[Objectives] To determine 29 kinds of inorganic elements in samples of Paris daliensis H.Li et V.G.Souku and P. dulongensis H.Li et S.Kuritap produced in different regions, and to measure the content of 10 key inorgan... [Objectives] To determine 29 kinds of inorganic elements in samples of Paris daliensis H.Li et V.G.Souku and P. dulongensis H.Li et S.Kuritap produced in different regions, and to measure the content of 10 key inorganic elements: chromium(Cr), manganese(Mn), iron(Fe), copper(Cu), mercury(Hg), zinc(Zn), arsenic(As), antimony(Sr), cadmium(Cd) and lead(Pb). [Methods] The wet digestion and technique of inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES) were employed. [Results] Under the experimental conditions, elements were not related to each other, and many kinds of elements could be measured at the same time; toxic and heavy metals in samples of P. daliensis H.Li et V.G.Souku and P. dulongensis H.Li et S.Kuritap did not exceed the limit; Hg was not detected in all samples. [Conclusions] This method is simple, easy to operate and reproducible. It can be used for the detection of inorganic elements in P. daliensis H.Li et V.G.Souku and P. dulongensis H.Li et S.Kuritap; the heavy metals and Hg of the rhizome meet the requirements of the limit of medicinal materials. 展开更多

Li et S.kurita,fill the gap in the study of Paris daliensis H. Li et V. G. Soukoup and Paris dulongensis H. Li et S. kurita,and lay a foundation for searching new medicinal resources of Paris L. [Methods]The perchloric acid colorimetric method and UV spectrophotometer were used to determine the content of total saponins in Paris daliensis H. Li et V. G. Soukoup and Paris dulongensis H. Li et S. kurita at 406 nm. [Results]The lowest content of total saponins in Paris daliensis H. Li et V. G. Soukoup was 2. 637%,while the highest content reached 5. 474%; the lowest content of total saponins in Paris dulongensis was 1. 806%,while the highest content reached 3. 532%. Through the methodological examination,it was found that this method was stable and reliable. [Conclusions] The content of total saponins was high in Paris daliensis H.Li et V. G. Soukoup and Paris dulongensis H. Li et S. kurita,and it was suggested to further study and find the medicinal resources of Paris L. 展开更多

大理重楼(Paris daliensi sH.Liet V.G.Soukup)隶属于延龄草科(Trilliaceae)重楼属(ParisLinn.)侧膜胎座亚属(SubgenusDaiswa)蚤休组(Sect.Euthyra)[1]。1986年李恒和Soukup在云南大理三台坡发现该种,并于1992年正式发... 大理重楼(Paris daliensi sH.Liet V.G.Soukup)隶属于延龄草科(Trilliaceae)重楼属(ParisLinn.)侧膜胎座亚属(SubgenusDaiswa)蚤休组(Sect.Euthyra)[1]。1986年李恒和Soukup在云南大理三台坡发现该种,并于1992年正式发表0…。该种的形态特征极为特殊,其花瓣直立、雄蕊粗短并呈暗紫色、药隔突出部分粗壮且呈卵形,易与重楼属其他种类相区别。根据已有的文献资料[4],该种仅分布于云南省大理地区,生长于海拔2000~2600m的栎类灌丛中;并且鉴于其野生种群为孤点分布且数量稀少,被列为极度濒危种(cr)[4]。2009年6月,作者在贵州省毕节市赫章县野马川(地理坐标为东经105°01′、北纬27°28′)发现并采集到该种(图1一A)。凭证标本(图1一B)存于四川大学华西药学院生药标本室(WCU);凭证标本号:09061603,09061604;采集人:刘显波(Liu X B)。 展开更多
