纳米C-S-H/PCE对蒸养UHPC力学性能增强机理研究

目前超高性能混凝土(UHPC)制品的力学性能有待进一步提升,采用纳米C-S-H/PCE对UHPC进行增强在理论上是一种可行的技术途径。本文研究了蒸养条件下掺入以聚羧酸(PCE)为分散剂的纳米水化硅酸钙(C-S-H/PCE)对UHPC力学性能的影响,通过测试水化热、水化产物、微观形貌和孔结构等对其机理进行了分析。结果表明,掺入3.0%(质量分数)纳米C-S-H/PCE可以显著提高蒸养UHPC的抗压强度和抗折强度。掺入纳米C-S-H/PCE可以促进UHPC的早期水化,生成更多的水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)凝胶,使水化放热温峰增高,并缩短达到水化温峰的时间。掺入纳米C-S-H/PCE可有效改善蒸养UHPC的孔结构,在掺量为3.0%(质量分数)时总孔隙率最小,有害孔比例最低。该研究可为纳米C-S-H/PCE在蒸养UHPC中的应用提供参考。

传统的早强剂在实际应用过程中会对混凝土的早强性能和耐久性能产生一定的影响,因此开发新型早强剂尤为重要。其中新开发的纳米C-S-H-PCE新型早强剂能够更好地加速水泥基材料的早期水化,有利于水化产物的快速生成。探究C-S-H-PCE早强剂对基准水泥体系水化的影响,对C-S-H-PCE的研发和应用具有重要意义。本文基于水泥水化的溶解-沉淀理论,研究C-S-H-PCE对基准水泥体系水化各阶段的影响,通过水化热测试对比分析C-S-H-PCE、纳米SiO_(2)对水化历程的影响,并测定各阶段的凝结时间和抗压强度。结果表明,C-S-H-PCE的加入显著缩短水化诱导期、提高水化最大放热速率、促进未水化颗粒的溶解;C-S-H-PCE缩短了初凝和终凝时间,1d和3d的强度得到明显提升。由此可知C-S-H-PCE对基准水泥水化的作用规律和影响机制,从而建立了水化微结构和宏观力学性能之间的联系。

Dilemmas and Optimization of Third-Party Assessment System in Chinese Fair Competition Review

The current predominant self-review mechanism by policy-making bodies suffers from deficiencies such as insufficient motivations, limited review capabilities, and weak external supervision. Third-party assessment, characterized by independence and specialization, is designed to mitigate these shortcomings. However, the implementation of third-party assessment faces challenges too. This paper intends to improve the third-party assessment system and to realize the legislative purpose of the system. Based on social research, discussions and exchanges with relevant parties, and the existing research results, this paper analyzes the challenges and possible optimization measures for the third-party assessment. The challenges include repulsion from policy-making bodies, insufficient independence of assessment bodies, disparity of assessment quality, and limited application of assessment outcomes. Possible optimization measures include promoting fair competition culture, increasing the acceptance of third-party assessment from policy-making bodies, enhancing the quality of third-party assessment, clarifying the relationship between policy-making bodies and assessment bodies, ensuring the independence of third-party assessments, and promoting the application of assessment results.

Cryptanalysis and Improvement of the Multi-User QPCE Protocol with Semi-Honest Third Party

In a recent work [Quantum Inf. Process 12 （2013） 1077], a multi-user protocol of quantum private comparison of equality （QPCE） is presented. Here we point out that if we relax the constraint of a semi-honest third party, the private information of the users will be totally leaked out to the third party. A special attack is demonstrated in detail. Furthermore, a possible improvement is proposed, which makes the protocol secure against this kind of attack.

基于PCE法和最大熵法的船舶不确定性优化设计

[目的]船舶不确定性优化设计(UDO)的关键在于不确定性的量化(UQ),传统的蒙特卡洛方法较为耗时且计算成本较高,故提出一种基于多项式混沌展开法(PCE)和最大熵法(MEM)的船舶UDO方法。[方法]首先,选取较低计算成本的PCE法来量化多个不确定参数作用下输出的随机性质;然后,根据正交多项式的特点,采用基于线性无关原则的改进概率配点法(IPCM)求解PCE系数;最后,利用推导的约束前4阶矩,结合最大熵法求解约束的概率密度函数(PDF),进而在失效域上积分得到UDO关注的约束失效概率。[结果]研究结果表明:改进概率配点法可以给出最优的概率配点数目,并显著减少样本点数量;基于PCE法和MEM法求解约束失效概率时,与蒙特卡洛法结果对比,其在不额外增加计算量的前提下亦可满足精度要求;散货船工程算例的优化结果验证了PCE法较常用的蒙特卡洛法在精度和效率上更具工程应用优势。[结论]该不确定性优化设计方法可以高效准确地实现船舶设计方案的稳健性和可靠性。

