The mechanical properties and material volume fractions of PTFE/Kevlar49/PA6 composite are studied. The focus of this paper is to get the relationship between the volume fraction of three constituents and the mechanical properties of the composite by doing tensile, hardness and wear test. The effect of the constituent volume fractions was evaluated. Short Kevlar49 fibers reinforced PA6 (Polyamide 6) with PTFE filler were studied in five different combinations. The results of the experiments show that the mechanical properties increase with Keviar fibers increase, then they decrease after the Kevlar fiber volume reaches one number. 展开更多

通过改性使Kevlar纤维(KF)成为己内酰胺阴离子开环聚合的活性中心,采用阴离子接枝法在其表面接枝上PA6低聚物,并与基体PA6混合,用挤出和注塑方式制备尼龙6/改性Kevlar纤维(PA6/KF1)复合材料。XPS,ESEM和FT-IR分析表明Kevlar纤维表... 通过改性使Kevlar纤维(KF)成为己内酰胺阴离子开环聚合的活性中心,采用阴离子接枝法在其表面接枝上PA6低聚物,并与基体PA6混合,用挤出和注塑方式制备尼龙6/改性Kevlar纤维(PA6/KF1)复合材料。XPS,ESEM和FT-IR分析表明Kevlar纤维表面接枝上了PA6低聚物。DSC测试表明,Kevlar纤维对PA6结晶起异相成核作用,提高了PA6的结晶速率;由于表面接枝PA6的KF1与基体良好结合,阻碍了PA6分子链的迁移运动,导致其对PA6结晶成核作用不如未改性纤维(KF0);在较低温度下(188-192℃)等温结晶后的PA6呈现Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ三重峰的熔融行为;而在较高温度(194℃),纯PA6的熔融行为则呈现熔融双峰;KF的加入同时使PA6的熔融行为发生显著变化。 展开更多
