100SiO_2凝胶,在氮气中加热到300~700℃使其中的有机基团炭化,得到镶嵌在凝胶玻璃中不同尺寸的碳纳米颗粒.利用高分辨电镜、X射线衍射和喇曼光谱研究了碳纳米颗粒的结构,发现凝胶玻璃中的碳颗粒为非晶碳纳米颗粒.测试了它们的吸收光谱,发现了由于量子限域效应引起的吸收边的移动.在532um Nd:YAG激光的激发下镶嵌有碳纳米颗粒的凝胶玻璃有一强的室温发光,发光峰在586um左右.发光峰几乎不随碳纳米颗粒尺寸的变化而变化.这种发光产生于碳纳米颗粒的表面或碳颗粒和凝胶网络的界面. 展开更多
