血清Th1/Th2、Hmga1、PKM2表达水平及其联合HPV诊断宫颈癌的价值

目的探讨辅助性T细胞1(Th1)/辅助性T细胞2(Th2)、高迁移率族蛋白A1(Hmga1)、丙酮酸激酶M2型(PKM2)水平及联合人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)对宫颈癌的诊断价值。方法选取2022年3月至2023年3月在河南省中医院就诊的186例宫颈疾病患者作为研究对象... 目的探讨辅助性T细胞1(Th1)/辅助性T细胞2(Th2)、高迁移率族蛋白A1(Hmga1)、丙酮酸激酶M2型(PKM2)水平及联合人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)对宫颈癌的诊断价值。方法选取2022年3月至2023年3月在河南省中医院就诊的186例宫颈疾病患者作为研究对象,根据疾病类型分为宫颈炎组(n=62)、宫颈癌前病变组(n=58)和宫颈癌组(n=66),另选取60例同期健康体检者作为对照组,比较四组及宫颈癌前病变组和宫颈癌组合并、未合并HPV感染患者入院时Th1/Th2因子[血清干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)]、Hmga1、PKM2水平,分析血清Th1/Th2、Hmga1、PKM2水平表达与肿瘤病理特征的关系及联合HPV对宫颈癌合并HPV感染的诊断价值。结果四组受检者入院(体检)时的血清IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、Hmga1、PKM2水平比较,宫颈癌组>宫颈癌前病变组>宫颈炎组>对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与未合并HPV感染患者比较,宫颈癌前病变组、宫颈癌组合并HPV感染患者入院时的血清IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、Hmga1、PKM2水平较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同肿瘤分化程度、临床分期、有无淋巴结转移宫颈癌合并HPV感染患者入院时的血清IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、Hmga1、PKM2水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);HPV感染对宫颈癌诊断灵敏度为84.85%(54/66),特异度为72.41%(16/28),准确度为56.45%(70/124);血清IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、Hmga1、PKM2、HPV感染对宫颈癌、宫颈癌前病变诊断AUC分别为0.761、0.730、0.745、0.806、0.819、0.707、0.786,HPV感染联合各血清指标诊断AUC为0.908,大于单一指标诊断。结论血清Th1/Th2、Hmga1、PKM2水平检测对宫颈癌具有一定的诊断价值,临床可通过其联合HPV感染情况早期辅助诊断宫颈病变,为临床针对性制定干预方案提供参考。 展开更多

基于人工神经网络的PV/T热电联供系统性能预测

为研究太阳能PV/T热电联供系统的性能和针对太阳能PV/T系统复杂的能量平衡方程,搭建了太阳能PV/T系统试验台,同时建立了基于改进灰狼优化的BP神经网络(back propagation neural network model based on improved grey wolf algorithm,IG... 为研究太阳能PV/T热电联供系统的性能和针对太阳能PV/T系统复杂的能量平衡方程,搭建了太阳能PV/T系统试验台,同时建立了基于改进灰狼优化的BP神经网络(back propagation neural network model based on improved grey wolf algorithm,IGWO-BP)预测模型,在晴朗天气下进行试验,并采用该模型对系统电功率以及蓄热水箱内水温进行预测。结果显示,晴朗日系统的电效率8.7%~12.2%、热效率51.7%;预测结果与BP神经网络预测模型、基于粒子群优化的BP神经网络(back propagation neural network based on particle swarm optimization,PSO-BP)预测模型和卷积神经网络(convolutional neural network,CNN)预测模型预测结果进行比较,结果显示IGWO-BP预测模型电效率预测模型的绝对百分比误差(mean absolute percentage error,MAPE)、决定系数(determination coefficient,R^(2))、均方根误差(root mean square error,RMSE)、效率因子(efficient factor,EF)和Pearson相关系数(pearson related coefficient,r)分别为4.5E-05、0.99、0.24、0.99和1.00,在储热罐温度预测中,上述指标分别为8.90E-04、0.98、0.07、0.98、0.99,均优于其他预测模型,IGWO-BP神经网络预测模型具有更好的预测性能。研究结果可为太阳能PV/T热电联供系统性能预测与优化控制提供参考。 展开更多

Probabilistic Global Maximum Power Point Tracking Algorithm for Continuously Varying Partial Shading Conditions on Autonomous PV Systems

