探究在胃癌诊断工作中将PET/CT与肿瘤标志物进行联合使用的是临床诊断效果。方法:选择在我院展开相关研究工作,工作时间为2020年1月—2021年1月,研究人员选择我院进行诊断的胃癌患者,人数为150例,均在病理诊断下确诊为胃癌,将患者分为三... 探究在胃癌诊断工作中将PET/CT与肿瘤标志物进行联合使用的是临床诊断效果。方法:选择在我院展开相关研究工作,工作时间为2020年1月—2021年1月,研究人员选择我院进行诊断的胃癌患者,人数为150例,均在病理诊断下确诊为胃癌,将患者分为三组,分别给予PET/CT诊断,肿瘤标志物诊断和联合诊断,分别命名为甲组,乙组和丙组,对三组患者的诊断情况进行分析比较。结果:甲组与乙组患者的检出率分别为58.00%和60.00%,差异较小,P>0.05,丙组患者的检出率为90.00%,均与两组存在显著差异,P<0.05,存在统计学意义,丙组的灵敏度和准确率更高,P<0.05,丙组的检查效果更好。结论:临床在针对胃癌患者展开治疗工作的过程那种将PET/CT诊断与肿瘤标志物诊断方法进行联合使用时,其诊断检出率较高,具有较高的敏感性和准确性,可为临床治疗工作的开展提供依据。 展开更多

目的探讨恶性肿瘤护理配合对^(18)F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖(^(18)F-FDG)PET\CT图像融合诊断的临床价值。方法选取2016年5月至2017年5月我院经病理分析确诊的恶性肿瘤患者82例,应用^(18)F-FDG PET\CT图像融合对病灶部位进行诊断分析,显像分析恶... 目的探讨恶性肿瘤护理配合对^(18)F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖(^(18)F-FDG)PET\CT图像融合诊断的临床价值。方法选取2016年5月至2017年5月我院经病理分析确诊的恶性肿瘤患者82例,应用^(18)F-FDG PET\CT图像融合对病灶部位进行诊断分析,显像分析恶性肿瘤转移范围以及治疗靶区。患者随机分为对照组及观察组,各41例。观察组组患者在治疗期间实施全程护理,根据患者病情制定相应的护理方案,由三位经验丰富且与本研究不相关的医师对病灶部位8F-FDG PET\CT融合图像进行诊断分析,显像分析恶性肿瘤转移范围以及治疗靶区CT图像融合诊断医师对两组患者图像诊断结果进行评价,判断其是否符合诊断标准;另对两组患者满意度进行评估。结果对照组患者符合诊断标准为32例,达标率为78.05%(32/41),观察组患者符合诊断标准为38例,达标率为92.68%(38/41);满意度的调查结果为:对照组73.17%(30/41),观察组95.12%(39/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论制定良好且具有个体性的全程护理方案能够提高^(18)F-FDG PET\CT图像融合诊断的准确率,增加对病灶部的显像的清晰度,从而保证^(18)F-FDG PET\CT图像融合诊断恶性肿瘤的的顺利进行;同时护理配合能够提高患者对检查治疗过程中的满意度,增加患者依从性。 展开更多

Objective: We compared positron emission tomography (PET) using 18-fluoro-2-deoxyglucose (FDG), enhanced computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in detecting skull base invasion of nasopharyngeal carcinomas (NPC) and to evaluate the value of these three methods in determining the existence of skull base invasion of nasopharyngeal carcinomas. Methods: The images of enhanced CT, MRI and PET-CT scans, performed at intervals -〈 20 days on 57 NPC patients from July 2004 to February 2007, were selected and reviewed. The endpoints of the comparison were sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value (PPV) and negative predictive value (NPV) of Enhanced CT, MRI and PET-CT, based on histopathologic findings or clinical imaging follow-up for at least 6 months. Results: For detecting skull base invasion of NPC, the sensitivity of enhanced CT, MRI and PET-CT were 68.18%, 84.09%, 97.67% respectively; speci- ficity were 76.92%, 69.23%, 57.14% respectively; accuracy were 70.18%, 80.7%, 87.72% respectively; PPV were 90.9%, 90.24%, 87.5% respectively; NPV were 41.67%, 56.25%, 88.89% respectively. Conclusion: PET-CT has obvious advantages in sensitivity over CT (P 〈 0.05) and MRI, better than the two methods in accuracy and NPV and may be more valuable for new patients in detecting skull base invasion of NPC patients. 展开更多

