Exploration on the Construction of University Logistics Information Service Platform

Logistics information construction in colleges and universities is an important part of smart campus. This paper expounds the current situation and existing problems of the logistics information construction in colleges and universities. Taking China University of Geosciences (Beijing) as an example, this paper discusses the construction principles and Personnel organization structure of the logistics information construction, and provides the construction scheme of the logistics information service platform. It can be used for reference for the implementation of logistics information construction in other colleges and universities.

Enlightenment and Suggestions on the Construction of Information Platform and Processing Mechanism of Drug Shortages in Developed Countries to China

Objective To study how to improve and perfect the information platform and processing mechanism of drug shortages in China.Methods By searching the relevant policies from official websites of FDA,European Medicines Agency(EMA),Health Canada(HC)and National Health Commission,the good experience of the United States,the European Union and Canada in the construction of information platform and processing mechanism of drug shortages was summarized for reference in China.Results and Conclusion China has initially established the processing mechanism of drug shortages,but the platform construction should be improved,and the information disclosure of drug shortages varies from province to province.We should improve the information platform of drug shortages,strengthen the disclosure and communication of information,enrich the processing tools and measures after the drug shortages occurs,and strengthen the cooperation with relevant associations and other non-governmental departments.

Analysis on the Effective Application of VPN Technology in Hospital Information Construction

The Rural Information-based Construction under the Perspective of Expanding Agricultural Industrial Chain

On the basis of expounding connotation and significance of expansion of agricultural industrial chain, coupled with the connotation of rural informatization connotation, this article analyses the role of rural informatization in expanding agricultural industrial chain: it can enhance market competitiveness of industry chain, improve the operational efficiency of industry chain, and promote the income and quality of farmers in industry chain. Information System Construction and Function Module Design Based on Reverse Logistics

Reverse logistics are playing more and more important role with the development of competition and the social responsibility of enterprises.It could be divided into commission acceptance,recycling and returned goods handling.Reverse logistics information system consists of the database establishment,network structure and logic structure design.The collection,storage,processing,transmission and output functions of the reverse logistics information system were discussed in the thesis.Eventually,it established seven modules for the reverse logistics information system including the system management module,oriented module,returning goods processing module,reverse transportation management module,information sharing module,statistical analysis module and cost control module.

The Contributions of Building Information Modelling to Sustainable Construction

Global concerns toward environmental issues have induced growing demand for new approaches in the construction because of its considerable impact on the environment and use of natural resources. Through using construction sustainability tools, methods and techniques, a greener design can be applied during various building phases. In this connection, it is argued that the analytical and integrated models applied by Building Information Modelling (BIM) may also facilitate this process to be performed more efficiently. BIM and construction sustainability are quite different initiatives, but both have received much attention in recent years in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry. A rigorous analysis of the interactions between them implies that a synergy exists which, if properly it is understood that can be helpful to reduce the environmental impacts of the AEC industry. A BIM-based design model can contribute to sustainability through its three main dimensions which are environmental, economic and social. In this paper, by reviewing the existing literature on BIM and construction sustainability and using a matrix to analyze construction sustainability dimensions and BIM functionalities a number of interactions have been discussed. It can be concluded that despite there are many improvements in implementation of BIM in environmental and economic aspects of sustainability, its potential impact on social dimension has not been explicitly explored hence further studies need to be undertaken in this area.

An Examination on the Support of Library Information to the Construction of National Research Organizations

The country’s economic development determines the political and cultural status.At the present time,China’s rapid economic development has greatly improved the country’s international prominence.Although China has high economic and political achievements,China’s cultural soft power is still in a weak position.Cultural soft power is of great significance in improving the country’s overall national strength and international competitiveness.Research organizations are an important part of the country’s soft power and are of great significance to the strengthening of national soft power.Research organizations are the“peripheral brain”in the decision-making process of the government.National government agencies need democratic science in making decisions,and the adopted policy methods must have positive and effective outcomes on the people.Therefore,the national government agencies cannot achieve this without the help of research organizations.This resulted in the development and rising construction of research organizations.With the comprehensive development and construction of research organizations,whilst making progress,has also exposed several shortcomings.The construction of China’s research organizations requires various supports;especially the intelligence agencies and access to library information,which has a unique advantage in promoting the construction of research organizations[1].This paper first introduces the definition,classification and characteristics of a research organization.It will also provide a preliminary understanding of research organizations.The paper will then highlight and analyze the problems encountered by the research organization.Finally,through the grasp of the advantages of the library and intelligence agencies,a solution is proposed.