A photovoltaic (PV) string with multiple modules with bypass diodes frequently deployed on a variety of autonomous PV systems may present multiple power peaks under uneven shading. For optimal solar harvesting, there is a need for a control schema to force the PV string to operate at global maximum power point (GMPP). While a lot of tracking methods have been proposed in the literature, they are usually complex and do not fully take advantage of the available characteristics of the PV array. This work highlights how the voltage at operating point and the forward voltage of the bypass diode are considered to design a global maximum power point tracking (GMPPT) algorithm with a very limited global search phase called Fast GMPPT. This algorithm successfully tracks GMPP between 94% and 98% of the time under a theoretical evaluation. It is then compared against Perturb and Observe, Deterministic Particle Swarm Optimization, and Grey Wolf Optimization under a sequence of irradiance steps as well as a power-over-voltage characteristics profile that mimics the electrical characteristics of a PV string under varying partial shading conditions. Overall, the simulation with the sequence of irradiance steps shows that while Fast GMPPT does not have the best convergence time, it has an excellent convergence rate as well as causes the least amount of power loss during the global search phase. Experimental test under varying partial shading conditions shows that while the GMPPT proposal is simple and lightweight, it is very performant under a wide range of dynamically varying partial shading conditions and boasts the best energy efficiency (94.74%) out of the 4 tested algorithms. 展开更多

目的探讨自拟清热调血汤治疗湿热内蕴型宫颈炎合并人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染的疗效以及对外周血T辅助细胞17(T helper cell 17,Th17)、调节性T细胞(regulatory T cell,Treg)水平的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年1月—202... 目的探讨自拟清热调血汤治疗湿热内蕴型宫颈炎合并人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染的疗效以及对外周血T辅助细胞17(T helper cell 17,Th17)、调节性T细胞(regulatory T cell,Treg)水平的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2022年1月该院收治的64例湿热内蕴型宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者,按不同的治疗方法分为两组,各32例。对照组给予重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶干预;治疗组在对照组干预基础上给予自拟清热调血汤内服。两组连续治疗3个月。比较两组HPV-DNA转阴率、湿热内蕴证症状评分、临床疗效、外周血Th17与Treg细胞水平、不良反应。结果治疗3个月后,治疗组患者的HPV-DNA转阴率(90.63%,29/32)较对照组(65.63%,21/32)显著上调(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组湿热内蕴证症状评分显著降低,且治疗组降低更显著(P<0.01);治疗3个月后,治疗组患者的总有效率(93.75%,30/32)较对照组(68.75%,22/32)上调更加明显(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组外周血Th17和Treg细胞水平明显降低,且治疗组降低更显著(P<0.01);治疗组患者的不良反应发生率(3.13%,1/32)较对照组(15.63%,5/32)下降,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在西医常规干预措施的基础上,本组自拟清热调血汤治疗湿热内蕴型宫颈炎合并HPV感染的疗效更优,能提高HPV转阴率,促进中医证候改善,降低不良反应,以及下调外周血中Th17和Treg细胞水平。 展开更多

The generation of photovoltaic(PV)solar energy is increasing continuously because it is renewable,unlimited,and clean energy.In the past,generation systems depended on non-renewable sources such as oil,coal,and gas.Therefore,this paper assesses the performance of a 51 kW PV solar power plant connected to a low-voltage grid to feed an administrative building in the 6th of October City,Egypt.The performance analysis of the considered grid-connected PV system is carried out using power system simulator for Engineering(PSS/E)software.Where the PSS/E program,monitors and uses the power analyzer that displays the parameters and measures some parameters such as current,voltage,total power,power factor,frequency,and current and voltage harmonics,the used inverter from the type of grid inverter for the considered system.The results conclude that when the maximum solar radiation is reached,the maximum current can be obtained from the solar panels,thus obtaining the maximum power and power factor.Decreasing total voltage harmonic distortion,a current harmonic distortion within permissible limits using active harmonic distortion because this type is fast in processing up to 300 microseconds.The connection between solar stations and the national grid makes the system more efficient. 展开更多

