运用关键词检索方法,以physical education(英文"体育")和education physique(法文"体育")为关键词,对国外知名图书馆和出版商的英文和法文历史文献数据库及数字图书馆进行在线检索,提出新的认识并修正了国内已有观点。英文文献中出现physical education的时间应不晚于18世纪法国学者杜博斯所著《诗画论》第5版英译本问世之年即1748年,麦克拉仁和斯宾塞的著作都不是最早使用physical education的著作;education physique在法文文献中的出现时间应不晚于杜博斯《诗画论》1733年法文原版问世之年即1733年,卢梭的《爱弥尔》和巴勒克泽尔的《论儿童的身体教育》都不是最早使用education physique的著作。

A Research on the Causes of Chinese College Students’ Overall Physique Decline and Physique Promotion Strategies

At present,Chinese colleges and universities are facing the reality of the overall physical decline of college students,and the quality of college physical education has been questioned by all parties.In order to improve the quality of college physical education and strengthen the physique of college students,this paper first studies the causes of the decline of College Students'overall physique.The study found that,in addition to historical and social factors,many practical factors of college physical education,including teaching content,teaching organization form,teachers’quality,teaching evaluation mechanism and hardware facilities construction,have great influences on the improvement of college students’overall physique.Based on the causes of the decline of college students’overall physique,this paper puts forward feasible promotion strategies from the aspects of physical education curriculum,extracurricular sports activities,and physique monitoring.

Anthropometric Study of the Physique of Hong Kong-Chinese Fire Services Recruits to Streamline the Sizing System

This research applies the principles of anthropometrics to improve existing size charts together with somatotyping techniques to define the physique of the Hong Kong-Chinese Fire Services recruits. The research results proved that age does not correspond with either body measurements or somatotype components. The results of the study demonstrates that the somatotype component (i. e., endomorphy, mesomorphy and ectomorphy) has low to moderate correlation with body girth and body length measurements.

Kinanthropometry Study of the Physique of Hong Kong and the Interior of China Correctional Services Recruits

In this paper,the physique of the Hong Kong Correc-tional Services recruits were identified and reported.Kinanthropometry has been applied in the study of Olympic athletes and researchers concluded that specificsports were correlated with a specific type of physique.Athletes involved in the same sports have a similar phys-ique as well as body shape.Gold medal winners could beidentified by their specific type of body shape.And ath-letes in different sport have different and specific bodyshape.Hence,by applying kinanthropometry study,people in different occupations could be identified by their specific body shape and physique.The finalisedbody shape can be used as reference in the vetting stan-dards.The somatotyping and anthropometric input canbe used to improve the uniform sizing system.

Study on the relationship between knee injury recovery and traditional Chinese medicine constitution of young male amateur cyclist in Hainan island cycling league

Objective:To study the relationship between the recovery of knee joint injury and traditional Chinese medicine constitution of young male amateur cyclist in Hainan.Methods:720 young male amateur cyclists were selected from the tour nanli lake national wetland park cycling race and Hainan international tourism island cycling league(ding'an station)in 2019.According to the classification criteria of TCM constitutions in classification and determination of TCM constitutions revised by the Chinese association of traditional Chinese medicine in April 2009,the TCM constitutions were divided into mild constitution group and Yin deficiency constitution group.Standard Kujala knee pain questionnaire was used to evaluate knee joint function in pinyin and Yin deficiency groups.To observe the relationship between TCM constitution and functional injury and recovery degree of knee joint.Results:Body mass index(BMI)of Yin deficiency quality was lower than that of pinyin deficiency quality(P<0.01).Score of knee flexion and extension degree was higher in Yin deficiency quality 30 minutes before the race(P<0.05).The score of Yin deficiency quality was lower after 30 minutes of squatting(P<0.01)and jumping(P<0.05).The total score of knee joint was higher 5 days after the race(P<0.01).The knee flexion and extension(P<0.05)and jump(P<0.05)were higher in the pre-race and post-race scores.Conclusion:There is a high correlation between the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine and the degree of functional injury and recovery of knee joint.The degree of post-game sports injury is higher and the recovery of post-game sports injury is faster.Therefore,different sports protection schemes can be formulated for different constitutions in bicycle RACES to reduce the occurrence of sports injuries and accelerate the recovery time of sports injuries.

Prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for elderly patients with colorectal cancer

As China's population ages, the incidence of colorectal cancer in the elderly has increased. At present, colorectal cancer depends on surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. For patients with advanced colorectal cancer, TCM can play a role in fighting cancer and improving the quality of life of patients. For patients in stable phase, TCM can prevent tumor recurrence and metastasis.

Discussion about the Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease with Yisui Fuyong Decoction Based on Synaptic Plasticity

For Alzheimer's disease(AD),the earliest symptom is memory loss,which runs throughout the disease.The mutual growth and decline of long-term potentiation(LTP)and long-term depression(LTD)in synaptic plasticity is the basic condition of learning and memory.In the early stage of AD,there is no significant change in synaptic plasticity,so the treatment should mainly focus on warming yang and replenishing qi.In the middle stage of AD,LTP is continuously damaged and reduced,and synaptic plasticity is destroyed,such as weakness of the spleen and stomach,causing stagnation of endogenous retention of phlegm in the brain,so the treatment should focus on enriching yin and tonifying yang,resolving phlegm to remove stagnation.In the late stage of AD,due to excessive deposition of amyloid and other metabolites,neurotoxins are produced and brain atrophy is aggravated,such as depression leading to stasis,phlegm and stasis binding together,long term of stasis turning to heat toxin,which invades the brain,excessive heat damages yin,then both yin and yang are damaged,finally,the brain collateral loses nutrition,so the treatment should focus on replenishing essence and reinforcing marrow,detoxifying and resolving stasis.Yisui Fuyong Decoction can replenish essence and reinforce marrow to nourish yin,warm yang and tonify qi to strengthen yang,combine phlegm resolving,stasis elimination and collateral vessels dredging,realizing the treatment effects in all three stages of synaptic plasticity.

The physical health of adolescents is related to the future of the nation and the competitiveness of the country.Through a comparative analysis of the backgrounds,organizations,testing programs and evolution processes of physical health tests in China,Japan and the United States,the three countries are explored.The development trends and problems of student physical fitness tests,find the differences,learn about the research results and experiences of physical fitness tests in Japan and the United States,draw on Japanese and American management models and successful cases,and propose some methods to optimize and improve China's physical fitness test models.It is recommended to make full use of the existing resources to promote the improvement of students'physical fitness.
