ISO 26262中硬件随机失效度量指标(PMHF)的分解

在ISO 26262的ASIL分解的安全行为中,标准解释为ASIL分解的相关方法针对的是系统性失效,而不是硬件随机失效。因此,ISO 26262不允许对硬件随机失效相关的度量指标进行分解。本文尝试在某些限定的分解情况条件下,从失效概率的计算角度分析对硬件随机失效度量指标进行分解,判断能否满足分解之前的失效概率要求,从而分析总结为什么ISO 26262不允许对硬件随机失效度量指标进行分解。

Functional Safety for Automotive Ethernet Networks

In this paper,the need for functional safety in automotive Ethernet is investigated.For this the ISO26262 standard is used but also a comparison with legacy IVN(in-vehicle-networking)is made.In addition,an outlook of future automotive networks is considered and investigated if this brings a further need for safety in automotive Ethernet.From these efforts,it was found that there are several drivers for safety in automotive Ethernet that especially hold for switches.