目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)DNA、辅助性T细胞17(Th17)、叉头状转录因子3阳性(FoxP3^(+))调节性T细胞(Treg)及宫颈灌洗液中炎症因子与高危型HPV感染的相关性,为高危型HPV感染防治提供新思路。方法将2020年9月至2021年2月该院收治的高危型... 目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)DNA、辅助性T细胞17(Th17)、叉头状转录因子3阳性(FoxP3^(+))调节性T细胞(Treg)及宫颈灌洗液中炎症因子与高危型HPV感染的相关性,为高危型HPV感染防治提供新思路。方法将2020年9月至2021年2月该院收治的高危型HPV感染患者100例纳入研究作为研究组,然后将其中50例高危型HPV16/18阳性患者作为HPV16/18组,50例其他12种高危型阳性病例作为其他亚型组。另外,选取同期体检的健康女性作为对照组(n=50)。比较研究组和对照组HPV DNA负荷量、Th17、FoxP3^(+)Treg及宫颈灌洗液中炎症因子[白细胞介素(IL)-10、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、IL-17A]水平,比较HPV16/18组和其他亚型组各项指标水平,比较不同宫颈病变患者各项指标水平。分析各项指标与高危型HPV感染、宫颈病变的相关性,以及对宫颈病变患者高危型HPV感染的诊断价值。结果研究组HPV DNA负荷量、Th17、FoxP3^(+)Treg及宫颈灌洗液中IL-10、TNF-α、IL-17A水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),HPV16/18组各项指标水平均高于其他亚型组(P<0.05)。不同宫颈病变患者各项指标水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HPV DNA负荷量、FoxP3^(+)Treg、Th17及宫颈灌洗液中IL-10、TNF-α、IL-17A水平与高危型HPV感染分型(HPV16/18=1,其他亚型=2)均呈负相关(P<0.05),与宫颈病变(宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅰ级=1,宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅱ级=2,宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅲ级=3,宫颈癌=4)均呈正相关(P<0.05)。各项指标联合诊断高危型HPV16/18阳性的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.911(95%CI:0.837~0.959),大于各指标单独诊断。结论高危型HPV感染患者HPV DNA负荷量、Th17、FoxP3^(+)Treg及炎症因子水平异常,与高危型HPV感染分型、宫颈病变密切相关,而且HPV DNA负荷量与Th17、FoxP3^(+)Treg、炎症因子相关,各项指标联合检测可为临床防治高危型HPV持续感染提供可靠依据。 展开更多

The integration of distributed generation brings in new challenges for the operation of distribution networks,including out-of-limit voltage and power flow control.Soft open points(SOP)are new power electronic devices that can flexibly control active and reactive power flows.With the exception of active power output,photovoltaic(PV)devices can provide reactive power compensation through an inverter.Thus,a synergetic optimization operation method for SOP and PV in a distribution network is proposed.A synergetic optimization model was developed.The voltage deviation,network loss,and ratio of photovoltaic abandonment were selected as the objective functions.The PV model was improved by considering the three reactive power output modes of the PV inverter.Both the load fluctuation and loss of the SOP were considered.Three multi-objective optimization algorithms were used,and a compromise optimal solution was calculated.Case studies were conducted using an IEEE 33-node system.The simulation results indicated that the SOP and PVs complemented each other in terms of active power transmission and reactive power compensation.Synergetic optimization improves power control capability and flexibility,providing better power quality and PV consumption rate. 展开更多

Long-term use in challenging natural conditions is possible for photovoltaic modules,which are extremely prone to failure.Failure to diagnose and address faults in Photovoltaic(PV)power systems in a timely manner can cause permanent damage to PV modules and,in more serious cases,fires.Therefore,research into photovoltaic module defect detection techniques is crucial for the growth of the photovoltaic sector as well as for maintaining national economic prosperity and ensuring public safety.Considering the drawbacks of the current real-time and historical data-based methods for monitoring distributed PV systems,this paper proposes a method for monitoring PV systems at the module or string level that can be achieved by monitoring only electrical signals.The approach doesn’t need a lot of tests to get the operational data of PV modules beforehand and only requires theoretical feature libraries of PV modules through panel parameter calculations.The present operating conditions and the open-circuit and short-circuit faults can be precisely identified by comparing the observed open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current with the corresponding data in the theoretical feature library.After that,by comparing the measured maximum power point voltage and current with the corresponding data in the theoretical feature library through the threshold method,aging and shadowing faults can be accurately determined.Experimental testing was done to see whether the suggested method was effective.The results show that the proposed technique is able to diagnose open-circuit faults,short-circuit faults,aging faults,and shadowing faults with shadow occlusion above 20%. 展开更多

