Analysis of the Application Value of Virtual Reality Combined with Flipped Classroom Teaching Mode in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Teaching

Objective:To analyze the value of using virtual reality combined with the flipped classroom teaching model in teaching cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR).Methods:Two classes of our nursing program were randomly selected for the study from September 2022 to September 2023,Class A(52 students,conventional teaching method)and Class B(52 students,virtual reality combined with flipped classroom teaching mode).The assessment scores and independent learning ability scores of the students in the two classes were compared.Results:CPR theory and operation scores,passing rate,and independent learning ability scores of Class B were higher than those of Class A(P<0.05).Conclusion:the use of virtual reality combined with the flipped classroom teaching mode in CPR teaching is conducive to the improvement of students’assessment scores and independent learning ability.

PBL结合典型病例PPT汇报竞赛法在神经内科实习带教中的应用价值

目的探讨以问题为基础的学习方法(PBL)结合典型病例PPT汇报竞赛法在神经内科实习带教中的应用价值。方法选取2020年7月至2022年7月在神经内科实习的80名湖南医药学院临床医学院学生为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和教改组,每组40例。对照组采用传统的讲授式教学法(LBL),教改组采用PBL结合典型病例PPT汇报竞赛法。比较两组的应用效果。结果教改组的理论及临床技能成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教改组的有课堂趣味性、能提高自主学习能力、临床思维能力、团队合作能力、沟通及表达能力占比高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的能提高创新能力占比比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PBL结合典型病例PPT汇报竞赛法可在增加课堂趣味性的同时,提高学生的学习成绩及综合素质,提高神经内科临床教学水平,值得在实习带教中推广和应用。

PBL联合PPT教学在检验科医学实习带教中的应用

目的分析基于问题的学习方法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合PPT教学在检验科医学实习带教中的应用。方法选取2022年2—7月于万州区第一人民医院实习的20名检验科医学生为对照组,接受传统带教模式教学,另选取2022年8月—2023年1月于万州区第一人民医院实习的20名检验科医学生为研究组,接受PBL联合PPT教学。对比两组带教后的成绩考核、检测技术掌握程度、防护知识掌握程度和带教评价。结果带教后,研究组的理论知识、操作技能及综合能力成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。带教后,研究组的各项检测技术掌握程度、无菌知识和手卫生知识得分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习生对带教模式的评价满意度均优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PBL联合PPT教学,用于检验科医学实习带教中,可提高带教质量和实习生对理论知识和实操技能的掌握程度。

目的探索科室教学绩效的建立及其对临床教学的影响。方法运用半结构访谈法,构建科室教学绩效考核体系。通过Likert调查问卷,半结构访谈法及检索教学智慧平台数据等方式,分析教学绩效体系对临床教学的影响。结果临床教师对科室教学绩效体系满意度良好,认为可提高自身薪酬、改善教学即时反馈及教学积极性,其中,医疗小组组员评价更高。教学区长认为教学绩效对科室教学管理具有重要的促进作用。在教学绩效改革后,住院医师规培化培训年度考核理论成绩较前有明显的上升。结论科室教学绩效体系合理稳定,可提高临床教师的教学积极性,优化科室的教学工作,并提高教学质量。

随着线上教学资源的日渐丰富以及特殊的学习环境要求,直播、录播课教学发展迅猛,有别于传统线下教学师生面对面授课,线上教学环境嘈杂,学生注意力易被分散。为提高高校学生线上学习效率,通过合理科学的线上教学课件“图、文、公式、标题”排版,优化教师线上教学课件。利用桌面眼动仪和录制的教学视频模拟学生线上学习环境,追踪实验对象观看教学课件时的眼动,分析眼动行为,获取眼动数据,并对实验对象在线上教学后的一小时和一周的两个时间节点进行学习内容测试,从学习理解深度、学习记忆深度以及学习应用能力等三个方面评价学生在不同设计课件下的学习效率,利用评价结果与课件设计要素的配对t检验获取最优的线上教学课件设计方案。

基于超星平台的飞机性能工程课程群线上教学质量监控指标研究

针对线上教学质量不均衡和难以监控的问题,有必要对混合式教学模式下的线上教学质量进行监控和评价。以飞机性能工程课程群为对象,开展学习效果和线上学习行为的关联性研究。基于超星平台4个学年的统计数据,初步形成6个一级指标、24个二级指标。首先通过数据预处理删除无效和共线性指标;然后通过描述性统计分析,得出样本数据的分布规律,删除异常指标;接着对15个指标进行相关性分析,得出影响期末考试成绩的相关性指标;最后对剩余指标进行主成分分析并进行排序,形成飞机性能工程课程群线上教学质量监控指标的依次为签到完成率(x_(8))、章节测验总均分(x_(24))、视频观看时长(x_(3))、章节测验参与均分(x_(23))、章节学习次数(x_(1))、任务完成率(x_(5))、章节测验参与率(x_(22))7个学生线上学习行为指标。

基于三站式阶段性实践技能考核探讨经络腧穴学教学新模式

目的以岗位胜任力为导向、以实践能力提升为目标、以中医执业医师实践技能考核为依据,开展经络腧穴学实践技能三站式阶段性考核,提高课程育人成效。方法经络腧穴学实践技能考核分为经脉循行与病候、腧穴定位与归经、腧穴解剖与刺法三站内容,分别在第10教学周和第18教学周进行阶段性考核,考核成绩占课程成绩的30%。结果实施三站式阶段性实践技能考核实验班学生在期末课程结业考试、针灸技能竞赛等测评中,成绩显著提高,明显高于对照班(P<0.05)。结论对经络腧穴学实践课程进行多元化设计,优化考核评价方法,可以提高课程教学质量,值得进一步推广应用。