Correlational Study between the Information on English Middle Construction and Chinese EFL Learners'Acquisition of English Middle Construction

Less is known about the role that the information input may play in the acquisition of EMC,as such,the influence of the information input remains to be scrutinized.The present study,via quantitative analysis,aims to make a distinctive contribution to exploring this process.Four kinds of information on the six target English middle verbs were adopted:constraints on NP,constraints on AP,examples and all information on EMC.The results show that under the same conditions,examples can meet the demand of user's productive ability in a better way and help improve the production of the EMC.These findings are very informative for second language teaching and provide certain enlightenment for bilingual dictionary compilation.

The protection of personal information plays an extremely important role in the construction of digital government.The duty to inform is a prerequisite core obligation that the government should fulfill in processing personal information,a concrete expression of the right to self-determination of personal information,and a prerequisite for the right to protection of personal information that works as a fundamental right to defense the intrusion from the government,as well as a procedural regulatory tool to restrain the government’s information power and prevent the risk of infringement.As the rules on the processing of personal information and the duty to inform have both the nature of public law,the government’s processing of personal information is also public law in nature,especially because of the constitutional value and power control function of the duty to inform,the construction of a system for the duty to inform cannot be copied from the rules applicable to private subjects,but should be tailored to the public law characteristics of the government’s processing of personal information,overcoming the shortcomings of the current rough and fragmented legislation,and set up a systematic regulation based on the public law in term of the legal subject,procedure,content,consequences of obligation violations and legal protection.

Key Technology and Complete-set Equipment for Intelligent Construction of HSR Simply-supported Girder Reinforcement Framework

In view of the problems such as backward production mode,poor quality stability,high safety risk and incomplete control system during erection of the reinforcement framework of simply-supported box girders for high-speed railway(HSR),and in combination with the key points and main challenges in the reinforcement framework construction of Guangzhou-Zhanjiang HSR,the overall technical route for the intelligent manufacturing of reinforcement framework of simply-supported box girders is put forward.The component design of reinforcement framework of simply supported box girder is carried out based on BIM,and the feasibility of the scheme is verified through segment assembly test.The assembly techniques are studied in combination with the mesh design scheme to achieve rapid forming of the reinforcement framework.R&D of automatic processing equipment for components,material transshipment equipment,automatic hoisting equipment and technological equipment for assembly clamping fixture are carried out to realize the overall design of equipment production line.An intelligent control system is developed for the whole-process intelligent construction of reinforcement framework to realize the full life-cycle applications for the workshop production and visual management including intelligent layout and quality traceability.The research results systematically optimize and innovate the assembly and forming technologies of reinforcement framework in the prefabrication beam yard of high-speed railway,realize the component processing,automatic assembly and information technology management,improve the construction quality,efficiency and information technology level of intelligent manufacturing of reinforcement framework of railway prefabricated beam as a whole,and reduce the construction cost of the project.The research has realized a major breakthrough in the construction technology of railway prefabricated box girders,which has the extensive technical and market promotion values.

数字乡村建设影响农户创业吗?

数字乡村建设不仅重塑了农户的生产生活方式,而且催生了如电商、直播等全新的商业模式和创业形态,展现出对农户创业的深刻影响。基于社会认知理论,采用县域数字乡村指数和中国家庭追踪调查数据(CFPS)研究数字乡村建设对农户创业的影响及作用机制。研究发现:数字乡村建设能够促进农户创业;东部地区、男性、中青年和低数字素养群体促进作用更加显著;西部地区阻碍作用更显著。机制分析发现,数字乡村建设通过资源效应和信息效应提高农户创业。研究结论为大力推进数字乡村战略对农户创业带来的具体影响提供了经验证据,为农村地区贯彻“大众创业、万众创新”激活农民创新创业找到了新动力源泉,也启示决策部门应因人施策、因地制宜推进数字乡村建设,以避免“运动式”“一刀切式”数字乡村建设对农户创业的不利影响。

真实工作场景下“搜索即学习”任务集的构建与分析

文章采用日记法收集来自16个国民经济行业的真实工作场景下具有学习特征的搜索任务实例,结合任务概念框架对搜索任务进行表征,构建面向“搜索即学习”研究的多维任务集,并进一步剖析了真实工作场景下搜索任务的属性特征,对任务相关特征、参与者认知变化、行为及关系进行探讨,根据参与者的学历层次、完成任务的认知层次,以及在完成任务时所处的时间压力进行分组比较三组变量间的关系。研究发现:参与者的任务执行熟悉度与任务感兴趣程度,所需信息类型的数量显著影响认知变化,任务执行者特征对认知变化与行为的影响在不同情境下均存在显著差异。本研究开发的任务集可作为“搜索即学习”研究的公共研究资源,以及评估生成式人工智能技术复杂任务处理能力的评测集,为开发面向真实工作任务情境与高效的信息系统提供依据。