There is a growing need to explore the potential of coal-fired power plants(CFPPs)to enhance the utilization rate of wind power(wind)and photovoltaic power(PV)in the green energy field.This study developed a load regulation model for a multi-power generation system comprising wind,PV,and coal energy storage using realworld data.The power supply process was divided into eight fundamental load regulation scenarios,elucidating the influence of each scenario on load regulation.Within the framework of the multi-power generation system with the wind(50 MW)and PV(50 MW)alongside a CFPP(330 MW),a lithium-iron phosphate energy storage system(LIPBESS)was integrated to improve the system’s load regulation flexibility.The energy storage operation strategy was formulated based on the charging and discharging priority of the LIPBESS for each basic scenario and the charging and discharging load calculation method of LIPBESS auxiliary regulation.Through optimization using the particle swarm algorithm,the optimal capacity of LIPBESS was determined to be within the 5.24-4.88 MWh range.From an economic perspective,the LIPBESS operating with CFPP as the regulating power source was 49.1% lower in capacity compared to the renewable energy-based storage mode. 展开更多

The development of vehicle integrated photovoltaics-powered electric vehicles (VIPV-EV) significantly reduces CO<sub>2</sub> emissions from the transport sector to realize a decarbonized society. Although long-distance driving of VIPV-EV without electricity charging is expected in sunny regions, driving distance of VIPV-EV is affected by climate conditions such as solar irradiation and temperature rise of PV modules. In this paper, detailed analytical results for effects of climate conditions such as solar irradiation and temperature rise of PV modules upon driving distance of the VIPV-EV were presented by using test data for Toyota Prius and Nissan Van demonstration cars installed with high-efficiency InGaP/GaAs/InGaAs 3-junction solar cell modules with a module efficiency of more than 30%. The temperature rise of some PV modules studied in this study was shown to be expressed by some coefficients related to solar irradiation, wind speed and radiative cooling. The potential of VIPV-EV to be deployed in 10 major cities was also analyzed. Although sunshine cities such as Phoenix show the high reduction ratio of driving range with 17% due to temperature rise of VIPV modules, populous cities such as Tokyo show low reduction ratio of 9%. It was also shown in this paper that the difference between the driving distance of VIPV-EV driving in the morning and the afternoon is due to PV modules’ radiative cooling. In addition, the importance of heat dissipation of PV modules and the development of high-efficiency PV modules with better temperature coefficients was suggested in order to expand driving range of VIPV-EV. The effects of air-conditioner usage and partial shading in addition to the effects of temperature rise of VIPV modules were suggested as the other power losses of VIPV-EV. 展开更多

In this paper, we propose a thermal model of a hybrid photovoltaic/thermal concentration system. Starting from the thermal balance of the model, the equation is solved and simulated with a MATLAB code, considering air as the cooling fluid. This enabled us to evaluate some of the parameters influencing the electrical and thermal performance of this device. The results showed that the temperature, thermal efficiency and electrical efficiency delivered depend on the air mass flow rate. The electrical and thermal efficiencies for different values of air mass flow are encouraging, and demonstrate the benefits of cooling photovoltaic cells. The results show that thermal efficiency decreases air flow rate greater than 0.7 kg/s, whatever the value of the light concentration used. The thermal efficiency of the solar cell increases as the light concentration increases, whatever the air flow rate used. For a concentration equal to 30 sun, the thermal efficiency is 0.16 with an air flow rate equal to 0.005 kg/s;the thermal efficiency increases to 0.19 with an air flow rate equal to 0.1 kg/s at the same concentration. An interesting and useful finding was that the proposed numerical model allows the determination of the electrical as well as thermal efficiency of the hybrid CPV/T with air flow as cooling fluid. 展开更多

To effectively quantify the impact of distributed photovoltaic(PV)access on the distribution network,this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method of distributed PV grid connection combining subjective and objective combination of assignment and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)—rank sum ratio(RSR)(TOPSIS-RSR)method.Based on the traditional distribution network evaluation system,a comprehensive evaluation system has been constructed.It fully considers the new development requirements of distributed PV access on the environmental friendliness and absorptive capacity of the distribution grid and comprehensively reflects the impact of distributed PV grid connection.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to determine the subjective weights of the primary indicators,and the Spearman consistency test was combined to determine the weights of the secondary indicators based on three objective assignment methods.The subjective and objective combination weights of each assessment indicator were calculated through the principle of minimum entropy.Calculate the distance between the indicators to be evaluated and the positive and negative ideal solutions,the relative closeness ranking,and qualitative binning by TOPSIS-RSR method to obtain the comprehensive evaluation results of different scenarios.By setting up different PV grid-connected scenarios and utilizing the IEEE33 node simulation algorithm,the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed subject-object combination assignment and integrated assessment method are verified. 展开更多

