相容剂用量对PP/PA11共混物力学性能的影响 被引量:4

研究了相容剂PP-g-MAH用量对PP/PA11共混物力学性能的影响。结果显示,当相容剂质量分数为3%时,体系力学性能最好;同时,偏光显微镜及DSC结果也显示,加入相容剂后,分散相PA11在基体材料PP中的分散更均匀,体系的晶粒尺寸减小。

Isothermal Crystallization Kinetics and Melting Behavior of POE-g-MAH Compatibilized PA11/POE Blends

A new Nylon 11(PA11)/polyethylene-octene(POE) blends compatibilized by maleic anhydride grafted mixture polyethyleneocten(POE-g-MAH) was prepared through melt blending method.The isothermal crystallization kinetics and melting behaviors of PA11/POE blends were investigated in detail by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and polarized optical microscope.The n values of PA11 blending with POE or POE-g-MAH are almost similar with pure PA11,which indicates that the effect of POE and POE-g-MAH on nucleation and growth of PA11 crystal is slight.The overall crystallization rate of PA11/POE blends are higher than ones of pure PA11 at the same crystallization temperatures,but they decrease significantly when POE-g-MAH is added into PA11/POE blends.DSC heating curves of both PA11 and its blends exhibit two melting peaks,but the two melting peak become weaker when POE-g-MAH is add into PA11/POE blend systems.And the spherulite size is reduced significantly by the addition of POE-g-MAH compared with pure PA11 and PA11/POE blends. 展开更多

Poly(phenylene oxide)/renewable polyamide 11 (PPO/PA11 20/80) blends toughened with glycidylmethacrylate grafted ethylene-n-octene copolymer (GEOC) were prepared in a co-rotating twin-screwextruder. The reaction between GEOC and PPO/PA11 blend was analyzed by gel content tests. Themorphology of PPO/PA11/GEOC blends was observed by scanning electron microscope. The SEMresults showed that PPO formed the continuous phase, though it is a minority component of blends. Withincreasing GEOC content from 5 to 15 wt% the morphology of the blends transformed from droplet-matrix toco-continuous structure, in which both PA11 and PPO phases are continuous. The blend with co-continuousmorphology had better mechanical properties than those with droplet-matrix morphology. The impactstrength of the PPO/PA11/GEOC blends was much higher compared to the one without GEOC as well asPA11 due to the compatibilizing effect, which was also proved by DSC analysis, rheological behavior (MFR,DMTA) and tensile properties. 展开更多

采用Instron1342液压伺服试验机和改进的SHPB技术对2种不同相容剂和重量比的4种PP/PA共混高聚物进行了应变率在10-4~103s-1宽广范围,温度为25℃、40℃、60℃、80℃下的一维应力力学性能试验.结果表明这类共混高聚物的力学响应对温度和... 采用Instron1342液压伺服试验机和改进的SHPB技术对2种不同相容剂和重量比的4种PP/PA共混高聚物进行了应变率在10-4~103s-1宽广范围,温度为25℃、40℃、60℃、80℃下的一维应力力学性能试验.结果表明这类共混高聚物的力学响应对温度和应变率都是敏感的.在准静态时,以PPgMAH作相容剂的PP/PA三元体系的应力幅值要高于用TPEg作界面相容剂的PP/PA三元体系,而在承受冲击载荷下,TPE-g作相容剂的PP/PA三元体系比PPgMAH作相容剂的三元体系更有韧性.而在相容剂相同的条件下,随着相容剂质量比重的增加,使得尼龙粒子分布的更加均匀,虽然降低了一定的强度,但提高了韧性.以113材料为例,由其从10-4~103s-1宽广应变率范围内,20~80℃下的试验数据为依据,以“朱—王—唐”非线性粘弹性本构方程来描述这类PP/PA共混高聚物的力学响应,并拟合得到了其热粘弹性本构参数,理论预言与实验结果在应变小于7%时吻合良好. 展开更多

In addition to the expected influence by temperature generally for polymer, it has been found the amount of PA6 is valid in a range, e.g. 0-20% corresponding to the PP amount, i.e. in this range, the larger the PA6 added, the larger is the nonNewtonian index, n, and this is obviously especially for PP/PA6 blend with the high shear stress. 展开更多
