Objective:To evaluate effects of diagnostic tests for Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infec- tion.Methods:A meta-analysis was conducted in 22 identified studies through Chinese literature searching which were published a...Objective:To evaluate effects of diagnostic tests for Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infec- tion.Methods:A meta-analysis was conducted in 22 identified studies through Chinese literature searching which were published after 1995 and evaluated diagnostic tests for Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infec- tion.Results:Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)had the best performance with diagnostic odds ratio (DOR)of 6.7(5.5-7.8),followed by ^(13)C urea breath test and Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)quantitative serological test,with DOR being 6.4(5.4-7.4)and 4.5(3.8-5.2),respectively. Conclusion:Non-invasive tests are the appropriate methods for screening H.pylori infection,whereas in- vasive tests are the best methods for ascertaining the suspected patients.展开更多

Making use of conventional way of breeding to mate 2(A♀,B♂)transgenic mice integrated Hepatitis B virus(HBV) gene, 2A(♀♂) and 2B(♀♂)transgenic homozygote mice, and 6 bi-heterozygote mice(4♀2♂) by mating A and B homozygote mice were taken. Blood serum of these transgenic mice and their off-springs’ were collected, and HBV DNA expressing in blood serum of transgenic mice was tested by polymerase chain reaction and ELISA (PCR- ELISA). The results were as follows: HBV DNA expression in the blood of bi-heterozygote mice was much more than that of homozygote and heterozygote mice. Breeding bi-heterzygote mice is likely to be a good way of high expression of foreign gene in transgenic animals.展开更多
从日本引进的西瓜种子隔离种植后,采用生物学、双抗体夹心酶联方法及反转录PCR(RT-PCR)技术对其幼苗样品进行了黄瓜绿斑驳花叶病毒(Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus,CGMMV)的检测,结果表明:生物学试验接种的黄瓜健康植株全部发病;...从日本引进的西瓜种子隔离种植后,采用生物学、双抗体夹心酶联方法及反转录PCR(RT-PCR)技术对其幼苗样品进行了黄瓜绿斑驳花叶病毒(Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus,CGMMV)的检测,结果表明:生物学试验接种的黄瓜健康植株全部发病;双抗体夹心酶联试验结果均为阳性;RT-PCR反应后进行1%琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测,结果出现预期的715 bp特异性扩增产物。3种方法均表明此次从日本引进的西瓜种质已经受到黄瓜绿斑驳花叶病毒的侵染,须做销毁处理。试验结果表明,采用3种方法中的2种对样品进行检测,即可以根据检测结果确诊被检对象是否带有CGMMV病毒。展开更多