Surgery continues to be the only treatment that offers potential cure. Therefore, defining whether the patient has an operable tumor remains the ultimate aim of imaging in pancreatic cancer. PET and PET/ CT with fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) are of value in differential diagnosis between pancreatitis and carcinoma and for the detection of remote metastases, but relatively inefficient in the detection of nodal disease. The detection of recurrent disease is of little clinical consequence. FDG-PET may be considered as a prognostic marker for patient survival or therapy response, but evidence for these applications is lacking. Future applications will broaden the spectrum of tracers applied using molecules for the assessment of proliferation and detection of receptors. 展开更多

ObjectiveTo investigate the diagnostic value of 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography (18F-FDG PET) in the as-sessment of myocardial viability in patients with known coronary artery disease (CAD) when compared to99mTc single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) and echocardiography, with invasive coronary angiography as the gold standard.MethodsThirty patients with diagnosed CAD met the selection criteria, with 10 of them (9 men, mean age 59.5 ± 10.5 years) undergoing all of these imaging proce-dures consisting of SPECT and PET, echocardiography and invasive angiography. Diagnostic sensitivity of these less invasive modalities for detection of myocardial viability was compared to invasive coronary angiography. Inter- and intra-observer agreement was assessed for di-agnostic performance of SPECT and PET.ResultsOf all patients with proven CAD, 50% had triple vessel disease. Diagnostic sensitivity of SPECT, PET and echocardiography was 90%, 100% and 80% at patient-based assessment, respectively. Excellent agreement was achieved between inter-observer and intra-observer agreement of the diagnostic value of SPECT and PET in myocardial viability (k= 0.9). Conclusion18F-FDG PET has high diagnostic value in the assessment of myocardial viability in patients with known CAD when com-pared to SPECT and echocardiography. Further studies based on a large cohort with incorporation of18F-FDG PET into patient management are warranted. 展开更多

Methods: Total 36 patients suspected of breast neoplasm were enrolled into the research. The result was compared with the pathology result. The rate of missed diagnosis, the rate of mi.sdiagnosis. the sensitivity and specificity were calculated and analyzed. Results:Compared with the pathology results, the misdiagnosis rate. the rate of missed diagnosis. the sensitivity and specificity of FDG-PET for breast cancer were 0% , 36. 36%. 63. 63% and 100%, respectively. To those who had a neoplasm no more than 2 cm in diameter, the rate of missed diagnosis was as high as 41. 67%. To 33 breast cancer patients, the misdiagnosis rate, the rate of missed diagnosis, the sensitivity and specificity for lymph node metastasis were 18. 75%, 41. 18%, 58. 82% and 81. 25%, respectively. Conclusion:FDG-PET has a perfect specificity and a considerable sensitivity to the primary breast neoplasm and similar to the lymph node metastasis diagnosis. 目的探讨基于雨课堂平台的信息化教学方式在医学生PET/CT影像诊断见习中的应用。方法采用试验对照方法,于2022年11月选取桂林医学院2019级医学影像学专业77名学生作为研究对象。采用简单随机分组,以39名学生作为试验组,在PET/CT影像诊... 目的探讨基于雨课堂平台的信息化教学方式在医学生PET/CT影像诊断见习中的应用。方法采用试验对照方法,于2022年11月选取桂林医学院2019级医学影像学专业77名学生作为研究对象。采用简单随机分组,以39名学生作为试验组,在PET/CT影像诊断见习教学中采用基于雨课堂平台的信息化教学方式;38名学生作为对照组,采用传统教学方式。在教学结束之后,通过考核成绩比较两组学生的教学效果,并通过问卷调查了解学生对教学效果的主观反馈。采用χ^(2)检验、独立样本t检验等方法分析数据。结果试验组学生理论考核和操作技能考核的成绩分别为(85.05±7.43)分和(86.26±6.28)分,均高于对照组学生的(81.05±4.98)分和(78.50±5.29)分,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组学生主观教学满意度为94.9%(37/39),高于对照组学生的68.4%(26/38),其差异具有统计学意义(P=0.031)。结论基于雨课堂平台的信息化教学方式在PET/CT影像诊断见习教学中取得良好效果,该方式有利于激发学生的主动性和积极性,进而增强见习教学质量。 展开更多