C-S-Hs-PCE对水泥流变性及水化性能的影响

为了促进水泥水化性能,采用共沉淀法制备C-S-Hs-PCE,将其掺入水泥浆体中,研究了水泥浆体流变性及水化性能。结果表明,掺加C-S-Hs-PCE可提高新拌浆体流变性,缩短水化诱导期,促进水泥水化放热。C-S-Hs-PCE提供的晶核促进了水化产物成核生长。随着C-S-Hs-PCE掺量增加,硬化水泥浆体中水化反应产物显著增多,大量水化产物有效填充微观孔隙,水化硬化体系微观结构密实程度提高,水化产物覆盖或生长在未水化颗粒表面,胶凝材料水化产物间黏结紧密,孔隙率显著减少,水泥硬化体系孔结构有效降低,大孔含量减少,纳米孔含量提高。掺加1.0%C-S-Hs-PCE可使得1 d抗压强度提高12.9%,3 d抗压强度提高18.2%,7 d抗压强度提高20.5%,28 d抗压强度提高12.6%。

纳米CSH⁃PCE溶液处理再生骨料对再生骨料自密实混凝土力学性能与耐久性的影响

为了提高再生骨料在自密实混凝土中的利用率,对纳米CSH-PCE溶液处理的再生骨料对再生骨料自密实混凝土(RCASCC)的工作性能、抗压强度、抗气体渗透性、抗氯离子渗透性、毛细吸水、抗冻融性的影响进行试验研究,并结合扫描电镜探讨了纳米CSH-PCE溶液作用的微观机理。结果表明:纳米CSH-PCE溶液处理的再生骨料对RCASCC的工作性能影响较小,能有效提升其抗压强度和耐久性能。随着处理再生骨料的纳米CSH-PCE溶液浓度从1%升高至20%,再生自密实混凝土的抗压强度先增大后减小。当纳米CSH-PCE溶液浓度为7%时,再生混凝土的28d抗压强度达到最大值。其原因是再生骨料表面的纳米CSH-PCE晶核颗粒为再生骨料与新浆体之间的界面提供成核位点,促进水泥水化,且晶核颗粒粒径很小,可填充界面过渡区的孔隙,使基体结构更密实。

为了提升锂渣复合水泥浆体早期工作性及强度发展,研究了水化硅酸钙晶核与聚羧酸减水剂复合物(C-S-H-PCE)与三乙醇胺(TEA)对锂渣复合水泥流变性与水化性能协同效应。结果表明,C-S-H-PCE改善了新拌锂渣复合水泥浆体流变性,使得浆体表观黏度及剪切应力逐渐下降。而TEA则显著降低新拌浆体流变性,随着TEA掺量增加,新拌锂渣复合水泥浆体表观黏度及剪切应力逐渐增加。C-S-H-PCE与TEA复掺对锂渣复合水泥浆体凝结时间缩短具有协同作用,可大幅缩短浆体凝结时间,促进早强抗压强度发展。掺加3%C-S-H-PCE和0.5%TEA可分别使浆体初凝和终凝时间缩短70%和72%。当C-S-H-PCE掺量为3%,TEA掺量为0.1%时,锂渣复合水泥砂浆1 d、3 d、7 d及28 d抗压强度分别增长105.9%、78.8%、52.3%及10.1%。C-S-H-PCE通过提供成核位点促进硅酸盐矿物早期水化及锂渣后期火山灰反应。而TEA通过促进水泥及锂渣中铝相溶解,促进钙矾石(AFt)相生成及AFt相向单硫型水化硫铝酸钙(AFm)相转化。

C-S-H-PCE协同Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)对锂渣复合水泥水化性能影响

为了提升锂渣复合水泥浆体早期强度发展,研究了水化硅酸钙晶核与聚羧酸减水剂复合物(C-S-H-PCE)及Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)对锂渣复合水泥水化性能的协同效应。结果表明,C-S-H-PCE与Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)协同促进锂渣复合水泥浆体凝结硬化。2%C-S-H-PCE复配6%Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)使得复合水泥初凝时间和终凝时间分别缩短71.2%和68.1%,复合水泥砂浆1 d、3 d和28 d抗压强度分别增长37.6%,33.1%和9.9%。C-S-H-PCE通过提供成核位点促进硅酸盐矿物早期水化及锂渣后期火山灰反应,使得水化诱导期缩短,水化第二放热峰逐渐前移,水化放热总量和CH生成量增加。Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)溶解出Al3+促进钙矾石(AFt)生成,且可促进锂渣矿物相溶解并参与火山灰反应,使得硬化体系密实性提高。