目的探讨高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染者外周血T淋巴细胞与阴道微生态的相关性。方法选取90例生殖道HPV感染患者,根据HPV亚型不同,将感染高危型HPV的50例患者纳入试验组,感染非高危型HPV的40例患者纳入对照组。收集两组患者阴道微生态... 目的探讨高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染者外周血T淋巴细胞与阴道微生态的相关性。方法选取90例生殖道HPV感染患者,根据HPV亚型不同,将感染高危型HPV的50例患者纳入试验组,感染非高危型HPV的40例患者纳入对照组。收集两组患者阴道微生态菌群和外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的数据,分析HPV的感染情况以及HPV亚型分布情况,比较两组患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群分布情况、阴道菌群阳性率及Nugent评分,分析两组Nugent评分与外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的相关性。结果试验组患者中HPV16型有19例,占38.00%;HPV18型14例,占28.00%;HPV52型有8例,占16.00%;HPV31型有8例,占16.00%;HPV56型1例,占2.00%。对照组患者中HPV42型有16例,占40.00%;HPV43型有13例,占32.50%;HPV11型有4例,占10.00%;HPV6型有4例,占10.00%;HPV81型有3例,占7.50%。试验组患者CD3^(+)(47.52±4.52)%、CD4^(+)(45.20±3.47)%、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)(1.37±0.33)低于对照组的(55.68±4.05)%、(51.62±4.31)%、(2.01±0.40),CD8^(+)(32.98±2.57)%高于对照组的(25.71±3.25)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者阴道内乳酸杆菌阳性率34.00%低于对照组的55.00%,衣原体、解脲支原体、滴虫阳性率分别为88.00%、84.00%、90.00%,高于对照组的60.00%、55.00%、50.00%,Nugent评分为(7.85±1.20)分高于对照组的(6.84±0.64)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者Nugent评分均与CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)呈负相关,与CD8^(+)呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论高危型HPV感染者的全身免疫功能相对低下,导致发生阴道菌群紊乱的风险增加,纠正患者的免疫功能低下及阴道微生态状况均有利于提升宫颈高危型HPV感染的治疗效果,改善患者预后。 展开更多

However, in the context of a supply controlled electric grid, where solar energy availability varies, this criterion may not be optimal. This study explores two alternative optimization criteria focused on maximizing baseload supply potential and minimizing required storage capacity to address seasonality in energy generation. The optimal tilt angles determined for these criteria differed significantly from the standard approach. This research highlights additional factors crucial for designing solar power systems beyond gross energy generation, essential for the global transition towards a fully renewable energy-based electric grid in the future. 展开更多

以位于内蒙古自治区的采用倾角可调固定式光伏支架的某光伏电站为例,首先利用PVsyst软件对不同光伏支架倾角下的年发电量进行模拟,得到最佳倾角;然后对光伏支架倾角的浮动范围进行分析;最后针对倾角可调固定式光伏支架的调节时间及调节... 以位于内蒙古自治区的采用倾角可调固定式光伏支架的某光伏电站为例,首先利用PVsyst软件对不同光伏支架倾角下的年发电量进行模拟,得到最佳倾角;然后对光伏支架倾角的浮动范围进行分析;最后针对倾角可调固定式光伏支架的调节时间及调节次数进行研究,并分析1年调节2次倾角时倾角偏差对发电量的影响。研究结果显示:1)相对于全年采用最佳倾角固定式光伏支架的光伏电站,光伏支架倾角年调节次数由2次增加到12次,光伏电站年发电量增益可由4.72%增至5.81%。2)光伏支架倾角调节次数与季节无直接相关性;相对于全年采用最佳倾角固定式光伏支架的光伏电站,随着光伏支架倾角调节次数的增加,光伏电站的年发电量增益逐渐增加,但增幅在逐渐减小。3)在确定光伏支架年调节次数时,需要综合考虑发电量的增益和需要投入的成本,选择2~4次较为合适。4)倾角可调固定式光伏支架1年调节2次倾角时,每次倾角可允许存在±5°的偏差范围,且综合考虑现场工况和调节精度等实际情况后,年理论发电量的最大损失率仅约为0.3%。以期研究结果可为光伏电站的光伏支架倾角设计方案比选、运维时的倾角调节优化及技术标准制定等工作提供参考。 展开更多
